Transcript [00:00] Who was this man that was your husband? [00:02] When did they start saying that he was [00:03] your brother? Why? [00:06] >> It started with the Somali blog um uh [00:10] that I don't know if it still exists, [00:12] but somebody put in there that you know [00:14] that he had to have been my brother or [00:17] something to that effect. and um [00:19] right-wing conspiracy theorists in [00:23] Minneapolis got a hold of it and they [00:25] just kind of went and like found random [00:27] people who were like she introduced us [00:30] uh you know she introduced him to us and [00:32] said he was her brother um which is you [00:36] know insane I mean I don't I don't know [00:38] those people that they talk about [00:41] >> he was not you were not related to him [00:43] at all [00:43] >> not that there's not some weird kernel [00:46] of truth that threw some game of to my [00:48] knowledge. [00:49] >> Yeah, right there. That was Ilhan Omar [00:51] being asked if she married her own [00:53] brother and her answer was, and I quote, [00:56] "Not to my knowledge." [01:01] I'm pretty sure the answer there should [01:03] be no unless it's kind of yes. How do [01:07] you marry your brother without your [01:09] knowledge? Are we doing Edipus Rex here? [01:10] Like, what's happening? [01:18] So Ilhan Omar is a habitual liar and [01:21] actually if you look at her family [01:22] history it is pretty clear why that is [01:24] and what she has done. Remember there's [01:26] an ongoing investigation into her [01:28] immigration status. We believe there's [01:30] some documents that have emerged that [01:31] shed new light on exactly what the [01:33] federal government is investigating. Why [01:35] is all of this important? Because again [01:37] there are people in the United States [01:38] who have taken advantage of the system. [01:41] They've taken advantage of the system by [01:42] engaging in fraud. They've taken [01:44] advantage of the system by importing [01:46] foreign ideologies into the United [01:47] States and then militarizing American [01:49] self-hatred against the United States. [01:51] And Ilhan Omar is at the top of this [01:53] list. It all ties together. Lying to [01:56] gain entry, lying to maintain status, [01:59] lying to gain entry to Congress, lying [02:01] in order to destroy the United States. [02:03] That is what Representative Ham Omar has [02:05] always been about. Remember, this is a [02:07] woman who literally wrote a letter to a [02:08] judge trying to get a lesser prison [02:10] sentence for a man trying to join ISIS. [02:12] Oh, let's talk about what she's talking [02:14] about in this clip and do a little bit [02:16] of family history on Representative [02:17] Ilhan Omar because we've been told by [02:18] Barack Obama and Zorn Mandani among [02:20] others that she's being unfairly [02:22] targeted over her immigration status. [02:24] But there are a lot of very open [02:26] questions about that. And again, that [02:28] clip is the worst answer to a question [02:32] about some form of familial scandal [02:36] since it depends on the definition of [02:37] is. [02:39] I mean that that's an insane answer. Are [02:42] are you related to the man you married? [02:44] Was he your brother? Not to my [02:46] knowledge. [02:47] Does she have a lawyer in the back room [02:49] writing that for her? Not to my [02:51] knowledge. Okay. The reason she is [02:52] saying that is because I mean the [02:54] evidence tends to show that she was very [02:56] very likely married to her brother. Not [02:58] because she was, you know, slipping her [03:00] brother or something, God forbid, but [03:02] because she was trying to gain him [03:04] immigration status. But again, it seems [03:05] that immigration fraud or at least [03:08] questions about immigration fraud may [03:10] run in the family. So, Ilhan Omar was [03:12] born in Moadishu, Somalia in either 1981 [03:16] or 1982. We don't actually know the [03:18] answer. Her original birthday, according [03:20] to her Minnesota House of [03:22] Representatives website, was 1981. We'll [03:25] talk in a minute about why she changed [03:27] her birth date. Apparently, Elen Moore's [03:29] dad was a high-ranking military colonel [03:31] under the Marxist military dictatorship [03:33] of Sahed Bar, which again runs counter [03:36] to his refugee status under US law. [03:39] Because if you fled and you were a [03:40] member of a dictatorship that engaged in [03:42] human rights violations, typically we [03:43] don't give you refugee status, which may [03:46] explain why her last name was Omar when [03:49] she came to the United States. I'll just [03:51] explain that in one second. So in 1991 [03:54] when she was either 10 or nine depending [03:57] on which date we are using for her birth [03:59] she and her family relocated to Kenya [04:01] during the Somali civil war. In 1995 she [04:04] and her family received refugee status [04:06] and immigrated to the United States. [04:07] First to Arlington, Virginia and then to [04:09] Minneapolis, Minnesota. Now it is [04:11] possible that Omar did not enter under [04:13] her true lineage. Her father's surname [04:15] is Elme, not Omar. Elmy. So why exactly [04:19] would she be using a name like Omar? [04:22] like an unrelated family name. Well, the [04:24] allegation is that members of her [04:25] family, some of them went to the UK and [04:27] they used the name Elme. The rest of the [04:29] family that went to the United States [04:30] used the name Omar in order to use that [04:32] family's refugee status to gain their [04:34] own refugee status. That's the [04:36] allegation made by Scott Johnson, a [04:37] power line who's uncovered a ton of [04:39] this. So, here in lies problem number [04:42] one. Did she come here through her [04:44] father and through her parents? And when [04:46] she came here, was her dad using a sort [04:49] of assumed name or a different familial [04:51] name? Well, the timeline gets murkier. [04:53] We will go through all of the facts [04:56] because the facts are the things that [04:57] you should care about. Now, when it [04:59] comes to the American dream, the facts [05:01] matter as well. Everybody has an opinion [05:02] about the American dream, whether it's [05:04] alive, whether it's dying, whether the [05:05] government is helping people achieve it [05:06] or making it harder. Before we argue [05:08] about the answers, we should probably [05:10] understand the numbers. Income [05:11] inequality, entitlements, housing costs. [05:13] What is the government actually doing? [05:15] What does it cost? Who's benefiting? [05:17] Those are the questions behind my debate [05:18] on the American dream with left of [05:20] center Scott Galloway. The debate is [05:21] framed by an informative set of [05:23] government facts from USA facts. Then [05:25] Scott and I get into what those numbers [05:27] mean, where we think the country should [05:28] go from here. Because agreeing on the [05:30] facts doesn't mean agreeing on the [05:31] policy. You can look at the same data [05:33] and reach very different conclusions. [05:34] And that's where the debate gets [05:35] interesting. There are sharp [05:36] differences, common ground, and actual [05:38] discussion beyond the usual political [05:40] sound bites and rehearsed talking [05:41] points. Watch it. Weigh the arguments [05:43] come away knowing more. Check out the [05:44] full debate right now on USA Facts [05:47] YouTube channel. Already has several [05:50] million views. Be one of them. Go check [05:52] it out. USA Facts YouTube channel. Okay. [05:54] So, in 2000, Omar becomes a naturalized [05:57] US citizen through her father's [05:58] citizenship process. Now, allegedly, she [06:01] was 17 if she was born in 1982. As we [06:03] will find out, she changed her birth [06:04] date to 1982 from 1981. If she was 18, [06:08] then she would have not been eligible [06:10] for naturalization via her dad's [06:12] naturalization. Again, all of this is [06:13] downstream of our horrible immigration [06:14] policy in which we just handed out [06:16] citizenship like candy. Now, we get to [06:20] her um her marital issues. So, in 2002, [06:24] she was in a religious union with Ahmed [06:26] Hersy. They didn't have a civil [06:27] marriage. So, according to American [06:29] civil law, they weren't married. [06:30] According to Muslim religious law, they [06:31] were. And they had a couple of kids. In [06:33] 2008, she underwent a Muslim separation [06:36] from Ahmed Hersy. The next year she had [06:39] a civil marriage with Ahmed Nur say Elme [06:43] in Minnesota. Now you will recall that [06:45] it is quite possible that her original [06:47] name and now according to DOJ search [06:50] documents her actual name is Elme. Now [06:54] you may say wait a second wait a second [06:56] didn't she you just said she married a [06:57] dude named Ahmed Nored Elme. And now [07:01] you're also telling me that actually her [07:03] last name is Elme. Correct. [07:07] Correct. [07:09] Hey, so Elme filed a marriage-based [07:12] petition to gain permanent US residency [07:14] when federal immigration authorities [07:16] asked for evidence [07:18] that he should actually gain citizenship [07:21] via his marriage. Elme withdrew his [07:24] petition. So they were trying to sneak [07:26] one in, right? They were trying to get [07:28] away with one. [07:30] Okay. In 2012, while she was still in a [07:32] civil marriage with Akmed Nored Almi, [07:36] who is very likely her brother, she [07:38] reconciled with Ahmed Hersy and they had [07:40] a third child. [07:42] She was legally divorced civily from [07:45] Akmed Sured Alme who is likely her [07:47] brother in 2017. [07:49] She submitted an affidavit stating she [07:52] had not had contact with Elme since [07:53] 2011, but there are 2014 2015 social [07:57] media interactions and contacts in [07:58] London which would render her affidavit [08:00] to be perjury. [08:02] So, as Benjamin Weingarten, [08:06] who is a senior contributor at the [08:08] Federalist points out, [08:11] the documents that were filed to unseal [08:15] exparte materials and proceedings [08:17] related to the federal search warrant [08:18] show that she is listed as Ilhan Nored [08:21] Elme aka Ilhan Abdulahi Omar. Again, [08:25] remember brother's name, alleged [08:28] brother's name is Ahmed [08:30] Norah Elme. Her name is Ilhan Nored [08:33] Elme. According to Weine Garden in [08:36] September 2019, Omar deleted a 2013 post [08:40] wishing Nored a happy father's day. In [08:43] Somali naming convention, children are [08:45] given a first name followed by their [08:46] father's first and middle names. If [08:47] Omar's father is nor Sayed Elme [08:49] Muhammad, it would father it would [08:51] follow that his children's names would [08:52] end in Nored Elm. [08:55] Deleted pictures on social media put [08:57] Ilhan Omar alongside what appears to be [08:59] Leila Elme and Ilhan's father in 2011 in [09:02] Kenya. [09:03] Ilhan Omar reappeared next to Laya in [09:06] 2015 in London in a photograph with text [09:08] superimposed over it reading, "I heart [09:10] my sisters with hashtags sisterhood and [09:12] London trip in the caption." [09:15] a fall 2016 profile from the local Twin [09:17] Cities pages publication referred to [09:19] Representative Omar's father as Nored [09:21] Elme Muhammad before later changing it. [09:25] And meanwhile, her alleged husband, [09:29] right, Ahmed Nored Elm, um it turns out [09:32] in 2012, he posted a picture of himself [09:36] holding his baby niece. This would be [09:39] one day after Omar's daughter was born. [09:41] Quote, "Nie's fresh out of the vagina. [09:44] He seems like a charmer, by the way. So, [09:47] that would be her registered husband [09:50] under American law calling the baby his [09:53] niece. [09:55] Flashback 2017. Here is Omar with Elme [09:58] in London after she swore under oath she [10:00] didn't know anybody in Elm's family. [10:04] Oh, look at that. Weird. [10:07] So, what else do we know about Ahmed [10:09] Elme? Well, we know that according to [10:11] the University of Bristol, in 2025, he [10:14] served on the programming and curatorial [10:16] team for Gala Queer Archives margins for [10:18] error exhibition on queer African art, [10:20] film, and publishing. [10:22] He is currently completing his doctoral [10:23] thesis, provisionally titled Bravery [10:25] Amidst Brutality, a queer resistance to [10:27] violence and criminalization in [10:29] contemporary Kenya. In December, the New [10:32] York Post reported he had resurfaced in [10:34] South Africa while calling himself a [10:36] dirty dandy on social media. Uh, so [10:40] yeah, he's almost certainly gay. I mean, [10:43] here are some pictures of her alleged [10:46] second husband. Okay, here here he is. [10:49] Uh, that's not the straightest stuff [10:51] we've ever seen right there. [10:54] Hey, so in 2018, [10:58] she was legally remarried to Ahmed Hersy [11:01] in Minnesota and then she was elected to [11:03] Congress. And shortly after taking [11:05] office, she then corrected her birth [11:06] year to 1982 to backfill the fact that [11:08] allegedly she's been lying on all of her [11:10] passports and immigration forms since [11:12] she tried to gain citizenship illegally [11:14] via her father. In 2019, she was legally [11:17] divorced from Ahmed Hersy. In 2020, she [11:20] was married to Tim Minet, a political [11:21] consultant paid by Omar's campaign for [11:23] his services. And Minette divorced his [11:25] prior wife to marry Ilhan Omar. So if [11:29] you're wondering why she said not to my [11:30] knowledge, the answer is because to her [11:32] knowledge, she was almost certainly [11:33] married to her brother. So that would [11:36] not amount to a deportation event, [11:38] right? I mean, she if she committed [11:41] essentially she there there are a bunch [11:43] of different charges that are getting [11:44] conflated here. Okay. One is did she [11:46] come over with her family legally in the [11:48] first place? Two is did she gain her [11:49] citizenship legally because she was [11:51] allegedly a a person of age of majority [11:54] at the time that she was claiming minor [11:56] status to gain citizenship via dad. [11:58] Question three is did she marry her [12:00] brother in order to try to gain [12:02] citizenship status for her brother? And [12:04] then question four would be what sort of [12:06] fraud was she engaging in when she was [12:08] allegedly engaged in bigamous [12:10] relationships? Right? because she was [12:12] legally married to this one guy, but [12:13] then she was religiously married to this [12:14] other guy without divorcing the first [12:16] guy legally. [12:18] All of this is rather dicey. You might [12:20] think you also might think that this is [12:22] part and parcel of a person who hates [12:24] the United States, is perfectly willing [12:25] to abuse literally all of its systems [12:27] for personal benefit and for familial [12:29] benefit and then turn around and [12:30] undermine the United States, which is [12:31] what Ilhen Omar is. That is what she [12:34] represents. She represents a strain of [12:37] American immigration that never should [12:38] have been allowed in the country in the [12:40] first place. [12:42] Now she's asking for donations because [12:43] it's an expensive and challenging time. [12:45] So why don't we um let's load up the [12:48] vocal fry. [12:51] We know that they're running scared. [12:52] We're not going to be intimidated. We're [12:54] not going to be silenced. We're not [12:55] going to be scared. I'll be out there [12:57] campaigning alongside all of you and [13:00] making sure that we beat back all of [13:02] this and that we win in the midterms, [13:05] win the House, win the Senate, and hold [13:07] this administration accountable. Thank [13:09] you so much again. Uh and please [13:12] continue to support us. It is going to [13:14] be um a very expensive and challenging [13:17] uh time. Uh and so we appreciate whether [13:20] you're able to send 5, 10, 20. Thank [13:22] you. [13:24] Well, I mean, she also registered [13:26] apparently in her taxes that she was [13:28] worth $30 million and then she revised [13:29] that down to like $30,000. So, which is [13:31] it? She says now that she's living [13:34] paycheck to paycheck. Cool. So, uh what [13:37] is she on government? She's on [13:38] government handouts. I mean, she's got a [13:39] salary as a congress person. [13:40] >> What is your financial situation? [13:43] >> I mean, it's, you know, working working [13:45] class, I guess, like paycheck to [13:47] paycheck still. You know, we've got four [13:49] kids. Um, and you know, we we we live, I [13:54] think, like a basic life. I I have a [13:56] Toyota Camry that's from 2016. It's our [13:59] only car. Um, I rent my DC place and my [14:04] Minneapolis place. And so, I I mean, I [14:06] don't know that that sounds like, you [14:09] know, not majority of Congress, but [14:11] there's some of us that are that don't [14:13] come from wealth and don't have wealth. [14:15] >> Oh, she's a victim. You see, she's a a [14:17] victim of American society. Now, this [14:19] whole story is important for a couple of [14:20] reasons. The first is the use of [14:22] immigration in order to get people in [14:23] the country who should not be here. The [14:26] second is lying on behalf of a radical [14:27] anti-American political perspective, [14:29] which he also does. And we are seeing [14:30] the consequence of this in America, as [14:32] we'll talk about. We are also seeing it [14:34] in France. There's a reason why people [14:37] are deeply upset about Somali [14:39] immigration in Minnesota, given the fact [14:41] that the vast majority of families in [14:43] Minnesota of Somali origin are actually [14:45] on some form of welfare. And yet here is [14:48] Jacob Fry trying again. The way that you [14:50] work this politically is import a large [14:52] chunk of people from a place that is [14:54] foreign to the United States with a [14:56] foreign ideology. Turn them into a [14:58] voting block and then you'll have [15:00] leftwing politicians eating out of your [15:02] hand in order to try and cobble together [15:04] a coalition using your voting block. [15:06] That's what Jacob Fry is doing in [15:07] Minnesota as he explains that actually [15:09] at Somali he's at Somali networking [15:11] night. He says that the Somali are the [15:14] CEOs of right now. Um [15:17] are they though? [15:20] >> And I think one of the reasons uh that [15:23] they were coming after you is they saw [15:27] the kind of economy and entrepreneurship [15:30] that you're helping to build. They saw [15:33] suddenly that the CEOs of the future are [15:37] not all going to look like me. [15:41] The CEOs of the future are going to be [15:43] from a thousand different backgrounds. [15:46] And so suddenly you all are creeping up [15:50] in brilliant fashion. You're not just [15:51] the CEOs and entrepreneurs of tomorrow, [15:54] but of right now. [15:57] Okay. [16:00] Okay. Then I'm just going to read you a [16:02] few statistics about the Somali [16:03] community in Minnesota. According to the [16:05] Center for Immigration Studies, [16:07] approximately 81% of all Somali headed [16:09] households in Minnesota receive at least [16:11] one form of means tested welfare or [16:13] public assistance. Households with kids, [16:15] that rises to 89% [16:17] 89% 54% of these households are on food [16:21] stamps. 73% are on Medicaid. [16:25] Long-term residents, meaning 10 plus [16:26] years in the US, 78% are still utilizing [16:30] some form of assistance. By comparison, [16:32] 21% of native headed households in [16:34] Minnesota are using some form of [16:36] welfare. [16:38] So, no, that's actually not why people [16:40] are particularly upset about all of [16:42] this. [16:44] There's a reason that Ian Omar is a [16:46] representative of the district for which [16:48] she is the representative. But again, we [16:50] are now going to take this national. [16:52] Well, it turns out that a lot of [16:53] countries aren't sending their best here [16:55] to the United States. [17:57] Speaking of people who lie routinely, [17:59] who are associated with foreign [18:00] ideologies, speaking of people who [18:02] should be nowhere near a congressional [18:04] seat, let alone a seat in the Senate, [18:06] Abdul Rahman El Sayed is running a [18:08] neck-and-neck race in Michigan. He had a [18:10] debate last night with Mike Rogers. It [18:12] did not go well for El Say because he is [18:15] far too radical for the population. He [18:17] also happens to be deeply in bed with [18:19] radical Islam as an ideology. [18:22] He is a liar. [18:25] By the way, it's radical on all issues [18:26] because again the the basic premise for [18:28] people like Elhan Omar and Abdul says is [18:30] that the United States is wrong and evil [18:32] and basically needs to be dismantled [18:33] wholesale. Here's Abdul Rahman also [18:42] go back to INS back when we were a lot [18:44] more safe and secure when it came to [18:46] immigration. And then we need to make [18:47] sure we have a clear pathway to [18:49] citizenship. [18:51] Okay. So, uh, clear pathway to [18:53] citizenship and get rid of ICE. That is [18:55] his plan. Mike Rogers, who again, Mike [18:58] Rogers is is not an extraordinarily [19:00] great debater, but he can say basically [19:02] true things. Here he was listing all the [19:05] things has lied about. [19:08] Ask somebody, a new investigator, about [19:10] how you figure out if somebody's honest [19:12] and willing willing to tell you the [19:13] truth. You go through a series of [19:15] questions. Did you lie on your resume? [19:16] Yep. Did he lied about being a [19:18] physician? Did he lied about his [19:20] relationships with an organization that [19:22] should give us all pause? Yep, he did. [19:25] He lied about being an Egyptian dual [19:27] citizen. He lied uh about some of his [19:30] stances on these positions as he's [19:32] flipped. Again, this is a pattern that [19:35] we need to understand. [19:36] >> Thank you very [19:37] >> for this to to trust this candidate. [19:40] >> Well, that that is exactly right. Rogers [19:42] also pointed out that Elsad can't even [19:43] condemn Iran, which of course is exactly [19:45] right. I mean he literally said he was [19:46] caught on tape Elsa saying that he would [19:49] not condemn Ayatollah Kamei because [19:51] there are too many fans vy Kamei in his [19:54] hometown of Dearbornne Michigan. [19:57] >> Yeah absolutely it's a threat. Uh my [19:59] opponent can't even condemn the IRGC [20:02] which is the terrorist enforcement arm [20:03] of Iran uh and doesn't believe Iran is [20:06] any more dangerous than Israel. This is [20:09] an absolute non-starter if you're going [20:11] to send somebody back to the United [20:13] States Senate. [20:15] >> That of course is exactly right. Well, [20:17] Elsad was asked about his family's [20:19] Muslim Brotherhood ties. They are [20:21] extensive as are his own. And here he [20:23] was getting pretty defensive about all [20:25] of this. [20:27] >> I've never been a part of be because my [20:30] mom who's a nurse in Missouri, it [20:32] doesn't make any sense. And it's [20:34] actually really quite beneath you, Mike. [20:35] It's really quite beneath you. [20:36] >> It's not [20:37] >> to call into a question. My loyalty to [20:39] the Constitution. I'm talking. I am [20:40] talking. [20:41] >> All right. [20:41] >> I'm talking. [20:42] >> Well, own up to it. [20:43] >> Excuse me. Yep. Go ahead. [20:45] >> Can I have a few more seconds? [20:46] >> Yes. Go. Go ahead. [20:47] >> Thank you. To bring it into question my [20:50] commitment to the Constitution is really [20:51] beneath you. [20:54] Why? Why would that possibly be beneath [20:55] him? I'll call into question his [20:57] commitment to the Constitution. Which [20:58] parts of the Constitution precisely is [21:00] he in favor of? truly that he's not just [21:02] using as an excuse to cram down on [21:05] Americans a deeply anti-American vision [21:07] of society. Okay, let's be very clear [21:10] about Abdul Alsad and the Muslim [21:11] Brotherhood. The evidence of his [21:13] familial ties to the Muslim Brotherhood [21:15] are extensive. His sister says his [21:16] family has always been Muslim [21:17] Brotherhood. His father-in-law was a [21:20] founding member of ISNA, the Islamic [21:21] Society of North America, which is a [21:23] Muslim Brotherhood offshoot, and he [21:24] accepted hundreds of thousands of [21:25] dollars in campaign donations via his [21:28] father-in-law. [21:31] His parents are both connected, his [21:34] biological parents are both connected [21:35] with Muslim Brotherhood sources. [21:40] He himself signed a letter in 2012 [21:43] calling for support of the Muslim [21:44] Brotherhood regime in Egypt and asking [21:47] for them to crack down on descent from [21:49] the old regime. [21:51] He said about terrorists who tried to [21:53] murder Jewish school children so long as [21:55] they're Islamic. He says hurt people [21:56] hurt people. and then said the reason [21:58] that perhaps a terrorist tried to murder [22:00] a bunch of kindergarteners near Detroit [22:03] was because that terrorist's [22:06] family members had been killed in [22:07] Lebanon by the IDF. [22:10] He has yet to recommend a single measure [22:13] for cracking down on the Muslim [22:14] Brotherhood. He's yet to explain what [22:16] about the Muslim Brotherhood he does not [22:17] support. [22:19] Only in the last week or so has he even [22:21] said that he disassociates from the [22:22] Muslim Brotherhood. So, Elsa trying to [22:25] play, "How dare you challenge me, sir? [22:27] How?" Well, I mean, I don't know. You [22:28] might answer any of those questions. By [22:29] the way, his campaign has been asked [22:31] explicitly about that letter from 2012 [22:34] by the New York Times. Quote, when asked [22:35] recently by reporters, he has disavowed [22:37] the group. His campaign aids declined to [22:39] answer questions about the 2012 letter. [22:42] Elsa's mother and half sister, with whom [22:44] he did not grow up, did not respond to [22:45] requests for comment. [22:48] Well, I mean, again, how about his [22:51] father-in-law? How about his halfsister [22:54] saying that the entire family is Muslim [22:56] Brotherhood? How about that? Like again, [22:58] it's it's insane for him to try to hide [23:01] behind everyone's just being mean to, [23:03] you know, everyone should be mean to Al [23:04] Sayad. You're just being so mean to him, [23:06] you know, it's not that there's any [23:09] evidence to back all this. Everyone's [23:10] just mean to him. In fact, you're an [23:11] Islamophobe if you have questions about [23:13] any of this based on the actual [23:15] evidence. Here's Elsa trying to play [23:17] that card. [23:20] >> To bring into question, my commitment to [23:22] the Constitution is really beneath you. [23:25] I am proud of America. I'm proud to be [23:27] an American. I'm proud of our [23:28] Constitution that guarantees all of us [23:30] the right to pray as we choose to pray. [23:32] And the question that you would ask that [23:34] I think is actually really quite [23:35] shameful as somebody who's actually [23:37] served under that constitution. It is [23:38] shame. Shame. [23:39] >> Rogers, you now have 30 seconds for a [23:41] rebuttal. You know, I wore the uniform [23:43] of the United States uh proudly as my [23:46] son did. My wife served, my brother [23:48] served, my father served. So, you could [23:50] pray any way you want. And I know you [23:52] want to make this about you being a [23:53] victim. This is about an ideology. An [23:57] ideology that's banned in five Muslim [23:59] countries. [24:02] 100% correct. And frankly, I don't think [24:06] the Islamophobia play is going to work. [24:08] I don't I don't think most people look [24:09] at Abdul says and say the reason you're [24:11] questioning him is because he prays in a [24:12] particular way. No one cares how he [24:15] prays. In fact, the only person who [24:17] seems to care about how Abdul als prays [24:19] is Abdul also who put together an entire [24:21] ad bragging about his religious [24:23] adherence without showing that he's a [24:24] Muslim anywhere in the ad. He's a little [24:27] shy about that apparently when it comes [24:28] to the TV ads. It shows him like hanging [24:30] out in churches. Doesn't show him [24:32] hanging out in mosque at all. By the [24:34] way, at the same time that he's going [24:35] out there and pretending that he has no [24:37] strong feelings about anything going on [24:40] in the Middle East and it's really just [24:41] about what's going on in Michigan, he [24:43] was on Al Jazer and he was talking about [24:46] how the Syrian regime, which is a [24:47] terroristbacked regime, I mean HDS, [24:50] was an offshoot of ISIS. And here he is [24:54] talking about how he's in total [24:56] solidarity with the Syrian regime, which [24:58] by the way is by attempting to murder [24:59] Drews like as we speak. [25:04] We need to make sure that there are no [25:05] sanctions that the people of Syria can [25:07] uh build out their future as any and all [25:09] people who serve that they can do that [25:11] together in peace uh and they can join [25:13] the community of nations and inshallah [25:16] in that's what happened. you became a a [25:18] senator in the US Senate. Uh I would uh [25:22] uh support the Kyrion on the progress. [25:25] Of course, I want to make sure that any [25:27] of the barriers to progress because of [25:29] the last regime are taken out so that [25:30] this this uh this uh leadership has the [25:33] opportunity to build uh build out [25:35] democratic institutions, build out with [25:37] the interference of without the [25:38] interference of people like Israel. [25:41] >> Uh Syria is run by Turkey. That is the [25:44] reality. Also, he was asked whether [25:46] Israel has a right to exist and he won't [25:49] answer the question because of course he [25:50] does not believe that Israel has a right [25:51] to continue existing. We should make [25:53] this clear. Okay. When people say, "Does [25:54] Israel have a right to exist?" We're not [25:55] having a debate in 1910 about the future [25:58] of Zionism. We're talking about if [25:59] Israel, the Jewish state, should [26:00] continue to exist today. He won't say [26:02] yes because he would love to see it [26:04] wiped off the face of the earth. Don't [26:05] worry, he's not an Islamic radical. He [26:06] just likes to pray five times a day. [26:08] It's really just that the people are [26:09] mean to him about where he prays. [26:11] >> Israel exists. The question is whether [26:13] or not we want a politics where our [26:15] money is sent over to Israel to do [26:17] genocide and aparthide instead of [26:19] investing in our own kids. [26:20] >> You say it exists, but does it have a a [26:22] right to? [26:24] >> I didn't say that. I just said the [26:26] question of Israel's existence is not a [26:27] question. I'm not uh I'm not going to [26:29] play this gotcha game about whether or [26:30] not it has a right to exist. The [26:32] question ultimately is about whether or [26:34] not we want a politics that dignifies. [26:35] >> You're not going to play the gotcha [26:36] game, but you're not you're not going to [26:37] say you think Israel has a right to [26:39] >> exist. Well, my my question, you know, [26:40] Casey, I think the question we all that [26:42] ought to ask is, does everybody have [26:44] equal rights to peace, dignity, and [26:45] self-determination? That's Jewish [26:46] Israelis and Palestinians. And to me, [26:48] the folks who should answer what the [26:50] ultimate peace there looks like should [26:52] be Jewish Israelis and Palestinians. I [26:54] want my tax dollars spent here in [26:55] Michigan to provide schools in Michigan, [26:57] to build healthcare in Michigan, to [26:59] invest in Michigan rather than to be [27:01] sent abroad to kill Palestinian people [27:02] due genocides and aparthide. The [27:04] question about whether or not Israel has [27:05] a right to exist is actually quite [27:07] secondary to whether or not they have a [27:08] right to our tax dollars. And people [27:10] don't ask that question in good faith. [27:12] So if you want to ask me about about [27:14] Palestinian right to exist, if you want [27:15] to ask me about what I want to do for [27:16] kids in Michigan, I'm happy to answer [27:18] that question. [27:20] Okay? So he's happy to talk about [27:21] whether Palestine has a right to exist, [27:22] but not about Israel a an ally of the [27:24] United States. Again, we can have all [27:26] sorts of conversations about military [27:27] aid to Israel and and we can talk for [27:30] that matter about military aid to Egypt, [27:31] which he never talks about, or Saudi [27:33] Arabia or to Qatar or to UAE or to the [27:36] wide variety of other countries where we [27:37] have bases or provide military. We could [27:39] do all of those things, but that's [27:40] obviously not what he is concerned [27:42] about. And uh he has no problem, by the [27:44] way, with hundreds of millions of [27:45] American taxpayer dollars passing [27:47] through to the Palestinian Authority, [27:48] which legitimately fosters terrorism or [27:51] American aid being passed on to the [27:53] kamas governed areas of the Gaza Strip, [27:55] which again, that's a terror group. So [27:58] again, what we have here in the United [28:00] States is the importation of a class of [28:02] people who hate the United States, who [28:03] are perfectly willing to use the [28:04] institutions and rules of the United [28:06] States against it. What an amazing video [28:08] you just watched. Wasn't that amazing?
