Transcript [00:00] Hey folks, Eric Stacklebeck here. [00:01] Welcome to the Wattsman newscast. Well, [00:03] if you thought the UK would head in a [00:06] more sane direction after weak woke Kier [00:09] Starmer left office this July, I've got [00:12] some bad news for you. His replacement [00:14] may be even worse. Earlier today, the [00:17] government of new Prime Minister Andy [00:19] Burnham announced sweeping sanctions [00:21] against Israeli communities in the West [00:23] Bank, a region that we know as the [00:26] biblical heartland of Judea and Samaria, [00:28] places where Jews have lived for [00:31] thousands of years and where a good [00:32] chunk of your Bible happened. Foreign [00:35] Secretary Ed Miband announced the [00:37] boycott. And remember, over half a [00:40] million Israelis live in Judea and [00:42] Samaria and will be affected by these [00:45] sanctions. Watch. [00:46] >> The situation in Palestine is a moral [00:49] emergency. What the Netanyahu government [00:51] is doing in Gaza is a stain on the [00:52] conscience of the world. And there is [00:54] increasing evidence war crimes appear to [00:56] have been committed. And we're [00:58] witnessing unprecedented settler [00:59] terrorism in the West Bank. The British [01:02] government has come to the same [01:03] conclusion as the former prime minister [01:04] of Israel and others that there is [01:06] ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in [01:08] areas of the West Bank perpetrated by [01:10] settler terrorists. If only Miband had [01:13] such strong words for Hamas, Hezbollah, [01:16] perhaps the Iranian regime. Instead, [01:18] Miband, who's Jewish, reserves his moral [01:22] outrage for the world's one and only [01:24] Jewish state, a lone democracy in a sea [01:27] of Middle East tyranny. Now, US [01:30] Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabe in [01:31] recent days has called out the very tiny [01:34] segment of Jews in the West Bank who've [01:36] attacked Palestinians while also making [01:39] clear that the overwhelming majority of [01:41] Jews who live in Judea and Samaria are [01:44] not engaged in that kind of behavior. If [01:47] anything, they've been the victims of [01:49] Palestinian terrorism time and time [01:51] again. But that doesn't matter to Miband [01:55] and other Western countries like [01:57] Australia and Canada that are now lining [01:59] up to enforce these sanctions against [02:02] Israel. Of course, all of these [02:04] countries have growing Muslim [02:06] populations to appease and they think [02:09] bashing Israel will help them curry [02:11] favor with their increasingly [02:13] influential Islamic voting blocks. Good [02:16] luck with that. But at a simpler level, [02:19] it all boils down to a complete collapse [02:22] of moral clarity throughout the Western [02:24] world. The UK makes this announcement, [02:27] think about this, against Israel, the [02:29] very same week that Jews will celebrate [02:32] Rosh Shashana and begin the high holiday [02:35] season. And just days before Americans [02:38] of all backgrounds will mark the 25th [02:41] anniversary of the Islamic terror attack [02:43] of 9/11. An attack, by the way, that was [02:46] cheered by Palestinians throughout Gaza [02:49] and the West Bank. Here's a helpful [02:51] reminder [02:53] that we're going to show you uh from the [02:55] West Bank. These are Palestinian [02:57] celebrations in the wake of Tuesday's [02:59] terror attacks in the United States. [03:02] Apparently, Palestinians took to the [03:04] street chanting God is great. People [03:06] were throwing candy, distributing candy [03:08] to passers by. [03:12] The US government obviously has become [03:14] increasing increasingly unpopular [03:17] particularly in the West Bank and Gaza [03:19] Strip because Palestinians feel that the [03:21] US government has sided with Israel. [03:25] One man Nawal Abdel Fata wearing a long [03:28] blast black dress threw sweets in the [03:30] air saying actually that's a woman [03:32] pardon me saying she was happy because [03:34] quote America is the head of the snake. [03:37] America always stands by Israel in its [03:39] war against us. [03:41] >> How soon some forget. Folks, I've quoted [03:44] this passage from the book of Isaiah [03:46] here many times on the show. Woe to [03:48] those who call evil good and good evil. [03:52] Who put darkness for light and light for [03:55] darkness. That's a world we're living in [03:57] right now. That's why I encourage you to [03:59] subscribe to the Watchman newscast right [04:01] here on YouTube. Click notification bell [04:03] so you get alerts every time a new video [04:06] is posted. We're bringing you the [04:08] unvarnished truth. We're not going to [04:10] pull any punches here. Current events, [04:12] breaking news from an unapologetically [04:15] biblical perspective. So be sure to [04:18] subscribe. And by the way, when I think [04:20] of this boycott, I've called for a [04:22] bycot. Buy Israeli goods from Judea and [04:25] Samaria if anything and stand against [04:27] the madness we're seeing in Europe and [04:29] elsewhere in the Western world right [04:30] now. But I also think of supporting [04:32] great Israeli organizations like our [04:34] partner for today's newscast, Mcnend [04:37] Devid Adome. Now, I've been partnering [04:39] with McDend Devidome for several years [04:41] now. And you know, if you watch me on a [04:43] regular basis, I'm very selective, [04:45] needless to say, about who I partner [04:47] with. First and foremost, they must be [04:50] doing God's work. Well, McDendadome is [04:53] doing exactly that. They are Israel's [04:56] emergency services system. the [04:59] paramedics, the MTs, the first [05:01] responders. When there's a missile [05:03] attack, a terror attack, god forbid, [05:06] anything like that, McN Devita Dome [05:08] first responders are the first on the [05:10] ground every single time. A largely [05:14] volunteer force. Imagine this. 90% [05:17] volunteers, yet they're literally [05:19] risking their lives, putting their necks [05:21] on their line on the line to help their [05:23] fellow men and women in Israel. It's an [05:26] incredible organization. They collect, [05:28] process, distribute Israel's entire [05:31] blood supply for the IDF and civilians [05:33] alike. They dispatch every ambulance in [05:36] the nation of Israel. This is all [05:37] mcandome. This is what they do. It's [05:39] incredible. It's save livesisrael.com [05:42] to support their incredible work. Save [05:45] livesisrael.com. [05:48] I mentioned putting their lives on the [05:49] line. Look, over 30 Mecendome volunteers [05:52] have lost their lives since the October [05:54] 7th massacre. They've lost over 17 [05:57] ambulances and yet they're out there [06:00] every single day blessing their fellow [06:03] countrymen and women of all backgrounds. [06:05] By the way, amazing organization. If you [06:07] want to fulfill that biblical mandate to [06:09] stand with Israel, Genesis 12:3, a [06:12] foundational verse for what we do here, [06:14] I can't think of a better way to do it [06:16] than supporting Mecendome. Again, it's [06:18] save livesisrael.com. [06:21] Check them out. Okay, we're talking [06:23] about the madness in Europe and the turn [06:26] that the West has taken against Israel [06:29] and against good old-fashioned common [06:31] sense. And a prime indicator of that is [06:34] Western governments allowing swarms of [06:37] Muslim migrants into their countries. [06:40] Well, I talked to Wires about it. He's [06:42] one of the world's top, I don't say that [06:44] lightly, one of the world's top foreign [06:46] policy and terrorism experts. And he had [06:48] a lot to say. He's been warning about [06:50] this, folks, for years. the capitulation [06:52] of the West to Islamist. He had a lot to [06:55] say about that, the Iranian regime and [06:57] more. Here's our interview. Take a look. [07:00] Always great to see you, my friend. And [07:02] I think Iran is a good place to start. [07:04] The Trump administration is kind of [07:06] squeezing the economic vise around the [07:08] regime. And the regime really seems to [07:11] be on the brink of perhaps even economic [07:13] collapse. But Wed, they don't seem to be [07:16] digging in. They seem to be digging in, [07:18] I should say. They don't seem to be [07:19] yielding in their unrelenting jihad. At [07:23] the end of the day, what do you think it [07:25] will take to bring down this regime [07:27] which is driven by this apocalyptic [07:29] jihadist ideology? It seems that [07:31] economic pressure alone won't do it. [07:35] >> Eric, you and I have been also for [07:37] decades both in Washington and Virginia [07:39] Beach and other places discussing the [07:41] matter, addressing the issues even [07:43] before they happen, even before 911. And [07:46] now we are, you know, historians almost [07:49] watching what is what is happening. And [07:51] you're right. I do not project, I do not [07:53] expect that the Islamic regime in Iran, [07:56] I call them the Kuminists, is really [07:58] ready for the Grand Deal. If they were, [08:01] they would have months ago and months [08:02] ago. President Trump gave them all the [08:04] options, all the possibilities. how many [08:07] times our forces ordered by our [08:09] president were very close from crumbling [08:12] the strategic weaponry system of uh that [08:15] regime air force navy bastic missiles [08:18] leaders and others and then uh you know [08:22] Washington our president decided to give [08:24] them a chance by sending the negotiators [08:27] there were draft that were agreed upon [08:30] there were uh modus I mean memorandums [08:34] that were signed and after the signature [08:36] that regime the Ayatah regime uh [08:39] rejected and came back and attacked. So [08:42] we are dealing exactly with a jihadi [08:46] regime that doesn't want peace. It [08:47] doesn't want normalization and certainly [08:50] they don't want to reform. I mean 53,000 [08:55] civilian Iranians have been butchered in [08:58] the first month two days or three days [09:00] of the first month of this year. I think [09:02] the president now understood what he's [09:04] dealing with and his strategy is putting [09:07] all the pressures he can. You just [09:08] mentioned most of them. The economic [09:11] pressures uh secretary Bennett putting [09:14] all the pressure and also of course we [09:16] have work inside Iran. The most [09:19] important one though need to start to [09:21] become public which is to reach out to [09:23] the Iranian people re you know connect [09:27] with a coalition of opposition which [09:29] actually exists and then arm them and [09:32] train them. We don't have much other [09:34] options if especially if we are waiting [09:37] for the midterm elections and that was [09:39] the plan and is the plan of that [09:40] leadership. They want to drive us and [09:42] drive us. Can I conclude to the midterm [09:45] elections? Hope hope and maybe fund some [09:47] of the actions that the president will [09:49] lose one of the two chambers and that's [09:51] their objective. [09:52] >> Yeah. While it's so well said and so [09:54] well laid out as always. At the end of [09:55] the day, the Iranian people need to be [09:58] the driving force here. There has to be [09:59] a way to arm the Iranian people. You and [10:01] I will talk about that more in the days [10:02] to come, I'm sure. In the meantime, Iran [10:05] not yielding. Its chief proxy Hezbollah [10:08] also still up to no good in southern [10:09] Lebanon. W you've been sounding alarm [10:11] not only about Lebanon of course where [10:13] Hezblah just took a pretty heavy blow by [10:15] the way losing that crucial Ali Tahare [10:17] ridge to Israel but yeah Syria [10:20] >> you've been watching Syria very well and [10:22] very closely and this former al-Qaeda [10:25] commander who now leads Syria and [10:27] persecuting Christians religious [10:28] minorities tell us about the state of [10:30] play the situation on the ground in [10:31] Syria right now and why we should be [10:33] concerned [10:35] >> what we need to know as public opinion [10:37] regardless of outreach diplomatic [10:39] outreach economic interests, companies, [10:42] etc. There is always this necessity to [10:45] read what is on the mind of those who [10:48] are ruling Syria today. We have couple [10:50] readings, three readings maybe out of [10:51] Washington. My reading and the reading [10:54] of many members of Congress and I think [10:56] some inside the administration is that [10:58] uh Al Gulani is still a jihadist and [11:01] they asked me how do you know because he [11:03] did not issue like Gorbachov like any of [11:06] the reformers around the world the [11:08] speech that said we let go of jihadism. [11:11] If they do it, then we can engage. Then [11:14] we can hope, then we can see. Plus, more [11:16] importantly, Eric, uh, militias, jihadi [11:19] militias both in the Alawi areas in the [11:22] northwest of Syria last year and then in [11:25] the Drews area in the south also last [11:28] year have committed mass killings. These [11:31] are genocide against the Alawite uh, [11:34] kidnapping, killing, assassinating [11:36] Christians and of course the ethnic [11:38] cleansing against the Kurds. And let me [11:39] add one thing, Eric. It's not just Sunni [11:42] versus non-sni. Many Sunnis are against [11:44] that regime. They are democratic. Some [11:47] of them call themselves liberals. So [11:50] those who are in charge today, no matter [11:52] how we look at them, before they reform, [11:55] before they withdraw those jihadi [11:57] international militias, international [11:58] militias from the minorities areas are [12:01] going to continue to be a problem. And [12:03] that's where we are calling on the [12:05] administration, calling on Congress, [12:07] calling on the allies including Israel [12:09] that's who saved the Jews basically last [12:11] year to make sure to protect these [12:14] minorities. Once we have the protection [12:15] of the minorities one way or another, [12:17] maybe then a dialogue could be possible [12:19] with the center in Damascus. [12:21] >> Yeah, I think over the past decade, Wii, [12:23] many jihadists and Islamists have [12:24] migrated from Syria to parts of Europe, [12:28] starting with Germany and kind of [12:29] fanning out. You've been warning about [12:30] this for years. Now we see Austria, [12:33] Denmark, people are getting fed up. [12:35] Austria making some moves to ban the [12:37] hijab. In the UK, we see masked men [12:40] trying to stop the boatloads of migrants [12:43] arriving at the shores of the United [12:45] Kingdom. What are what is the moment [12:47] we're at right now in Europe? Is it a [12:49] tipping point where the people are fed [12:51] up, but we have these leftist [12:53] governments who don't seem to be getting [12:55] the memo? [12:57] >> How important is this? because this will [12:59] be America if we don't take the [13:02] appropriate measures. What we see in [13:03] Europe now battlefield is already [13:06] commencing here. You know that we have [13:08] jihadists among ourselves. So in 201 uh4 [13:13] I was a speaker at the European [13:14] Parliament policy conference. Guess [13:16] we're in Copenhagen still have the [13:18] comments and I warned the European [13:20] Parliament and the European Union that [13:22] if you don't take the measures now first [13:25] of all from Greece to Spain to Sicily if [13:28] you don't block this advance of jihadist [13:31] you're going to have them inside the [13:32] continent and it happened in in 11 12 [13:35] years it did happen and of course inside [13:37] the cities French cities British cities [13:39] I was also addressing national security [13:42] crowds in in France in 2005 five when I [13:46] published and you remember that my first [13:48] book on the matter uh future jihad I [13:51] left France and then everything was [13:53] burning 80,000 cars were burning there [13:56] is a trans European jihadi movement it's [13:59] becoming very serious unfortunately some [14:02] of these governments instead of actually [14:04] creating national unity governments in [14:07] Europe because because it it is like [14:09] almost world war ii before the the blitz [14:12] took place in in Europe at this point we [14:14] are very ser we are very serious about [14:16] what we see there. Some of the countries [14:18] realize that you mentioned Austria. [14:20] Austria is you know is is pushing back [14:22] against what they call the threat of [14:25] political Islam radical Islam. In fact [14:27] it is against jihadism but we also see [14:30] civil societies movement. You mentioned [14:32] Britain, Germany, parts of Spain because [14:36] of the events in uh in Seta and Mala. [14:39] These are all coordinated by the jihad, [14:41] by the Muslim Brotherhood, sometimes by [14:42] the Islamic regime in Iran. So Europe [14:45] will have to make a decision either the [14:47] governments or the continental [14:49] institutions take action or as we have [14:53] learned from history, the peoples and it [14:55] it's not good to leave to leave it to [14:57] the neighborhoods and the people on the [14:59] ground to take action because things [15:01] could get very very dangerous. [15:03] >> No doubt. Wet as always is a pressure [15:05] cooker right now in Europe. We're glad [15:07] we have you keeping an eye on that. the [15:08] Middle East and much more. The great W [15:10] Ferris, folks, check him out X and [15:12] across social media. W great job. God [15:14] bless. We'll see you again soon. Great [15:15] stuff with W Ferris. As always, folks, [15:17] check him out X and across social media. [15:19] We are entering a very precarious moment [15:22] right now. Think about this. The high [15:24] holidays, as I mentioned earlier, start [15:26] this week. You got Rosha Shana, Yom [15:27] Kipur, and then Sukkot. We've got the [15:30] third anniversary of the October 7th [15:32] attacks coming up in a little over a [15:34] month, a little under a month, I should [15:35] say. This Friday, the 25th anniversary [15:39] of 911. We've got Israeli elections in [15:42] late October. We've got the US midterms [15:44] in early November. I say all that to say [15:47] these are a pivotal two months, folks, [15:49] that we are entering into right now for [15:52] the US, for Israel, for the West, for [15:54] the body of Christ worldwide. So, I know [15:56] we've got many, many prayer warriors [15:59] subscribing here to the channel. Keep it [16:01] all in prayer. This is a very heavy and [16:04] pivotal moment, I think, for the future, [16:06] not only of our country here in America, [16:08] future of Israel, of course, but the [16:10] future of the world. That's not an [16:11] overstatement. as we had Kushner and [16:14] Whitov in Russia and Ukraine over the [16:16] past few days as well as things with [16:18] Iran continue to develop these elections [16:21] in the US and Israel and anniversaries [16:25] of horrific events like October 7th 911. [16:28] These are big big moments and milestones [16:31] and the terror threat increases many [16:33] times during those milestone moments. So [16:36] keep it all in prayer. Keep it right [16:38] here. We'll be bringing you regular [16:39] updates through it all. Thanks for [16:41] joining us today. Until next time, God [16:44] bless you and remember, never hold your [16:47] peace. Hey everyone, thanks for checking [16:49] out the Watchman newscast.
