Transcript [00:21] I want you to remember that video. That [00:23] video right there. The one you literally [00:25] can't find online because it's been [00:27] largely erased. It's too graphic. It's [00:29] too ugly. It's too real. The videos of [00:32] Shaunie Luke, aged 22, her body [00:34] mutilated and broken, being driven [00:36] through Gaza as crowds of Palestinians [00:38] cheer and celebrate and spit on her. [00:41] That's what October 7th was about 3 [00:43] years ago. Evil people doing evil things [00:45] in the name of an evil ideology. And [00:47] every day since has been about people in [00:48] the West making excuses for it, [00:50] defending it, bolstering it. We need to [00:53] talk about why and how the West's [00:55] response to October 7th spells the end [00:57] of our civilization. if we do not course [00:59] correct right now. [01:07] So obviously by today's date is October [01:09] 7th. 3 years ago today, October 7th, [01:12] 2023, the Palestinian Arab terror group [01:15] Hamas broke through a defensive wall [01:17] erected by Israel on the Gaza border and [01:18] proceeded to slaughter 1,200 Israelis, [01:22] wound another 5,000 or so. This was not [01:25] only the deadliest terror attack on [01:26] planet Earth since 9/11, it was the [01:28] worst attack on Jews since the [01:29] Holocaust. And it was driven by the [01:30] genocidal desire of Hamas and its [01:33] Palestinian supporters to wipe Israel [01:35] off the map and wipe Jews off the [01:36] planet. The terrorists carried GoPros, [01:38] phones. They wore body cameras to [01:40] document executions, home break-ins, and [01:42] kidnappings on Facebook Live and [01:43] Telegram, and their victims personal [01:45] devices even to stream to their own [01:47] families in real time. Some 47 minutes [01:50] of raw footage gathered from the [01:52] terrorist recordings was later presented [01:53] to the world. I want to remind you today [01:56] what happened because it's important to [01:57] understand what did happen to truly get [01:59] the magnitude of what happened next. [02:02] This right here is footage of the Nova [02:04] festival. Nova was a an EDM music [02:06] festival that was taking place in [02:08] southern Israel and kamas terrorists of [02:11] course not only broke through the [02:12] barrier between the Gaza Strip and [02:15] southern Israel. [02:17] They took paragliders and proceeded to [02:20] murder everyone. These are all just [02:23] people who went to essentially a dance [02:24] party. [02:26] Between 364 and 378 people were murdered [02:29] at the festival site, including 344 [02:31] civilians and 30 security and first [02:33] responders. People tried to run away, [02:35] they were shot. People tried to hide, [02:36] they were murdered. People who were [02:38] providing medical care were murdered. [02:40] Nama Levy is one of the people who was [02:42] kidnapped. She was shoved into a jeep. [02:45] You can see in the tape that her crotch [02:47] is bloody, that her ankles have been [02:48] slashed so she couldn't run away. She [02:50] was held in Gaza for some 477 days. [02:58] Kamas, of course, is monstrous. Its [03:00] supporters are just as monstrous in many [03:02] ways. Kamas dragged about 250 Israelis [03:06] back into the Gaza Strip. At 162 [03:09] returned miraculously alive. That did [03:11] not include the Bibbos family. These [03:13] children were murdered with the bare [03:15] hands of terrorists in terror tunnels in [03:17] Gaza. So was their mother. This is video [03:20] of Shiri Bibbas and her sons Ariel and [03:22] Kafir who are small babies [03:25] being kidnapped into Gaza. They did not [03:28] return alive. [03:31] They were murdered again with bare hands [03:33] by kamas. [03:35] Ariel and Kafir, the children in this [03:37] video, returned to Israel as part of a [03:39] hostage deal for 600 prisoners. And then [03:41] Kamas returned a body they claimed was [03:43] the mother Sherry. DNA tested proved the [03:45] body was actually not hers. And forensic [03:48] examination found the kids were murdered [03:49] with blunt force violence. Meanwhile, [03:53] some of the hostages, including Hersh [03:54] Goldberg Poland, American citizen, [03:56] celebrated Khaneka in the tunnels before [03:59] they were murdered execution style, [04:01] bullet to the back of the head in a [04:02] tunnel in Rafia in Rafa. As Israeli [04:06] soldiers came close to freeing them, the [04:08] kamas terrorists simply murdered them by [04:10] shooting them in the back of the head. [04:12] That included hers Poland. included [04:16] Carmel Got Ednami, Alex Lubenov, Amag [04:19] Sarusi, Orianino. [04:22] Of course, Kamas starved its prisoners. [04:25] Evatar Davided was forced to dig his own [04:28] grave. And then Kamas released the [04:30] pictures of him looking like something [04:31] out of Avitz. [04:36] He says, "What I'm doing now is digging [04:37] my own grave. [04:51] Every day my body becomes weaker and [04:52] weaker. I'm walking directly to my [04:55] grain. This is a kamas propaganda video [04:57] that was put out. So what came next [05:00] after October 7th on a global level? The [05:02] answer is a gigantic basically [05:04] unprecedented outburst of Jew and Israel [05:07] hatred in the modern era. That is the [05:09] sad reality. The political left in the [05:11] west fully embraced hatred of Jews in [05:13] Israel. Certain swads of the right have [05:15] done the same. And there is a reason for [05:17] that. That reason is not contrary to the [05:20] media narrative. Israel's deliberate and [05:23] meticulous and targeted response to that [05:25] genocidal terror assault. Israel's [05:28] opponents, including New York Mayor Zor [05:30] Mandani, were yelling genocide literally [05:32] before Israel had even started its [05:33] ground assault in Gaza. And if you look [05:36] back at the history, people have been [05:37] shouting genocide at Israel literally [05:39] since its creation. Zoran Mamani on [05:41] October 20th, 2023 before Israel went [05:44] into Gaza, yelling for a ceasefire and [05:46] calling what was happening a genocide. [05:50] The only way we can honor the lives of [05:53] those who have been taken from us is to [05:56] resolve the context within which they [05:58] all live. And that means end the [06:01] occupation. [06:07] That means end the blockade and the [06:09] siege. [06:14] >> That means end the apartheid system of [06:16] government. [06:19] >> Do not bear witness. Do not bear [06:23] witness. Take action. [06:26] >> Take action. [06:27] >> Take action. [06:29] >> Senator Job. [06:30] >> Senator Gilbr. CALL FOR [06:32] >> CALL FOR [06:33] >> CEASEFIRE. [06:34] >> CEASE FIRE. [06:35] >> Now [06:40] >> it turns out the global reaction to [06:41] October 7th was not motivated by [06:43] Israel's response to October 7th. It was [06:45] motivated by something else. You see, [06:47] there's a flag that appears literally [06:49] anywhere we now see a radical movement [06:51] motivated by envy and rage and hatred of [06:53] the West. It is exactly the same flag [06:55] celebrated and flown by the people who [06:57] cheered at 107 in Kyunus in Gaza City [07:00] and Nablus and Geneed. It appears at [07:03] radical trans rallies. It appears at [07:04] Black Lives Matters rallies. It appears [07:06] at anti-CE rallies. It appear at [07:08] anti-Trump rallies. It appears at [07:09] communist rallies. It appears at [07:10] Mackmore concerts. Wherever people who [07:13] wish to tear down the West congregate, [07:15] there the flag flies. The Palestinian [07:17] flag. [07:19] >> FLEE PALESTINE. [07:21] >> FREE. FREE PALESTINE. FREE. FREE [07:24] PALESTINE. [07:48] HEY, HEY, HEY. [07:53] >> So again, why why has the Palestinian [07:56] flag become the symbol of the global [07:58] scavenger, the people who hate our [08:00] civilization and wish to see it torn [08:01] down? Because of course, the Palestinian [08:03] flag represents that. and it always has [08:05] since the literal beginning. The [08:07] Palestinian flag does not represent the [08:09] aspiration of a people for a territory [08:10] of its own. It never has. It represents [08:13] a desire for the destruction of Israel. [08:15] This is why historically speaking, there [08:17] was no clamor for a Palestinian state [08:19] during Jordan's rule of the so-called [08:21] West Bank Judea and Samaria or Egypt's [08:23] rule over the Gaza Strip between the [08:25] foundation of Israel in 1947 and the [08:27] Six-Day War in 1967. That is why [08:29] Palestinians have refused over and over [08:31] and over again a so-called two-state [08:33] solution because they don't want a [08:35] two-state solution. They want Israel [08:37] destroyed. When Israel unilaterally [08:39] abandoned the Gaza Strip and removed by [08:41] force Israelis who were living there, [08:43] Palestinians promptly burned all the [08:45] green houses and the synagogues and the [08:46] homes that Israel left them and elected [08:48] Hamas, a group whose stated purpose was [08:50] the destruction of the Jewish state and [08:52] then used all the aid flowing in to [08:54] build a terror tunnel network larger [08:55] than the London Underground. Now, those [08:57] who fly the Palestinian flag in [08:59] solidarity, they know this. When they [09:01] say free Palestine, they don't care [09:02] about free Palestine. Obviously, if they [09:04] did, they'd be protesting, say, Hamas, [09:06] which shoots dissident while ruling [09:08] Gaza, and sells women into sex slavery, [09:10] which is what's happening right now in [09:12] the Gaza Strip. You haven't heard a word [09:13] about it. They might protest the [09:14] Palestinian Authority, one of the most [09:16] corrupt entities ever devised, and a [09:18] source of terror in its own right. They [09:19] literally pay bounties to terrorists who [09:21] kill Jews. Or maybe they would have [09:23] protested. Jordan or Egypt between 1947 [09:26] and 1967. Even Palestinians living there [09:30] didn't do that at the time. No. When [09:31] people shout free Palestine, those who [09:34] know what they mean actually mean [09:35] destroy Israel. And destroy Israel means [09:37] something even deeper to them. Destroy [09:39] the West and in particular America. See, [09:41] here's the thing. Every single critique [09:43] laid at the feet of Israel is a critique [09:46] aimed really at the West. When they say [09:48] that Israel is a settler colonialist [09:50] state, what they mean is that America is [09:52] a settler colonialist state because [09:54] Americans don't belong here. Land [09:56] acknowledgements follow. When they say [09:58] that Israel is an aparttheid state, they [09:59] say so is America with regard to its [10:01] minority citizens. When they say that [10:03] Israel is a capitalist exploer, of [10:05] course they mean that much more about [10:06] America. When they say that Israel is a [10:09] military state intent on subjugation of [10:10] third world peoples, they believe that [10:13] exponentially more about the United [10:14] States. Never mind that these critiques [10:16] are nonsense. What matters is the [10:18] overall claim. The West is exploitative [10:20] and evil. Israel is an outpost of the [10:22] West. Therefore, Israel is evil. And [10:24] again, people who fly the Palestinian [10:26] flag know this. They embrace it. They [10:28] don't give two about freedom of or [10:30] democracy. They care about destroying [10:32] the West because they believe the West [10:33] is fundamentally evil. This is why [10:35] Tanahasi codes, a man cherished by the [10:37] left who wrote that he felt nothing on [10:39] 911, wrote in a recent horrible book, [10:43] quote, "I remember watching World News [10:44] Tonight with my father and deriving from [10:46] him a dull sense that the Israelis were [10:47] white and the Palestinians were black, [10:49] which is to say the former were the [10:51] oppressors and the latter the [10:52] oppressed." And this explains why the [10:54] Palestinian flag flies at every single [10:56] anti-western rally. Because that's what [10:58] it represents, hatred of the West. This [11:01] is why queer is for Palestine. Because [11:03] the radical LGBTQ plus minus divided by [11:05] sign movement is happy to claim [11:07] solidarity with people who had kicked [11:08] them off roofs as we show in our film [11:10] run height fight infidels just so long [11:12] as before they take the drop they [11:13] destroy the west and again the left is [11:15] pretty open about this congressional [11:17] candidate Chris Rab who's likely to [11:19] tentor Congress this year in [11:20] Pennsylvania says it outright [11:23] >> think if you can't name the demon [11:26] >> you can't kill it [11:30] >> and nobody [11:32] who gives money to my campaign that's [11:34] going to get me to move on my position [11:36] on genocide because I can't be free [11:39] until the Palestinians are free. And [11:41] like brothers said, Israeli Jews can [11:44] can't be free until we have a free [11:47] Palestine. But if we can't say genocide, [11:52] >> if we can't say white supremacy, [11:55] >> if we can't say patriarchy or oligarchy, [11:58] IF WE CAN'T SAY THE WORDS, [12:01] >> how are YOU GOING TO ENTRUST SOMEBODY TO [12:03] DO THE WORK WHEN IT MATTERS MOST IN THE [12:05] DARKEST TIMES WE'VE SEEN in a long time? [12:08] We can't do it. [12:11] >> Again, saying genocide is code for the [12:14] West is evil. It's filled with white [12:16] supremacy and exploitation. Hassan [12:17] that true piece of human [12:19] detritus, says the same thing. [12:23] >> Israel is an unbelievably important [12:25] issue because it is the moral crisis of [12:28] our generation. Okay? It's a genocide [12:32] and we watched it unfold and we have a [12:36] moral culpability here because we are [12:38] American taxpayers [12:41] and America aid and embedded in Israel's [12:44] genocide. [12:45] However, [12:47] beyond that, for the average person, [12:50] for the average American citizen, the [12:53] average American voter, [12:55] Israel is profoundly important because [12:57] it's a fantastic litmus test to see if [13:03] your representative that is elected will [13:07] represent your interests or represent [13:09] the interests of foreign lobbies or even [13:13] other corporate lobbies. Again, [13:16] indictment of Israel is indictment of [13:17] the West. Hassan hates the West, [13:19] so he hates Israel. Abdul Rahman Elsa, [13:22] the Democratic Senate candidate in [13:24] Michigan, the reason that he keeps [13:25] saying that a genocide took place in [13:27] Gaza, even while admitting no genocide [13:29] took place in Gaza, is because you have [13:31] to say it. You have to say the words. [13:32] Because if you say the words, we know [13:33] that you're loyal to the anti-western [13:35] cause. That's the whole point. [13:38] >> Genocide is both outcome and intent. And [13:41] when you have foreign ministers [13:43] declaring intent and then the outcome is [13:45] tens of thousands of children who have [13:47] been killed, I I would call that a [13:49] genocide. Now, let me be clear about [13:50] this. I understand that my use of that [13:52] word can uh can peak a lot of really [13:56] uncomfortable traumas for folks. But I [13:59] also have studied my history. When you [14:00] look at the world's greatest worst [14:03] genocide right in history, the greatest [14:05] crime committed uh on people that is in [14:08] memorable history, the the the the [14:10] murder of 6 million uh uh Jews in the [14:13] Holocaust coming out of that horrific [14:17] crime. Um the word genocide was created [14:20] to explain what that was. But the whole [14:23] point of creating that word isn't that [14:25] you have to wait until the crime is that [14:27] big again to be able to use it. [14:29] Otherwise, it loses its power. Its power [14:32] is in naming a thing before it gets that [14:34] big so we could do something about it. [14:37] >> Okay, so in other words, the power is in [14:39] lying about things in order to promote a [14:41] narrative. But again, this still doesn't [14:43] really explain why the Palestinian cause [14:45] of all the different anti-western causes [14:47] has become predominant, why it has [14:48] become dreor for Democrats to lie, and [14:50] they are lying and say that Israel [14:52] committed a genocide in Gaza. They [14:54] didn't commit a genocide in Gaza. The [14:55] Israelis shipped in a ton of food for [14:57] every person in Gaza. In the middle of a [14:59] war, the Israelis gave a million polio [15:01] vaccines in the middle of a war. The [15:04] Israelis moved civilian populations to [15:06] avoid their destruction in the middle of [15:07] a war at the cost of legitimately over a [15:09] thousand Israeli soldiers in that area. [15:12] It doesn't explain why this has become a [15:13] moral litmus test for anti-westerners. [15:15] After all, again, there are lots of [15:16] things you could back to show how much [15:17] you hate the West. Why not fly the flag [15:19] of say the National People's Army in the [15:21] Philippines or Al-Shabaab in Somalia or [15:24] the Jamaat Nusra al-Islam while Muslim [15:26] in Africa or Lashkariba in Kashmir and [15:29] Jamu? All of those terrorist groups hate [15:31] the West. All claim to be victims of the [15:34] West. In fact, there are plenty of [15:35] Westhating separatist movements across [15:37] the world with an Islamic flavor. So why [15:38] the Palestinians? [15:40] No. The answer is almost too obvious to [15:42] state out loud, but we ought to for the [15:44] sake of clarity. Nobody cares about [15:46] those separatist anti-western movements [15:48] among anti-western radicals because [15:50] those movements are not fighting Jews. [15:53] Israel routinely receives more media [15:55] coverage per capita than any country on [15:58] earth. Over the last decade, in per [15:59] capita terms, the media covered Israel [16:01] 71 times more than Brazil, 86 times more [16:04] than China, 283 times more than India. [16:06] It's a tiny country and it receives [16:07] outside media coverage. So let's ask the [16:10] next question. Why the Jews? by the [16:13] constant unremitting focus on Israel [16:15] above all other conflicts on planet [16:16] earth. It's not about the nature of the [16:18] conflict. After all, since October 7th, [16:20] more people by far have been killed in [16:22] the Russia Ukraine war. More have been [16:24] killed in the Sudin civil war. The [16:27] Iranian government killed far far more [16:29] innocent people in a single weekend in [16:31] January than Israel killed during the [16:32] entirety of the Gaza war. Before October [16:35] 7th, far more people were killed in the [16:36] Tigra war in northern Ethiopia. Now war [16:39] is breaking out again in Ethiopia, but [16:40] you haven't heard about it because [16:41] nobody cares very much. In Congo, there [16:44] have been tens of thousands of direct [16:45] killings between 2023 and 2026, [16:47] including 7,000 killings in the first [16:50] two months of 2025 alone. So again, why [16:52] Israel? Why the Palestinian flag? Now, [16:55] the answer to that question also [16:57] explains why Tucker Carlson, for [16:59] example, has devoted more time talking [17:01] about the Jews and Israel over the last [17:03] 3 years than any rabbi I know and why [17:05] he's currently stumping for Abdul Rahman [17:07] Elsa. Why the horseshoe right has made [17:09] common cause with say Hassan and [17:11] Ana Kasparian. [17:13] The answer is this. The West is [17:15] currently experiencing a deep crisis [17:17] over what it is and what it ought to be. [17:20] On one side lie those who look at the [17:22] prosperity, freedom, and strength of the [17:23] West, in particular the United States, [17:25] and attribute it to the founding ideals, [17:27] the inalienable rights to life, liberty, [17:29] and property given to us by nature's [17:31] God, protected by a constitutional [17:33] system designed by the wisest political [17:34] minds who have walked this earth. And on [17:36] the other side are people who reject [17:37] those principles. They believe they're [17:39] victims of the system. That the system [17:42] has been twisted against them by [17:44] nefarious conspiratorial voices. That [17:47] the meritocracy, you know, the idea that [17:49] you ought to rise if you have merit, is [17:51] actually fake or empty. That those who [17:53] succeed in our purported meritocracy [17:56] aren't actually meritorious, but corrupt [17:57] and manipulative. And that those who are [17:59] successful in America must be the [18:01] villains of this story. Well, that story [18:03] crosses streams really easily with [18:05] conspiracy theories about Jews and [18:06] Israel. If Jews in the West, say, are [18:09] disproportionately well educated and [18:11] high income, which they are, they must [18:12] be the great manipulators. If Israel is [18:15] disproportionately and puzzlingly [18:16] successful in the worst area of the [18:18] world, they must be the villains. [18:20] Somehow, they must be manipulating [18:21] President Trump into doing their dirty [18:23] work. In this view, President Trump [18:25] isn't a free actor. He's enslaved to [18:27] Israel, as Tucker and Shank Weaguer are [18:30] fond of saying. Here's Tucker saying [18:32] this not all that long ago at the BBC. [18:35] I feel sorry for him as I do for all [18:37] slaves. He is not free in this moment at [18:41] all to do what he thinks is best for [18:43] himself, for his country. [18:44] >> What you mean? [18:45] >> No, he's Well, he's not free. And we [18:46] learned that yesterday. [18:50] >> Again, this isn't just stupid. It is [18:52] dangerous because it is symptomatic of a [18:55] broader malady. It is about not Israel [18:58] or the Jews in particular. It's a [19:00] symptom. It's rejection of the [19:02] foundational principles that make the [19:03] West and America in particular great. [19:05] And that malady, hatred of the [19:06] meritocracy, of founding principles of [19:08] the basic idea that people are [19:10] successful because they work hard and [19:11] make the right decisions. That malady is [19:13] spreading like the ideological cancer it [19:15] is. And it unites the left. It unites [19:16] the horseshoe right. And it's embraced [19:18] by celebrities and politicians and fake [19:20] journalists all over the place. It it [19:22] embraces everybody from Miss Rachel to [19:24] the dole who attend the Venice Film [19:26] Festival. Here's Miss Rachel literally [19:28] stumping with terror supporters. [19:31] Hi friends. What's the letter of the [19:33] day? [19:34] >> It's M. Hi Miss Rachel. [19:37] >> Hi. Yes, it's M from my friend Mas. Yay. [19:41] >> Yay. [19:43] >> Hi. [19:46] >> Again, that guy is a terrorist supporter [19:48] from Gaza. It's why you get a 22-minute [19:51] standing ovation. 22-minute standing [19:52] ovation as though they're at some sort [19:54] of Stalin event at the Venice Film [19:57] Festival for a completely specious piece [19:59] of crap called Naza, which is [20:02] essentially a series of accusations [20:05] about the Israeli activity in Gaza that [20:07] is rooted in essentially nothing. 22 [20:10] minutes of standing ovation because [20:11] again, you will be cast out of the [20:13] movement if you don't say the words or [20:15] if you don't clap the clap. Here's some [20:17] of the footage. [20:23] There's that flag. [20:26] The flag of Western hatred while [20:27] everyone cheers. Yes. [20:33] Chanting free Palestine to be ruled [20:36] presumably by terror groups that murder [20:37] their own citizens [20:39] to create a Uden state and a Christian [20:41] free state by the way because the [20:43] Christian population of Palestinian [20:45] areas has basically gone to zero. Well, [20:48] this anti-westernism is exacerbated by [20:50] economic dispsia, much of which is [20:53] caused by governmental centralization [20:54] and overregulation by empty promises of [20:57] utopia made by lying politicians on all [20:59] sides. And of course, it's made worse by [21:01] systems of discrimination embedded in [21:03] law, usually in order to stop the [21:05] meritocracy from succeeding. And again, [21:07] this conspiracy theory that all the [21:09] systems are rigged against you and [21:11] Quibono, the people who are successful, [21:13] must be the people who design the [21:14] system. It's popular for the reason all [21:16] conspiracy theories are popular. It [21:18] gives people a reprieve from the [21:19] harshness of a world that demands [21:21] consequences for actions. Now, that [21:24] ideological cancer isn't about Israel. [21:26] It's not about the Palestinians. It is [21:27] about the West and the basic principles [21:29] of the West. And that is why the [21:31] Palestinian flag flies everywhere from [21:34] left-wing rallies to essentially the [21:35] Tucker Carlson show. So, how do we fight [21:38] this as people who care about the West? [21:40] Well, first, we can fight it at the [21:41] ballot box. We can actually fight [21:42] against candidates who pledge to [21:44] undermine the very basis of what it [21:46] means to be American or Western. We can [21:49] vote and stump against Abdul Rakman, [21:51] Elsa or James Telerico and all the rest. [21:53] Secondly, we can stand with our allies, [21:55] all allies who stand against our common [21:58] anti-western enemies. That doesn't just [22:01] mean standing with Israel. Again, [22:02] standing with Israel doesn't necessarily [22:03] mean particular levels of military aid, [22:06] but it means moral solidarity with, you [22:08] know, a democratic ally of ours in a [22:10] region where they are fighting overt [22:11] Islamic terrorists. It means standing [22:13] with Israel, but also it means, by the [22:14] way, standing with Ukraine because [22:16] despite Tucker Carlson's videographed [22:18] visits to Russian grocery stores, [22:20] Russia's interests are anti-western and [22:21] antithetical to our own. It means [22:23] standing with the Taiwanese against [22:25] Chinese predation. Finally, finally, and [22:27] most importantly, we can look within. We [22:30] should recognize that in a free country [22:31] like the United States, yes, with all of [22:33] its problems and yes, with all of its [22:35] flaws, responsibility for our lives [22:37] doesn't lie with conspiratorial Udin. It [22:40] lies in our hands. Conspiracies don't [22:43] make your life better, they make them [22:45] worse. So, every year, Jews read the Old [22:48] Testament, the five books of Moses, [22:49] cover to cover. We completed that cycle [22:51] with Simka Torah. That happened this [22:53] week. It was on Simka Torah in the [22:55] Jewish calendar that kamas attacked and [22:57] slaughtered over a thousand Jews and [22:58] took hundreds hostage. And again, the [23:00] world largely responded by targeting [23:02] Israel and Jews. Well, this week, Jews [23:06] began the cycle of reading the Bible [23:07] again. So, we're reading Beres. That's [23:09] the first section of the book of [23:10] Genesis, which is also called Besid this [23:12] week, and contains the most vital story [23:14] in the history of mankind, Cain and [23:16] Abel. I want to take just a moment to [23:19] read you the crucial section of the [23:22] Bible because again, if we're talking [23:24] about human nature, the Bible is very [23:26] true when it comes to human nature. [23:28] Quote, "Now Abel kept flocks, and Cain [23:30] worked the soil. In the course of time, [23:32] Cain brought some of the fruits of the [23:34] soil as an offering to the Lord. And [23:35] Abel also brought an offering, fat [23:37] portions from some of the firstborn of [23:38] his flock. The Lord looked with favor on [23:40] Abel and his offering, but on Cain and [23:42] his offering, he did not look with [23:43] favor. So Cain was very angry, and his [23:46] face was downcast." Then the Lord said [23:48] to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why is your [23:49] face downcast? If you do what is right, [23:52] will you not be accepted? But if you do [23:53] not do what is right, sin is crouching [23:55] at your door. It desires to have you, [23:58] but you can rule over it. Now Cain said [24:01] to his brother Abel, "Let's go out to [24:02] the field." While they were in the [24:04] field, Cain attacks his brother Abel and [24:05] killed him. Then the Lord said to Cain, [24:07] "Where is your brother Abel?" "I don't [24:08] know," he replied. "Am I my brother's [24:09] keeper?" And the Lord said, "What have [24:11] you done? Listen, your brother's blood [24:13] cries out to me from the ground. Now you [24:15] are under a curse and driven from the [24:16] ground, which opened its mouth to [24:18] receive your brother's blood from your [24:20] hand. When you work the ground, it will [24:21] no longer yield its crops for you. you [24:23] will be a restless wanderer on the [24:25] earth. [24:27] Now, listen closely to that story [24:29] because it speaks to us. So, first of [24:31] all, we should start off with this. In [24:32] the story, Cain is clearly closer to God [24:34] than Abel is. Cain speaks with God [24:36] directly, which means pretty high level. [24:38] Abel never does. In the story, it's [24:40] Cain's idea, not Abel's, to bring [24:42] sacrifices to God in the first place. [24:44] But God chooses Abel's sacrifice and not [24:46] Cain's. And we're never told why, but [24:49] I'll tell you why. Because God didn't [24:51] want Cain's sacrifice. He wanted to [24:53] teach Cain a lesson. If you do what is [24:56] right, will your sacrifice not be [24:57] accepted? Don't fall to jealousy. Don't [25:00] attribute failure to your brother or to [25:03] God. Your future is in your hands, but [25:06] sin crouches at your door. Cain doesn't [25:09] listen. Instead of going to talk with [25:10] his brother, maybe learning what his [25:12] brother did differently or working with [25:14] his brother, he kills him. And then he [25:16] poisons the very ground because of his [25:18] action. [25:19] Well, the choice remains in our hands [25:21] just as it was in Canes. Will we do what [25:24] is right or will we poison the ground of [25:27] Western civilization with the blood of [25:29] our brothers out of jealousy and envy [25:31] and hatred of our own civilization?
