Transcript [00:00] It appears that unceremoniously the [00:02] long-standing friendship between the UK [00:05] and Israel has abruptly come to an end. [00:09] Without any warning whatsoever, British [00:11] authorities have imposed sweeping bans [00:13] on trade and imports with communities [00:16] across Israel's heartland. And Israel is [00:19] furious. We have a lot to cover on what [00:21] this means for Israel as well as some of [00:23] the really strong actions Israel is [00:25] taking in response and what it means for [00:27] the future of Judea in Samaria. [00:31] So just over the last little bit, [00:33] British authorities have announced that [00:35] they will be banning trade with what [00:37] they call Israeli settlements in the [00:39] occupied West Bank. According to [00:42] officials, this is because of what they [00:43] call uh quote settler terrorists [00:45] carrying out ethnic cleansing of [00:48] Palestinians. This accusation by the UK [00:51] is absurd on its face. As we've detailed [00:54] in a number of videos at this point, [00:55] violent crime committed by Jews living [00:57] in Judea and Samaria, what they call the [00:59] West Bank, is statistically very low. [01:03] And even if you don't agree with the [01:04] data that we presented on those crime [01:06] numbers, saying an ethnic cleansing is [01:08] happening is patently insane. And I have [01:10] the data to prove it. According to the [01:13] UN Office for Coordination of [01:15] Humanitarian Affairs, this year in 2026, [01:19] 15 to 18 Palestinians have been killed [01:22] by Israelis. But there's a key detail [01:25] here. This number includes deaths in [01:27] self-defense incidents uh that the UN [01:30] deems as an inappropriate use of force, [01:32] such as, in their words, uh stone [01:34] throwings or resistance to raids in [01:37] Palestinian villages. So, this means [01:40] that if a Palestinian is tossing [01:42] baseball-sized rocks into the windshield [01:44] of a car going 60 mph down the road and [01:47] he gets shot as a result, the UN adds it [01:50] to their list as an act of settler [01:52] violence. Or if an Israeli security team [01:55] has to enter an Arab village to look for [01:56] stolen livestock and an Arab attacks [01:58] them with a knife and they defend [02:00] themselves, again, this is called [02:02] settler violence. But even if you do [02:05] take these numbers at face value, let's [02:07] say 18 Arabs were in fact murdered in [02:10] cold blood by Israelis in Judea and [02:12] Samaria this year, does that really [02:14] qualify as genocide or ethnic cleansing? [02:18] For context, there are about 1 to 2 [02:20] million Palestinians living in Judea and [02:22] Samaria and about 3/4 of a million [02:25] Israelis. This would put the supposed [02:27] murder rate at almost one per 100,000, [02:30] which as a stat is well below a lot of [02:33] other Western countries, including the [02:35] UK. But if you want to look at things [02:37] more broadly, the UN is reporting that [02:40] there have been a total of 1,200 acts of [02:43] settler violence so far in 2026. Now, as [02:46] we've shown here before, this number is [02:49] vastly exaggerated. self-defense, car [02:52] accidents, police arrests are all [02:53] included in this number. But let's just [02:56] say for the sake of conversation that [02:58] this is accurate. According to publicly [03:01] available data in 2025, because 2026 [03:04] data isn't fully populated yet, the UK [03:07] saw some 3,199 [03:10] hate crimes committed against Muslims in [03:13] the UK. And again according to the [03:16] exaggerated number by the UN settler [03:19] violence incidents in Judean and Samaria [03:22] comes to a total exaggerated number of [03:25] 1200. [03:27] So this is not about settler violence. [03:29] This is about Jews living in the land [03:31] promised to them by God and flourishing [03:34] which historically the world including [03:37] now the UK detests. Also, the UK [03:40] currently has a lot of problems at home, [03:42] including a quickly growing, very [03:45] violent and active Muslim population, [03:47] and I suspect this act is more of a move [03:50] to place that demographic than it is to [03:53] protest settler violence uh in [03:56] actuality. According to the UK's foreign [03:58] secretary, [03:58] >> I do not believe the British people want [04:01] us supporting the occupation by [04:03] accepting products from settlements in [04:05] our shops and supermarkets. So in [04:07] addition to the ban on imports, the UK [04:09] will also be taking action against [04:11] companies and individuals that provide [04:13] services for community expansion in [04:14] Judeans like construction or financing. [04:18] Obviously, Israel is furious. To have an [04:21] ally suddenly cut off major market [04:23] connections over provably false [04:25] allegations is maddening. Israel [04:28] security minister Bengavir was quick to [04:30] call on BB to close the UK's consulate [04:32] in East Jerusalem. And it looks like [04:34] this is actually happening. Israel's [04:37] foreign minister Gdonsar announced just [04:39] yesterday that the consulate would in [04:42] fact be shut down and British [04:44] representatives at the civil military [04:45] coordination center would be expelled. [04:48] Also, Israel will be terminating the [04:50] training of PA security forces by the [04:53] UK's military in Ramla and banning a [04:55] list of British nationals with a history [04:57] of anti-semitic activity from entering [05:01] Israel. In a second, we'll get into more [05:03] on what this means for Judea and Samaria [05:05] and the US's troubling response to this [05:08] as well. [05:51] So, when asked about this new British [05:53] ban, Secretary of State Marco Rubio had [05:55] a troubling response. He said that [05:57] obviously the US would not be joining [05:59] the UK in these sanctions. But he went [06:01] on to stress the need for stability in [06:04] the territory royiled by settler [06:06] violence. He went on to add that the US [06:08] doesn't want to see anything [06:09] destabilizing going on right now in the [06:11] West Bank with so much going on in the [06:14] region. US Ambassador Mike Kakabe also [06:17] threw his two cents in as well. He told [06:19] the BBC that [06:20] >> I don't know if they're really aware of [06:23] the implications and how it's going to [06:24] affect Brits. He pointed out that a good [06:26] percentage of the pharmaceuticals used [06:28] in the UK are made in Israel and also [06:31] added that it seems strange that the UK [06:33] would now be imposing sanctions on [06:35] Israel and have yet to impose sanctions [06:38] on China, Russia or North Korea. In his [06:42] own words, quote, "This is [06:44] discrimination against the Israeli [06:45] government, against the Jewish people, [06:47] and I don't understand the rationale of [06:50] it." On the flip side, J Street, the [06:52] American Jewish organization that has a [06:55] past of not being super friendly towards [06:57] the rebuilding of Judea and Samaria, are [06:59] calling for the US to join the UK in [07:01] these sanctions. In a statement, a [07:04] representative for the organization [07:05] said, quote, "The UK and other of [07:07] Israel's closest allies are making clear [07:09] that the status quo is no longer [07:12] acceptable. Israel must choose between [07:14] permanent occupation and growing [07:17] international isolation or a future in [07:19] which a viable independent Palestinian [07:21] state lives alongside a secure Israel [07:24] fully accepted by the world. This [07:27] honestly is so out of touch with reality [07:29] it's hard to know where to even start. [07:32] For one, the idea that an independent [07:34] Palestinian state could even live [07:36] alongside Israel in what they call the [07:37] West Bank in 2026 is insane. Israel [07:41] already tried this with Gaza in 2005 in [07:44] an area that is much smaller and much [07:46] further removed from Israel's population [07:49] centers. And yet, it has caused so much [07:51] grief, suffering, and pain for both [07:54] Israel and the so-called Palestinians [07:56] who live there. To explain this, I kind [07:58] of want to briefly compare the life of [08:01] the average Palestinian living in Gaza [08:03] to the average Israeli Arab living in [08:06] Israel. The gazin is forced to live [08:08] under strict Sharia law. If a woman [08:11] walks out of the house without a hijab, [08:13] she is beaten. If a man speaks out [08:15] against kamas, he has his legs broken in [08:17] the streets. If someone wants to become [08:19] a Christian, he is thrown off a building [08:21] or shot and head. Large sections of your [08:24] buildings, schools, mosques, hospitals, [08:26] neighborhoods are used by kamas to store [08:29] weapons, shoot rockets, and are booby [08:31] trapped with explosives. And when kamas [08:34] attacks Israel, as they seem to do about [08:35] every other year, Israel is forced to [08:38] neutralize these threats, destroying the [08:40] way of life for a lot of gazins. Now, on [08:44] the inverse, Israeli Arabs have full [08:46] Israeli citizenship. They live in decent [08:48] houses, drive nice cars, and enjoy one [08:51] of the best average incomes in the [08:53] Middle East. They have full freedom and [08:55] equal rights under Israeli law. If they [08:58] are suspected of committing a crime, [08:59] they are afforded due process under [09:01] Israeli law. They also vote in [09:03] democratic elections and have several [09:06] parties representing them in the [09:07] Knesset. If they're Muslim, they can [09:09] worship how they want. If they want to [09:11] practice as a Muslim in a more [09:12] progressive way, maybe without a hijab, [09:15] no one will stop them. If they become a [09:17] Christian, there's no backlash or [09:20] persecution. Why on earth does it make [09:22] any sense in the world to look at those [09:24] two situations and say, "We want to turn [09:26] the West Bank into another Gaza." And [09:30] that's just from the perspective of [09:32] what's good for the Palestinians. From [09:34] Israel's perspective, it is completely [09:36] untenable to create another Gaza in the [09:38] heart of Israel. Judean Samaria is [09:41] Israel's mountain range right in the [09:43] heart of the country. From vantage [09:45] points, you can literally see airplanes [09:47] landing at Bengurian airport. This is [09:50] why honestly politicians inside of [09:52] Israel and many parts of the world [09:54] outside have stopped talking about a [09:56] Palestinian state. It's literally just [09:59] too far outside of anything resembling [10:01] reality to be a possibility. Personally, [10:04] I think the honest solution would be for [10:06] Israel to annex Shan and Samaria and [10:09] apply full Israeli sovereignty. It's not [10:12] feasible to give the Palestinians living [10:14] there full Israeli citizenship at the [10:16] moment. uh with how hostile many of them [10:18] still are to the state of Israel, [10:20] bringing in one to two million of them [10:22] as Israeli citizens could could be [10:25] dangerous to Israel's existence from the [10:27] voting demographic level. But they could [10:30] be given residency. And with that [10:32] status, they could vote in local [10:34] elections and receive the exact same [10:36] benefits and equal rights as Israeli [10:38] citizens, but not vote in national [10:41] elections, which would probably be the [10:43] best of both worlds at the moment. This [10:46] is what the US has done for our extended [10:48] territories like Guam, Puerto Rico, etc. [10:51] And something similar could be done in [10:53] Israel today.
