[11:58] >> Yeah. [12:00] We're all learning how to [12:03] hasten it, [12:05] patiently await it, and uh [12:10] figuring out what that means to both [12:13] hasten it and patiently await it. [12:16] But I won't get into that right now [12:18] anymore than I did. [12:19] >> I'm not speaking into the mic. So, none [12:21] of us coming through. [12:22] >> Did anyone hear anything I said? [12:25] >> It's really [12:27] >> not coming through anything. [12:30] >> All right. Anyway, we will continue on [12:33] page five with the [12:46] Blessed, praised, glorified, and exalted [12:49] is the name of the king who rules over [12:52] kings, the holy one, who has given us [12:55] the way of salvation in Messiah Yeshua. [12:58] Blessed is he [13:01] >> for he is the first and he is the last [13:04] and aside from him there is no God. [13:13] turn toward the east [13:17] >> and it'll be on page six [13:27] adon. [13:44] My blue [14:05] Are you [14:12] share [14:17] your home? [14:27] Fore! [14:37] Foreign! Foreign! [14:47] for [15:05] honey. [15:08] I don't know. [15:28] And Yeshua said, [15:33] "Love your neighbor." [15:41] >> Who's that? [15:44] Moes [15:54] nor [16:02] >> open my mouth, O Lord, and my lips will [16:04] proclaim your praise. Blessed are you [16:08] Lord our God and God of our ancestors [16:11] God of Abraham and Jacob our God who [16:15] remembers Sarah Reccel and great mighty [16:20] awesome exultant God lost creator of all [16:25] you remember your love to our ancestors [16:29] and sent the redeemer to their [16:30] children's children for the sake of your [16:33] name and your loving nature [16:36] You are the king who helps and shields. [16:39] Blessed are you Lord. [16:43] >> Your might, O Lord, is boundless. You [16:46] give life to the dead. Great is your [16:49] saving power. You sustain the living [16:51] with loving kindness. In your great [16:53] mercy, you give life to the dead. You [16:56] support the fallen, heal the alien, free [17:00] the fedter. Whose power can compare with [17:03] yours? You are the master of life and [17:06] death who brings forth salvation. [17:08] Faithful are you in giving life to the [17:10] dead. Blessed are you, oh Lord, who [17:13] gives life to the dead. Hallelujah. [17:33] Elmaradoo. [17:56] Hallelujah. You are holy and your name [17:59] is holy and the holy ones daily praise. [18:03] Blessed are you [18:06] being found in appearance as a man. He [18:09] humbled himself by becoming obedient to [18:12] the point of death even death on a [18:14] cross. For this reason also God highly [18:18] exalted him and bestowed on him the name [18:21] which is above every name. So that the [18:23] name of Yeshua can be bowed of those who [18:27] are in heaven and on earth and under the [18:30] earth and that every tongue will confess [18:33] that Yeshua the Messiah is Lord the [18:35] glory of God the Father. [18:38] >> Moses rejoiced in the gift bestowed on [18:40] him when you called him faithful servant [18:43] placing on his head a crown of glory as [18:46] he stood before you on Mount Si. In his [18:49] arms he carried the two tablets of stone [18:52] on which the commandment of Shabbat was [18:54] inscribed. Thus it is also written in [18:56] your Torah. And we turn to page 34 at [19:00] the very end of the sedur to continue [19:02] with visham. [19:18] Hashto [19:41] is [19:42] he [19:47] Come through the Israel [20:15] Israel [20:18] Hash [20:42] is [20:54] And we return to the bottom of page 14 [20:57] for the sanctification of the day. [21:02] Our God and God of our fathers, may you [21:04] be pleased with our rest. Sanctify us [21:07] through your commandments and grant us [21:09] our portion in your Torah. Satisfy us [21:12] with your goodness and make us rejoice [21:15] in your salvation. [21:17] >> Purify our hearts to serve you in truth [21:20] in love and favor Lord our God. Let us [21:23] inherit your holy shabbat and your [21:26] people Israel will sanctify your name. [21:29] Find rest on this day. Blessed are you [21:32] Lord who makes the Shabbat holy. [21:36] >> Accept O Lord the prayer of your people [21:38] as it is offered. May the worship of [21:40] those who call upon your name always be [21:43] acceptable to you. May our eyes witness [21:46] the return of our Messiah to Zion. [21:51] Blessed are you, O Lord, who restores [21:53] his presence to Zion. [21:55] >> We gratefully acknowledge that you are [21:58] the Lord our God and God of our [22:00] ancestors forever and ever. You are the [22:03] source of our strength even as you have [22:06] been Israel's protecting shield in every [22:08] generation. We thank you and proclaim [22:11] your praise for our lives which are in [22:14] your hand for our souls which are in [22:16] your care for your miracles which are [22:19] daily with us [22:22] at all times morning and night. You are [22:26] good with everlasting mercy. You are [22:29] compassionate with enduring loving [22:31] kindness. From long ago, we have placed [22:34] our hope in you. May all who live thanks [22:37] to you and praise your name in truth. [22:40] For you are our salvation and our help. [22:44] Blessed are you, oh Lord, for your name [22:46] is good and to give you praise. [22:50] >> Grant true and lasting peace to your [22:52] people Israel and to all who dwell on [22:54] earth. Bless us, our Father, all of us [22:57] as one, with the light of your presence. [23:00] For in the light of your presence, you [23:01] gave us, Lord our God, the Torah of [23:04] life, love of grace, righteousness, [23:07] blessing, mercy, life, and peace. May it [23:11] please you to bless your people Israel [23:13] in every season and at all times with [23:15] your gift of peace. [23:17] >> Blessed are you, oh Lord, who blesses [23:20] his people with peace. [23:22] Magnified and sanctified be his great [23:24] name in the world which he has created [23:26] according to his will. May he establish [23:29] his kingdom during your life and during [23:31] your days and during the life of the [23:33] whole house of Israel even swiftly and [23:36] soon and say [23:38] >> amen. Let his great name be blessed [23:40] forever and to all eternity. [23:43] >> Blessed, praised and glorified, exalted, [23:46] extolled and honored. Magnified and laed [23:48] be the name of the holy one. Blessed be [23:51] he, though he be high above all the [23:54] blessings and songs, praises and [23:56] consolations which are uttered in the [23:58] world and say, [23:59] >> "Amen." May he who makes peace in his [24:02] high places [24:04] upon us and upon all Israel and say, [24:07] "Amen." [24:08] >> Amen. You may be seated. [24:10] Shabbat shalom. Glad you can be with us. [24:14] And uh glad for those of you who are [24:16] watching with us online. May it be that [24:20] one day you can be with us in in the [24:24] flesh and um may that one day be soon. [24:28] So um no onig today. No onig today. We [24:33] are going to do tashlick immediately [24:36] after the service. So as soon as we have [24:40] finished in here um take everything you [24:43] belong that belongs to you. Make sure [24:46] you do a quick check around. We'll um go [24:49] to our spot on the sawill and then you [24:53] can make your way home from there. [24:55] Tomorrow at sunset, what happens? [25:00] >> Now we go to sleep begins. So um please [25:05] prepare to fast carefully. If you're [25:08] going to fast, please keep in mind that [25:11] not everyone should fast. Um, a lot of [25:14] us with medical issues cannot fast and [25:17] it would actually be um not a mitzvah to [25:20] fast when it's dangerous to your health [25:22] in any way. But we can all choose to [25:25] fast by refraining from things that are [25:27] particularly pleasurable. Right? If we [25:30] want to do a food fast, we can uh kind [25:33] of go to something the equivalent of [25:34] bread and water, something very boring. [25:37] So just please seek the Lord and do what [25:41] um do what he shows you is right for you [25:43] individually. And then Monday at what [25:47] time we will be here? [25:49] >> 11 a.m. [25:50] >> 11 a.m. for the Yom Kipur service. The [25:53] morning service will start at 11. We'll [25:56] take a very short break after the [25:58] morning service for and then go into a [26:01] time of afternoon prayer and then a [26:04] reading and discussing of the book of [26:06] Yona and then a short concluding service [26:09] and breaking the fast somewhere around [26:11] 7:15ish 7:15. [26:14] So, uh, please bring with you whatever [26:17] you are bringing to help break the fast [26:20] and, um, we'll refrigerate it as needed [26:23] and we'll warm it up if it needs to be [26:25] warmed up, um, shortly before the [26:28] evening service. Are there any questions [26:30] about what we're doing for Yom Kapor? [26:34] >> Okay. Please don't show up here for Cole [26:36] Nidra. Find another congregation [26:38] somewhere or watch somewhere online. We [26:41] won't be here. Fountain of Life will be [26:42] here. So, you know, if you show up here, [26:44] you'll think it's called nidre service. [26:46] It's not. They'll be having their own [26:48] thing. Okay. So, Thursday starting at [26:52] 300 p.m. What's happening here? [26:55] >> Set up. [26:55] >> SOA setup and decorating. And it'll [26:58] probably take us at least a good three [27:00] hours depending on who's available. Um, [27:04] so please come at whatever point you [27:06] can. If you um need to text or something [27:10] to find out if it's worth still coming, [27:12] please do so. Please bring decorations. [27:16] Um the the children will be working on [27:18] some decorations during the Yom Kapur [27:20] prayer time. And you can make [27:22] decorations at home. You know, we still [27:26] have some of the artificial flowers, the [27:28] beautiful things from the days when [27:30] Harriet Ble blessed memory was still [27:32] with us. Uh but we could use more of [27:35] those. someone wants to get gourds or [27:37] anything, we want to make it very [27:39] beautiful. We'll be getting the corn as [27:42] usual for it. Um, so please join us for [27:45] that if you can. Then what's happening a [27:49] week from today? Next Shabbat [27:52] celebration. [27:53] >> We are having our Shabbat service and [27:55] celebrating Sukkot. And where will we be [27:58] eating our after the service for the [28:01] oning? [28:02] outside unless it's raining or under [28:06] about 60°. That's probably where we'll [28:09] cut it off as being too cold. Otherwise, [28:11] you know, you can bring fingerless [28:13] gloves and and coats if you need to. We [28:16] want to be able to eat in and around the [28:19] suka nearby it. So, um we'll just have a [28:22] full on van. The Lulu androg um sets [28:26] have arrived. So, if you ordered one of [28:29] those, they are $45 [28:31] and change. Um, and so we will be [28:34] assembling them here a week from today. [28:37] And we'll have lemons and some uh nice [28:41] branches from our forcyia bush for those [28:44] of you who did not order and for the [28:47] children um to have it. Okay. So, I [28:51] think that is everything that's needed. [28:54] Oh, more importantly, what's happening [28:58] looking forward two weeks from today [29:01] then? What's happening? [29:04] >> It's Shimania and Simatra, [29:07] which we're going to do Israeli style. [29:09] We're going to celebrate them both on [29:11] the same day rather than diaspora style [29:14] where you celebrate one and then the [29:15] other. So we will be having a full Torah [29:18] service reading from the big scroll from [29:21] beerit Genesis and then we'll just be [29:24] reciting from the small sc scroll the [29:27] end of Deuteronomy. Okay. And uh then [29:31] we'll be having a full onig for that as [29:34] well. Lots of food. And then the [29:37] following week which is three weeks from [29:39] today [29:43] >> Passover. [29:48] do not come here because if you come [29:50] here, you'll be here for a conference [29:52] for Fountain of Life because they [29:54] scheduled their conference when we said [29:56] we're going to be away because the men [29:58] are going to be camping at Pikamoose and [30:01] the women and the children will be [30:04] gathering, Lord willing, at my place for [30:07] brunch and a lorador [30:11] um activity thing. We'll have some [30:13] praise and worship, but um then we'll [30:15] just mostly have an activity and see [30:18] what the children can teach the adults [30:20] and vice versa. So that is all of the [30:24] stuff coming up and eventually we'll [30:26] have the remainder of the October things [30:29] on the calendar. But uh remember things [30:32] in your calendar are closer than they [30:34] appear. Right. Right. [30:36] >> Okay. Um, please continue to give to [30:39] Israel here or through the links we have [30:42] on our web page and our Facebook page. [30:45] The needs are high still. [30:49] And uh the Mishabara, we are praying for [30:52] all of the war wounded including our US [30:55] soldiers. [30:56] for Rona as she's recovering from her [30:59] back surgery, for my husband with his um [31:02] sciatica. [31:04] Uh my daughter with her various pain [31:06] issues. Um pray for me as u the u nerve [31:11] block is uh producing a lot of excess [31:14] pain right now. just for wisdom and [31:16] healing to know whether to go forward [31:18] with the ablation next month for Amy as [31:22] she has some physical and emotional [31:25] things going on for healing for um Arena [31:30] for Jackie and Israel for Noah Cheryl [31:34] Betty Brett Phil Craig's grandmother [31:37] Jenny Joannne's cousin Susan Bill's [31:40] brothers Robert and Frederick and his [31:42] sisters Janet Ron Dean Dean's mother and [31:46] his father who's doing well post knee [31:48] replacement. We're not sure when Dean is [31:50] going to be back with us because he'll [31:52] stay with his father in Pennsylvania as [31:54] long as needed. And pray for Dean's [31:57] mother-in-law as well. For Francis and [32:00] Marty, Craig's uncle Louie, Keith, [32:03] Morty, Hiba, for Selma, Joanne, and [32:06] Florence with vision issues. And please [32:08] pray for protection for Selma. There's [32:11] an outbreak again at Tenbrook. And so [32:14] she's been moved so that they can use [32:16] her room for isolating someone who needs [32:18] to be isolated. So um it's not exactly a [32:22] prayer for healing, but a prayer for [32:23] healing of her room after they move that [32:27] patient that they do not move Selma into [32:29] a place with um something in the air [32:31] that would make her ill. Um for Jan [32:35] Martha Sana Dena's mother, the [32:37] Crossroads Christian Fellowship people [32:39] will be seeing um the first Wednesday in [32:41] October. And then people battling [32:44] cancer. Frank, Donna D. Pascal, Craig's [32:48] aunt, Kelly's cousins Gerolene and [32:50] Ellie. Bob, Rowan's father and uncle [32:53] Ramon, David, David A. Fausto, D, Carl, [32:57] Naja, Diane, Evangelene, Larry, S, [33:01] Millie, Gloria, Join, Michael, Johnny, [33:05] Frederick, Jill, and Rob. Is there [33:07] anyone else who needs prayer? Yes. [33:08] >> Hannah's foot. [33:10] >> Oh, yes. I keep forgetting on there. [33:11] Hannah is foot. [33:13] >> Yeah. [33:14] >> And and Dina [33:15] >> and Dina [33:16] >> Dina Robert's childhood friend was [33:19] cancelled. [33:19] >> Okay. Um can you update me please by [33:22] emailing the congregational address so [33:25] these things actually get it on. Um I I [33:28] remember things better when they come in [33:30] in print. [33:31] >> Um just found out one of my family [33:34] friends has stage three cancer. [33:36] >> Um her name is Lisa. If we can pray for [33:39] her. [33:39] >> Lisa. Okay. Right. Sorry to hear that. [33:47] Our father or king. [33:51] We ask you to move with compassion. Move [33:54] with compassion the way Yeshua moved [33:56] with compassion. Healing the masses who [33:59] came to him. [34:01] We ask you to restore, heal, strengthen, [34:04] and enliven each one of these. [34:07] May you send speedily a complete healing [34:09] of the soul and healing of the body [34:12] along with all the ill among the people [34:15] of Israel and all humankind soon [34:18] speedily without delay. [34:22] We pray this in the mighty and holy name [34:27] of Messiah Yeshua who is able to work [34:30] wonders. [34:33] Before [34:46] we pray for Israel and the United [34:47] States, I'd like to read from the book [34:50] of Micah. Micah is a very interesting [34:53] book. Chapter 4, starting in verse one. [34:59] But in the last days, it will come about [35:02] that the mountain of Anony's house will [35:04] be established [35:06] as the most important mountain. It will [35:09] be regarded more highly than the other [35:12] mountains, and peoples will stream [35:15] there. Many Gentiles will go and say, [35:18] "Come, let us go up to the mountain of [35:21] Adonai, to the house of the God of [35:25] Yakov. [35:26] He will teach us about his ways and he [35:30] will walk and we will walk in his paths. [35:33] For out of Zion will go forth Torah, the [35:37] word of Adonai from Jerusalem. He will [35:40] judge between many peoples and arbitrate [35:44] for many nations far away. [35:47] They will hammer their swords into plow [35:50] blades and their spears into pruning [35:53] knives. [35:55] Nations will not rise swords to at each [35:58] other and they will no longer learn war. [36:04] Father, we thank you for Israel. We [36:05] thank you for the Torah and we thank you [36:09] for the rabbis that have preserved the [36:12] word throughout these thousands of [36:14] years. We pray a blessing upon the [36:16] government of of uh Israel. And we pray [36:20] for the commanders and the generals to [36:22] make decisive decisions on the [36:24] battlefield. And Lord, we thank you for [36:28] the many missionaries and the Messianic [36:30] community there and and the synagogues. [36:33] Lord, we pray for our nation. We pray [36:35] for our government, our senators, our [36:38] congressmen, Lord, our governors. Lord, [36:40] we pray that you have mercy upon this [36:43] country. And we ask it in Yeshua's name. [36:46] Amen. Amen. [36:47] >> Amen. [37:20] The blessing before the Torah reading is [37:23] on page 19 in your sidarim. [37:52] Amen. [37:59] This week's reading from the Torah [38:01] portion comes out of Deuteronomy [38:03] 32:1-43. [38:09] Give ear, O heavens, and I will speak. [38:12] Let the earth hear the words of my [38:14] mouth. May my teaching trickle like [38:16] rain, my speech distill like dew, like [38:19] gentle rain on new grass, like showers [38:22] on tender plants. For I will proclaim [38:25] Adoniah's name, ascribe greatness to our [38:27] God. The rock, blameless is his work. [38:31] Indeed, all his ways are just, God of [38:34] faithfulness, without iniquity, [38:36] righteous and upright is he. Did it [38:39] corrupt him? No. The blemish is his [38:42] children's, a generation crooked and [38:45] twisted. Is this how you pay back [38:48] Adonai, oh foolish, unwise people? Isn't [38:51] he your father who ransomed you? He made [38:54] you and established you. Remember the [38:56] days of antiquity? Understand the years [38:59] across generations. Ask your father and [39:02] he will tell you, "Your elders, and they [39:04] will say to you." When Eljon gave [39:07] nations their heritage, when he [39:09] separated the sons of man, he set [39:11] boundaries for the people by the number [39:13] of Ben Israel. But Adonai's portion is [39:17] his people. Jacob is the share of his [39:20] inheritance. He found him in the [39:22] wilderness land in the void of a howling [39:24] waste. He surrounded him, cared for him, [39:27] guarded him as the pupil of his eye. As [39:30] an eagle stirs up its nest, hovers over [39:32] its young. He spreads his wings, catches [39:35] him, lifts him up on his pinions. Adonai [39:38] alone guided him. There was no foreign [39:41] god with him. He made him mount the [39:44] heights of the land. So he ate the [39:46] produce of the field. He suckled him [39:48] with honey from a rock, with oil from a [39:50] flinty boulder, butter of cattle, and [39:53] milk of a flock, with fat of lambs, rams [39:56] of the bashan, and he goats with fat of [39:58] the kidneys of wheat, and blood of [40:01] grapes you drank. But Jesuan grew fat [40:05] and kicked. You got fat, you grew thick, [40:08] you gorged. He forsook God who made him. [40:11] He mocked the rock of his salvation. [40:14] They made him jealous with strangers, [40:16] with abominations. They angered him. [40:18] They sacrificed to demons, a non-God, [40:21] gods they had not known, to new ones who [40:25] came in lately, ones your fathers had [40:28] not dreaded. The rock who birthed you, [40:30] you ignored. You forgot God, who brought [40:33] you forth. Adonai saw, and he spurned [40:36] his sons and his daughters out of [40:38] vexation. He said, "I will hide my face [40:41] from them. I want to see their [40:44] hereafter, for they are an upside down [40:47] generation, children with no [40:49] faithfulness in them. They made me [40:52] jealous with a non-God. They vexed me [40:54] with airy idols. So I will make them [40:57] jealous with a non-p people. With a [40:59] foolish nation, I will vex them. For [41:02] fire has ignited in my nostrils. It will [41:05] burn to shol beneath, devour the earth [41:08] and her produce, and scorch the [41:10] foundations of mountains. I will heap [41:12] calamities upon them with my arrows I [41:14] will finish them wasted by famine [41:17] ravaged by plague and pestilence so [41:19] bitter fangs of beasts I'll let loose on [41:22] them with venom of creepers in the dust [41:25] outside the sword deals death and inside [41:28] terror to both young men and young women [41:32] infants with men of gray hair I would [41:35] have said I will hack them to pieces [41:37] make the memory of them cease from [41:39] mankind except I dread the taunt of the [41:42] enemy, lest their foes might [41:44] misconstrue. Lest they say, "Our hand is [41:46] held high and Adonai has not done all [41:49] this." For they are a nation lacking [41:51] counsel. Among them there is no [41:54] understanding. If they were wise, they [41:56] would discern this. They would [41:58] understand their hereafter. How can one [42:01] chase a thousand and two put to put [42:04] 10,000 to flight unless their rock had [42:06] sold them and Adonai had handed them [42:08] over? Surely their rock is not like our [42:12] rock, as even our enemies judge. For [42:15] their vine is from the vine of Sodom, [42:18] and from the terraces of Gomorrah. Its [42:21] grapes are grapes of poison, bitter [42:23] clusters on it. Venom of serpents is [42:25] their wine, poison of vipers, so cruel. [42:28] Is it not stored up with me, sealed up [42:31] in my treasuries? Vengeance is mine, and [42:33] payback for the time when their foot [42:35] staggers. Surely their day of disaster [42:38] is near. What is prepared rushes on [42:40] them. For Adonai will judge his people [42:43] for his servants. He will relent. When [42:45] he sees that strength is gone and no one [42:47] is left, slave or free, he will say, [42:50] "Where are their gods? The rock they [42:54] took refuge in. Who ate the fat of their [42:56] sacrifices and drank the wine of their [42:59] libation? Let them rise up and help you [43:02] and be a shelter over you. See now that [43:05] I I am he. There are no other gods [43:09] beside me. I bring death and give life. [43:13] I have wounded, but I will heal. And [43:16] none can rescue from my hand. Yes, I [43:20] lift my hand up to heaven and say, "As I [43:23] myself live forever, when I sharpen my [43:26] lightning sword, and my hand seizes it [43:28] in judgment, I will return vengeance on [43:30] my foes and those who hate me, I will [43:33] pay back. I will make my arrows drunk [43:36] from blood, and my sword will devour [43:38] flesh, the blood of the slain and the [43:41] captive, the head of the leaders of the [43:43] enemy. Make his people rejoice, O [43:46] nations, for he will avenge the blood of [43:49] his servants. He will return vengeance [43:52] on his foes and atone for the land of [43:55] his people. Amen. [44:04] The blessing after the Torah reading is [44:06] on page 21. [44:33] Right. Talk to Rob. Blessings begin on [44:35] page [44:37] 20. Nope. 22. [44:51] Elohim. [45:09] I don't know. [45:29] All right, the ha Torah portions. We'll [45:31] begin with Hosea 14 starting in verse [45:35] two. [45:40] Return, O Israel, to Adonai, your God, [45:42] for you have stumbled in your iniquity. [45:45] Take words with you and return to [45:47] Adonai. Say to him, "Take away all [45:50] iniquity and accept what is good," so we [45:53] may repay with offerings of our lips. [45:56] Assyria will not save us. We will not [45:59] ride on horses, and we will never again [46:01] say our God to the work of our hands. [46:04] For with you orphans find mercy. [46:08] I will heal their backsliding. I will [46:11] love them freely. For my anger will turn [46:13] away from him. I will be like a dew for [46:15] Israel. He will blossom like a lily and [46:18] thrust out his roots like Lebanon. His [46:21] tender shoots will spread out. His [46:23] beauty will be like an olive tree and [46:25] his fragrance will be like Lebanon. [46:28] Those dwelling in his shadow will [46:29] return. They will grow grain and bud [46:32] like a vine. His renown will be like the [46:34] wine of Lebanon. [46:37] Ephraim, what more are idols to me? I [46:40] have responded and observed him. I will [46:43] be like a luxurious cypress tree. From [46:46] me will be found your fruit. Who is [46:49] wise? Let him discern these things. Who [46:52] is intelligent? Let him know them. For [46:55] the ways of Adoni are straight and the [46:57] just walk in them, but the wicked [46:59] stumble in them. [47:04] and Joel chapter 2 starting in verse 15. [47:13] Blow the chauffear in Zion. Sanctify a [47:16] fast. Proclaim an assembly. Gather the [47:18] people. Sanctify the congregation. [47:20] Assemble the elders. Gather the [47:22] children, even those nursing at breasts. [47:25] Let the bridegroom come out from his [47:27] bedroom and the bride from her chamber. [47:30] Between the porch and the altar, let the [47:32] kohanim, ministers of Adonai, weep, and [47:35] let them say, "Have pity, Adonai, on [47:38] your people. Don't make your heritage a [47:40] scorn, a byword among the nations." Why [47:43] should the people say, "Where is their [47:45] God?" Adonai will be zealous for his [47:48] land, and have compassion on his people. [47:50] Adonai will answer and say to his [47:53] people, "Behold, I will send you the [47:55] grain, the new wine, and the fresh oil, [47:58] and you will be satisfied with it." I [48:00] will no longer make you a mockery among [48:02] the nations, but I will remove the [48:04] northern invader far from you. Yes, I [48:07] will banish him to a dry and desolate [48:09] land, his vanguard into the eastern sea, [48:12] and his rear guard into the western sea. [48:14] His odor will go up. Yes, his stench [48:17] will rise, for he has done great things. [48:21] Do not fear, O land. Be glad, rejoice, [48:23] for Adonai has done great things. Do not [48:25] be afraid, beasts of the field, for the [48:27] desert pastures have sprouted, for the [48:29] tree bears its fruit. Fig tree and vine [48:32] yield their strength. So be glad, [48:34] children of Zion, and rejoice in Adonai [48:36] your God, for he gives you the early [48:38] rain for prosperity. Yes, he will bring [48:40] down rain for you. The early and latter [48:42] rain as before. The threshing floors [48:45] will be full of grain, and the vast will [48:46] overflow with new wine and fresh oil. I [48:49] shall restore to you the years of the [48:51] locust, the swarming locust, the [48:53] cankerworm, and the caterpillar have [48:55] eaten. [48:58] My great army that I sent among you. You [49:01] will surely eat and be satisfied and [49:03] praise the name of Adonai your God who [49:05] has done one has dealt wondrously with [49:07] you. Never again will my people be [49:10] shamed. You will know that I am within [49:12] Israel. Yes, I am Adonai your God. There [49:16] is no other. Never again will my people [49:18] be shamed. [49:23] >> And Micah [49:25] >> chapter 7 starting in verse 18. [49:32] >> Who is God like you, pardoning iniquity, [49:36] overlooking transgression for the [49:38] remnant of his heritage? [49:40] He will not retain his anger forever [49:43] because he delights in mercy. [49:46] He will again have compassion on us. He [49:50] will subdue our iniquities and you will [49:52] cast all our sins into the depths of the [49:55] sea. [49:56] You will extend truth to Jacob, mercy to [49:59] Abraham that you swore to our ancestors [50:02] from the days of old. [50:08] >> And we will continue with the blessings [50:10] on page 23. [50:18] Eloh. [50:40] Amen. [51:01] Okay, we have three readings [51:04] in the apostolic writings. The first one [51:07] is from Romans 10 [51:11] 17. [51:14] 11 [51:16] 12 to 11:12. [51:21] Is this just for the Torah [51:24] or is it for? It's for everything. Okay. [51:35] So again, that's Romans 10:17- [51:38] 112. [51:47] So faith comes from hearing and hearing [51:50] by the word of Messiah. [51:54] But I say, [51:58] "Have they never heard? Indeed they [52:00] have, for their voice has gone out into [52:04] all the earth, and their words to the [52:07] ends of the world." [52:09] But I say, did Israel not understand? [52:14] First, Moses says, I will provoke you to [52:17] jealousy by those who are not a nation. [52:21] With a nation empty of understanding, I [52:24] will vex you. [52:26] >> And Isaiah is so bold as to say, I was [52:30] found by those who did not seek me. I [52:34] became visible to those who did not ask [52:37] for me. [52:39] But about Israel, he says, "All day long [52:42] I stretched forth my hands to a [52:44] disobedient and contrary people. [52:48] I say then, [52:50] God has not rejected his people, has [52:52] he?" [52:53] >> May it never be. For I too am an [52:57] Israelite of the seed of Alraham, of the [53:00] tribe of Benyamin. God has not rejected [53:04] his people whom he knew beforehand. [53:07] Or do you not know what the scriptures [53:10] say about Eli Yahoo? How he pleads with [53:14] God against Israel? [53:20] Adonai, they have killed your prophets. [53:22] They have destroyed your altars. I alone [53:25] am left and they are seeking my life. [53:29] But what is the divine response to him? [53:32] I have kept for myself 7,000 men who [53:36] have not bowed the knee knee to Bal. [53:42] So in the same way also at this present [53:46] time there has come to be a remnant [53:49] according to God's gracious choice. [53:54] But if it is by grace, [53:57] it is no longer by works. Otherwise, [54:00] grace would no longer be grace. What [54:03] then? [54:05] What Israel is seeking, it has not [54:09] obtained. [54:11] But the elect obtained it, and the rest [54:13] were hardened, just as it is written. [54:17] God gave them a spirit of stuper, eyes [54:21] not to see and ears not to hear until [54:24] this very day. And Davidid says, "Let [54:29] their table become a snare and a trap, a [54:32] stumbling block and a retribution for [54:36] them. Let their eyes be darkened so they [54:39] do not see and bend their back [54:41] continually. [54:43] I say then, they did not stumble as to [54:46] fall, did they? May it never be. But by [54:50] their false step, salvation has come to [54:54] the Gentiles to provoke Israel to [54:57] jealousy. [55:00] Now if their transgression leads to [55:02] riches for the world and their loss [55:05] riches for the Gentiles, [55:08] then how much more their fullness? [55:14] The second apostolic writing is from [55:24] Romans 12:19. [55:40] >> Never take your own revenge, [55:43] loved ones, [55:45] but give room for God's wrath. For it is [55:48] written, [55:49] >> vengeance is mine. I will repay, says [55:54] Adoni. [55:56] And the third apostolic writing [56:00] is [56:05] >> from Romans 15 [56:08] 9 and 10 [56:15] which it looks like I got to read some [56:16] of eight to make the sentence full. [56:22] For I declare [56:24] that Messiah has become a servant to the [56:27] circumcised [56:29] for the sake of God's truth. [56:31] >> Wrong place. [56:33] >> Keep saying in verse 9, it starts in the [56:35] middle of the sentence. [56:36] >> Romans 15 9 and 10. [56:41] >> I had to start with eight because the [56:43] sentence starts with [56:46] >> the sentence in nine starts with and. [56:49] >> Yeah. [56:51] Is that okay? [56:53] >> Yeah. [56:56] >> So I say again, for I declare that [56:59] Messiah has become a servant to the [57:01] circumcised [57:03] for the sake of God's truth in order to [57:06] confirm the promises given to the [57:08] patriarchs [57:09] and for the Gentiles to glorify God [57:15] >> for his mercy as it is written. For this [57:19] reason I will give you praise among the [57:22] Gentiles and I will sing to your name. [57:27] And again it says, "Rejoice, O Gentiles [57:31] with his people." [57:39] And again, praise Adonai all you [57:42] Gentiles and let all the peoples praise [57:46] him. [57:48] And again, Isaiah said [57:50] >> that's it. [57:53] >> Oh, that's [57:56] >> sorry. Yeah, I went to [57:58] >> Never hurts to hear a little more. [58:00] >> Yeah, the numbers are smaller than I [58:02] like on the next to the verses. [58:11] >> The blessing after the final reading on [58:13] page 23. [58:18] Elohim [58:43] Messiach Yeshua. [58:46] Amen. [58:49] >> Okay, let's build a ha. [58:56] >> Come, come forward one and all. [59:26] turn around [59:28] for glory. [59:28] >> Introduce yourself. [59:39] Good job. [59:46] >> See if the rest of us can do as good a [59:48] job as that. [60:02] >> All right. I can do that. [60:04] >> Well, [60:10] >> everybody, [60:13] >> fathers and future fathers alike. [60:17] >> Oh, man. [60:19] Well, [60:22] I'm glad you're here. [60:32] May God make you what a responsibility [60:36] as Ephraim and Manasseh. [60:43] May God make you as Sarah, Rebecca, [60:46] Rachel, and Leia. In the name of Messiah [60:49] Yeshua, we bless be Maru. Amen. [60:52] >> Amen. [61:41] Hallelujah. [61:46] Hallelujah. [61:54] Well, the Lord lives. [61:56] Hallelujah. [61:59] The Lord lives and blessed is my rock. [62:02] My soul makes its boast in the Lord. [62:06] The Lord lives and blessed is my rock. [62:10] Exalted is the God of my salvation. [62:32] I hashem [62:42] hashem. [62:46] by [62:50] Hashem. [62:52] Hashem [62:55] by the night [62:58] she [63:07] is. [63:10] The Lord lives [63:13] Hashem. [63:14] My soul exists [63:17] in him. The Lord lives. Hashem, [63:24] exalted is my God. [63:28] The Lord lives. Hashem [63:33] in my need. I call on him. The Lord [63:39] lives [63:41] hashem [63:43] and he answered me. [64:06] The Lord lives. Hi, hashem. [64:11] There is none beside [64:14] him. The Lord lives. Hi, hashem. [64:20] Holy is my God. [64:25] The Lord lives [64:28] hashem. [64:29] I put all my trust in him. The Lord [64:35] lives [64:37] hashem. [64:39] Faithful is my God. [65:02] The Lord lives high. [65:06] Let us sing our praise to him. The Lord [65:12] lives high. [65:16] He is our God. [65:20] The Lord lives high. [65:25] Our salvation [65:27] comes from him. The Lord lives high. [65:34] Gracious is our God. [65:38] I sh [65:48] my ship [66:14] The Lord lives highem [66:22] praise to him. The Lord lives high [66:27] hashem. [66:29] Worthy is our God. [66:34] The Lord lives [66:37] hashem. [66:39] Our salvation [66:42] comes from him. The Lord lives [66:47] hashem. [66:49] Gracious [66:51] is our God. [67:23] Great and marvelous is our Lord. [67:27] Hallelujah. [67:52] And they sing [67:57] the song of Moses. [68:02] the servant of God [68:07] and the song of the lamb [68:13] saying rich [68:19] and marvelous [68:24] are your words. [68:29] Oh God Almighty, [68:34] just and true. Just and true. [68:39] All your ways, Lord. [68:44] Oh king of the saints. [68:50] Who shall not fear you, oh Lord? [69:01] Hallelu. [69:06] Oh, [69:11] hallelujah. [69:27] Oh, [69:37] and they sing [69:41] the song of roes, [69:47] the servants of God, [69:51] and the song of the lamb. I'm [69:57] saying great, [70:02] great and marvelous [70:08] are your works, [70:13] Lord God Almighty. [70:18] Just and true. [70:22] true [70:24] your ways, Lord. [70:28] Oh king of the saints, [70:34] who shall not fear you, oh Lord. [70:44] Hallelujah. [70:50] Oh, [71:19] So we sing [71:22] this [71:24] song, [71:29] the servants of God [71:34] and the song of the lamb. [71:40] saying great, [71:45] great and marvelous [71:50] are your words. [71:55] Lord God Almighty, [72:00] just and true. [72:03] >> Just and true. [72:06] Fire away his love. [72:10] Oh king of the saints. [72:15] Who shall not fear you alone [72:21] heart? [72:25] Hallelu. [72:33] Oh, [73:05] Hallelujah. [73:10] Hallelujah. [73:25] Hallelujah. [73:31] Hallelu. [73:39] And they sing [73:44] the song of Moses, [73:49] the servant of God, [73:54] and the song of the lamb. [74:00] saying, "Great, [74:04] great and marvelous [74:10] are your words, [74:14] Lord God Almighty. [74:20] Just and true, just and true [74:25] are your ways, Lord. [74:29] Oh king of the saints, [74:34] who shall not fear you, oh Lord. [74:42] Hallelujah. [74:58] Hallelujah. [75:05] Hallelujah. [75:16] Oh, [75:51] Um I was just thinking [75:54] not just this song but [75:57] many of the songs that we see in [75:59] scripture [76:01] um [76:02] write this song um when the Lord [76:07] delivered the people of Israel [76:10] um from Pharaoh. [76:12] Um, I was thinking of um the [76:18] mother of Schmo Hannah um [76:22] like pleading to have a son, asking to [76:25] have a son and she uh um just giving her [76:30] son uh to the Lord, you know, and uh was [76:34] also thinking of Miriam when she was [76:37] exalting uh exalting the Lord for his [76:40] promise to his people. Um [76:44] and again this comes in Revelation uh [76:47] after the defeat of the of the beast. So [76:50] I was just um just thinking of how great [76:55] and wonderful the Lord is. [76:58] Um and [77:01] just to be in that to just proclaim his [77:07] glory and his greatness. [77:17] Hallelujah. [77:23] Oh, [78:21] Holy. Holy unto you. [78:27] Holy [78:29] unto you. [78:33] Hear this humble prayer and make me holy [78:40] unto you. [78:48] Hear [78:58] this humble prayer. Make me [79:12] Lord. I come to you [79:18] with a humble heart. [79:24] Seeking more of you, wanting less of me, [79:30] wanting more of you. [79:36] from my deepest part. [79:42] God of mercy, here [79:47] comes an urgent prayer that my heart's [79:52] desire is to you. Draw near. [80:01] Holy [80:03] unto you. [80:07] Holy [80:08] unto you. [80:13] Hear this humble prayer and make me holy [80:20] unto you. [80:29] Hear [80:36] this humble prayer. Make me [80:50] I give myself to you [80:56] on the altar. [81:02] Spirit come and fill so that I can walk [81:08] follow and [81:13] let your light more shine [81:19] in this wounded heart. [81:24] clean and purify [81:27] so that you can more of yourself in [81:32] part. [81:38] Holy [81:39] unto you, [81:43] holy [81:45] unto you. [81:49] Give this humble prayer and make me holy [81:56] unto you. [82:12] In this humble prayer, make me [82:18] ador [82:26] Lord. We come to you [82:33] with humble heart. [82:38] Seeking more of you. Wanting less of us. [82:44] Wanting more of you. [82:50] >> From my deepest part. [82:56] God of mercy [83:01] >> comes an urgent prayer that my heart [83:06] desire [83:07] is to you John. [83:15] >> Holy [83:17] unto you. [83:21] Holy [83:22] unto you. [83:27] Hear this humble prayer and make me holy [83:34] unto you. [83:43] Hear [83:50] this humble prayer. Make me [84:03] give myself to you [84:08] on the altar. [84:12] We ask spirit come and fill so that I [84:18] can move for the handle. [84:25] Let your light more shine [84:31] in this wounded heart [84:36] clean and purified [84:39] so that you can of yourself in [84:50] holy [84:52] unto [84:53] You [84:56] holy [84:58] unto you. [85:02] Hear this [85:05] prayer and make me holy [85:10] unto you. [85:18] Here [85:27] is our prayer. Make me [85:32] adory [85:38] unto you. [85:43] Holy [85:44] unto you. [85:48] Hear this humble prayer and make me holy [85:55] unto you. [86:05] Hear [86:11] this humble prayer. Make me [86:25] Pray make me [86:29] kad. [87:33] Now to him who is able [87:38] to keep you [87:41] who is able [87:44] to keep you from stumbling. [87:50] and to make you stand in the presence [87:58] of his glory, [88:00] blameless with great joy. [88:06] to the only [88:08] God [88:10] of earth. [88:14] through Yeshua [88:16] Messiah [88:19] Lord [88:22] be glory majesty [88:24] dominion [88:26] and power [88:30] before all time and now and forever. [88:39] Amen. [88:42] Amen. [88:46] Amen. [88:50] Amen. [88:54] Amen. [88:58] Amen. [89:02] Amen. [89:03] Amen. [89:05] Amen. [89:09] to him who is able to keep you. [89:17] Who is able to keep you from stumbling [89:25] and to make you stand in the presence [89:32] of his glory, [89:35] blameless with great joy [89:40] to the only [89:42] God [89:44] the Father. Father [89:48] to Yeshua [89:50] Messiah [89:52] our Lord [89:55] glory majesty [89:57] dominion [89:59] and power [90:03] before all time and now and forever. [90:11] Amen. [90:14] Amen. [90:20] Amen. [90:22] Amen. [90:26] Amen. [90:29] Amen. [90:33] Amen. [90:35] Amen. [90:37] Amen. [90:41] Amen. [90:43] Amen. Amen. [90:48] Amen. [90:52] Amen. [90:56] Amen. [90:59] Amen. [91:03] Amen. [91:05] Amen. [91:07] Amen. [91:17] Hallelujah. [91:22] Well, we have a message for the children [91:24] today. So, if we can get the children up [91:27] front. [91:57] Don't let my volunteer go too far away [91:59] either. [92:03] >> Okay, children. What is special about [92:07] this Shabbat? [92:11] >> What? [92:13] >> Almost yum kipur. In preparation for yum [92:16] kipur, which is the day of atonement, [92:18] what do we do on this Shabbat? What are [92:20] we focusing on? [92:23] It's Shabbat. [92:27] >> Shouba. And what does it mean to shove? [92:29] What does to shove mean? [92:37] >> To turn, right? [92:39] So, if I'm going this way and I'm [92:42] supposed to going be going that way, [92:44] what do I have to do? [92:45] >> Turn. [92:46] >> I have to turn. Now, does that mean that [92:48] I'm doing something bad necessarily if [92:51] I'm going this way? No. It just means if [92:55] I want to be going in a different [92:57] direction, like maybe this side has some [92:59] cool rocks, right? I love rocks. But [93:03] maybe this side has rocks and chocolate. [93:06] Which side am I going to want to go to? [93:08] Definitely. I want rocks and chocolate. [93:10] Right. And what if this one had vicious [93:13] dogs and snar snarling vicious dogs and [93:18] biting snakes and this one had rocks? [93:20] Where would I want to go? Yeah. So, [93:23] sometimes we want something good when [93:26] God wants us to have something better. [93:29] And other times we think we want [93:31] something [93:33] that turns out it's going to be bad. And [93:36] God wants us to have something good [93:38] instead. So I am having a volunteer [93:42] here. Come on up, Craig. [93:46] >> No, not yet. Okay. Come up over here. So [93:50] I'm going to be playing the role of [93:53] God's voice. Okay? But you're going to [93:56] join me in being God's voice because you [93:58] know sometimes God speaks directly to [94:00] us. Sometimes we can hear a voice. [94:03] Sometimes we hear him in our heart. But [94:05] most of the time he talks to us through [94:09] what? [94:11] His word and other people. Sometimes [94:16] people who don't even believe in God is [94:18] who God uses to talk to us. So [94:23] Craig, [94:25] are you willing to go where we tell you [94:27] to go? [94:28] >> No. [94:30] >> Are you sure you're not willing to go [94:32] where we tell you to go? [94:34] Maybe that's not where you want. [94:37] >> Not. [94:39] >> Do you even want to see where we tell [94:41] you to go? [94:42] >> No, I don't. [94:44] >> Oh, boy. He's a stubborn one. He has [94:47] decided [94:49] instead of our go God's way. What does [94:52] he want? [94:53] >> His way. [94:54] >> His way. Right. [94:57] >> Okay. Well, spin yourself around a few [94:59] times because that's what happens when [95:01] you wander off in your own will and you [95:03] get disoriented, right? Okay. So, we [95:07] need him to go [95:10] that way. [95:12] So, you give him directions and we'll [95:14] see if he'll listen [95:19] >> to your left. [95:25] >> I'm gonna go this way. [95:27] Oh no. [95:29] >> Oh no. [95:31] >> Oh no. [95:33] >> Oh no. What's going to happen? [95:40] >> Okay. You think maybe now that he's [95:42] crashed that he's willing to listen? [95:45] >> Ask him. Say, "Are you [95:47] >> Are you willing to listen?" [95:49] >> This didn't work out. [95:51] >> Okay. Well, are you willing to listen [95:53] then? [95:55] Well, here is what the word says. Psalm [95:59] 119:105 [96:01] says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet [96:04] and a light to my path." [96:08] >> Aha. [96:10] And John Yohanan 8:12 said, "Yeshua [96:15] spoke to them again, saying, I am the [96:18] light of the world. The one who follows [96:21] me will no longer walk in darkness, but [96:24] will have the light of life. Now tell [96:27] them where you wanted him to go. [96:29] >> This way. [96:31] >> That way. [96:34] >> All right. Good job. And [96:38] thank you to our volunteer. But isn't it [96:40] fun when you get to be used by God to [96:43] help somebody go a better way? So when [96:47] we do tashl today and you're throwing [96:50] your bread in, [96:53] when you're doing that, think about how [96:56] many times you say, "I want to go my [96:58] way. I don't want to listen to my Aba or [97:01] Emma. I don't want to listen to my mama [97:04] or papa. I don't want to listen to the [97:06] lady up here who's talking into the wind [97:09] or that man." And think about the things [97:12] that it's cost you. How many times has [97:15] it hurt you to say, "I want my way." And [97:18] we're gonna throw that with the bread [97:20] because this year we're going to choose [97:22] more to do God's way. Right. [97:24] >> Amen. [97:25] >> Okay. [97:32] >> Amen. [97:35] >> Reminds me of when we met, Craig. [97:38] >> What? [97:38] >> Reminds me of when we first met. [97:46] Except there's no trench coat. [97:48] >> No trench. Is that blindfolded? [98:09] All right. Um, [98:12] I'm going to ask you to I'm going to [98:15] pray, but I' i'd like you to pray. Um, [98:19] I'd just like you to ask [98:23] the Lord to um [98:29] give you something today. reveal [98:31] something to you today. [98:33] Uh release something today. [98:37] Um [98:39] and if that happens, it'll be the Lord [98:42] that did it. [98:44] That that's that's why we're here. We're [98:46] here because of the Lord. [98:50] And um [98:52] he's why we can stand. It's why I can [98:56] stand. So I just invite you to pray. [99:01] And uh well while I pray, Lord, I I [99:04] thank you for today. I thank you for [99:06] every person here. Thank you for anybody [99:11] that might possibly be [99:14] listening in. [99:17] And um [99:20] I just ask you [99:23] to [99:26] touch us as we [99:29] reach up to you. [99:32] That we would reach up to you. [99:36] and um [99:41] just uh [99:43] release things, [99:47] show us things, relieve things. [99:53] We thank you that you are a God of [99:56] blessing [99:58] and um I ask you now to just help me
[100:04] to share some things that would match
[100:08] your heart
[100:12] and um
[100:14] bring good
[100:16] in Yeshua's name.
[100:24] All right. Well,
[100:42] how's everybody doing?
[100:47] >> Great.
[100:49] What?
[100:51] >> Great.
[100:53] >> Did you say great?
[100:54] >> Yeah, I can see now.
[100:57] >> Yeah. Yeah. I was thinking if um you
[101:01] know the light that's in you is
[101:02] darkness.
[101:05] How great is that darkness? But how how
[101:08] could the light that's in somebody be
[101:10] darkness?
[101:13] >> Can you tell me?
[101:14] >> What?
[101:17] Maybe it's a black light.
[101:19] >> Is it a I mean is it a contradiction or
[101:22] paradox or is it that sometimes
[101:27] we um
[101:29] we may sometimes want to
[101:33] follow along a line of reasoning that
[101:37] seems like light to us but actually is
[101:41] darkness.
[101:42] But we may not realize that like uh you
[101:46] know Satan comes as an angel of light.
[101:49] Well well he's he's but he's not. It's
[101:52] not what he's not there's not light
[101:55] there. So um and we can be
[102:00] deceived.
[102:02] This I'm this is good news by the way.
[102:04] We can be deceived. If you if you
[102:08] realize you can be deceived
[102:10] and that causes you to be
[102:14] uh vigilant and walk circumspectly, then
[102:17] it's good news to find out. See, it's
[102:20] it's actually good news to find out that
[102:21] you can be deceived because if you don't
[102:25] believe you can be deceived, then well,
[102:27] then first of all, you've already been
[102:29] deceived, but you're it's going to get
[102:30] worse. So, um, we really don't have to
[102:34] be, uh, perfect. We don't have to be
[102:37] perfect specimens
[102:41] and, um, we don't have to be
[102:45] something that that we're not. Um,
[102:51] I was I just Well, I'm just going to say
[102:55] a couple of things here. Let's um
[103:00] let's repent of all forms of religious
[103:04] perfectionism.
[103:06] How does that sound?
[103:08] >> Good.
[103:10] >> It leads only to self-rrimation
[103:13] and
[103:17] the tendency to condemn others. Do you
[103:20] agree?
[103:21] >> Yes. Why would religious perfectionism
[103:24] lead to
[103:26] self-rrimation
[103:28] and then the condemnation of others? Why
[103:30] would it do that?
[103:36] >> Because
[103:40] >> yeah, go ahead.
[103:42] >> Because the expectations
[103:45] you're putting on yourselves of
[103:47] yourself, you're putting it on others.
[103:49] So you're load Oh, okay. So first of
[103:52] all, you're loading yourself down with a
[103:55] burden that you actually can't carry.
[103:59] >> And then secondly, you need to share the
[104:03] misery.
[104:05] >> So you begin to notice that other people
[104:09] are well even worse than you.
[104:12] At least that's what it seems like. It
[104:15] can seem like that. Um, I think last
[104:18] week I mentioned a passage that says,
[104:22] "Don't judge and you won't be judged
[104:25] because the measure you give will be the
[104:27] measure you get." That's also good news,
[104:30] isn't it? Does it sound terrible? No,
[104:32] actually when I read it, it sounds
[104:34] really great to me because you know what
[104:36] it what I think when I read I think oh
[104:39] well if I give
[104:43] good measure if I give good if I if I uh
[104:48] let's see how does David Harwood put it.
[104:51] Um
[104:53] yeah there's a verse in in first
[104:55] Corinthians that always bugs me in most
[104:57] translations.
[104:59] Uh, love believes all things. Well, you
[105:02] know, love doesn't actually believe
[105:04] everything.
[105:06] Um, if love believed everything,
[105:09] then it would
[105:12] it would believe each thing and its
[105:14] opposite as that occurs. So, it it
[105:17] always sounds funny, but um
[105:22] you may remember me mentioning something
[105:24] that David Horwood wrote about um
[105:30] purposing
[105:32] to always
[105:35] believe the best about everyone.
[105:38] Now that doesn't mean believe things
[105:41] that are obviously not true, but rather
[105:43] than have your impression and and then
[105:48] out of your impression form your opinion
[105:51] of the person that wherever there's any
[105:56] temptation
[105:58] to think something that's not positive
[106:01] or to think things that are negative
[106:04] to um it's not about denying
[106:09] the truth. It's about realizing how
[106:13] fallible we can be.
[106:15] So even if something seems really bad or
[106:20] troubling,
[106:22] does that mean I should not wish for and
[106:26] believe in the best and make allowance
[106:29] for perhaps my misunderstanding or my
[106:33] not having un, you know, like seeing the
[106:36] whole picture? Um, wouldn't I want
[106:39] people to be that way toward me if I
[106:43] seem to be acting in a bad way? Um,
[106:48] I I would I would like people to think
[106:52] the best that's possible to think of me
[106:54] even if I'm messing up, right? Because
[106:59] we all make many mistakes
[107:02] and um they're not the bottom line of
[107:06] who we are. So anyway,
[107:09] um being merciful
[107:13] and uh
[107:17] not putting a burden on ourself of some
[107:20] sort of religious perfectionism
[107:24] would be really good for our own
[107:29] uh person
[107:31] and it will be good for others because
[107:34] it will it will contribute to us not
[107:37] being judgmental.
[107:40] So, um, by the way, um, I guess you all
[107:45] know what this Shabbat is, right?
[107:51] It's Shabbat Shoua. We already talked
[107:54] about that. You know, I I've always
[107:57] thought the best way to talk to adults
[107:59] is to address children.
[108:02] >> Yeah.
[108:04] >> Because then the adults relax.
[108:06] >> I'm not being spoken to,
[108:09] >> right?
[108:09] >> And you can say whatever the adults need
[108:11] to hear, then
[108:13] >> it as long as you didn't pick someone
[108:16] out that you have a problem with and and
[108:18] you're just trying to speak to them in a
[108:20] roundabout way, that's you should repent
[108:22] of stuff like that. that that's just
[108:25] that's just a misuse of the occasion.
[108:28] But but uh speaking to children is a
[108:31] really good way to speak to adults. I
[108:33] I'm not sure if I first figured that out
[108:36] by realizing that when someone else was
[108:39] speaking to children in this place or
[108:40] that place that I was able to easily
[108:44] receive the message and I I wasn't
[108:46] putting up my shields, it's like, "Oh,
[108:48] wow. That got through to me."
[108:52] So, um, that's good. So, let's see where
[108:57] where are we going from here? Um
[109:02] um
[109:07] oh I was gonna yeah I was going to tell
[109:09] you
[109:11] um back sometime I don't know exactly
[109:15] how long but quite a while ago this
[109:18] occasion was one of two times out of the
[109:20] year when rabbis would give a sermon
[109:25] that that was it.
[109:28] Um,
[109:30] >> and you know, and the other one was
[109:40] >> Yeah.
[109:41] >> Yeah. That would have been like really
[109:44] close together.
[109:46] >> So it, you know, they're
[109:48] >> they didn't hear. People didn't hear.
[109:50] >> They're about six months apart.
[109:54] >> Shabbat. people didn't hear
[109:56] >> the great Shabbat.
[109:56] >> Oh, Shabbat Hagadul, the great Sabbath,
[109:59] the the Sabbath before
[110:02] >> Pes
[110:03] >> or Passover.
[110:05] So, um,
[110:08] the one on on Shabbat Hagadul
[110:11] was focused largely on
[110:15] all the ins and outs of preparing the
[110:17] home for Passover,
[110:20] such as properly cleaning out the
[110:22] comets, which by the way, if you don't
[110:24] do it absolutely perfectly, you're done
[110:27] for, right?
[110:30] Um,
[110:32] there's this great story about it's in
[110:35] the tomud.
[110:37] Somebody sees the house has been cleaned
[110:40] and somebody sees a mouse with in its
[110:44] mouth run into the house and the whole
[110:47] discussion is whether the house has to
[110:49] be cleaned again. I I don't know all the
[110:52] details, but then somebody sees a weasel
[110:56] with a mouse that has comets in its
[110:58] mouth running out of the house. And then
[111:01] it's, well, is it the same mouse? And
[111:04] does that mean the house doesn't need to
[111:06] be cleaned? And actually, sometime look
[111:09] it up and find out what the bottom line
[111:11] was.
[111:13] But I think um just to make it brief, it
[111:18] would be that um
[111:22] if there was a mouse, let's just say I
[111:25] mean if a tree falls in the forest and
[111:27] there's nobody there to hear it, does it
[111:28] make a sound?
[111:30] >> Yes. Yes.
[111:32] >> I mean, depending on the definition of
[111:34] the sound, if there's nothing at all
[111:35] there with ears, then it doesn't make a
[111:37] sound. But but you know, it it makes a
[111:40] sound. I I once I I once said I I've
[111:43] been sitting in a in the forest and one
[111:47] time on a very very still day, very
[111:50] still, and this tree crashes down. I
[111:53] thought to myself, yeah, it does make a
[111:55] sound.
[111:57] But then, of course, I was there to hear
[111:59] it. Anyway,
[112:02] to to so the thing is if a mouse with
[112:05] comets in its mouth goes into the house
[112:07] and nobody sees it, is the house still
[112:10] clean when it's been completely cleaned
[112:12] of comets? I would say yes.
[112:16] So
[112:17] if somebody saw it, would it change
[112:20] anything really? Well, maybe, but not
[112:23] that much, right? Unless
[112:25] >> because you can't eat it. Unless maybe
[112:28] you're a religious perfectionist.
[112:32] But um anyway, the other uh time a
[112:36] sermon was given was um was this day
[112:39] Shabbat Shouba.
[112:42] And of course it focused mainly on
[112:44] repentance
[112:46] and introspection
[112:48] and inspiring the community to return to
[112:52] God. That that doesn't sound too bad.
[112:55] But introspection can be a good thing.
[112:58] It can also be a bad thing. Um,
[113:02] has anyone here ever engaged in morbid
[113:06] introspection?
[113:08] >> Yeah. Well, I I've I've tried it many
[113:11] times actually. It came quite easily to
[113:14] me. Morbid in introspection.
[113:18] And uh it it doesn't lead anywhere good.
[113:22] But it is good to be able to look
[113:24] inside.
[113:25] And I always tell people if you're gonna
[113:27] take a good look, if you're gonna
[113:28] especially if you're going to look for
[113:30] what's not quite right within yourself,
[113:34] only go
[113:36] with God.
[113:39] He talks about it in Psalm 139 about,
[113:43] you know, search me, oh Lord. Well, I
[113:46] think you ask the Lord to do that and
[113:49] you search with him that that's safe. if
[113:51] it's really him you're with. So, um it's
[113:56] good it's good to do that, but only
[113:59] only with the one who is
[114:03] light, not not just with our own head
[114:08] and our own sense of we're going to fix
[114:11] ourself.
[114:13] Um so, let's see.
[114:16] I want to repeat something from last
[114:18] week which I think
[114:21] um it's one thing that uh it's not in
[114:24] the scriptures
[114:26] but um I think if you look in the
[114:29] scriptures you can find content that
[114:32] puts this same thing forth but but I
[114:35] really love this little sentence which
[114:38] is
[114:40] tushou or repentance involves not
[114:43] humiliation but the reaffir affirmation
[114:46] of the self in God's image.
[114:50] That's God. God wants to reaffirm all of
[114:53] us
[114:56] in the image we were created in. He
[114:58] wants he wants us to be
[115:02] reaffirmed
[115:05] when anything is a miss at all.
[115:08] That's what he wants. He doesn't wish to
[115:11] humiliate us and we shouldn't wish to
[115:14] humiliate anyone either.
[115:17] What we should desire is what God
[115:20] desires which is to reaffirm
[115:23] the person in their identity as he
[115:27] created them. And so that should be what
[115:32] we receive ourself.
[115:37] And then it's it's what we should wish
[115:40] for for others.
[115:44] And um
[115:47] so
[115:51] I just want to encourage you all that
[115:55] you were in fact created in the image of
[115:58] God.
[116:00] And that's a good thing.
[116:03] He he wants to restore his image. That's
[116:06] what he sent Messiah for is to
[116:10] reaffirm humanity
[116:16] in the image of what they were made in
[116:19] his own his own image. It's what he's
[116:22] doing with us all. It's what he desires
[116:24] for us all. It's not humiliation
[116:29] but reaffirmation.
[116:32] And I want to look at one example. um in
[116:36] the scriptures where I I think uh it it
[116:39] shows um Yeshua
[116:42] doing this. There's a um
[116:46] there's a passage in John 3.
[116:50] Um, let's I was that there's usually a a
[116:55] title over it, you know, that's not part
[116:58] of the scripture, but
[117:01] um
[117:04] I I I'm I'd like to like re retitle it,
[117:10] which is um
[117:13] >> the
[117:15] men caught in gross hypocrisy
[117:20] instead of the woman caught in adultery.
[117:26] And um so here here it is.
[117:30] I'll just start at the 22nd verse. After
[117:33] these things, Yeshua and his disciples
[117:35] came into the land of Judea.
[117:38] And there he was spending time with
[117:40] them. Oh, wait, wait, wait.
[117:42] >> I'm reading the wrong passage. Um
[117:46] >> um sorry about that.
[117:50] Um,
[117:50] >> it's not in chapter three.
[117:52] >> Uh, John, yeah, John, sorry, John 8.
[117:56] >> Uh,
[117:57] let's see,
[117:58] >> at the beginning,
[117:59] >> I'll just start at the beginning of the
[118:02] chapter. But Yeshua went to the Mount of
[118:04] Olives. Early in the morning, he came
[118:07] again into the temple, and all the
[118:09] people were coming to him, and he sat
[118:12] down and began to teach them. The
[118:15] scribes and the Pharisees brought a
[118:17] woman caught in adultery.
[118:20] To put this in the in the vernacular,
[118:23] which you know it's not quite right, but
[118:26] the uh the deacons and the preachers and
[118:29] the and the uh priests,
[118:33] the vicers,
[118:36] all these people,
[118:38] >> the rabbis,
[118:40] >> the rabbis,
[118:42] the
[118:44] people who thought of themselves as u
[118:48] religious leaders
[118:52] >> um brought a woman caught in adultery
[118:55] and having set her in the center of the
[118:57] court they said to him teacher this
[119:00] woman has been caught in adultery in the
[119:02] very act
[119:05] now in the law of Moses now the law of
[119:08] Moses commanded us to stone such women
[119:12] what then do you save. Now I want to ask
[119:15] what does the law of Moses actually say
[119:19] >> and you should bring the woman and the
[119:20] manhest.
[119:23] >> Wow.
[119:24] >> It doesn't just say stone such women.
[119:28] And um I believe that the thing is you
[119:33] couldn't if if this were going to be
[119:35] carried out,
[119:37] you couldn't really just carry it out by
[119:39] executing one of them.
[119:43] So at any rate,
[119:46] the law of Moses actually commanded that
[119:50] people guilty of that offense
[119:53] would be stoned. So that would be both
[119:55] people involved.
[119:58] They were saying this, testing him so
[120:00] that they might have grounds for
[120:01] accusing him. But Yeshua stooped down
[120:04] with his finger
[120:07] with stooped down and with his finger
[120:09] wrote on the ground.
[120:12] But when they persisted in asking him,
[120:14] he straightened up and said to them,
[120:17] "He who is without sin among you, let
[120:20] him be the first to throw a stone at
[120:22] her."
[120:24] And again he stooped down and wrote on
[120:26] the ground.
[120:28] When they heard it, they began to go out
[120:31] one by one, beginning with the older
[120:34] ones. Now, I'm going to just suggest
[120:37] here that anytime
[120:41] that we're judging anybody.
[120:45] I don't even know if they were judging
[120:46] her. I I would imagine they were if if
[120:50] she was caught in adultery, but but
[120:53] anytime
[120:55] you're judging anyone else, if you put
[120:58] it in the context of this passage, it
[121:01] could be helpful because
[121:05] well, the scriptures tell us not to
[121:07] judge. They say, "Judge not that you be
[121:10] not judged." It It doesn't mean don't
[121:13] use your judgment. Don't notice that
[121:15] anything's wrong. Don't notice that your
[121:17] brother or sister is stumbling. It's not
[121:20] saying that.
[121:23] But going to somebody to try to set
[121:26] something right is not about
[121:28] condemnation. Certainly not about
[121:30] stoning.
[121:32] It's about the reaffirmation
[121:35] of that individual in the image of God.
[121:38] And that that's the only righteous
[121:41] objective
[121:43] for bringing some problematic thing to
[121:47] someone's attention.
[121:50] Any other objective comes from something
[121:54] that needs somebody to address it.
[122:01] So, I'm just suggesting that, you know,
[122:04] I mean, adultery is a big thing, but um
[122:09] um
[122:12] if we think of it this way, it's like,
[122:14] well, h what about when I'm judging? H
[122:19] does this passage have something to say
[122:21] to me? Because I think often times it
[122:23] gets applied to
[122:26] uh Pharisees in particular.
[122:29] to in within the church world anyway
[122:34] to Jews
[122:36] to Judaism to Jewish religious leaders
[122:42] in a way that's um anacronistic and
[122:45] twisted.
[122:49] It's it's not about condemning Jewish
[122:52] people,
[122:55] but a hypocritical leader is a
[122:57] hypocritical leader, no matter who they
[122:59] are.
[123:01] >> So anyway,
[123:04] uh he stooped down again and wrote on
[123:05] the ground. When they heard it, they
[123:07] began to go out one by one, beginning
[123:10] with the older ones. So again, if we've
[123:13] been uh this way towards somebody, maybe
[123:16] we should get up and go out
[123:19] >> away from
[123:22] this activity.
[123:24] And he was left alone with the woman
[123:27] where she was in the center of the
[123:29] court. Straightening up, Yeshua said to
[123:31] her, "Woman, where are they?
[123:35] Did no one condemn you?"
[123:38] She said, "No one, Lord." And Yeshua
[123:40] said,
[123:43] "I do not condemn you either.
[123:47] Go from now on go from now on sin no
[123:51] more." So I'm going to suggest to you
[123:55] that what is happening here with with
[123:57] this woman at any rate is a
[124:00] reaffirmation
[124:02] of the self in the image of God.
[124:06] He didn't come to condemn the world. He
[124:09] came that the world might be redeemed
[124:12] through him.
[124:14] So he's not
[124:17] walking around looking for people to
[124:19] condemn.
[124:21] He's walking around with the desire that
[124:23] people be restored.
[124:25] >> Amen.
[124:28] And um the other really biting thing
[124:31] about this passage is that if they had
[124:34] been serious,
[124:37] I would think they would have brought
[124:38] both offenders.
[124:41] And also they were under Roman rule and
[124:44] they were not allowed to stone people to
[124:47] death. If there was going to be a death
[124:50] penalty,
[124:51] it would have to be enacted by the
[124:53] Romans and it would have to be brought
[124:55] before them. The whole thing is a sham.
[125:00] >> But I suppose we can assume this woman
[125:03] actually was guilty of adultery.
[125:07] But um
[125:09] some some think that all of the accusers
[125:12] were guilty of adultery themselves.
[125:16] But um if you look at some of the things
[125:20] Yeshua said, even if they hadn't
[125:23] actually committed adultery themselves,
[125:26] they'd probably lusted at some time. And
[125:28] according to him, that's the same as if
[125:30] you'd actually done it.
[125:33] Um,
[125:34] by the way, that's not a reason if
[125:36] you're tempted to commit adultery to
[125:38] say, "Well, if I actually do it, it's no
[125:40] different than if I'm just tempted
[125:42] because I've already done it in my
[125:44] heart, so I might as well go ahead."
[125:46] That that's if anybody ever thinks that
[125:49] way about any transgression. Well,
[125:51] actually, I think in Hebrews it does
[125:52] talk about such things. Don't don't say
[125:55] that I will sin and then he will forgive
[125:57] me. That's that's the most perilous
[126:00] ground you can be walking on. It's
[126:02] better to just be in deception
[126:05] than actively
[126:07] just stating that God's mercy is
[126:11] and grace is to be just used like a
[126:14] magic wand.
[126:16] >> So, um
[126:19] so anyway, uh let's see where are we?
[126:23] Um,
[126:52] All right. So,
[126:57] >> hello.
[126:59] It's um
[127:02] it's my wish on this my desire on this
[127:07] Shabbat Shouba
[127:11] that each one would see themsself
[127:16] if you have come to Yeshua
[127:20] that you would see yourself as having
[127:22] been reaffirmed
[127:26] in the image of God in which you were
[127:29] created
[127:32] that you would
[127:34] be able to absorb that more
[127:39] and um
[127:42] that you could apply the same thing to
[127:47] others and desire nothing
[127:50] other than
[127:52] the same reaffirmation for them.
[127:56] And and I think you can apply that to
[128:00] just
[128:02] any transgression real or imagined in
[128:05] another person.
[128:08] What What would you want for yourself?
[128:13] We would probably all want people to
[128:17] believe
[128:19] the best about us that can possibly be
[128:22] believed.
[128:25] not not lies, but I mean, isn't it
[128:28] pretty easy to come to conclusions that
[128:31] are far more negative than reality about
[128:33] somebody else when we're having some
[128:35] issue?
[128:37] >> Sometimes it's even really easy to do
[128:39] that to ourselves.
[128:42] But the Lord wants to I think he wants
[128:45] us to repent for that, too. I think he
[128:48] wants to reaffirm us and help us not do
[128:51] it to ourselves or to anybody else.
[128:55] So, let's see. I just want to see if
[128:58] there's anything I want to add here. Um,
[129:05] probably just a few
[129:07] verses worth
[129:09] reading.
[129:11] Um,
[129:17] with all humility and gentleness, with
[129:19] patience,
[129:21] bearing with one another in love. Now, I
[129:24] I realized I I'm not
[129:28] getting into the whole passage there,
[129:29] but that's Ephesians 4:2.
[129:32] Um,
[129:38] let's ask the Lord to help us learn more
[129:40] and more
[129:42] to treat
[129:44] people in humility
[129:47] and gentleness with patience
[129:50] and and bearing with one another
[129:54] in love.
[129:59] Be joyful in hope, patient in
[130:01] affliction. persistent in prayer. That's
[130:04] Romans 12:12.
[130:08] Then in Jacob 57 and 8, it says, "Be
[130:11] patient then, brothers, until the Lord's
[130:14] coming.
[130:17] See how the farmer awaits the precious
[130:19] fruit of the soil.
[130:22] How patient he is
[130:24] for the fall and spring rains. You too
[130:28] be patient and strengthen your hearts
[130:30] because the Lord's coming is near.
[130:34] Um
[130:47] I'll just close with this.
[130:52] Love is patient.
[130:57] Love is kind and it's not jealous.
[131:01] Love doesn't brag and isn't arrogant.
[131:06] It doesn't act unbecomingly. What does
[131:08] that mean? Unbecomingly
[131:15] translation.
[131:18] >> Not appropriate.
[131:23] doesn't act unbecomingly. It does not
[131:27] seek its own.
[131:29] Doesn't seek its own will.
[131:32] It's not provoked.
[131:37] Doesn't take into account a wrong
[131:39] suffered.
[131:42] Doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but
[131:44] rejoices with the truth.
[131:47] bears all things.
[131:51] Believes the best despite what things
[131:55] look like.
[131:59] Hopes all things.
[132:01] Endures
[132:04] through everything.
[132:06] Love never fails. But if there are gifts
[132:10] of prophecy, they will be done away. If
[132:13] there are tongues, they will cease. If
[132:15] there is knowledge, it will be done
[132:17] away.
[132:19] For we know in part and we prophesy in
[132:22] part. But when the perfect comes, the
[132:26] partial will be done away. When I was a
[132:30] child, I used to speak like a child. I
[132:33] thought like a child. My reasoning was
[132:36] like a child. When I became a man or a
[132:40] woman, I did away with childish things.
[132:45] For now we see in a smoked glass
[132:52] dimly,
[132:54] but then face to face. Now I know in
[132:57] part, but then I will be known fully.
[133:02] But then I will know fully just as I
[133:06] also have been fully known. I I love I
[133:10] love that verse 12
[133:12] because it says
[133:15] I it says you have been fully known. So
[133:20] you've been fully known and you know
[133:22] what? God still loves you.
[133:28] >> He fully knows everything. He loves you.
[133:33] He I mean people are scared stiff of
[133:36] being fully known. A lot of people I'd
[133:40] say most people they want to be
[133:42] partially known but they you know they
[133:44] don't want to be fully known. I mean
[133:46] that could be what embarrassing
[133:48] humiliating
[133:50] >> but with God with all of that stuff what
[133:55] comes about is a reaffirmation of the
[133:57] self in the image of God.
[134:00] It's amazing. It's how we should want to
[134:04] be with people in our own relationship
[134:07] with them
[134:09] is the way he is. It's the image we're
[134:12] made in.
[134:14] So I will know fully then you know one
[134:18] day know fully even as I also have been
[134:22] fully known.
[134:24] But now faith, hope, love, these three
[134:27] continue on. But the greatest of these
[134:31] is love.
[134:34] So in the spirit of these things that
[134:38] I've
[134:39] read out and talked about
[134:42] um I want us to
[134:46] go and perform uh tashlik
[134:50] which is you know it's a symbolic act of
[134:54] throwing your sins away.
[134:57] Um
[134:59] I think it's quite meaningful if it's
[135:01] approached
[135:04] um
[135:06] as a
[135:08] honest gesture from the heart before the
[135:11] Lord.
[135:13] It doesn't have to be just a little
[135:16] ritual. It can be an an actual act of
[135:22] real meaning.
[135:24] So, um I have I printed out some uh
[135:30] some scriptures
[135:33] here, um
[135:36] and headed it with things to ponder for
[135:38] Tashlick. It's kind of noisy down there,
[135:42] so reading things out loud is it is sort
[135:46] of almost pointless because it between
[135:49] the traffic and everything. Um it's too
[135:52] hard to hear. So I want to
[135:55] somebody want to distribute these to
[135:58] people
[136:01] and um it it has a passage from Micah
[136:07] in it.
[136:09] Um
[136:17] >> so
[136:19] I believe that's what I
[136:29] needed to share with you all today.
[136:33] Let's um
[136:36] bear with all things. I'd like to thank
[136:38] you all for bearing with me.
[136:41] >> Thank you.
[137:05] you'd uh open your seed door to page 25
[137:08] for the Elenu
[137:11] and um stand physically if you're able.
[137:16] stand in your heart if you're not able
[137:18] to.
[137:20] We uh all stand before the Lord in an
[137:23] imperfect way, right? So, let's not get
[137:26] all caught up in uh whether we do things
[137:30] correctly. You know, if you ever go
[137:32] visit a different congregation, you'll
[137:34] find out that they're not doing it
[137:36] right.
[137:38] Right.
[137:39] Or depending on your perspective, you'll
[137:42] go, "Oh, no. We're not doing it right."
[137:44] I was going to say we are a different
[137:45] congregation.
[137:48] >> Okay. Um, we need a couple volunteers to
[137:51] open the ark.
[137:53] >> Do you two want to do it?
[138:22] Shalom.
[138:30] Shalom.
[138:33] for
[139:02] the of he
[139:08] a
[139:10] mu
[139:15] to
[139:27] Elohim.
[139:42] We hope, oh Lord our God, to soon behold
[139:44] your majestic glory, when all
[139:47] abominations shall be removed, and all
[139:50] false gods shall be at an end. Then
[139:52] shall the world be perfected under the
[139:54] rule of the Lord Almighty, and all
[139:57] mankind shall call upon your name. For
[140:00] to you every knee must bow and every
[140:03] tongue declare that you are God. Reign
[140:06] over us soon and forever. May the
[140:09] kingdom of David's greater son be
[140:11] established forever. For then shall the
[140:14] words be fulfilled.
[140:31] by
