The Priestly Blessing at the Western Wall

Thousands of Jewish people gather at Jerusalem’s Western Wall for Birkat Kohanim, the Priestly Blessing. During this special prayer, Kohanim, descendants of the ancient Jewish priests, bless the Jewish people with words from the Torah asking God for protection, kindness, and peace. The mass blessing takes place during Sukkot, a holiday that commemorates God’s protection of the Israelites. 📍 Dan & Hytman Family Aish World Center __ 🔔 Subscribe to https://www.youtube.com/@Aishdotcom and turn on post notifications so stay updated on all the latest content! ✡️ For more Jewish inspiration visit https://www.aish.com – the world's leading Judaism website. 👉🏼 Connect and follow for more Jewish Wisdom 💫 IG: ➡︎ https://www.instagram.com/aish/ Tik Tok: ➡︎ https://www.tiktok.com/@aishwisdom Facebook: ➡︎ http://www.facebook.com/aishdotcom #Jewish #JewishWisdom #JewishLearning #Aish #Shorts
