Transcript [00:00] So, the UK decided to sanction Israeli [00:03] communities and businesses in Judea and [00:06] Samaria and uh the Israeli government [00:09] responded with some actions of their [00:11] own. Some other countries joined it. [00:13] That's what we're going to get into in [00:14] this video. Let's just get right to it. [00:16] Let's go right to the headline. 12 [00:18] countries announced boycott of goods [00:20] from settlements. [00:24] 12 countries, 11 European countries and [00:26] Canada today announced that they will [00:28] boycott products made by the Jewish [00:30] settlements in the West Bank. The joint [00:32] move reflects a new low point in [00:34] relations between Israel and Europe over [00:36] the situation in Gaza and the [00:38] territories. Britain led the [00:39] announcement with foreign secretary Ed [00:41] Miban declaring that the UK had taken a [00:44] central role in formulating the [00:46] sanctions. The announcement by the list [00:48] of countries, some of which have already [00:49] taken the step and some of which have [00:51] only declared their willingness to do [00:53] so, was made following a failure to move [00:56] forward with sanctions at the EU level [00:58] due to the position of pro-Israeli [01:00] countries. So, countries like Germany [01:01] and Italy blocked this move at the EU [01:04] when they wanted to put the sanctions on [01:06] Judea and Samaria or West Bank [01:08] communities and businesses. So, it was [01:10] blocked from being an EU thing. So now [01:13] the UK decided to do it on their own and [01:15] a whole bunch of countries were [01:16] coordinated with them and announced it [01:19] as well on the same day. The countries [01:21] that have declared the an embargo on [01:22] trade with the settlements are the UK, [01:25] France, Canada, Denmark, Finland, [01:26] Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Poland, [01:29] Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. Eight of [01:32] these countries are members of the EU, [01:34] Israel's largest trading partner with [01:36] about a third of exports. It is not [01:38] known how much of Israeli exports to the [01:40] EU originate from the settlements, but [01:42] it has been estimated in the past at a [01:45] few percent. Now, this paragraph gets [01:47] into the domestic politics behind the [01:49] timing and choice of the British Labor [01:52] government to do this since becoming UK [01:56] Prime Minister in July. Andy Burnham has [01:59] faced internal pressure within the Labor [02:01] Party to toughen up Britain's approach [02:04] to Israel. A letter signed by about a [02:06] third of the party's MPs demanded that [02:08] he take practical steps because that's [02:09] where the Labor Party is now. The Labor [02:11] Party is is the party is the anti-Israel [02:14] party. They are uh you know they're [02:16] embracing this whole Islamification of [02:18] of the UK and they are tightening the [02:22] screws on the leadership. You know, you [02:24] see about a third of the party's members [02:26] of parliament demanded that he take [02:27] steps to punish Israel, to toughen up on [02:30] Israel. The issue is set to feature at [02:32] Burnham's first party conference as [02:34] prime minister later this month and the [02:36] government's announcement is seen as an [02:38] attempt to announce measures now to take [02:41] the issue off the agenda. In other [02:42] words, Burnham wants to cut them off at [02:44] the pass. These act these anti-Israel [02:47] activists who are going to be a loud [02:49] voice at the party conference. He wants [02:51] to come in there saying, "Look, I've [02:53] already done something about these evil [02:54] Israelis." In Europe, too, some [02:57] countries have hardened their tone [02:58] toward Israel, particularly due to the [03:00] government's approval of a plan to [03:02] expand construction in the E1 area near [03:05] Jerusalem in a way that Europeans say [03:07] will bury any chance of a two-state [03:09] solution. So, we're going to get to that [03:10] a little bit more later in the video, [03:11] but just briefly, E1 is an area between [03:14] the from the edge of the city of [03:16] Jerusalem to Malaya Dumim, which is a [03:19] town just uh south southeast of [03:22] Jerusalem. And that town is basically a [03:25] suburb of Jerusalem. It's very close to [03:26] Jerusalem. And this is an area in [03:28] between that the Israelis approved at [03:31] they actually approved it about a year [03:32] ago. So this is not exactly accurate in [03:34] this news item. What hit the papers what [03:37] hit the news uh a couple weeks ago is [03:39] that Israel put out the tender for for [03:43] the construction project that's going to [03:45] be there to build all the homes. They [03:46] had already approved it, like I said, [03:48] quite a while ago. Um, but the whole [03:51] world freaked out when this tender went [03:52] out and all these European nations uh [03:54] and media were saying that this is going [03:56] to end any possibility of a Palestinian [03:59] state because it cuts off northern Judea [04:01] and Samaria from southern Judea and [04:02] Samaria. [04:04] That's that's what all and they're and [04:06] they're and they're all freaking out [04:07] about this. That's what that is about. [04:10] Okay, so that's the news item. Let's now [04:12] go to uh to British Foreign Secretary Ed [04:16] Miband and his statement. [04:20] The situation in Palestine is a moral [04:22] emergency. What the Netanyahu government [04:25] is doing in Gaza is a stain on the [04:26] conscience of the world and there is [04:28] increasing evidence war crimes appear to [04:30] have been committed. And we're [04:32] witnessing unprecedented settler [04:33] terrorism in the West Bank. The British [04:36] government has come to the same [04:37] conclusion as the former prime minister [04:38] of Israel and others that there is [04:40] ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in [04:42] areas of the West Bank perpetrated by [04:44] settler terrorists. And too often the [04:46] Israeli government has turned a blind [04:48] eye to this. And worse, members of it [04:50] have made statements and taken actions [04:52] to support the forced displacement of [04:54] Palestinians. We will not stand by. [04:58] We're going to be stronger in standing [04:59] up for what is right and bolder in the [05:02] action we take. Our northstar is our [05:04] belief in the two-state solution that [05:06] both the Israeli and Palestinian people [05:09] have a right to self-determination, [05:12] freedom, and security. Today, we're [05:14] calling out the occupation of Palestine [05:16] as unlawful. We're banning the import of [05:19] goods from illegal settlements. We're [05:21] taking action on services to target [05:24] those who finance, facilitate, or [05:26] construct new settlements. And we're [05:29] banning advertising of settlement [05:31] properties and land. We're taking [05:33] action, too, on settler terrorism. The [05:36] action we're taking today is against the [05:38] government of Israel, not its people. I [05:42] know the trauma that Hamas's terrorist [05:44] atrocity of October the 7th has caused [05:47] for the people of Israel and Jews across [05:49] the world. It was a murderous act by a [05:53] murderous terrorist organization. [05:55] Israel faces existential threats to its [05:58] security, most severely from Iran. [06:01] That's why we're today also announcing [06:02] the reimposition of major economic [06:05] sanctions on Iran, as well as bearing [06:07] down on its network of proxy groups like [06:09] Hezbollah. [06:11] I also know that so many members of the [06:13] Jewish community live in fear in the [06:15] face of rising anti-semitism here in the [06:17] UK. [06:19] Anti-semitism is a scourge and an evil [06:23] and we will do more to tackle it as a [06:25] government. And I also say this, holding [06:29] British Jews responsible for the actions [06:31] of the government of Israel is [06:34] anti-semitism, pure and simple. [06:38] I'm proud of my Jewishness and [06:40] unwavering in my support for the [06:42] security of the state of Israel. And I [06:45] see absolutely no contradiction between [06:47] this and my support for the state of [06:50] Palestine. Indeed, quite the opposite. [06:53] The only route to security for both [06:55] peoples is living side by side in [06:57] peaceful coexistence in a two-state [06:59] solution. That's why we're taking action [07:02] today. My parents came here as Jewish [07:04] refugees. They saw a country that stood [07:07] up for values of freedom, democracy, and [07:10] the rule of law. [07:12] That's what we're doing today. Standing [07:15] up for our values, standing up against [07:18] oppression and injustice. Standing up [07:21] for what is right. [07:23] >> Okay, this is all lies and nonsense. [07:26] Let's just I'm just going to point out a [07:28] few things here. First of all, uh this [07:30] this [07:33] terrorist Jewish settlement terrorist [07:35] violence. Let me share the some numbers [07:38] with you real quick. Just a real quick [07:39] number. According to the Office of [07:42] Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, [07:44] OSHA, which is part of the United [07:47] Nations, they track settler violence, [07:51] and they put out a report of all the [07:53] settler violence. and they put out a [07:55] report that covers a 10-year period from [07:57] 2016 to 2026. [08:00] And according to that report, the total [08:02] number of fatalities of Arabs of [08:05] Palestinians [08:07] from quote unquote settler violence over [08:09] that 10-year period was 54. Now, that [08:12] sounds like a lot, right? And you might [08:13] be wondering, wait a second, we killed [08:14] our Jewish settlers, killed 54 [08:18] Palestinians? Well, no. Actually, what [08:19] happened was uh if you look into the [08:22] exact incidents and the Rigav [08:24] organization went through every single [08:25] incident listed in the in this OSHA [08:28] report and to check out what it was. [08:32] If someone was if if a Palestinian was [08:36] killed because he was trying to carry [08:38] out a terrorist act and was thwarted and [08:40] was killed, they call that a fatality [08:43] from settler violence. By the way, the [08:45] total number of incidents of settler [08:47] violence, which in this report is a huge [08:51] number, they count things like someone [08:54] walking up on the Temple Mount as [08:55] settler violence. Never mind the fact [08:58] that the Temple Mount is in Jerusalem, [08:59] which is in the next part of Israel. [09:01] Never mind that. If if there was an [09:04] altercation between Israeli soldiers and [09:06] a Palestinian who was trying to who who [09:09] was who was provoking them, they'll call [09:11] that settler violence. Okay? So it it's [09:13] it's ridiculous. Of the 54 fatalities, [09:18] all but one involved a case where the [09:20] provocation first came from the [09:23] Palestinian side. There was only one [09:25] case of unprovoked violence that led to [09:29] a fatality. One case in a 10-year [09:31] period, and that case was a rockthrowing [09:34] incident that caused someone to drive [09:35] their car off the road and killed and [09:37] killed someone, which is a crime. And [09:39] guess what happened? The people who [09:40] perpetrated it were arrested. prosecuted [09:43] and they're serving time which is [09:45] exactly what is supposed to happen. So [09:46] the settler violence thing is nonsense. [09:48] Second point, he calls these settlements [09:51] illegal. They are not illegal. I don't [09:52] want to run through this whole thing [09:53] again. I've talked about it many times, [09:55] but there there [09:58] there's nothing illegal about building [10:00] settlements on open state land. There is [10:03] no such thing as Palestinian territory [10:05] because there was never an entity called [10:07] Palestine. The pal individual [10:09] Palestinian Arabs do have property [10:12] rights to whatever land they own, [10:15] but the public lands, the open lands in [10:18] Judea and Samaria. When Israel conquered [10:20] it in 1967, there was no sovereign state [10:23] entity that previously owned the land [10:25] that laid claim to it. The Jordanians [10:27] dropped their claim to it and they only [10:29] held it for 19 years and no one [10:33] recognized their sovereignty over it. [10:34] Before that, it was part of the British [10:36] mandate, the mandate of League of [10:37] Nations to create a Jewish homeland. And [10:39] before that, it was part of the Ottoman [10:41] Empire, which is now defunct. And Jewish [10:43] settlements are all built on open land [10:45] that has no private ownership on it. [10:47] Okay? No one is being displaced by the [10:51] expansion of Jewish settlements. And [10:52] they are legal. It's also US policy, by [10:55] the way, that they're legal. So, this is [10:58] all absolute nonsense. And then when he [11:01] said in there that he's not taking [11:02] action against the Israeli people, only [11:04] against the Israeli government, that's [11:06] literally not what he's doing. He's [11:07] sanctioning like private businesses and [11:10] products that come out of Judea and [11:13] Samaria. That is literally taking action [11:15] against Israeli citizens and not the [11:17] Israeli government. So, it's just an [11:18] outright lie. Okay, that's Milliband. [11:20] And there's more I can say about this [11:21] statement. Uh on the Israel 365 News [11:25] Channel tomorrow, I'm going to be [11:27] recording a conversation. We do a weekly [11:29] show there, myself and Rabbi Rafi Ice, [11:31] and we talk about bigger picture issues. [11:32] It's called the big picture, and we're [11:34] going to be discussing this whole issue [11:35] and Ed Milliband and the fact that he's [11:36] Jewish and what all that means. We'll [11:38] get into all that tomorrow. Now, uh [11:40] before we go on, I want to just remind [11:43] you about a very important event that [11:44] we're having this coming Monday, a [11:45] webinar 25 years after 911. We're going [11:48] to be interviewing Frank Gaffne. Frank [11:50] Affne is one of the most important [11:52] voices uh calling out the danger of [11:56] Islam, of jihadist Islam on American [11:58] shores. He was calling it out for [12:00] decades before 9/11. He's a veteran of [12:02] the defense and security policy space. [12:04] He's the president of the Institute for [12:06] the American Future and he's also the [12:08] host of Securing America, uh a show on a [12:11] daily show on real America's voice that [12:13] I'm a frequent guest on. He'll be [12:14] joining us in addition Dan Buraui. uh [12:17] he's an author and founder of the [12:19] ideological defense institute. He is a [12:21] former Muslim and on 911 he was a young [12:24] man in Jordan who was a devout Muslim at [12:26] the time and he's going to share his [12:28] personal account and Yakov Morgan Stern [12:31] who is the brother of 9/11 victim Nancy [12:35] Morgan Stern. She was killed again. His [12:37] sister was killed on 911. He's going to [12:38] share his personal reflections on this. [12:41] This is Monday, September 14th at 2 p.m. [12:44] Eastern time, 900 p.m. in Israel. Registration is free [13:05] and you can register at the link in the [13:07] description of this video. It's Israel [13:08] 365.com/911911. [13:12] Or you could uh you could also uh scan [13:16] the QR code that is on your screen. [13:18] Either way, you want to register for [13:20] this webinar. Our last couple webinars [13:21] have each had thousands of participants [13:24] and you do not want to you don't want to [13:27] miss this. Okay. Now, let's talk about [13:30] how the Israeli government responded to [13:32] all of this. And that's really what I [13:34] want to spend uh the rest of this video [13:36] on. uh and uh we're going to go to [13:39] foreign minister Giron Sar. Okay, so [13:41] let's uh so he he he spoke and he made [13:45] his remarks both in English and in [13:47] Hebrew and uh we're going to play you a [13:49] few clips from the English remarks. He [13:51] started off his remarks talking about [13:52] how the Jewish people have a right to [13:54] live anywhere they want in the land and [13:55] how despicable this is that the that the [13:57] UK government is doing this. And then uh [14:01] and then he said the following. [14:05] >> Contrary to the false claims of the [14:07] Labor government, no new decisions have [14:11] been made regarding development in E1. [14:14] The decision was taken more than one [14:17] year ago and the tender process has been [14:21] underway for about nine months. [14:25] The claims regarding the severing of [14:27] potential Palestinian territory [14:29] territorial continuity are also [14:31] baseless. The decision of the government [14:34] of Israel taking more than a year ago [14:37] stipulated that two roads would be [14:40] built. The first road 80 which will [14:43] serve as a major transportation route [14:46] from the Bethlehem [14:49] area to Ramla area. The second known as [14:53] the fabric of life road between Azim and [14:56] Alazaria. [14:58] The claim of harm to Palestinian [15:00] territorial continuity sounds [15:02] particularly particularly [15:05] ridiculous coming from those who insist [15:08] on defining Judea and Samaria and the [15:11] Gaza Strip as one territorial units. [15:15] >> This is a brilliant point. Okay. So [15:17] first of all, he mentions that the, you [15:19] know, because in the outrage over the E1 [15:21] plan to build a few thousand housing [15:24] units between Mallayum and Jerusalem [15:27] just to, you know, fill in that space [15:29] and expand it for Israeli housing units. [15:32] And all the freakout session over that, [15:33] they were claiming that this is cutting [15:36] it's cutting the the continuity of Judea [15:40] and Samaria, of the potential [15:41] Palestinian state in half. And he says, [15:44] well, we're actually building part of [15:47] that approved plan and is these two [15:50] major thorough affairs that will connect [15:52] the north and the south. Ramla is the [15:55] largest Palestinian city. It's north of [15:57] Jerusalem. Bethlehem Bethlehem is just [16:00] south of Jerusalem. It's also a large [16:01] Palestinian city. And say that that the [16:03] whole point is to is is part of the plan [16:05] is to connect them. That's number one. [16:07] But the second point he made is is [16:08] brilliant. He says, 'What are you [16:10] talking about territorial continuity? [16:14] The Oslo process never calls for a [16:16] potential Palestinian autonomy to ever [16:18] be in the entirety of Judea and Samaria [16:20] anyway. It's only about autonomy and [16:23] population centers and some other lands. [16:27] And it also insists that Gaza and Judea [16:29] and Samaria, which are very far from [16:31] each other, the whole state of Israel is [16:32] between them, [16:34] that they're one unit. They always say [16:36] that. Okay. So, if they're one unit and [16:37] they're not directly connected, so [16:40] what's the big deal? It's a great point. [16:44] Anyway, [16:45] let's uh let's move on. [16:49] The decision of the Labor government [16:50] also constitutes a gross interference in [16:54] the electoral process of a sovereign [16:56] state. [16:59] This is a blatant and completely [17:01] unacceptable attempt by a foreign [17:04] government [17:06] to exert external influence in the midst [17:10] of an election campaign. [17:13] However, the Israeli public [17:16] overwhelmingly [17:17] supports the communities in Judea and [17:20] Samaria and overwhelmingly opposes the [17:24] establishment of a Palestinian terrorist [17:26] state in the heart of our land. [17:30] Something that the Labor government is [17:32] attempting through measures that are [17:34] doomed to fail to force upon Israel. [17:39] That will not work [17:41] after everything we have seen. After the [17:44] Israeli concessions in the Oslo Accords, [17:48] the establishment of the Palestinian [17:50] Authority, the unilateral withdrawal [17:53] from Gaza Strip, the second inifa, and [17:56] October 7, the Israeli public utterly [18:00] rejects the establishment of a gi state [18:04] in the heart of our land. The Israeli [18:07] Palestinian conflict is an age-old [18:10] conflict. [18:12] Unfortunately, the Palestinians have [18:14] always rejected proposals to resolve it [18:18] and have never abandoned terrorism and [18:21] incitement. [18:24] >> I mean, I don't know what to even add to [18:26] that very strong. Look, he's basically [18:28] saying, "You're trying to interfere. [18:31] You're trying to interfere in our [18:32] election. [18:35] You're trying to create more [18:37] geopolitical [18:38] uh diplomatic crises [18:41] for Israel, making Israel look more [18:43] isolated. [18:45] And this helps those who are trying to [18:48] unseat Prime Minister Netanyahu [18:51] because they can now point to this and [18:52] say, "Look, you've, you know, you've [18:54] messed up uh Israel's relationships with [18:56] the nations of the world. Look at this [18:57] diplomatic [18:59] problem that we're in." So he's making [19:01] the point that hey the Israeli public [19:04] are across the board rejects the concept [19:07] of a Palestinian state. Not because we [19:09] always have, but because it has been [19:11] shown over and over again that these [19:13] people that we're dealing with do not [19:14] want peace. The Israeli public are [19:17] totally behind this. And that's why this [19:18] is not going to work. If you're trying [19:19] to meddle in the elections with this [19:22] issue, this is not this is not the issue [19:25] that is going to win anything for the [19:27] Israeli left. The Palestinian state [19:29] issue. He's right on that point. But on [19:31] the first point, making it look like [19:32] Netanyahu's [19:34] uh, you know, Netanyahu is is messing up [19:37] our relationships with the European [19:38] states, that's what they're trying to [19:39] do. That could have some impact. But [19:41] again, it's such a anyone who would be [19:45] opposed to E1. Anyone who would be [19:48] opposed to Netanyahu's policies in Judea [19:50] and Samaria is is already a signific. [19:58] it's not really going to help in this [19:59] election campaign. He's absolutely right [20:01] on this point just from a pure electoral [20:03] politics standpoint. I'm going to skip [20:04] ahead a little bit. Let's watch a little [20:06] bit more of this. It is particularly [20:09] astonishing that governments such as the [20:12] Labor government do not even consider [20:16] imposing sanctions on the Palestinian [20:18] Authority for its systematic financial [20:21] support for terrorism through the [20:24] notorious payment mechanism known as pay [20:26] for slave. [20:29] This one-sided approach also ignores the [20:33] continuing Palestinian terrorism against [20:35] Israeli civilians, which we saw in [20:38] action again this week. Okay, let me add [20:42] to that. It's not just that they're [20:45] they're only sanctioning the Israelis, [20:46] but they're not sanctioning the the [20:48] Palestinian Authority that literally [20:50] literally proudly pays terrorists and [20:53] glorifies terrorists. They're not [20:54] sanctioning them. They're sanctioning [20:56] the Israelis. And you saw Miliband in [20:58] his statement said, "Well, we're we're [20:59] also sanctioning Iran and andah right [21:01] now." Well, thank you very much. Like [21:02] Iran who's like being completely choked [21:05] and and is on the verge of collapse. [21:08] You're saying and who Israel is just has [21:10] on the run right now. Thank you very [21:12] much for sanctioning them. That that's [21:13] great. Just perfect. You know, that [21:15] makes everything okay. That that that's [21:17] really the equivalency that we were [21:18] looking for. It's it's so absurd. But I [21:22] want to add to this point. Where are the [21:25] sanctions [21:27] against the 30 [21:30] Muslim nations who are in the top 50 [21:34] worst countries in the world in terms of [21:36] persecuting Christians? How come they're [21:38] not being sanctioned? [21:40] What are the sanctions on those nations [21:42] that have laws on the books [21:45] banning public displays of Christianity [21:48] like Saudi Arabia [21:51] that have laws on the books that [21:52] converting from Islam to Christianity [21:54] carries a death penalty? Where are the [21:57] sanctions on those countries? [22:01] Where are the sanctions? [22:03] The only country you can think of to [22:05] sanction is Iran and Israel, [22:09] Judea and Samaria communities. [22:12] Anyway, let's move on. Now, he's going [22:14] to get into the steps that Israel is [22:17] taking [22:19] in response to this, and this is the [22:21] best part. [22:24] I say to the Labor government and to [22:26] every government in the world that [22:28] thinks it can force Israel to act [22:31] against our national and security [22:34] interests. You have no chance of [22:37] succeeding. [22:40] We did not return to our ancient land [22:42] after 2,000 years only to lose it under [22:46] pressure from giodists, Islamists, [22:49] anti-semmites, far-lefts, and wolves. [22:53] Not only will you fail to harm us, you [22:56] will harm yourselves and your own [22:59] influence. [23:01] And take note, the Palestinian will also [23:03] be directly harmed by such a measures. [23:06] There are tens of thousands of [23:08] Palestinian workers employed in our [23:11] communities and these sanctions will [23:13] harm them. Nor will the Palestinian [23:16] Authority, which stands behind various [23:19] such moves, be immune. [23:22] >> Hold on. Before we go on to what he's [23:24] saying about the Palestinian Authority, [23:25] this is such a a great point. The there [23:29] are tens of thousands of Palestinian [23:31] Arabs who work in companies in Judea and [23:34] Samaria in the in what's called the West [23:36] Bank in Israeli companies. If if the [23:39] goal is to sanction those companies and [23:42] to shrink them or to put them out of [23:44] business, [23:45] these are Palestinians who don't need [23:47] work permits to come into to come across [23:50] the green line into Israel, which are [23:52] not so easy to get anymore. These are [23:54] Palestinians in addition to the work [23:56] permits at Israel who there's to those [23:59] who get them. These are Palestinians who [24:01] can actually work on the on the [24:05] on the other side of the green line, [24:06] meaning not on the isra on the Israel [24:08] proper side, but on that side. They can [24:10] they can work jobs in Israeli companies [24:12] making a a much better wage than they [24:15] could make within Palestinian areas. [24:17] Tens of thousands of them. You want to [24:19] put these Israeli companies out of [24:20] business and put them out of work. It's [24:23] a great point. The latest decision by [24:26] the Leb government joins an increasingly [24:29] escalating series of unilateral measures [24:32] against Israel adopted by the hostile [24:34] Labor government since it took office in [24:38] July 2024. [24:41] These measures have included [24:44] among other things recognition [24:47] recognition of a virtual Palestinian [24:49] state [24:50] a year ago, the resumption of funding [24:53] for UNRA even though its employees were [24:56] actively involved in the October 7 [24:58] massacre, the suspension of licenses for [25:02] defense exports to Israel, and today we [25:05] learned of the intention to expand these [25:08] restrictions. [25:10] sanctions on Israeli ministers, [25:13] sanctions on Israeli individuals and [25:16] entities, the suspension of negotiations [25:20] on a free trade agreement, restrictions [25:23] on Israel's official participation in [25:26] the international defense and security [25:27] equipment exhibition in Britain, the [25:31] freezing of military dialogue and [25:33] security cooperation, preventing IDF [25:36] officers from participating in training, [25:39] at the Royal College of Defense Studies [25:42] and the promotion of repeated biased and [25:45] one-sided attacks against Israel in the [25:48] international arena. [25:51] These measures by the Labor government [25:54] in Britain, along with biased and [25:57] one-sided anti-Israeli rhetoric, have [26:00] already contributed significantly to the [26:03] unprecedented [26:05] rise in anti-semitic attacks, including [26:09] violent attacks against British Jews. [26:14] The Labor government is fueling [26:17] this anti-semitism. [26:21] In light of all this, I have decided as [26:24] stated with the agreement of Prime [26:26] Minister Netanyahu here on [26:28] >> the following Israeli counter measures. [26:31] One, the closure of the British [26:34] consulate in Jerusalem. [26:36] >> United Jerusalem is the capital of [26:39] Israel, will always remain the capital [26:42] of Israel and is under its full [26:45] sovereignty. [26:47] >> Okay, let me explain the significance of [26:49] this. this the British consulate in [26:50] Jerusalem, [26:52] you know, there's a British embassy in [26:53] Tel Aviv which also serves as like a you [26:55] know has consular services, but the [26:57] British consulate in Jerusalem [26:59] is in is in the eastern part of [27:01] Jerusalem and actually mainly serves [27:03] Palestinian Arabs and the Palestinian [27:05] Authority sort of treats it as like its [27:09] British embassy. [27:10] Okay, so he's saying we're closing it. [27:14] We're closing the British consulate in [27:15] Jerusalem. like you think this is that [27:18] you know we're just gonna take this [27:20] lying down and and we're going to go [27:23] into the other measures he's taking now [27:24] but the overall theme of these measures [27:26] I love is just Israel saying we're no [27:29] longer just going to be like oh please [27:30] please please don't do that please don't [27:32] sanction us no Israel is a strong nation [27:34] and we don't need you here and we don't [27:37] want you here if you're going to be [27:38] criticizing us we don't have to take it [27:40] I love it here we go that was number one [27:42] >> any activity by a foreign state within [27:44] it must be carried out with the consent [27:48] of the state of Israel. Any foreign [27:51] activity in the area must be conducted [27:54] through accepted and agreed channels and [27:57] without violating Israel's sovereignty. [28:01] Second, [28:03] the removal of British representatives [28:06] from the international Gaza Support [28:08] Center in Kiryad Gat. Third, hold on, [28:12] this is also awesome. there's the [28:14] international support center for of the [28:16] of this new thing going on with Gaza, [28:18] the border of peace and all that and [28:19] there's these different countries that [28:20] are involved there. And he's basically [28:22] saying you're not part of that anymore. [28:24] Forget it. Like this is a sign of [28:26] sovereignty. It's Israel basically [28:27] saying you don't have some right as the [28:30] British government, as a European nation [28:32] to just have a say in what goes on here [28:35] in Israel or in Gaza or in Judea and [28:37] Samaria. You don't just have that right. [28:39] And that's the way these see that's it [28:41] gets to the heart of what these [28:42] countries think that they have some sort [28:43] of privilege some right to to be [28:46] involved in in decisions about what [28:49] takes place here and he's saying you're [28:51] out goodbye [28:53] >> determination of British activities to [28:55] train Palestinian authority forces in [28:57] Judea and Samaria under the British [29:00] support team in Ramla. [29:03] >> Perfect. Look, if you're going to take [29:05] our enemy's side, then of course we're [29:08] not going to allow you to be part of [29:10] training the Palestinian Authority [29:12] police that they're enough of a problem [29:13] as it is. Now, you're telling us with [29:16] these sanctions, you're basically [29:17] telling us what your attitude about [29:19] Israel is. We don't want you a part of [29:21] that. Get lost. Goodbye. Fourth, the [29:25] denial of entry to Israel to 12 British [29:29] elected officials, elected [29:31] representatives and other British [29:34] nationals involved in anti-Semitic and [29:37] anti-Israel activity as well as those [29:40] who deny the very existence of the state [29:43] of Israel. [29:45] This list will be delivered by our [29:48] spokesperson [29:50] right after this uh declaration. [29:54] Britain initiated and led the current [29:57] move, but we will also take counter [30:01] measure counter measures at our [30:04] discretion against other countries that [30:07] act or will act against Israel. [30:11] The message to every government that [30:14] harms us is clear. Whoever acts against [30:18] Israel, Israel will act against them and [30:21] they will lose their influence and [30:22] relevance in this region [30:26] because because that's what they want [30:27] more than anything. They want influence [30:29] and relevance. He's basically saying, [30:30] "You're out." This is just a different [30:33] type of diplomatic posture for Israel [30:35] than we've seen in the past. I love it. [30:38] It's Israel saying, "We don't need to [30:39] take this. We're a powerful nation. We [30:43] don't need to tolerate this behavior." I [30:46] love it. [30:46] >> Measures against Israel will not go [30:50] unanswered. [30:52] Shatva [30:53] to the entire [30:56] Jewish people in Israel and throughout [30:59] the diaspora. Thank [31:02] >> There you have it. Just a fantastic [31:05] stuff. Fantastic move by the by the [31:08] foreign minister Gonsar, by the Israeli [31:10] government, by Prime Minister Netanyahu. [31:12] And that's the bottom line here. That's [31:13] what I want. That's that's the whole the [31:16] whole theme of this. Israel has become a [31:17] regional superpower. We are a powerful [31:19] nation. And the whole theme of the [31:22] change since October 7th, the whole [31:24] ethos of Israel is we don't need to [31:27] apologize and bend over backwards to [31:29] satisfy the the diplomatic whims or the [31:32] or these these delusional ideals like [31:36] the two-state solution and these and [31:38] these, you know, peacemakers. We don't [31:39] need to we don't need to deal with that [31:41] any longer. [31:42] And if you're going to stand up against [31:44] us, don't expect us to continue to to [31:46] involve you [31:49] in in whatever goes on here. So, I think [31:51] this is outstanding and uh hope you do, [31:54] too. Please make sure to like, [31:56] subscribe, share, all that stuff. Make [31:57] sure you sign up for the webinar and [31:59] there's other links in the description [32:00] of this video for some of the other uh [32:02] campaigns that we're doing and the trip [32:03] to Israel that we're running in in [32:05] March. Don't want to miss any of that. [32:07] So, uh uh I'll see you on the next one. [32:10] God bless.
