Transcript [00:00] You know folks, Americans rely on credit [00:01] cards for secure payments and seamless [00:04] transactions, but consumers stand to [00:05] lose it all with the Durban Marshall [00:07] credit card mandate bill. Big government [00:09] mandates favor corporate mega stores and [00:11] allow them to choose how your credit [00:13] card is processed. They might end up [00:14] using untested payment networks that [00:16] could jeopardize your data security and [00:18] rewards. Tell Congress to guard your [00:21] card because Americans lose when [00:22] politicians choose. Visit [00:24] guardyoucard.com to learn more. That's [00:26] guardyoucard.com. [00:28] Paid for by the Electronic Payments [00:30] Coalition. [00:31] >> He's here. He's here. [00:34] Now broadcasting from the underground [00:37] command post deep in the boughels of a [00:39] hidden bunker somewhere under the brick [00:42] and steel of a nondescript building. [00:44] We've once again made contact with our [00:46] leader, Mark Leven. [00:53] What's up, America? I am Rich Valdez [00:55] filling in for the great one Mark Levin [00:57] this evening your Libertyloving Latino [00:59] amigos 17 blocks away from Madison [01:02] Square Garden here in New York City. [01:03] Blessed and honored to be here with you [01:05] guys. Mark's wonderful audience. It's [01:07] Wednesday night. Uh it's the Levinc [01:09] Show. You know the number 877-381-3811 [01:13] 877-381-3811 [01:16] if you want to disagree. And I want to [01:20] start with a big heartfelt thank you, [01:21] right? And a big thank you to President [01:23] Trump, El Trump, Pito Donaldis Magnus, [01:26] the 45th and 47th president of these [01:28] United States, El Presidente, Donald J. [01:30] Trump, because he uh extended a very [01:33] gracious invitation for me to join the [01:35] White House today uh this afternoon for [01:37] the Hispanic Heritage uh reception. It's [01:40] always an honor to be invited to the [01:42] White House, especially now that El [01:44] Trito is battling, fighting back against [01:48] the fake news media with the same energy [01:49] that Mayaba used to use, swinging a [01:52] wooden spoon with her Gandles. This is [01:55] the reality of Washington DC, right? [01:57] It's a back and forth on every single [01:59] topic. And we're going to get into a [02:00] bunch of those this evening. And the [02:03] invitation for me really uh underscored [02:07] how many Hispanics truly love this [02:10] country. They support President Trump, [02:12] his agenda, and and truly want to vote [02:15] their values of faith, family, freedom, [02:18] hard work, and law and order. So again, [02:21] thank you, Mr. President. I'm truly [02:22] humbled and honored. I appreciate it. [02:25] And you know, I grew up in Brooklyn, New [02:27] York. Moved to Hudson County, New [02:28] Jersey, right over the uh Hudson River. [02:30] And I spent my teenage years cutting [02:32] hair in different uh neighborhood barber [02:35] shops until I had my own barber shop. [02:37] And I would listen to the OG's, the old [02:39] guys. They would um discuss politics [02:42] while the radio would play like a [02:44] hip-hop song or a salsa song. And you [02:46] would smell cafe go leche, right? Mixed [02:48] with that classic barberhop cologne, I'm [02:50] going to call it like um uh club mental, [02:54] right? and and occasionally if you if [02:55] you had any uh really old clients, you [02:57] would have that vitalis um hair uh [03:01] pomade or the the hair tonic. Anyway, [03:04] the point is I'm trying to bring you [03:06] back, right? And and and it was it was [03:08] there that I saw how people really what [03:10] they cared about. When you hear people [03:12] talk about kitchen table politics, it's [03:14] really the same as barbershop politics [03:16] because it would always come up and [03:18] you'd hear people, you know, they start [03:19] with sports and they talk about cars, [03:22] but they always get into some political [03:24] discussion. [03:25] And this is, I think, the crux of [03:27] America, at least the America I grew up [03:29] in, where people see things and, you [03:33] know, didn't matter what party you were [03:35] with, you wanted safe streets, you [03:38] wanted strong borders, you wanted secure [03:40] elections. Now, people want voter IDs, a [03:43] lot of people, right? And there's a lot [03:45] some other people who don't want voter [03:46] IDs, because they they want a chance to [03:49] raise their kids outside of the chaos, [03:52] right? So, what's the problem with [03:55] common sense voter ID? That's not [03:57] suppression, right? They're going to [03:59] argue that all day, but we've seen video [04:02] after video of man on the street [04:04] interviews of people going into the [04:06] Bronx and Harlem and other, you know, [04:08] predominantly black neighborhoods [04:10] saying, "Hey, look, somebody is out [04:12] there saying that it that you don't have [04:13] an idea or you don't know how to get [04:14] one. Is that true?" And they get [04:16] offended. So, clearly this is a [04:18] nonsensical argument. [04:20] But speaking of chaos, we saw a lot of [04:23] things in the news cycle, right? [04:24] Yesterday, today, a lot going on. We're [04:26] going to talk about all of it. We uh saw [04:28] a terrifying attempted terror attack on [04:30] an Israeli bound uh fly Dubai fight, [04:34] excuse me, flight that turned into a [04:35] fight. Uh one pilot uh stabbed his [04:38] co-pilot or vice versa apparently uh [04:41] trying to crash the plane doing a nose [04:44] dive bringing it down I think 18,000 ft. [04:47] Uh more than 170 people on board. I [04:49] think more than uh almost 30 kids, 27 [04:51] kids. Most of them were Israelis going [04:53] back home. and the brave passengers and [04:56] crew, they did what they had to do. It's [04:58] reminiscent of uh 9/11, subduing the [05:01] attacker, somehow landing this plane, [05:04] finding another pilot on board. You [05:07] know, the conspiracy folks are going to [05:08] say this is a false flag. Everybody else [05:11] is going to say it's a miracle, but I [05:13] would say miracle doesn't even cover it, [05:15] right? Law and order matters in the [05:17] skies the same way it matters on our [05:19] streets. Doesn't matter if you're in New [05:21] Jersey, if you're in New York City, if [05:23] you're in Israel, [05:25] people want to be safe. [05:28] And that's been President Trump's [05:30] priority from from the get-go. [05:32] Now, [05:34] on the other side of the coin, [05:35] domestically, we've got President Trump, [05:38] El Trumpito, as I like to call him. He's [05:40] meeting with all the top leaders of AI. [05:42] He did that yesterday. Elon Zuckerberg, [05:46] Jensen Hang, the rest of the gang. And [05:50] they're having a meeting on what they [05:52] call now super intelligence. [05:56] But I have to say, I don't know. I don't [06:00] know if I'm thrilled about this term. [06:01] Now, listen, I'm a big fan of El Trump. [06:03] I got his back 110%. [06:06] But I I do want to, you know, submit to [06:10] the president and his uh friends in the [06:12] White House that may be listening. [06:14] Just hear me out on this one because [06:17] when you meet with all these people and [06:18] you have an opportunity and and and the [06:21] the imagery was powerful, right? You saw [06:23] the speaker of the house, the president [06:25] sitting there with about 50 or I don't [06:26] know how many there were, but it looked [06:27] like 50 people, all the top CEOs. [06:31] And [06:33] talking about a change like this, I [06:35] think, is a good thing. I think we do [06:36] need a change in the name of AI. And I [06:39] think I've talked about it a bunch of [06:40] times on my show, Rich Valdez. This is [06:43] America and I think we should have [06:45] changed a name a long time ago. But I'm [06:46] glad President Trump did this. I just [06:48] don't know if super intelligence is the [06:49] right name. I don't think it's a bad [06:50] name. But here's what I think. I think [06:53] that there's so much stock already in [06:56] the initials of AI, right? Why not [06:59] rebrand AI as something else that sounds [07:04] like AI? For example, I used to think uh [07:08] automated innovation because that's [07:10] really what I think it is, right? when [07:11] you say, "Oh, it's AI." They got an AI [07:13] bot, automated innovation, but a little [07:15] bit bland, right? And I said, if if it's [07:17] a Trump thing, you know, Trump does [07:20] everything in the superlative and [07:21] everything patriotically, [07:24] then maybe we should have just called it [07:27] American innovation, [07:29] right? That's some free game right there [07:30] from Richie V. You're welcome. Listen, I [07:33] am available to serve as a special [07:35] adviser in the White House if need be. I [07:37] could do this all day because if any of [07:40] those guys need me, I got you. My [07:42] current contract does allow that, by the [07:43] way. But thinking of American [07:46] innovation, right, it puts us in a [07:47] position where we can say we're leading [07:48] the way on this because we're leading [07:51] the way [07:52] and B, now we own it by way of branding. [07:57] So, I don't know that we're going to [08:00] change AI into SI that quickly, right? [08:03] For example, there are memes about AI [08:05] everywhere. Shoot. Even my 21-year-old, [08:07] by the way, shout out to my little baby. [08:09] She turned 21 over the weekend. [08:12] She constantly jokes with me when I say [08:14] stuff, when I do stuff, and she's a [08:16] little bit incredulous to it. She looks [08:18] at me and says, "Oh my gosh, are you [08:20] AI?" And and and this is part of the [08:23] vernacular now. So, Mr. President, if [08:26] you're listening, give it some thought. [08:28] American innovation. You can take all [08:29] the credit you like. Um, I want to talk [08:32] about AI because every now and again I [08:34] get into these uh senseless and [08:37] pointless debates with AI chatbots [08:41] and I entertain them just because I [08:44] notice how how left things can go, [08:48] right? I start explaining to them um the [08:50] reason that they're giving me the [08:51] responses they're giving me is because [08:53] the people that program them are from [08:56] the Silicon Valley, right? These are [08:59] Marxist sympathizers, socialism [09:02] sympathizers, people that think [09:04] communism is not a horrible thing. So, [09:06] of course, you're going to get these [09:07] types of answers when you have an AI [09:10] chatbot. Even if they think they're [09:12] trying to be unbiased, there's a bias [09:15] built in. Tell me how many conservatives [09:17] are in Silicon Valley. [09:19] Exactly. So, how do we navigate that? [09:22] And I'm hoping that's part of the [09:23] conversation that's being had. Uh, [09:25] forget about the guard rails, by the [09:27] way. and all the fear-mongering that's [09:29] going on. I think that's one big show. [09:31] It's a big show to get everybody afraid. [09:33] Trump is ushering in the AI. The bots [09:36] are going to take over. It's Terminator [09:38] 4 or whatever the next sequel would be. [09:42] I don't buy it. That's one more attack [09:45] against uh Trump for the midterms [09:47] because that's how Democrats work. You [09:49] got to give them credit where credit's [09:50] due. These people don't care about [09:52] people. They care about politics and [09:55] everything they do is always so [09:58] strategically [10:00] aligned with the next election. [10:02] Everything [10:04] for a year we've heard them or maybe [10:06] more, right? Maybe 18 months. We've [10:07] heard them talking about the masked ICE [10:10] agents. We've heard them talking about [10:12] everything that they're going to try and [10:14] throw at President Trump right now. Cuz [10:16] right, they're always going to run [10:17] against Trump. They don't care who's [10:18] running in Alaska if it's this Dan [10:21] Sullivan or the other one. and I hope [10:22] the right one wins. [10:25] All they care about is making sure [10:27] they're throwing the dirt they need to [10:29] throw because ultimately this is how [10:32] they think they're going to win [10:33] elections. And if it didn't work in the [10:36] past, they wouldn't do it. [10:38] But this is this is uh the the ground [10:41] game right here, right? They've been [10:44] talking about mass ICE agents. So, [10:45] they're going to keep beating that. And [10:47] and the reason I know it's working is [10:48] cuz I live in a blue state and I've got [10:50] friends and I've got friends that like [10:52] Trump and supported Trump and Trump [10:54] aside, they like America. They think in [10:57] a pretty common sensical way. And [11:01] many of them have are immigrants or come [11:05] from immigrants, [11:07] legal immigrants. And there is so much [11:12] false information, disinformation, [11:14] misinformation [11:16] about how ICE is operating that it's [11:19] gotten to a lot of people. You've got [11:21] certain politicians in in South Florida [11:23] that are now running away from this [11:25] issue. And I'm not criticizing, I'm just [11:27] making an observation in order to save [11:30] their seat because the polling is [11:32] showing them saying if you support ICE [11:34] and you support Trump's position on [11:35] this, you're likely going to lose. if [11:38] you run away from it, you've got a [11:39] chance. Now, look, that's a reality in [11:42] politics. That's always a thing, right? [11:45] Um that's there's nothing new there. [11:49] But what I would say is at some point [11:52] maybe we can uh again a little more free [11:54] game. Maybe we take a L here and say [11:58] we're not going to use so many masks, [12:00] right? Maybe we'll leave the masks for [12:02] raids, right? Or for undercover agents, [12:05] kind of like we've always used masks. [12:07] And I'm not necessarily anti-mask. I'm [12:09] just saying if this is their talking [12:11] point and the talking point is making [12:13] sense and people left and right are are [12:15] concerned about this because the talking [12:18] points are sticking, then perhaps we we [12:21] take a look at it, right? Because [12:23] ultimately, I think you and I know ISIS [12:25] is out there doing the right thing. [12:28] We're going after the bad guys and we're [12:30] trying to make America great again. [12:34] But when [12:36] the fake news media gets a hold of [12:37] something, [12:39] you give them an inch, they try to take [12:40] a foot. And it's in those moments that [12:43] we've got to be careful what type of [12:44] ammo, what type of bait we're giving [12:46] them. So that's all I'm saying. We're [12:48] going to get into that in a little bit. [12:49] Um because I want to hear your thoughts [12:50] on that as well. Plus, um some reaction [12:54] about Trump's AI meeting. Bernie Sanders [12:56] says that El Trump Donaldis Magnus was [13:00] uh entertaining the oligarchs. [13:02] entertaining the oligarchs. Well, [13:05] Senator Santis, uh, what I say to you, [13:07] sir, is well, you know, I'm going to [13:09] save that for after this pause. If you [13:11] want to speak with me, I'd love to chat [13:13] with you. My name is Rich Valdez. Valdez [13:15] with an S. I worked on this show for [13:17] many years as Mr. Call screener before [13:19] uh I left to do national syndication and [13:22] now I have a show that's uh on Roku TV [13:25] and on iHeart Radio and we're reaching a [13:28] lot of people and I hope you're one of [13:29] them. So, make sure you check that out [13:30] at richaldes.com. But there is more to [13:32] come straight ahead. You know the number [13:34] 877381-3811. [13:36] I'm Rich Valdez filling in for the great [13:38] one. [13:39] >> M love. [13:56] All right, Finia. Welcome back. Rich [13:57] Valdez filling in for the great one. [13:59] Mark Leavvin, you know the number if you [14:00] want to join the conversation. [14:02] 877381-3811 [14:05] 877-381-3811. [14:08] Now, check this out. So, President Trump [14:11] sits with uh these top leaders of all [14:13] the AI uh companies. You saw that [14:15] yesterday. We're going to get into all [14:16] of today's news as well, but I wanted to [14:18] pull the string on this one a little bit [14:20] because of what Bernie Sanders said [14:23] today. He um took exception to this and [14:27] the exceptional producer, Mr. Producer [14:29] got a clip of it. Go for it. [14:31] >> This whole debate about AI, not only the [14:33] existential threat of catastrophic [14:36] damage, but the impact on the economy [14:38] and the possible loss of tens of [14:40] millions of jobs. Clearly, [14:43] the goal must be that this very powerful [14:46] and transformative technology is [14:48] controlled by the people, not by a [14:51] handful of billionaires. [14:53] So that's that's the message because [14:55] what's going on in a AI [14:58] is just a the clearest example possible [15:01] of the power of oligarchs. [15:04] >> The oligarchs. We're talking about the [15:05] oligarchs. All right, Senator Sanders, [15:07] let me respond in your voice so maybe [15:09] you'll understand me. My name is Rich [15:11] Valdez with an S. And I'm not an [15:13] oligarch. I'm uh I'm actually part of [15:16] the I guess I'd be part of the [15:17] proletariat. But Senator Sanders, here's [15:21] the thing. [15:22] It is the oligarchs that run the show, [15:26] right? It's the oligarchs that are in [15:29] charge of everything. This is your [15:30] argument and they're going to take over [15:32] and the bots are going to take over the [15:33] people. But that's not really the case, [15:35] Senator. And I'm going to tell you why. [15:38] Right? This is the free market. The free [15:41] market don't control uh the people. The [15:45] people really control the free market. [15:46] That's what makes you free. If people [15:49] don't like it, they won't use it. This [15:51] is the reality of things. A quick story, [15:53] right? I don't have a lot of time before [15:55] we hit the break, but I recently um had [15:57] to go for a medical procedure. And I [16:01] went and you know, part of the intake [16:03] sign this, sign that, your insurance, [16:04] this and that, blah blah blah. Your [16:06] privacy is protected. Oh, and this uh we [16:09] use AI. This is a major hospital chain [16:12] in New Jersey. We use AI. So major [16:15] hospitals are using AI and they're [16:17] letting you know. Why? Because it's [16:19] everywhere. Now, this is not something [16:22] that is going to be uh here today and [16:26] gone tomorrow. The reality is when you [16:28] try to put this in the hands of the [16:30] oligarchs as you're suggesting, right, [16:32] you're saying that's the the problem [16:33] here like Bill Gates, that would be [16:37] disastrous. [16:38] But that's not what's happening. These [16:41] are people that are enterprising, using [16:44] innovation and and making products that [16:47] people are going to use, companies are [16:48] going to use to help people, serve [16:50] people, earn more money. Got it. [16:53] This this critique against the [16:55] billionaires, [16:57] it's it's ineffective in my opinion [16:59] because why? [17:03] It's the technocrats that want to run [17:05] the world. And it's up to we the people [17:09] through our representatives, El [17:10] Trumpito, [17:12] to reign that in. And I don't [17:15] necessarily know that it's about guard [17:17] rails and kill switches as much as it is [17:20] in in having common sense. [17:23] But I do know that Senator Sanders never [17:27] saw a problem that he couldn't blame on [17:30] the billionaires. [17:32] I was scrolling on Instagram the other [17:34] day and I I made a comment about [17:36] something very benign, you know, just a [17:38] snide comment about something like a [17:40] police shooting or a police arrest or [17:41] something like that. And the woman [17:43] responded to me saying, "Yep, that's [17:46] capitalism for you." And I couldn't help [17:48] but laugh and say, "That's capitalism. [17:50] What does capitalism have to do with [17:51] that? They tie everything to anything." [17:54] Anyway, I see we got some calls from [17:56] Washington DC, from Bakersfield, [17:57] California, and more. We're going to get [17:59] to your calls and more on our AI [18:00] discussion. Plus, Israel, the attempted [18:03] terror attack on the Dubai Airlines, and [18:06] so much more. It's Rich Valdez sitting [18:08] in for the great one, Mark Levit. [18:15] If Mark has banned you from the show, we [18:18] have a special number you can call to [18:20] reach him. 877381 [18:22] 3811. [18:25] >> All right, Familia, welcome back. It's [18:26] Rich Valdez keeping you company this [18:28] Wednesday night, this 30th of September, [18:32] 2026. Uh the White House celebrating [18:34] Hispanic Heritage Month earlier this uh [18:37] afternoon. Uh I was invited, by the way. [18:39] I'm always honored for those moments and [18:42] happy to be here with you guys. We're [18:43] going to get to your calls momentarily. [18:45] 877-381- 3811 877-3811. [18:49] Mark Leavvin, the great one. We'll be uh [18:52] with you guys again tomorrow. and you [18:55] get me today. Now, before I get to the [18:57] calls, I just want to recap a couple of [18:59] things we're talking about because some [19:00] of what we're discussing tonight in our [19:03] evening national town hall conversation [19:07] is [19:09] what happened in the news today, what [19:11] happened yesterday with that Israeli uh [19:13] terror um plot, I guess we can call it, [19:16] a foiled terror attempt uh on an airline [19:20] and and all the rest of the the big news [19:23] of the day and what you guys want to [19:24] talk about, right? big part of um my [19:27] approach to doing radio and I've done [19:29] late night radio for years and um did [19:32] radio out of New York City for years [19:33] before that. I I love to talk with the [19:36] listener about what's on your mind to [19:38] really have those conversations that [19:40] matter most. So that's what we're going [19:42] to do right now. Let's head over to [19:46] let's see [19:47] Washington DC W. Let's check in with [19:51] Tom. Tom, go right ahead. You're on with [19:52] Rich Valdez in for the great one. [19:56] Hi, Rich. Uh, yes, thanks for taking the [19:59] call. Uh, interesting little thing came [20:01] up. The reason I called was this had to [20:04] do with AI. I said I use it at work. I'm [20:07] in the department of war. We all had to [20:09] go through mandatory training on how to [20:12] properly use it, how to leverage it [20:14] because there's this skill set behind [20:16] that. And I [20:18] >> from our it doesn't replace us. There's [20:21] no way it's going to replace us. I'm not [20:23] worried about that. In many cases, I [20:25] mean, this thing has significantly [20:28] improved my productivity because I'm [20:31] able to find information I'm looking [20:33] for. Instead of digging around and it [20:35] taking forever, I'm actually finding [20:37] this stuff really quickly. I love it. [20:40] Now, that's on a controlled classified [20:44] system, how our system in DoD works. Now [20:48] I go to the internet and a couple [20:50] examples. But now these were like four [20:53] or five months ago. Two examples I did. [20:56] One had to do with the uh the riots and [21:01] attacks against ICE and I asked where [21:05] the violence occurred and where this [21:06] thing it left Minneapolis completely [21:09] out. [21:09] >> Now was this in Google Gemini or Grock [21:12] or which model were you using? [21:14] >> And I don't remember which one it was. I [21:17] I apologize for that. I don't remember. [21:20] But I dug in. I went back. Now, what [21:22] about because the whole discussion [21:25] everything was all about Minneapolis [21:27] like 6 months ago. And I said, "Well, [21:29] what about Minneapolis? There was this." [21:31] And it came back, "Oh, there were a few [21:33] things, but it it virtually whitewashed [21:36] everything like it never occurred." And [21:38] I'm like, "Whoa, where is it getting its [21:40] information from?" Now, another example. [21:43] It's on a subject that's near and uh [21:46] dear to my heart. Yeah. Do with Islamic [21:49] terrorism. And I did a quick search [21:52] because we're finding in a couple cases [21:54] we're just getting nonsense. So, I did a [21:56] search on the Holy Crusades. Oh, I got [22:00] the left-wing version of it. All the [22:03] Christianity's fault, the innocent [22:05] Muslims, all political. Well, during [22:08] your break, I just went back and did [22:10] another search [22:12] >> and let me guess, it was wrong again. [22:16] >> No, this time they got exactly correct. [22:19] I'm like, what happened over the last [22:21] five to six months? Somebody on those [22:24] particular subjects got their act [22:26] together cuz the answer, [22:28] >> well, you know, I think you're right. I [22:29] think people, and again, this is what I [22:31] was talking about the free market. if AI [22:33] wants to be taken seriously and you've [22:35] got Saudi Arabia and and a bunch of [22:37] other people that are investing so much [22:39] money into AI in the United States and [22:42] we find that it's very faulty or they're [22:45] not actually doing the upkeep to make it [22:47] work or it's incredibly biased, it's not [22:49] going to work. You know, I I listen, I [22:51] give a lot of credit to President Trump [22:52] and and the administration on this [22:54] because I I personally was locked out of [22:57] my um my Twitter for a while because [23:00] President Trump had retweeted me about 6 [23:02] years ago and uh I tweeted something [23:04] about Hunter Biden's laptop and they [23:06] said, "If you don't delete this, you [23:07] can't get your account back." And and [23:09] they eventually went and banned him and [23:11] took him off. Right. There was a whole [23:13] different time of life. uh when when [23:16] President Trump won this this goround, [23:19] it was a game changer, right? Everything [23:20] sort of changed where uh and I know this [23:23] only because I look at my social media [23:25] and all of a sudden I started growing [23:26] numbers again. People, you know, were [23:28] able to follow me and find my content. [23:30] The uh the shadow bands were gone. I got [23:33] a notification from Meta saying that I'm [23:35] I I'm eligible now to be monetized on [23:37] Facebook and Instagram. And you know, [23:41] prior to this past election, if you had [23:44] millions and millions of people, you [23:45] could do it. But if you were, you know, [23:47] growing your audience, you were screwed. [23:50] And I think the same thing now with this [23:52] information. The last couple of months, [23:55] there's been a number of um AI models [23:57] that, you know, print things, whether it [23:59] was for the big soda companies or [24:00] others. And and people were saying they [24:03] could put Allah, they could put [24:04] whatever, but you couldn't write Jesus. [24:06] Uh and you couldn't write anything like [24:07] Jesus is Lord. If you wrote Jesus is a [24:10] bad guy, then yes, you could. But [24:12] outside of that, you wouldn't be able [24:13] to. So, all that being said is I think [24:16] they're realizing if they want to be [24:18] taken seriously in this free market in [24:20] the United States and they want people [24:21] to buy into what they're selling, it's [24:23] got to work. It's got to be something [24:25] that actually passes muster, otherwise [24:28] people just aren't going to they're not [24:29] going to have it, at least on the [24:31] consumer end. Now, the stuff you [24:32] mentioned about how you use AI uh at the [24:35] Department of War or how AI is being [24:36] used, you know, at my medical visit the [24:38] other day, well, then all of that, of [24:40] course, is going to continue to be [24:41] there. But again, if people complain at [24:43] the institutional level, they're not [24:45] going to do it either. So, I think [24:47] everything is supply and demand at the [24:48] end of the day. Uh thank you, Tom. I [24:50] appreciate it. A very very insightful [24:52] discussion there. And and it reminds me [24:54] of another uh topic that I saw online. I [24:58] went to the [25:00] to to test, right? I saw a video about [25:04] um somebody saying, "Hey, look, I asked [25:07] Google Gemini if [25:10] you know what to do if I meet a Muslim." [25:14] And then they repeated the question and [25:16] they recorded the answer. It was [25:17] something like, "Sure, meeting them is [25:19] blah blah blah. You can talk about [25:20] whatever. Um, what do I do if I meet a a [25:23] Christian? What do I I mean, what do I [25:25] do if I meet a Jew, a Buddhist?" And [25:27] then the last one they did was, "What do [25:28] I do if I meet a Christian?" And the the [25:31] response was ridiculous. It came back [25:33] saying, "If you feel like you're in [25:35] danger, dial 911." And and and I [25:38] thought, "That's got to be, you know, [25:39] clickbait for for the internet." Well, I [25:42] went ahead and did it. I did all of [25:44] those searches, same search term, just [25:45] changing the religion, and then voila, I [25:48] got the same exact result. So, I started [25:51] arguing with Google Gemini, saying, you [25:52] know, why are you so biased? And they're [25:54] like, no, no, no. While it looks like [25:55] we're biased, we're actually not. What [25:58] happens is sometimes certain words will [26:00] trigger. And I and I explained to them [26:02] the words are all there. There was [26:04] nothing to conote uh a safety issue in [26:07] any of them except for the word [26:08] Christian. And and they said, I could [26:11] see how you could feel that way, right? [26:13] Trying to validate my concern, but the [26:15] reality was and I argued with them until [26:16] they admitted. Uh and I told them, you [26:18] know, whenever I have a moment for free [26:20] time, I argue with the AI to see how far [26:22] I can get. And I used to get stuck. it [26:24] would just give me a bunch of links and [26:26] crash out. Now it goes a few more rounds [26:29] in my debate and eventually it'll tell [26:30] me I'm right and they'll say you're [26:32] right. I won't have a way of knowing if [26:35] a leftleaning [26:37] uh Silicon Valley person programmed me [26:40] and what you're saying is entirely valid [26:42] based on research that's gone into [26:45] academia and into media and several [26:48] major institutions in America. We tend [26:50] to always focus on what they call the [26:53] mainstream, which tends to be the [26:56] left-leaning perspective. [26:58] This is the battle that we're fighting [27:00] in the culture, right? This is the [27:01] battle that we're fighting in talk radio [27:03] and on podcast and on television and in [27:06] our daily lives. We're fighting for the [27:09] truth. And this is truly a battle for [27:11] truth. And AI is is going to help us. [27:14] Social media is going to help us. People [27:17] think that that is what is going to make [27:18] it exponentially difficult and that may [27:21] be true in some part. But it also is [27:24] true on the other side of that equation [27:25] that we will in effect have the tools [27:28] available to fight back. Right? I mean [27:31] you look at some of these fantastic ads [27:33] that I've seen on social media about um [27:37] disaffected Republicans going into the [27:39] midterms because of gas prices or [27:41] whatever and what have you and they're [27:43] excellent. Right? saw one of a big guy [27:45] wearing like a an American flag t-shirt [27:47] saying that's it. I'm never voting for [27:49] for you guys again because gas prices [27:51] are $4 and something cents a gallon and [27:53] I don't care if if kids get married to [27:56] kids and if this happens, you know, and [27:57] they go down the gamut of all the things [27:59] that really matter to people. And I [28:01] thought it was a really clever ad or, [28:03] you know, commercial or whatever you [28:05] want to call it, uh, meme video and it [28:09] seems to be effective. Uh, I don't know [28:11] how effective. We'll see when the [28:12] midterms come. But those are tools that [28:14] we have on our side. And if you've ever [28:16] looked at any of the trolling that [28:18] happens on social media, hands down, [28:20] guaranteed champions forever uh are the [28:24] conservatives. Nobody memes better and [28:26] trolls better than the conservatives do. [28:28] Tom, thanks again for your call. I [28:30] appreciate it. Mr. Producer, uh do I [28:32] continue here? Do I pause here? Help me [28:34] out. All right. I thought so. I'm going [28:36] to take a pause right here. We're going [28:37] to come back. We're going to continue [28:38] our discussion talking about uh what [28:40] President Trump had to say about the [28:43] Israel that excuse me the incident that [28:45] occurred over Israel's air just [28:47] yesterday. Don't go anywhere. [28:48] >> Mark Leven [29:04] Terror in the skies. [29:06] There was a flight from Fly Dubai. [29:09] You've heard about it. You've seen the [29:11] videos all over the internet. I know I [29:13] have. And a crazy man with a knife [29:16] jumped out and just started causing [29:20] havoc. We got a couple of clips on this. [29:23] Uh I'm going to go with uh I guess the [29:25] one that's a little bit more full. Um [29:27] might be a little longer, but bear with [29:29] me. And um this is a clip from the Fox [29:32] News Channel earlier today describing [29:34] exactly what happened in the sky. [29:37] >> We started uh it was like 2 and 1/2 [29:39] hours or 2 hours uh into the flight. Uh [29:42] we were only like 1 hour uh before we [29:45] were supposed to land in Tel Aviv. H and [29:47] suddenly there was a a big drop uh in [29:51] the first couple of second or the first [29:54] second it felt like a normal air pocket [29:57] uh that that you sometimes have in in [29:59] flights. Uh but then it it became [30:02] drastic. You really felt uh uh like the [30:05] G-force. It's like you do like an [30:07] extreme [30:09] roll roller coaster in a in an amusement [30:11] park if I want to. I think this is the [30:13] best example. And uh all of the [30:16] electricity in the airplane uh uh was [30:19] shut off immediately. The air condition [30:21] and the multimedia uh just get shut off [30:24] after a couple of seconds. Uh people [30:27] start to shout. People that were sitting [30:29] in the in the first couple of rows and [30:31] in the business class that were close to [30:33] the uh to the pilot room. They started [30:37] to shout that there's stabbing and that [30:39] there's blood everywhere. Uh and then [30:44] they asked like all of everyone that can [30:48] help please please join uh and come like [30:52] immediately. And then uh we are really [30:55] really really lucky that uh uh I think [30:58] like 10 guys just jumped jumped to help. [31:03] Uh three or four of them actually [31:05] entered into uh the the pilot room and [31:09] uh succeed to [31:11] like after a couple of minutes succeed [31:14] uh to uh uh to control the situation. [31:20] >> How's that? [31:22] How's that for crazy, right? You're [31:24] sitting there on a flight, you're [31:25] thinking it's going good. You're coming [31:26] back from Dubai, beautiful vacation and [31:29] or business, and then all of a sudden [31:31] this crazy man who happens to be the [31:34] co-pilot stabs the other pilot or the [31:36] pilot stabbing the co-pilot. Man, that [31:39] is some insanity. [31:41] God bless these guys. These guys are [31:43] heroes, right? Taking out the bad guy. [31:46] And let me tell you this, and we're [31:49] going to talk a little bit more about [31:50] this in the next hour. And hour number [31:52] three, I'm going to get into u a little [31:54] bit more on um on the topics we've been [31:57] discussing, plus a little uh Lindsay [31:59] Clancy because yesterday her lawyer was [32:01] out there running the gamut. But to to [32:05] put a cap on this, this is um quite [32:08] interesting because [32:11] the prime minister today uh giving a [32:14] very big hug. I see him giving a big hug [32:16] uh to one of the men that helped a man [32:18] that's a plumber. Um but we have a clip [32:21] of the prime minister today um [32:24] translated uh of all ways through AI [32:28] number six telling the passengers uh how [32:31] that excuse me telling how the [32:32] passengers neutralized the crazy pilot. [32:35] Listen to this. [32:36] >> During the flight as they approached the [32:38] country, one of the pilots stabbed the [32:40] other pilot and apparently tried to [32:41] crash the plane with everyone on board. [32:45] I spoke with one of the Israeli [32:46] passengers. He told me that the plane [32:49] went into a spin and started to dive. He [32:51] told me that somehow he managed to break [32:53] into the cockpit with one of the crew [32:55] members and together they neutralized [32:57] the stabbing pilot while he was trying [32:59] to sabotage the plane's systems. [33:02] Another flight crew member who was on [33:04] the plane entered the cockpit and [33:05] managed to stabilize the aircraft. I [33:08] salute these heroes who showed [33:10] resourcefulness and extraordinary [33:11] courage. They saved many lives. They [33:15] prevented a major disaster. [33:18] The plane landed safely at Tabuk airport [33:20] in Saudi Arabia. All passengers are out [33:23] of danger. The stabbing pilot has been [33:26] arrested and is currently being [33:27] interrogated by the Saudi authorities. [33:32] So that's Prime Minister Benjamin [33:34] Netanyahu and explaining exactly what [33:37] went down. And again, this is [33:38] reminiscent, right? 9/11, what a crazy [33:41] time that was. This was um just one of [33:44] those things where people said, "You [33:45] know what? enough is enough and they're [33:47] aware. And thank God it was the [33:48] Israelis. And I say that because they're [33:51] aware of the threat. Uh I think too many [33:53] people spend their time, you know, [33:55] buying into what I'm going to call Nazi [33:57] propaganda. People that, you know, for [34:00] years they just love a good conspiracy [34:02] and they love a good uh that people [34:04] always want to have a bad guy. And for [34:07] too many people and for too long people [34:11] they take things at face value. you [34:13] know, they hear something like, you [34:14] know, for years I've heard people throw [34:16] these tropes around like, um, well, [34:18] listen, you know, when you look at [34:20] everything, you see Hollywood, you'd see [34:22] it's bankers. What do they all have in [34:25] common? And they start making these [34:27] faces like, look, I'm not saying [34:28] nothing, but you know, it's it's clear [34:30] as day, right? And they're trying to [34:31] insinuate that the Jews are somehow [34:34] responsible for all bad things in life. [34:36] And and this could be, you know, there [34:39] nothing further from the truth. But the [34:42] reason this uh gets to people is because [34:48] people like a stereotype. People like a [34:50] bad guy. If you start talking about the [34:51] bad guys, then hey, they've got a bad [34:54] guy that they can love to hate. [34:56] And this this is exactly where where we [35:00] are today. We've got anti-semitism that [35:02] in my opinion is out of control, right? [35:06] I mean, a, you shouldn't even have it in [35:07] control, right? To have anti-semitism [35:10] controlled is to not have it at all. But [35:12] the Nazis are alive and well, and [35:14] they're operating through the Iranians, [35:16] through every last proxy group they've [35:19] ever had. And it's a shame when when you [35:22] see people that you know or that you [35:23] like subscribe to this stuff. And it's [35:26] even worse when you see it actually [35:28] happening, right? this uh pilot uh that [35:31] was alongside the one from Dubai, the [35:33] one from Oman going nuts, stabbing the [35:36] guy, and then the other guy's beating [35:38] the guy. Think apparently everybody's [35:40] alive and they're going to be able to [35:42] investigate. [35:44] But if this doesn't underscore the place [35:47] that we're at, how hate is permeating [35:51] the discourse publicly and [35:53] internationally, I don't know what else [35:55] to say because this is truly it. This is [35:59] where we've arrived. So, we're going to [36:00] unpack that in the next hour. Plus, I [36:03] sat down with Dr. Keith Abau, the um [36:06] infamous psychologist, excuse me, [36:08] psychiatrist, and uh we had a great [36:11] interview. He had a couple of choice [36:13] words about one of his patients and uh [36:16] you're not going to want to miss this [36:17] one. We got that coming up as well as [36:20] everything else plus your calls. It's [36:22] Rich Valdez in for the break. [36:26] This segment of the podcast is [36:28] exclusively sponsored by Pure Talk. [36:49] Now broadcasting from the underground [36:51] command post deep in the valves of a [36:54] hidden bunker somewhere under the brick [36:56] and steel of a nondescript building. [36:59] We've once again made contact with our [37:01] leader Mark Len. [37:07] >> What's up America? I am Rich Valdez [37:10] filling in for the great one, Mark [37:11] Levvin. You know the phone number [37:13] 877381-3811 [37:15] 877 3813811 [37:20] and Mark will be with you guys tomorrow. [37:24] I'm happy to be here with you guys and [37:25] we're discussing a number of things, [37:26] right? You've got the uh the big news [37:29] today. President Trump hosting um [37:31] Hispanics from all across America for [37:34] Hispanic Heritage Month. Kudos to [37:36] Elonto. who's gracious enough to send me [37:38] an invitation. Thank you, Mr. President, [37:40] for the invitation and uh always honored [37:44] by that. We will u discuss that in a [37:46] little bit more detail uh later, my [37:48] thoughts on that. But uh I want to also [37:51] talk about this um attempted terror [37:55] attack that occurred over the skies from [37:57] Dubai to Israel. That was uh an amazing [38:01] story. these uh passengers heroically [38:04] breaking into the cockpit uh cockpit to [38:08] you know disarm this crazed co-pilot [38:12] that stabbed the pilot and made things [38:16] um I don't know like a nose dive right [38:19] 18,000 ft trying to crash the plane [38:22] you've got a plumber that came to the [38:24] rescue President Trump weighing in on [38:26] this as well let me see um where which [38:29] uh Mr. Cut 19. There we go. And just [38:34] really really um just an amazing thing. [38:36] Listen to what President Trump had to [38:38] say. [38:38] >> And what do you think the pilot was [38:40] trying to do? [38:41] >> I think it's an incredible story. [38:44] It seems I mean I can relate the story, [38:47] but you're better off getting it from [38:48] him. But by this time, I guess they have [38:51] a lot of fake stories out there and you [38:52] know, you never know what's happening. [38:55] But I did speak to uh BB Netanyahu at [38:59] length about this event and it seems as [39:01] though the co-pilot [39:04] was perhaps a terrorist or perhaps [39:08] a whack job and he stabbed the pilot. [39:13] The pilot was in very bad shape and I [39:16] guess he still is in very bad shape. But [39:19] he had the sense to amazing to in a way [39:23] he was a hero to open the door. You know [39:26] those doors are solid steel. You can't [39:27] get them open from outside. He was able [39:30] to fall back and get the door open and [39:32] scream. [39:34] And a plumber, an Israeli plumber, never [39:38] flew a plane. He was rarely in planes. [39:41] very rarely flew. [39:43] Uh, an Israeli plumber saw what was [39:45] happening and strong. You know, when you [39:47] lift pipe all day, you're strong. And he [39:50] saw what was going on. He heard the [39:51] screaming. He was toward the front where [39:55] you had security in the back. You know, [39:57] you had security. And you had another [39:59] flight crew, but they didn't have time. [40:01] The plane was going sharply down at an [40:03] unbelievable angle. So sharp that the [40:05] rudder ripped off the back of the plane. [40:07] plane wasn't designed to go at a speed [40:10] anywhere near that and so it was well [40:13] beyond its limits and he ripped with the [40:17] G forces as they were he ripped this guy [40:19] out of the seat threw him back the crowd [40:22] got him the passengers got him grabbed [40:25] him and having never flown apart a plane [40:30] he took the stick lifted it up and [40:34] leveled out the plane before it crashed [40:37] Now, this is the story that I heard. I [40:39] don't know if it's true, but that's the [40:41] story that I got from BB and from a [40:46] couple of probably early. I don't know [40:48] if you've heard that story yet. [40:51] So, that is El Trombito Donaldis Magnus, [40:53] the 45th and 47th president of these [40:56] United States. And he's um letting you [40:59] know what went down. Again, it's the [41:01] same story I just told you. And I find [41:03] it to be remarkable. And and again, like [41:05] him, I don't know if it's true. Uh [41:07] that's what I've heard. It sounds like, [41:09] you know, what do you do if you're in in [41:11] in this plane and you see this going [41:13] down? I don't know how long I'm going to [41:15] sit there and watch this go on before I [41:17] go, hey, it's either we take a risk or [41:22] we all freaking go down, right? And to [41:26] me, that's that's kind of how it goes. [41:28] And often times, I forget the the [41:30] psychological name for this, but that [41:33] whole uh I think it's called bystander [41:34] effect. And people will just sit there [41:37] thinking somebody else is going to do [41:38] something and ultimately nothing happens [41:42] or it happens way too late. And there [41:45] was a famous case many years ago about a [41:47] woman who was um attacked in New York [41:50] City. And everybody was like, "Oh, I [41:52] guess no, somebody else will do it. No, [41:54] I guess no, that guy's going to jump in. [41:55] No, they're they're going to call." and [41:57] everybody, you know, kind of uh kicked [41:58] the can down the road and this is not [42:01] how life should be. So, kudos to this [42:03] plumber, kudos to the uh flight crew [42:05] that was on board uh doing what they had [42:07] to do. And again, kudos to this guy [42:09] letting these guys, you know, barge into [42:11] the um cockpit because that's how you [42:14] save the day, right? Otherwise, you're [42:16] screwed. Anyway, I see we have some [42:19] people that want to weigh in on this. [42:20] Let's go right ahead. Um let's go to [42:23] Harriet calling us from Brooklyn, New [42:24] York. My old stomping grounds. WABC. Go [42:27] right ahead, Harriet. [42:30] >> Rich, it's a pleasure speaking with you [42:32] and I love you and Mark Levin. [42:36] >> The American people don't understand the [42:38] Nazi connection, the Islamic Nazi [42:41] connection that goes back to World War [42:43] II. This is a a continuous battle of the [42:46] Nazi regime. What happened on that? [42:49] >> Speak up just a little bit so that [42:51] everybody can hear you. [42:53] Oh, [42:53] >> okay. Can you can you hear me better [42:55] now? [42:56] It sounds the same. Go for it. [42:59] >> Okay. Yeah. Let me let me let me try [43:00] this. Let me try. [43:01] >> Now we're talking. Move that microphone [43:02] closer to your mouth. [43:04] >> I'm doing [43:05] >> So World War II Nazi connection. [43:08] >> Right. Haj Amin El Husini was the was [43:12] considered by Adolf Hitler. Uh he was [43:15] the Musty of Jerusalem that the British [43:17] appointed but then they tried to get rid [43:19] of him in 1937. He joined Hitler. He was [43:23] considered by Hitler an honorary. He [43:26] recruited 100,000 Muslim fighters to [43:29] fight against the Allies during World [43:31] War II. This is a battle that continues. [43:34] People don't understand. He wanted he [43:37] was the progenitor of Hamas and any kind [43:40] of radical Islamic group. The president [43:43] has got to understand when he's talking [43:45] to Mandani, this is that he's talking to [43:48] a potential assassin because this guy is [43:50] a radical Muslim who was screaming [43:53] Hamas. Hamas when he was a rapper before [43:56] he was the mayor of the city of New York [43:58] and now a strange a strange election. He [44:03] is the mayor and he is a danger to [44:06] western civilization. He is the [44:08] continuation of Haj Amin, the honorary a [44:13] uh the honorary Aryan that Hitler [44:16] appointed 100,000 Muslim fighters. [44:18] >> Well, let me say this, Harriet, that um [44:21] I think Mayor Mumdani is definitely [44:24] sympathetic to people that are very [44:28] extreme this way. I think he's been [44:30] careful about the positions that he [44:32] takes. He's not mainstream by any means, [44:34] right? He's he's a radical. Uh but uh I [44:37] don't know that I can pin uh him being a [44:41] a radical jihadist on him just yet, but [44:45] time will tell. I think he definitely [44:47] has embraced uh radical jihadists around [44:50] him. Um uh like the this man um Siraj, [44:55] the the imam that was related to the [44:58] 1993 bombing and and others. [45:02] This is [45:04] problematic to say the least. So I I [45:07] don't disagree with you on everything. I [45:09] just would be cautious to to put that um [45:12] that label on him that way. But you I [45:16] think you're right in that there is a [45:18] big connection between uh the Nazis and [45:22] their work to eliminate the Jews in [45:25] Europe and what we're seeing today, [45:29] right? You know when when when I was not [45:32] alive [45:33] it was a fight in Europe against the [45:36] Jews in Europe and now when I am alive [45:39] to make it very simple in Kala [45:41] Harrisesque terms [45:44] this is the fight we see today. Today [45:45] we're watching a fight where you are [45:47] seeing um Islamists that have been [45:51] radicalized fighting to eliminate the [45:54] Jews. And the first step of that [45:57] radicalization I I would say usually [45:59] looks like defending their turf. And [46:03] this is how the Marxists have always [46:05] operated, right? This is why when Mark [46:08] Levvin uses the term Islamo [46:11] uh Islamo Marxist or Islamopascist and [46:15] um Rush Limbbo used the term Islamazi. [46:18] Uh they're they're they're hitting the [46:20] nail on the head. This is not every [46:22] Muslim. I've grown up with many of [46:24] Muslims and that was not their goal in [46:25] life but there is an active movement [46:28] amongst them trying to get this done and [46:32] it seems to be growing and it seems to [46:34] have some gravitas. So, I think that [46:37] it's uh important, like you said, to [46:39] highlight what's going on so that uh the [46:41] public in general is aware of what's [46:44] happening so that they know, hey, [46:45] listen, we um we need to know what this [46:49] threat looks like because I grew I grew [46:52] up in in in Brooklyn, New York. Uh moved [46:55] when I was 12 to Jersey and I can tell [46:58] you that there were Muslims around me [47:00] all the time and nobody was strapping [47:02] bombs to themselves. There were these [47:05] things were not happening but for the [47:07] Iranians hijacking like TWWA flights. [47:10] Fast forward 40ome years and here we are [47:13] where this is common place now, right? [47:15] It's not even jarring anymore to hear [47:18] the headline right here. I'm looking at [47:19] it. Israel confirms arrest of pilot who [47:21] attempted jihadist terror attack with [47:23] Israelbound plane. These are things that [47:26] you tend to you see and you don't jump [47:28] out of your chair. It's like oh shoot. [47:30] Yeah, that happened. Of course it [47:32] happened. There's a lot of people [47:34] putting bad juju into the air. Harriet, [47:37] thanks for the call. Shout out to WABC. [47:39] Uh, let us continue to WA country and go [47:43] with uh, is it flute or flute in DC? [47:48] >> Just playing flute like an instrument. [47:50] Yes. How you doing this? [47:52] >> I'm doing well, sir. Go right ahead. [47:53] >> Yes. It's always a pleasure to speak [47:55] with you. And I wanted to speak on the [47:57] hijack attempt today because you know [48:00] it's you know the bad thing about first [48:03] hats off to those passengers that were [48:05] able to rescue and save the plane and [48:08] and level it off and come to you know [48:10] the best landing that they could instead [48:12] of total destruction. But the thing is [48:14] is that when something like a war takes [48:17] place, it's not just a war. It's the [48:20] subplots that go that ripple away from [48:22] the war. you know, it by something like [48:24] that happening, [48:25] >> they may have been under the command of [48:27] of some Iranian situation or authority, [48:31] but it's just the devastation of taking [48:33] a plane out of the sky and then taking [48:35] it to the ground. And they, you know, [48:37] use that type of effect because of just [48:39] the the the devastation of that. [48:41] Everyone's lives is lost in that manner. [48:44] And that's the that's the worst thing [48:45] about war because of the stuff. [48:47] >> Well, really, and that's the definition [48:48] of terrorism, flute, right? They want to [48:50] make sure that people are afraid. Hey, [48:52] you're not safe. You think you're going [48:53] on vacation or on business to that big [48:55] beautiful city named Dubai. Guess what? [48:57] We might have one of your pilots [48:58] compromise and he might come out with a [49:00] knife and kill the other pilot and try [49:02] to tank your airplane. I mean, talk [49:04] about a psychological attack on Jewish [49:07] people. This is uh this is it. [49:09] Thankfully, like I said, the Jewish [49:11] people are trained. You know, they've [49:12] been through it. It's not their first [49:13] rodeo, and they they're prepared to [49:16] fight back. You have to be tough because [49:19] this isn't for the weak. And I think you [49:20] rais a very very good point. Uh flute, I [49:23] want to thank you for your call. I'm [49:24] going to take a pause right here. We're [49:25] coming back. It's Rich Valdez sitting in [49:27] for the great one. Mark Leven, [49:29] >> Mark Leven. Mark will be with you [50:56] guys tomorrow. You know the phone [50:58] number. I want to get to your calls. [50:59] 877381- [51:01] 3811 877-381-3811. [51:05] And we're talking about this uh amazing [51:08] incident, right, that happened in the [51:10] air. Uh we've got a clip here from Its [51:13] Sac Lever. He was on the Fly Dubai [51:16] flight uh today saying, "Hey, look, [51:18] there's a crazy man with a knife." Uh [51:20] this is one of those things that just uh [51:24] amazes me, right? I don't get up every [51:27] day thinking I'm going to deal with [51:28] something like this. But these people, [51:30] they all had to deal with this. Check [51:31] this out. [51:33] >> We are here on the plane for Dubai. We [51:35] are here on the plane. There was a crazy [51:37] man with a knife who stabbed one of the [51:39] pilots. [51:41] We jumped and helped the pilot. Friends, [51:44] everything is okay, friends. Everything [51:46] is okay now. [51:48] >> As you can see, we're landing in Saudi [51:50] Arabia. [51:51] You can see I'm fine. That's it. We'll [51:53] see in a few minutes what will happen [51:55] when we land. [51:57] >> We're going to see in a few minutes what [51:59] happens when we land. Well, they got the [52:00] bad guy. They got the other guy that was [52:02] injured, the other pilot that he [52:03] stabbed. Man, wild stuff. If this isn't [52:07] uh evidence of how serious things have [52:10] gotten, I don't know what is. Give me [52:12] your thoughts on this. 877381 3811. [52:15] Let's go to Miami and check in with [52:17] John. John, go right ahead. You're on [52:19] with Rich Valdez here on the Mark Levin [52:20] Show. [52:23] >> Hey, Rich Valdez with U. I miss your [52:27] show at night. You know, I used to be uh [52:29] always excited uh driving my truck uh [52:32] through the GW Bridge pretty much at [52:35] night listening to you. Uh but uh [52:39] >> yeah, definitely uh you know, I was [52:42] listening to the Chris Plan show earlier [52:43] today [52:45] >> and a caller a caller called in and [52:48] brought up a a a pretty valid point [52:51] about how how these Muslims are also, [52:56] you know, allowed to fly planes. [53:00] There should be some more of a stricter [53:04] I I don't know some sort of check checks [53:07] and balances with these with these guys [53:09] getting pilot licenses. You get what I'm [53:11] saying? [53:12] >> Yeah. I mean I think the issue with that [53:14] is you know you you have this radical [53:16] Islamization is is even affecting the [53:20] people in in Islamic countries, right? [53:23] This is an airline that came out of uh [53:25] Dubai. Uh Dubai is one of the countries [53:28] along with Saudi Arabia that has um I [53:31] think they've banned effectively banned [53:34] any financial aid for students that want [53:37] to study abroad in England. And the [53:39] reason being they're saying you we're [53:41] not going to help you. We're not going [53:42] to pay for school if you go to school in [53:44] the UK. It's because they're coming back [53:47] radicalized. So, you know, if you talk [53:49] to the the Muslims in uh Dubai, in in [53:54] Saudi Arabia, they're usually the first [53:56] ones to tell you that they have a [53:58] terrorism problem because it's just like [54:02] the same problem we have, right? The [54:04] same one the Jews have. These these [54:07] people are not um they're not content [54:10] until they're killing someone, right? [54:13] This is what they stand for. And when I [54:14] say these people, I mean the radical [54:17] Islamist. It's not just Muslims. So I [54:19] think you can have Muslims that fly [54:20] planes all day, but I don't think you um [54:24] you there's a test that you could give, [54:25] right, and just say, "Hey, listen. Are [54:27] you a radical Islamist terrorist?" Uh I [54:30] think that's the question, right, that [54:31] we would want to ask. And I don't think [54:32] anybody's going to answer that honestly. [54:34] So I I understand what you're saying, [54:36] but I don't think there's any way of [54:37] enforcing something like that because it [54:39] would be, you know, it would be biased [54:41] in in many ways. the the bigger issue [54:44] here is how do we uh prevent it and how [54:47] do we police it, right? And I think in [54:50] the United States, they used a lot of [54:52] intellig intelligence, intelligence [54:54] gathering, uh things of that nature. I [54:56] think these are the things that we have [54:57] to ratchet up and and work with these [54:59] partners in Saudi Arabia, in Dubai, [55:01] anywhere else that we have a shared goal [55:04] of uh eliminating radical Islamist [55:07] terrorists. John in Miami, thanks for [55:09] listening to my show. By the way, new [55:11] show every night on my uh uh iHeart [55:14] feed. Check that out when you get a [55:15] chance. Rich Valdez, this is America and [55:18] I'll give you an update on that and [55:19] everything else when we come back. It's [55:20] Rich Valdez sitting in for the great [55:22] one, Mark Leven. [56:47] All right, amigos, welcome back. It's [56:49] Rich Valdez filling in for The Great [56:50] One, Mark Leavvin tonight, taking your [56:52] calls as well. 877-381- [56:55] 3811 877-381-3811. [56:59] And I opened the broadcast today uh [57:01] offering a word of thanks to President [57:02] Trump for uh personally inviting me to [57:05] the White House to celebrate Hispanic [57:07] Heritage Month. There was a reception at [57:09] the White House today. I was honored to [57:11] be invited to it and a number of people [57:14] were in attendance and President Trump [57:16] spoke uh he spoke about the importance [57:20] of uh Hispanics and their contributions [57:22] to America. And um these are um I think [57:27] important times for for people, you [57:30] know, that are Hispanic, right? Just [57:31] like um people of other uh cultures [57:34] enjoy their celebrations uh when they're [57:37] recognized in the White House or through [57:39] parades and whatnot. Uh everybody likes [57:41] to have pride in something as long as [57:43] it's not pride month. All right, I'm [57:45] gonna get hit hard for that one. But uh [57:47] I want you to hear what President Trump [57:49] said at the um event in the White House [57:52] earlier today. Listen to this. [57:54] >> But I'm thrilled to have you uh at the [57:56] White House celebrating National [57:59] Hispanic Heritage Month. That's what [58:02] we're here for. [58:04] >> That's what we're here for. See, now [58:07] today, and I I said that a little late [58:09] in the speech, but I I pardon myself, [58:11] but I think getting out of Iraq is a [58:12] very big deal. But the press will say [58:15] tomorrow he rambled for 20 minutes about [58:20] unrelated subjects to Hispanics. It's [58:23] actually very related because it's good [58:25] for our country. Very good. They say he [58:28] didn't get to the Hispanic Heritage [58:30] Month for over 15 minutes. How terrible. [58:34] He's terrible. That's crazy. These [58:36] people are crazy. [58:38] But we honor the countless Hispanic [58:40] American patriots throughout our history [58:42] who have been among the greatest [58:44] champions of faith, family, and our [58:46] God-given freedoms. You really are. [58:48] You're amazing. [58:51] >> President Trump, you're amazing. And [58:54] what's interesting about this is that [58:56] you've got people that [59:02] don't understand the uh importance. And [59:05] and what I mean by this is this is an [59:07] election year, right? Of course, this is [59:09] something that's been celebrated by [59:12] everybody, every last president. Uh [59:14] President Reagan made this National [59:17] Hispanic Heritage Month back before [59:19] that, I think it was National uh [59:21] Hispanic Heritage Day, and and he made a [59:23] month out of it. And little by little, [59:26] we've seen more and more Hispanics [59:28] become more and more conservative. So my [59:32] thinking here is if you were at the [59:34] event, you know about the event, you [59:36] have a Hispanic Heritage story, I want [59:37] to hear from you. The number is 877381 [59:40] 3811 877-381-3811. [59:44] Now the reason I'm taking a moment to [59:47] talk about this is because there's been [59:50] a lot of [59:53] discussion [59:54] about how Hispanics are going to vote in [59:57] this upcoming election. And I think that [60:00] it's it's an important topic just like [60:03] Democrats talking about how [60:04] African-Americans are going to vote or [60:05] anything else because or white women, [60:08] right, who uh tend to love Bernie [60:09] Sanders. [60:11] These things have as much political [60:13] implication as they do the actual [60:15] celebration of uh Hispanic innovation [60:18] and in America. So uh I see we've got [60:21] somebody that that was just at this [60:23] event. Uh Tonyy's calling us from [60:25] Washington DC. Tony, go right ahead. WA. [60:28] You're on with Rich Valdez, Mark Levin. [60:31] >> Hey. Yeah. So, I I just left the White [60:33] House. Uh there's like over 250 Hispanic [60:38] leaders from all around the country who [60:40] came in and uh I mean I I heard the clip [60:42] you just played, but you should have [60:44] heard the uh cheers in the room where [60:47] when uh Trump me mentioned Venezuela, [60:50] right? All the Hispanics are so like [60:52] overwhelmed. you know, uh, the Maduro [60:54] regime, uh, was it was a pipe dream that [60:57] we would never get rid of that, uh, [60:59] horrible regime. And, um, uh, the cheers [61:02] in the room were were ecstatic when they [61:04] mentioned that. Uh, and also when, uh, [61:07] he brought Marco Rubio, the first and [61:10] highest, uh, ranking Hispanic official [61:13] uh, in the entire world. Uh, and um, [61:16] Marco Rubio joined the stage with him. [61:18] So, there's definitely a lot of energy, [61:19] a lot of excitement, and uh it was a it [61:21] was an honor to be there. [61:23] >> You know, Tony, this is one of those [61:25] things that I think uh goes, you know, [61:28] under reppresented. And I only say that [61:30] because I am biased, right? I am a [61:32] Hispanic Latino uh libertyloving Latino [61:34] as they call me here. And th this is uh [61:37] an important thing not only for [61:38] elections, but I think for the the [61:41] reality of our movement, right? when [61:43] when you have a movement, whether it's [61:44] MAGA or MAHA or many of these movements, [61:48] faith and family and freedom, uh a [61:51] commitment to to law and order, these [61:54] are things that are somewhat universal [61:56] and they shouldn't be controversial, yet [61:58] somehow the media and and and culture [62:02] have made them controversial. Or is that [62:04] just me? Am I spending too much time in [62:06] my bubble? [62:08] >> No, no, absolutely. And and I think, you [62:11] know, um Marco Rubio said it best when [62:13] he took the stage um during the event. [62:15] He said, "Hispanic Americans, we are [62:18] Americans." Um and at the end of the [62:20] day, we're proud to be Americans. We [62:22] come here uh searching for the American [62:24] dream. and and I definitely think that [62:27] the uh Democrats are underestimating the [62:32] uh awareness and the fear that a lot of [62:35] Hispanic Americans have around the [62:38] issues of socialism and communism. And [62:40] so when they say democratic socialism [62:42] and they think that's a a cool uh [62:45] buzzword, that's their their new slogan. [62:47] Uh a lot of Latinos they they get uh [62:49] Stockholm syndrome. They get scared. [62:51] >> Yeah. Now, I I I for those who don't [62:54] know, President Trump uh used this event [62:56] to be the first group of consequence to [62:59] um reveal the new White House ballroom [63:02] and what it looks like at present. Uh [63:05] what was that like, Tony? [63:08] >> Oh, yeah. It it was it was super cool [63:11] when when President Trump announced that [63:12] that he was going to let the uh Hispanic [63:15] Coalition be the first uh citizens to [63:18] walk on the ballroom floor. uh was super [63:21] cool. Uh unfortunately, Secret Service [63:23] didn't allow us to bring our phones to [63:25] that part of the uh uh part that part of [63:27] the trip obviously for security reasons. [63:29] Um but yeah, no, it's massive. And uh [63:32] the event itself was held in the current [63:35] ballroom and you know, he joked, [63:38] obviously he owns Mara Lago, he owns uh [63:40] various Trump properties all around the [63:42] the world that that host big events. [63:44] >> Um and he joked, he said, "This isn't a [63:46] ballroom. This is like a cocktail [63:47] reception. The main ballroom is the one [63:49] we're building. But, you know, the the [63:52] White House, as beautiful and and [63:53] historic of a landmark as it is, it was [63:56] built 250 some odd years ago, right? And [63:59] additions have been made to it over the [64:00] years. Um, but, you know, it really [64:03] shows in the size and the scale uh of [64:06] the building and and that's why they [64:08] took over the Eisenhower building and [64:10] they're continuing to expand. But um he [64:12] also spoke about the about the [64:14] architecture in the White House that [64:16] basically the White House was falling [64:17] apart. [64:18] >> Um [64:18] >> yeah. Well, you know, as a builder, I [64:19] think he notices things that a lot of us [64:21] don't notice when he's walking around. I [64:23] see how he remarks on a lot of things. [64:25] And it's uh it's it's remarkable that, [64:27] you know, I saw him go to Saudi Arabia [64:29] once. He said, "That's amazing marble." [64:31] And I laughed, but it's the the details [64:33] that he notices that I don't. Now, Tony, [64:36] I want to ask you one more question [64:37] before we go. um talk to me about the um [64:40] Hispanic Heritage Month. Is this the the [64:42] biggest event of the month? Uh are there [64:45] more coming up? What's in store? [64:48] >> Yeah, so Hispanic Heritage Month, right? [64:50] It starts uh on September 15th. It goes [64:53] all the way to October 14th. and um my [64:56] organization uh Latino Wall Street uh [64:59] along with a coalition of other Hispanic [65:01] leaders, we're hosting the uh first [65:03] Hispanic Heritage Gala at the Andrew [65:06] Melon uh auditorium uh a block away from [65:09] the White House. So that's yeah, that's [65:10] happening October 14th um to close out [65:13] the month. Uh we also hosted the [65:14] Hispanic Heritage Summit at Telmundo [65:17] Studios in Miami, Florida to start the [65:19] month. [65:20] >> You got a whole lot going on for like [65:22] Hispanic for Hispanic excellence. Yeah. [65:25] I mean, [65:25] >> yeah, I I like that. Hispanic [65:27] excellence. Tony, I I got to pause right [65:28] here, but I appreciate it. Shout out to [65:31] you and your people at Latino Wall [65:33] Street and amigos. We are going to [65:35] continue this conversation straight [65:37] ahead. Don't go anywhere. [65:38] >> Much love. [66:51] puretalk.com/lovin [66:53] and welcome to Pure Talk. [66:59] >> All right, welcome back Mark Levin show. [67:00] Rich Valdez keeping you company tonight [67:02] and we're talking about a number of [67:04] things. The um attempted terror attack [67:08] on this uh Israeli flight uh Dubai [67:10] flight going into Israel. We're talking [67:12] about Hispanic Heritage Month at the [67:14] White House today talking about AI [67:17] and a couple of other things we're going [67:18] to throw into that mix. I had a [67:20] conversation with one of the top [67:21] psychologists and a psychiatrist, excuse [67:23] me, former psychiatrist now because he's [67:25] now a executive life coach, but Dr. [67:28] Keith Ablau um joined me and we talked [67:31] about a number of things. And one of the [67:33] things that we uh talked about was [67:35] Lindseay Clancy and we were talking [67:37] about his critique of uh the mental [67:39] health system. And in doing that, he [67:42] mentioned how he had a patient that was [67:45] the son of a president and he didn't [67:48] want to give too much information, but [67:49] some of this information was already [67:50] made public because that son of the [67:53] president had a laptop and was recording [67:56] their sessions. [67:59] Turns out that he was um leaking this [68:02] stuff all through the laptop and you [68:04] know compromising that doctor patient uh [68:06] relationship. Not the doctor. the [68:08] patient was doing that to himself. So, [68:11] uh I had a conversation with him and I [68:13] have a very quick clip, not to um break [68:16] my arm, patting myself on the back or [68:19] giving a shameless plug here, but very [68:21] interesting uh choice of words Dr. Keith [68:23] Havlau had for his patient Hunter Biden. [68:26] Listen to this. Similarly, Hunter Biden [68:29] had some uh substance abuse problems [68:31] years ago, but I think those labels and [68:33] the videos and the images of him travel [68:36] with him despite whatever progress he [68:38] have made. And I try to stay cognizant [68:40] of that despite, you know, engaging in [68:43] uh the the fodder from time to time out [68:45] of ignorance and out of, you know, just [68:46] not really understanding everything. But [68:49] I want you to tell us a little bit about [68:50] how that unfolded in in the best way [68:52] that you can. [68:54] Well, you know, for years, um, people [68:57] have come to see me from many different [69:00] places and many different places in [69:02] life, and because they're suffering, [69:05] they don't care what my politics are. [69:07] Uh, Hunter Bidens and mine are very [69:09] different, maybe diametrically opposed. [69:12] Um but nonetheless um it later became [69:16] known because his laptop became known [69:19] and everything on it including you know [69:21] his recording of sessions with me that I [69:23] didn't know he was doing um being on [69:27] there. So it became known hey you [69:29] treated Hunter Biden. Yes. Um I did. Um [69:33] and I would treat anybody by the way who [69:35] came to me sincerely saying I need help. [69:38] So doesn't matter what your politics [69:39] are. It's kind of a nice thing about [69:42] psychiatry or for that matter coaching. [69:44] Um you render care to those who um ask [69:47] for it and it's purifying in that way [69:50] because you don't have to worry about [69:51] the rest of it. Now um he happened to [69:54] leave a laptop here which I asked him to [69:57] pick up many times. Now part of his [70:00] narrative which uh I like to say I don't [70:03] know what his diagnosis was before. I [70:04] won't share that because I can't. Um but [70:07] um uh he might qualify for like a [70:10] scumbag diagnosis only because he's [70:12] saying he's saying that somehow I might [70:15] be complicit. He wrote a Substack [70:17] article. Well, maybe Keith Abau somehow [70:20] gave the laptop to the authorities. He [70:23] knows that's not true. [70:27] >> So Hunter knows it's not true. We're [70:29] back live with me, Rich Valdez. And [70:30] that's a clip from my show Rich Valdez. [70:32] This is America where I had an exclusive [70:34] with Dr. Keith Abau and we talked about [70:36] Lindseay Clancy and her attorney as well [70:38] as that little clip uh explaining his [70:41] background with uh Hunter Biden as a [70:43] patient and Hunter outing him as his [70:46] doctor, which is such an odd turn of [70:48] events. But the the bigger part of the [70:50] discussion, if you want to hear it, it's [70:51] available uh online, riches.com. [70:54] But it it circles around the the [70:58] stunning claims that Lindseay Clancy's [71:01] defense attorney made uh yesterday in [71:03] court. and we're going to talk about [71:04] that in the upcoming hour. But [71:08] apparently she was on trial for [71:12] murder and of her three children and [71:15] they were trying to figure out whether [71:16] she was going to get the mental hospital [71:18] or if she was going to get, you know, [71:20] the death penalty. And guess what? Now [71:24] he's saying we don't even know if she [71:26] killed him. I mean, it's just absolutely [71:27] crazy what's going on. So, uh, [71:29] definitely get ready for that [71:30] conversation that's coming up in the [71:31] next hour. But if you want to weigh in [71:33] on anything, whether it comes to the [71:35] pilots uh that saved the day uh versus [71:38] the pilot that was trying to kill [71:39] everybody aboard the Fly Dubai flight or [71:41] the AI stuff or the um Hispanic Heritage [71:44] event at the White House, feel free to [71:45] call 877 381-3811. [71:49] And um I see we have a call from David. [71:51] David is in Westchester, New York. [71:54] David, go right ahead. You're on with [71:55] Rich Valdez. [71:57] >> Hi Rich. So you know just what you just [71:59] said. First of all, the pilots came and [72:01] second that Israeli who had some uh [72:04] experiences [72:06] through television or whatever you want [72:08] to call it where he saw uh how airplanes [72:11] work the controls. He's the one who [72:13] stayed. [72:14] >> I'm sorry. You said the pilot has [72:15] experience in television. [72:18] >> There was an Israeli on board who rushed [72:20] into the cockpit and put the controls in [72:24] a better position to prevent the plane [72:26] from continuing to dive. [72:28] the pilots came in afterwards. So just [72:31] to to give the American people an idea, [72:34] you know, what it's like to have a [72:36] military society like Israel where [72:38] there's so many people who are so [72:41] cognizant of of danger at any time [72:43] besides being trained in the IDF. You [72:46] know, some of these guys and women have [72:49] been through many different wars and [72:51] with the missile situation. These are [72:53] hardened soldiers. the Israeli society. [72:56] They are Spartans. These are the [72:58] toughest tough. They're constantly under [73:00] siege, constantly constantly under [73:04] pressure to the point, I mean, they [73:08] question whether they're going to, you [73:10] know, survive, [73:12] >> right? No, you listen, I get it. I [73:14] remember when October 7th happened and [73:16] people were saying, you know, we ran to [73:18] our, I forget what they call them, but [73:20] like a safe room, a panic room, like a [73:22] bomb shelter that's built into their [73:24] homes. And the fact that they have that [73:26] in, you know, modern-day society is [73:29] wild. You know, in America, people are [73:30] buying those that were built in the [73:32] World War I and World War II era, and [73:34] it's not something that's readily [73:36] available all the time. So, uh, yeah, [73:39] great point. And I I agree that you have [73:41] so many Israelis that because of their [73:44] compulsory service in the Israeli [73:46] Defense Forces, um, everybody has paid [73:49] their their dues, right? Everybody has [73:51] paid service to the country, which I [73:53] think is a is a good thing. It keeps [73:54] them prepared and in in reality, it's [73:57] it's an absolute necessity in that part [73:59] of the world. David, [74:01] >> also when they're on the streets, [74:02] they're they're they're like the first [74:04] uh [74:06] the Israelis are really there's a [74:08] situation on any street in Israel. [74:10] There's the people, the pedestrians, you [74:12] know, some of them are are highly [74:14] trained soldiers and they're going to [74:15] know what to do and the people aren't [74:17] going to panic because they've been [74:19] through so much. But the second point I [74:20] wanted to make real quick is there needs [74:22] to be much higher level vetting before [74:26] um certain people take uh positions [74:29] where they're transporting people. [74:30] Whether you're a bus driver, whether [74:32] you're a pilot, whether you're a [74:34] ferryboat operator, captain, there [74:37] should be I think Mark Rubio should [74:39] speak to Prime Minister Netanyahu. find [74:42] out. Did the Israelis have the highest [74:45] vetting type of not scenario? [74:49] >> Well, I would I would bet that after the [74:52] events of yesterday or early this [74:53] morning with this Dubai flight, um you [74:56] better believe that that's probably [74:57] going to become the case, right? Just [74:59] like uh we used to walk our family to [75:01] the uh all the way to like the the gate [75:04] uh and then 9/11 happened and take your [75:06] shoes off, you know, things changed. I [75:08] think things are going to change u [75:10] drastically around who gets to become a [75:11] pilot. That's just my guess. Uh anyway, [75:14] David, thank you. The music means I got [75:16] to go. I appreciate it. Shout out to [75:17] everybody in Westchester, New York. And [75:20] it's Rich Valdez coming back for the [75:22] power hour that's coming up right now. [75:24] Hour number three of the Mark Levin [75:26] show. We're talking about Clancy. We got [75:28] a bunch of other stuff to discuss. Don't [75:30] go anywhere. Keep it locked right here. [75:31] It's Rich Valdez in for Mark Levin, The [75:34] Great. [75:36] He's [75:39] here. He's here. [75:43] Now, broadcasting from the underground [75:45] command puzzle, deep in the valves of a [75:48] hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick [75:50] and steel of a nondescript building, [75:52] we've once again made contact with our [75:55] leader, Mark Leven. [76:00] What's up, America? I am Rich Valdez. [76:03] Valdez with an S. Rich Valdez on all of [76:05] the social media. Welcome to the Mark [76:07] Leavvin show. Mark will be with you guys [76:09] tomorrow. I am your humble servant [76:11] filling in this evening. Happy to do it. [76:14] Uh big shout out to somebody I like to [76:16] call El Trumpito Daldis Magnus, the 45th [76:19] and 47th president of these United [76:21] States. President Trump uh he invited me [76:24] to the White House today for the uh [76:26] annual Hispanic Heritage uh event at the [76:29] White House. And I want to thank him for [76:31] that uh invitation. And we're talking [76:34] about a number of things tonight. If you [76:36] want to weigh in on this conversation, [76:37] feel free. The number is 877-381- 3811. [76:41] Again, my name Rich Valdees, that's [76:42] Valdez with an S on all of the social [76:45] media. If you want to give me a follow, [76:46] my um day job is where I host a show [76:50] called Rich Valdez. This is America. Uh [76:53] many of you have heard me on the radio [76:54] over the years. Uh others this is your [76:56] first time. Welcome to the party party. [76:58] And um I got a nickname from the great [77:02] one Mark Levin some years ago. He called [77:04] me Richie V. Mr. Call screener, our [77:07] libertyloving Latino amigo, and it stuck [77:10] with me throughout my radio career. So [77:12] uh happy to be back in my old stomping [77:14] grounds here on the Mark Levin show [77:15] where I cut my teeth and talk radio. Uh [77:18] Mark Leven is one of my mentors and a [77:20] friend who I I love dearly. And I put [77:23] that out there to say don't get fresh [77:26] when you when you when you call in, [77:27] right? Don't disrespect the great one [77:29] cuz I'm bringing that smoke. Anyway, [77:31] what am I talking about tonight? We're [77:32] talking about a number of things. And [77:34] part of the things we're talking about [77:36] tonight, I want to talk a little bit [77:37] Lindsy Clancy, some of the crimes, uh [77:39] some of the these spin-off crimes, [77:41] right? There's been like some copycat [77:43] murders. Uh there's also uh in addition [77:46] to that, there's just a lot of crime [77:48] from little kids committing crime to to [77:52] people committing crimes against kids. [77:54] It's just wild to see what's going on. I [77:56] mean, I'll talk about this a little bit [77:57] later, but a South Carolina mom is [77:59] facing attempted murder charges because [78:02] she stabbed her two young children, 3 [78:05] years old and 6 years old. Then you got [78:07] a 14-year-old boy who's facing a number [78:09] of charges connected to a an attack on a [78:12] delivery woman in Staten Island, New [78:14] York. I mean, just nuts. [78:17] Then you got a mom who left four kids, [78:19] including a two-month-old, alone to go [78:22] on a cruise to the Bahamas. Who does [78:24] that? I think that's literally what the [78:26] judge said. So, we're we're going to get [78:29] into all those things a little bit [78:30] later. Uh we're also going to talk about [78:32] what we've been talking about, right? [78:34] the plane situation. What happened with [78:36] this uh failed terror attempt in the uh [78:41] Middle East in a flight from Dubai to is [78:45] Israel to Tel Aviv. And uh we've been [78:47] discussing that. We can continue uh on [78:49] that. And I also want to get into of [78:51] course the Hispanic Heritage event if [78:53] anybody wants to weigh in on that and uh [78:56] the Lindsay Clancy stuff, right? um her [78:59] lawyer parading around yesterday making [79:01] all sorts of claims that she didn't do [79:03] it this that and the third. But where I [79:05] want to start in this hour in the power [79:07] hour is with the house cut number eight. [79:11] The house passed a bill to deport [79:13] illegal immigrants that have been [79:15] convicted of any type of welfare [79:17] benefits fraud. Listen to this. [79:19] >> On this vote, the yays are 231. The nays [79:22] are 186. The bill is passed. Without [79:25] objection, a motion to reconsider is [79:26] laid on the table. [79:29] >> Now, listen to that. 186 Democrats, I'm [79:32] going to presume, uh, voted against a [79:36] bill that says if you're an illegal [79:37] immigrant and you're convicted of [79:40] benefit fraud that you have to get [79:43] deported. This is one of those bills [79:45] that makes sense that you would think [79:46] that's not already a law, right? Exactly [79:49] my point. But yet somehow you found [79:52] Democrats that [79:54] 186 of them that say no no no this is no [79:57] good no bueno. And one of those is none [80:00] other than Senator Chris Van Galand. Now [80:03] he didn't vote in the House bill but he [80:06] basically says deportations are racist. [80:10] Listen to this. And I do want to start [80:13] uh President Verrett with the [80:14] observation you made about the target of [80:18] the Trump administration's [80:20] immigration policies, deportation [80:22] policies being primarily [80:26] black and brown people. [80:30] So listen, [80:33] I saw this yesterday. I saw a clip uh as [80:35] a Puerto Rican broadcaster that I follow [80:37] on social media who I respect. I like I [80:39] don't agree with his politics, but I [80:41] think he's very good at what he does. [80:43] And his name is Musco, Spanish for [80:45] Mollisk. And he put a clip of uh of a [80:50] Puerto Rican guy in Orlando, Florida, [80:52] CMI, uh actually to be more precise, [80:56] who is um you know, bird dogging, [80:58] harassing, you know, yelling at the ICE [81:00] people that had somebody pulled over. [81:02] And he's yelling at them, you don't have [81:03] to show your documents. You don't have [81:05] to listen to them. Roll up your window. [81:06] Just drive away. And all of these things [81:10] again I think are bad advice, right? And [81:12] the guy's telling him, "Hey, stop it." [81:14] Then the other guy tells him in Spanish, [81:15] he's like, "Look, just take it easy. [81:16] We're doing our jobs over here." And [81:18] he's like, "Shame on you for being a [81:20] nice person and being Hispanic at the [81:22] same time. How dare you?" You know, and [81:23] he got very indignant like Greta [81:25] Thunberg. How dare you? How dare you? [81:27] But anyway, they um they get into this [81:30] back and forth and then I look at the [81:31] comments and everybody's like, "Oh, it's [81:33] it's always the ones your own kind that [81:35] do it to you." And I thought to myself, [81:36] does anybody else do this? Maybe, maybe [81:39] they do, but I can't imagine anybody [81:42] going, "Oh, yes, I stole a car, bro." [81:44] You know, I can't believe it. You know, [81:46] um the cop was the same race as me and [81:48] he locked me up. Can you believe that? [81:49] Like, of course, that's not You don't [81:52] get a pass because the cop is from the [81:54] same place you are. Since when is that a [81:56] thing, right? That's not even a logical [81:58] argument. But yet people want to say [82:00] that and do that and make it seem like, [82:02] you know, cops that are black are [82:05] supposed to support blacks that are [82:07] committing crime. Cops that are Hispanic [82:09] are supposed to support Hispanics that [82:10] are committing crimes. I mean, the whole [82:13] thing is bizarre to me, that logic. [82:15] Where does that come from? Oh, it comes [82:16] from guys like Senator Chris Van Holland [82:19] when you're saying things like this that [82:20] the majority of deportations are against [82:23] um black and brown people. Well, again, [82:26] interesting uh position to take. I'm [82:29] thinking the immigration problem that we [82:31] have in America, [82:34] is it because of an overwhelming amount [82:37] of Irish or Ukrainian? And and I'm being [82:41] snideed. Some might say yes. I'm sure [82:43] there are people from those places, but [82:46] I don't think that's the majority of [82:48] people, right? If you ever rode a [82:49] subway, I take the subway. I'm in New [82:51] York City all the time. I took a subway [82:53] the other day. I had to walk across that [82:55] underground tunnel because it was ugly [82:57] outside. [82:58] and from, you know, where you get off [83:01] the shuttle on Broadway and over to the [83:03] Port Authority side to 8th Avenue. And I [83:07] must have passed three different women [83:09] that were begging for money. And [83:13] every one of those women was Middle [83:15] Eastern and had a sign and had little [83:17] children next to her. And every one of [83:21] the women that was with their children [83:23] next to them that was Hispanic [83:26] was selling fruit out of a shopping [83:29] cart. [83:30] Now, I don't know which ones are illegal [83:32] immigrants and which ones weren't, but I [83:35] would bet that they were all immigrants [83:37] of some sort because they didn't look um [83:39] like they'd been here for a long time. [83:42] And and I'm thinking to myself, if if [83:44] the streets of New York City are flooded [83:46] with people [83:48] that are asking for help, maybe we have [83:51] an immigration problem. Maybe we're [83:52] letting too many people in that that [83:54] can't support themselves. That's racist [83:57] all of a sudden. I think that that [83:59] that's a a wild thing to say. And and [84:03] it's the same argument that they made in [84:05] the video that I was watching. The guy [84:07] says, he's like, "Bro, they're um he's [84:10] like, "They're Hispanic. Go bother [84:12] somebody else." And I'm thinking, who [84:14] are they supposed to bother, right? I [84:16] mean, don't we have a border with [84:18] Mexico? Isn't there a bunch of people [84:19] from Hispanic countries and others? I [84:21] mean, during the Biden years, we saw [84:22] them coming from Yemen. We saw them [84:24] coming from everywhere. So, I [84:25] understand. But to make these claims, it [84:28] just it it doesn't really pass muster to [84:30] me. It doesn't hold enough water. [84:32] Anyway, AG Todd Blanch, uh, he had a, [84:35] uh, a press conference today talking [84:38] about 10 different foreign nationals [84:40] that have been indicted for fraud. What [84:43] kind of fraud? The type that doesn't [84:45] exist if you ask our friends on the [84:47] left. We're talking about voter fraud, [84:51] election fraud. Where? Minnesota. [84:55] Listen to this. Today we are announcing [84:58] that a federal grand jury returned [85:00] indictments against 10 foreign nationals [85:04] alleged to have committed unlawful [85:06] voting and registration offenses in the [85:08] state of Minnesota. [85:11] In total, the grand jury's indictments [85:13] include nine counts of illegal voting by [85:15] an alien and nine counts of making a [85:17] false claim of citizen citizenship in [85:19] order to register to vote. charges [85:22] include illegally voting in the general [85:24] elections of 2022, [85:26] 2024, and the midterm um the primary [85:29] elections of August of this year of [85:31] August 2026. [85:33] The defendants that have been charged [85:35] include foreign nationals from Brazil, [85:37] Ghana, and Liberia. [85:40] So, we have we have talked repeatedly [85:42] about the importance of election [85:44] integrity, and we're we're certainly not [85:46] going to stop talking about that now. [85:49] Voter fraud erodess the public's trust [85:51] in our electoral system and it's vital [85:53] to our democratic process that we do [85:56] everything that we can to restore that [85:57] trust. The most basic way the Department [86:00] of Justice can accomplish this [86:02] restoration of trust is by working to [86:04] make sure the only people voting in an [86:07] election in the United States are [86:09] American citizens who are eligible to [86:11] vote. [86:13] >> Well, that's Attorney General Todd [86:14] Blanch and he's 100% right. [86:17] And now where is Senator Van Holland? [86:19] He's going to say, "You see, they're [86:20] brown and they're black, right? Ghana, [86:22] Liberia, and Brazil." Brazil. So now [86:26] we're supposed to say that the cops are [86:29] racist. Uh the DOJ is racist. Ag Todd [86:32] Blanch is racist because these guys who [86:34] did these crimes or allegedly did these [86:36] crimes are from Brazil, Ghana, and [86:38] Liberia, right? South America, and [86:40] Africa. [86:42] This is why you can't play these games. [86:44] These people are out of their minds and [86:46] they they will nitpick at anything to [86:48] try and make it make sense. But [86:50] honestly, this don't make sense. You [86:53] can't sit there and and expect that [86:55] we're not going to prosecute voter [86:56] fraud. The attorney general's 100% [86:58] right. This erodess the the public [87:00] trust. People show up on election day [87:02] because they believe that their vote [87:04] counts. Even if low-key they're like, [87:06] "Man, my vote don't count, but you know, [87:08] cumulatively I can make a difference." [87:10] And yes, of course, every vote counts. [87:11] That's why people do writeins sometimes [87:13] on principal. So, we're going to talk [87:16] about how many voter fraud cases are we [87:18] currently looking at when we come back. [87:19] Plus, your calls. I see we got calls [87:21] from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from New [87:22] York, and from everywhere else. You know [87:24] the number 877 3813811. [87:27] It's Rich Valdez in for the great one. [87:30] Much love in. [87:45] All right, friends. Welcome back. Rich [87:47] Valdez keeping you company tonight, [87:49] filling in for the great one. Mark [87:50] Levvin, I am the host of Rich Valdez, [87:52] This is America. Check that out at [87:54] richvaldees.com when you get a chance. [87:57] And uh we want to get into your calls, [87:59] of course, 877-381- 3811, but I left off [88:02] saying that [88:05] Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen uh at that [88:08] press conference today discussed how [88:11] many voter fraud cases that they're [88:13] currently investigating. Listen to this. [88:15] >> We have over 1,600 [88:18] voter fraud cases that we are currently [88:20] investigating. [88:21] >> Hold on a second. Wait a minute. I [88:23] thought I thought we didn't have voter [88:25] fraud. I I watched CNN and they say that [88:28] there's no conclusive uh reports of [88:31] voter fraud. How could that be? Anyway, [88:33] tell me how many more we have, Mr. [88:35] Secretary. [88:38] That we're getting to HSI is leading [88:41] these investigations. These [88:42] investigations are going back 5 years. [88:45] The president has said it for a long [88:46] time and the Democrats were sitting [88:48] there denying it and saying there's no [88:49] fraud. That wasn't taking place. There's [88:51] no fraud. There's nothing nothing here. [88:53] Don't look over here. As we're getting [88:56] the uh the voter logs from 47 states and [89:01] a few territories, we're realizing [89:03] there's actually a lot. And we believe [89:06] that some of these states probably even
