Transcript [00:00] [music] [00:01] Welcome back, America. We have our fan [00:03] representative or our friend uh who I'm [00:06] a fan of, Randy Fine. Randy, where is [00:09] your district again? Can you remind me? [00:13] >> So, I don't represent Orlando and I [00:14] don't represent Jacksonville, but I [00:16] represent just about everything in [00:18] between. So, and thanks for having me [00:20] on, Mark. [00:20] >> That's a big damn district. [00:23] >> It is. It's bigger than Connecticut. [00:26] >> Well, so is most things in many ways, I [00:28] might add. But anyway, it's it's a [00:30] pleasure to have you on. I wanted to ask [00:32] you a question. You you you know, [00:35] Ambassador Lighter and now his he has a [00:38] second son who could well be facing [00:40] death from what I'm seeing here. I pray [00:42] not. Uh attacked by a Palestinian [00:46] terrorist. You know, we say Hamas. [00:48] They're all Palestinian terrorists. [00:50] Um, and what Abbas does, the so-called [00:54] moderate Palestinians, the Palestinian [00:56] Authority, is they reward the [00:58] terrorists, [01:00] especially when they're killed, as this [01:01] one was, their families with these huge [01:04] pensions. And we have the Taylor Force [01:07] Act that says none of our money is [01:08] supposed to go for this. [01:10] You know, this is a whole ideology, a [01:13] whole culture. It is a death cult over [01:15] and over again. Meanwhile, we've a board [01:17] of peace so-called with Hamas. We've got [01:20] uh people who are trying to uh to tell [01:22] the Israeli Jewish u citizens there that [01:26] uh they have to limit their they're um [01:29] they're they're moving into and building [01:31] homes even in the in the in the zone in [01:33] which they're free to under the Oslo [01:35] Accords. What do you make of all this? [01:38] >> Well, look, my heart breaks for [01:40] Ambassador Lightner. He's already lost [01:41] one son in service to saving Western [01:45] civilization. Because make no mistake, [01:47] you've been to Israel. I've been to [01:49] Israel. The holiest sites in the [01:51] Christian faith are protected by the [01:54] Jews. And thank God for that. I mean, I [01:56] have friends who've been to Bethlehem, [01:58] and they can tell the difference between [02:00] the Christian sites that are protected [02:02] by the Jews and those that are not. The [02:04] problem with the culture of the [02:07] so-called Palestinians, a term which, as [02:10] you know, was largely popularized under [02:12] the Soviet Union, is it is a culture of [02:14] death. It is a culture of of of [02:17] mistreating women. There was just a [02:19] report today about how women and girls [02:21] are treated in Gaza. Um it it is a [02:24] culture that is fundamentally broken and [02:27] fundamentally incompatible with Western [02:29] values and Western civilization. That's [02:32] why they pay terrorists. And I think [02:34] this is a good reminder of that with the [02:36] horrible tragedy that happened today. [02:38] Let's just all pray for Ambassador [02:40] Lightner's son. [02:41] >> Yeah, it's so terrible. Really, really. [02:44] He is a sweetheart. He's a very very [02:46] nice man and um born in America. I think [02:50] all of his kids, this this kid as well, [02:52] born in America, just a terrible, [02:55] terrible thing. Now, what do you make of [02:57] um the Iranian president speaking in [03:00] front of the United Nations, [03:03] trashing our country? This guy seems as [03:05] cocky as ever, doesn't he? [03:07] >> Well, he probably is. He was allowed to [03:10] come to America. I mean, look, I have a [03:12] statement that I like to say, which is [03:14] from the river to the sea, let's make [03:16] Manhattan UN free. I mean, I think the [03:19] fact that we allow these terrorists to [03:21] come to our country, gallivant around [03:24] New York City, crap all over our [03:26] country, it's just not okay. And for [03:28] this guy to stand up there and make the [03:30] statements that he said, including, by [03:33] the way, that every single Hamas [03:35] terrorist that was killed in Gaza was a [03:38] civilian, is disgusting. And the fact of [03:40] the matter is the UN embraces this kind [03:43] of rhetoric. You could see it in what [03:44] the secretary general said in his own [03:47] speech. The the fact that US tax dollars [03:49] go to fund this organization, [03:52] I just fundamentally disagreed with. And [03:54] if it was up to me, I'd say go meet in [03:57] Geneva, get out of our country. [03:58] >> Yeah, I agree with you. You know, uh, [04:01] decades ago, I I wrote a piece, I don't [04:03] know where it is, on National Review [04:05] talking about get out of the UN, let's [04:06] start our own institution of democratic [04:09] countries. I'm not the first and the [04:10] last to say that, but it's just [04:13] something we don't seem to do and we [04:14] don't seem to want to do. I mean, to [04:16] have a conga line of these genocidal [04:18] maniacs, [04:20] Israel's always outnumbered like 50 55 [04:22] to one when you count the number of [04:24] Muslim countries and there you got the [04:26] one Jewish state. So, and the media just [04:29] keep regurgitating and regurgitism [04:32] is building on itself, isn't it? [04:35] Well, it just feels like a giant wave of [04:39] it. And and the problem, part of the [04:40] problem with the UN is it's a democratic [04:43] institution where every country gets one [04:46] vote in the general assembly, but made [04:48] up of largely non-democratic states. So, [04:52] you have all of these countries that [04:53] haven't had an election in forever, but [04:56] yet they get a vote to to determine [04:59] who's going to sit on the human rights [05:01] council. The entire governance structure [05:03] of the whole thing is crazy. And the [05:06] fact that we subsidize it and we allow [05:08] it to exist in the United States. The [05:10] fact of the matter is President Trump [05:12] could build some really nice condo [05:15] buildings on that piece of property in [05:17] New York. And um I think there'd be a [05:19] much better use of that land than what [05:21] it's being used for right now. [05:23] >> What do you make of the elections? I [05:26] mean uh is it going to be a tough cycle [05:28] like even in Florida? [05:31] Well, I'm optimistic. I think this comes [05:34] down to turnout and who chooses to vote. [05:37] We know the Democrats are going to vote. [05:39] I saw this last year in my special [05:41] election. Democrats were angry. They're [05:44] going to vote. The question is, will [05:46] Republicans vote? And I think there's a [05:49] bit of demoralization out there. But we [05:51] have to remind people that we're running [05:54] against not people with a different [05:56] vision of America. We're running against [05:59] people who hate America. If you think El [06:02] Say and Elon Omar and Rasheed Talib and [06:05] Zoran Mani, they have a vision of [06:08] America that's different than ours but [06:10] also good, you're crazy. These people [06:12] think America is an evil place and they [06:14] seek to destroy it. So the idea of [06:17] America is on the ballot. And so we need [06:20] our folks to get out and vote. If they [06:23] do, we're going to be fine. But the [06:25] question is, will the media demoralize [06:27] them so much that they decide to stay [06:29] home? That's the question that we've got [06:31] to answer. [06:32] >> Do you think Republicans in the [06:34] aggregate [06:36] are getting four or five selling points [06:39] across whether it's the economy, whether [06:40] it's foreign policy and so forth? [06:44] >> You know, I I don't know that we're [06:46] always consistent on our messaging. What [06:49] I like to tell people, everyone's [06:51] worried about affordability and and as [06:54] they should be. No one it it's not that [06:56] the economy is bad. Most people who want [06:59] jobs have jobs that that what's [07:01] frustrating to people is how much it [07:04] costs when they fill up their gas tank, [07:06] how much it costs when they go to the [07:07] grocery store, how much it costs when [07:09] they go out to eat. And what I try to [07:12] remind people is this is all linked back [07:15] to illegal immigration. Prices are set [07:18] by supply and demand. And we have a huge [07:21] source of demand in this country that we [07:23] should not have. Tens of millions of [07:26] people who should not be here. And [07:29] they're competing against you for your [07:31] house, which means your house price is [07:33] going to be higher. They're competing [07:35] against you for your apartment, which [07:37] means your apartment rent is going to be [07:39] higher. We're educating their kids in [07:41] our schools, which means your taxes are [07:44] going to be higher. the illegals can't [07:46] get insurance, which means your car [07:49] insurance is going to be higher. And [07:51] Democrats want tens of millions of more [07:53] of these people to come into our [07:55] country, which will make things even [07:57] more expensive. That's one thing I talk [08:00] about. But the other thing I talk about [08:02] is the lack of shared values that we [08:05] have folks coming to our country who [08:07] don't wish to assimilate and and who [08:09] don't share our values and want America [08:12] to change. And we can see it whether [08:14] it's footwashing stations in in Dallas [08:17] or or the call to prayer being broadcast [08:20] in New York City. We want a country that [08:23] our kids will recognize in the future. [08:25] And the Democrats are trying to [08:27] fundamentally change what it means to be [08:29] American. And I I tell folks, if you [08:31] want the same America for your kids that [08:33] you've had, you got to go out and vote. [08:38] >> Do you think that's enough of a driving [08:39] force? We got to get into this issue of [08:41] affordability and things of that sort as [08:43] well. [08:45] >> The affordability is the number one [08:46] issue that that that people are [08:48] concerned about, but we have to talk [08:49] about what drives affordability and and [08:52] and a big part of it is is excess [08:54] demand. I think people are also [08:56] frustrated about wages. When you have [08:58] tens of millions of people who shouldn't [09:01] be in your country, that's a source of [09:03] labor that drives down wages. Obviously, [09:07] people want the conflict in Iran to come [09:09] to an end. That will bring down gas [09:12] prices. Um, but but we need to remind [09:15] folks, as you have done an incredible [09:17] job of doing, perhaps better than [09:19] anyone, of what the stakes are in Iran. [09:21] Affordability is the biggest thing that [09:24] frustrates people. And we have to [09:25] explain to people again how Democrats [09:28] created this problem and how if they get [09:30] in charge, they will make it worse. Mhm. [09:35] And we may be a point, at least in many [09:38] aspects of our society, that we cannot [09:40] reverse course. When you look at Europe [09:42] and so forth, Randy Fine, if people want [09:46] to help you in your campaign, where do [09:47] they go? [09:49] >> They go to votefine.com. [09:51] That's our website, voter randyfine.com. [09:54] >> Well, let's give him our backing, folks. [09:56] This guy is a standout. He's just a star [09:58] in there, and I really appreciate him. [10:00] Randy, God bless you, my friend. Be well [10:01] and be safe. Thanks.
