Transcript [00:02] Hey everyone. So, uh, the UN General [00:05] Assembly is come is this week and, uh, [00:09] there's been some talk about it. It's [00:11] been in the headlines a little bit. What [00:12] I'd like to do is go through an [00:15] interview that Israel's ambassador to [00:18] the United Nations, Danny Dunon, gave to [00:21] Fox News the other day. There's a number [00:23] of different topics he touches on. I'm [00:25] going to pause it at a few points and [00:26] use it as a way to frame uh some [00:29] significant headlines that I want to be [00:31] paying attention to this week. All [00:33] right, so let's do it that way. Here we [00:35] go. Here is the beginning of the clip. [00:39] >> President Trump and Israeli Prime [00:41] Minister Netanyahu are expected to speak [00:43] at the UN next week. Let's bring in [00:45] Israeli Ambassador to the US uh to the [00:48] UN, excuse me, Danny Dan. Ambassador [00:50] Dan, great to have you on the program [00:52] today. Thank you for having me, Aisha. [00:54] >> Okay, so uh Prime Minister Benjamin [00:56] Netanyahu will make remarks. Can you [00:58] give us a preview of what the prime [01:01] minister will be saying? [01:02] >> Well, it's an important visit of the [01:04] prime minister even though it's a very h [01:07] tough week for us because we observe our [01:10] holidays, the campaign, but still the [01:12] prime minister will come for a very [01:13] short visit. We come for a day to [01:16] deliver the speech and he will head back [01:17] to Israel immediately. It is important [01:20] for him to speak at the UN and to [01:23] describe to the nations what we have [01:24] achieved but also the opportunities [01:26] ahead of us. This week we we celebrated [01:29] six years for the Abraham Accords and we [01:31] are looking forward to expand the court [01:34] to other countries. You just reported [01:36] about what happened in Saudi Arabia. The [01:38] collaboration between Israel and the [01:41] Abraham Accords countries UAE, Bahrain, [01:43] Morocco. We see the fruits and the [01:46] cooperation and I believe more countries [01:48] will join the Abraham Accords under the [01:51] leadership of President Trump who [01:53] initiated them. [01:54] >> So you're saying the prime minister is [01:55] going to call for the Middle East [01:58] countries that haven't yet signed on to [02:00] sign on to the Abrahamic Accords. That's [02:01] that's a call that he's going to make [02:03] during his UN speech. [02:04] >> That that's one of the issues he will [02:06] address and we will speak about the fact [02:09] that it's it's valuable to be partners [02:12] and allies of Israel in the region. We [02:14] we supported the country that supported [02:16] Israel. And today we see what's [02:18] happening with Iran, their ambitions, [02:20] their aggressive behaviors, the proxy [02:22] that they are using in Lebanon, in Gaza, [02:25] in Yemen. We have to stand together [02:27] against them. That's why I am very [02:30] hopeful about the expansion of the [02:31] Abraham Accords. [02:32] >> Do you think though that that countries [02:34] would move to do this considering, you [02:37] know, they might think that this would [02:38] actually put them in more danger? [02:41] On the contrary, I think, you know, we [02:43] had negotiations with many countries. [02:45] October 7th happened three years ago. It [02:48] pushed us, you know, back, but now I [02:50] think we can go back on track and and [02:52] continue where we stopped. We have to [02:55] face the brutality of Iran, the threat [02:57] of the Iranians. And when you look at [02:59] Iran, you understand it's not about, you [03:01] know, they have no conflict with Israel [03:04] regarding borders or minerals. It's pure [03:06] hate. They want to expense their radical [03:09] ideas to the region. That's why they [03:11] attack Israel. That's why they attack [03:13] the UAE, the Saudis. We will not allow [03:15] them to take over the Middle East. [03:17] >> Okay. Very interesting. [03:19] >> Okay. Before we get to the next thing [03:21] that she talks about. Uh let's let's uh [03:24] unpack what he just said here. It seems [03:27] from what he's saying that this is what [03:29] Prime Minister Netanyao is going to [03:30] focus on. Very interesting. Um [03:34] is he going to talk about Iran? probably [03:36] he'll talk about Iran the proxies but [03:39] the if the thrust of Netanyahu's speech [03:42] is the Abraham Accords is basically [03:45] saying to people look the Middle East [03:47] has changed and [03:50] if you want to be protected if you want [03:53] to be on the side of those who are [03:55] moving forward away from all of the [03:58] types of problems that you see uh that [04:01] are being foisted on the world by Iran [04:03] and its proxies you know come with [04:05] Israel Now, what's so interesting about [04:07] the context here is Danon said that he [04:09] he's going to call for more countries to [04:11] join the Abraham Accords. He then framed [04:13] it with what's going on with Saudi [04:16] Arabia, with the Houthis and all that [04:17] stuff. And this goes back to something I [04:19] said last week, which is this whole [04:22] question of whether or not the Israelis [04:24] should help the Saudis in the Babo [04:27] Mandab Strait. It's an interesting [04:29] question. And I raised the possibility [04:30] that maybe Israel should help them very [04:32] publicly [04:33] uh you know regardless of whether or not [04:35] the Saudis promise any quid proquo just [04:38] because it would be such a slap in the [04:40] face. Well, more than a slap in the [04:41] face. It would it would expose the [04:45] impetence and fecklessness and and you [04:49] know just how pathetic Turkey and [04:52] Pakistan are who ostensibly were the [04:54] allies of Saudi Arabia. would make it so [04:56] difficult for Saudi Arabia to continue [04:59] to be belligerent in its rhetoric about [05:02] Israel. Meaning it would it would [05:04] compromise them. It would even though [05:06] there wouldn't be official normalization [05:08] and the Saudis would could stab us in [05:09] the back by still demanding a [05:11] Palestinian state blah blah blah blah [05:12] blah. [05:14] I think that that that the benefit in, [05:18] you know, on the world stage of Israel [05:21] actually coming to the Saudis aid and [05:24] what type of position it would put the [05:25] Arab world in, what it would, you know, [05:27] it also makes Egypt look bad because the [05:29] Saudis also asked Egypt for help. I [05:31] think it would be a massive win. [05:34] And you know the the timing could not be [05:38] better to talk about this where the [05:39] Saudis the whole question was that this [05:42] you know are the Saudis going to be part [05:43] of you know the Abraham Accords? Are [05:46] they going to are they going to join? [05:49] And uh you know she's going to bring [05:50] that up a little bit more also. Uh you [05:53] know that was that was before October [05:54] 7th. And now here you see that they're [05:57] begging Israel for help. And yet the [05:59] United Arab Emirates, it was reported a [06:02] few months ago that during the war with [06:04] Iran, there were Israelis who went over [06:07] there with Iron Dome batteries and were [06:09] operating Iron Dome in defense of the [06:12] Emirates. There are real benefits. You [06:14] know, when we thought about the Abraham [06:16] Accords before this war, it was never [06:18] about defense and security. It was [06:19] always, okay, we're going to make peace [06:20] and we're going to have normalized [06:22] relations and we're going to have trade [06:23] and some intelligence sharing. But now [06:26] we're seeing, you know, with with Israel [06:28] emerging as this security superpower [06:30] regionally and also the [06:35] ostensibly powerful Muslim armies, [06:38] Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, showing that [06:41] they're not willing to lift a finger for [06:43] their for their brethren. [06:46] uh Israel has an opportunity here to [06:48] make the Abraham Accords also about [06:50] being protected, [06:53] you know, being the regional superpower [06:54] that you want to be you want to be close [06:56] to. You want to be protected. I think [06:58] that that's what he's signaling here. [06:59] This is going to be very interesting uh [07:02] as we head into the as we head into the [07:04] UN. I've got a lot more to say on this. [07:05] Let's listen to a little bit more of the [07:06] interview. And we all remember those [07:08] attacks on Israel happened on the heels [07:10] of that interview with uh Brett Bearer [07:13] and NBS in Saudi Arabia where NBS said [07:16] that he was moving towards normalizing [07:18] relations with Israel. We all remember [07:20] that and then of course the horrific [07:22] attacks. So we'll see uh what the um [07:24] Middle East allies do. Ambassador, I [07:27] want to talk about um uh the words that [07:30] are coming from the mayor of New York [07:32] City. Of course, he threatened to have [07:35] uh Benjamin Netanyahu arrested. He since [07:37] backed away from that. Uh but he also [07:40] said he wouldn't be participating in [07:41] protests um any UN protests this week. I [07:44] want to ask you about that because the [07:46] anti-semitic [07:48] sentiment in the US continues to grow. I [07:51] want to put up this Fox News poll here. [07:54] um in the Middle East conflict um you [07:56] can see here that 48% of people side [08:00] with the Israelis while 38% side with [08:04] the Palestinians. Okay, those are very [08:08] interesting numbers here as you see [08:10] Democrats, you know, out there talking [08:12] about free Palestine pushing, you know, [08:15] um sort of anti-Israeli rhetoric really [08:18] um and then taking votes on the Hill [08:20] that are anti-Israeli. What do you [08:23] attribute that to? [08:25] >> Firstly, regarding the mayor, I think [08:27] it's irresponsible and shameful his [08:29] behavior, his statements. He's supposed [08:31] to take care of the traffic this week in [08:33] New York. It's going to be hectic for [08:35] everyone here. Instead, he's calling for [08:37] people to go and demonstrate. It will [08:40] not stop the prime minister for coming. [08:42] And I hope that the mayor will [08:43] understand that he has to deal with the [08:45] problems of the city. But but I I agree [08:47] with you. Unfortunately, we see that [08:49] some politicians choose to attack Israel [08:52] as part of their campaigns. In the past, [08:54] we saw it in some of the Muslim [08:56] countries. Then it moved to to European [08:58] countries. And now here in the US, we [09:01] see candidates that pick the fights [09:04] against Israel, ignore the reality, [09:06] spread the lies, sometime blood liels [09:09] against Israel to get more traction for [09:11] their campaigns. Well, it's, [09:14] >> you know, he said something really [09:16] interesting there that I want to focus [09:17] in on a little bit, uh, where he talked [09:20] about how these these politicians who [09:23] use the Israel issue in their campaigns [09:26] are ignoring reality. [09:29] And it made me think, I'm not I think [09:31] that what he meant was more that Israel [09:35] is not committing war crimes and not [09:36] doing all the negative things that [09:37] people say. And that's what it means by [09:39] ignoring reality. But I think it ignores [09:41] reality in another way which is look at [09:43] this contrast here. He just described [09:46] accurately how using the Israel issue to [09:51] jin up support for yourself by being [09:52] anti-semitic, by being anti-Israel to [09:55] jin up support as a left-wing [09:58] politician. First we saw it uh he said [10:00] first it happened in it happens of [10:02] course in Muslim countries and then we [10:04] saw it spread to Europe and now it's [10:05] spreading to America. You see you see it [10:07] happening especially with the Democratic [10:09] Socialist of America candidates, a lot [10:10] of Muslim candidates and the Democratic [10:12] Socialists of America. But that's really [10:14] the mo you know the very anti-Israel [10:16] free Palestine wing of the Democrat [10:18] party which is growing in influence. [10:21] But it also ignores reality [10:24] in in a way that I was just talking [10:28] about before, which is look what's [10:30] happening in the Middle East where the [10:34] UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Kuwait's not in [10:38] the Abraham Accords, but they're [10:39] basically in the American Israeli orbit. [10:41] Bahrain [10:43] um you know and you know more and more [10:47] of these Middle Eastern countries have [10:50] quiet cooperation with Israel um you [10:53] know the Lebanese government is trying [10:55] is you know when Israel as Israel [10:57] finishes off there's more and more [10:59] voices out of Lebanon who want peace [11:01] with Israel in Israel's region beyond [11:03] the Muslim countries you have Cyprus and [11:06] Greece that are developing deeper and [11:08] deeper bonds with the Israelis at the [11:10] security level, economic level, at every [11:12] level. And I've covered that [11:14] extensively. So there's there seems to [11:16] be like these two realities that are [11:19] happening simultaneously. We have this [11:20] growth of Israel's of Israel's power and [11:25] actually an expanding of Israel's mature [11:28] relationships, I would call them, with [11:30] various countries. No, when I mean I I [11:32] say mature relationships, meaning these [11:33] are relationships that deal with [11:35] security and military and uh and you [11:38] know extensive technological [11:41] and uh you know ties and and cooperation [11:45] is another country extensive cooperation [11:47] with Israel a massive amount of energy [11:51] flowing uh through that relationship. [11:53] Israel buying Azar Bjani oil. The [11:55] Azerbanis is buying Israeli weaponry. Um [11:58] I mean and that's a Shiite country, you [12:00] know. So you have that developing but [12:03] simultaneously you have the Western [12:06] electorates turning against Israel [12:08] because of all the propaganda campaigns [12:10] against Israel. It's a very interesting [12:12] uh you know contrast you have there. But [12:14] I want to I want to drill down a little [12:15] bit more before we go on with with more [12:17] of of this uh of this clip with some of [12:19] the stuff about the UN. So, so Trump is [12:22] going to be speaking at the UN as well [12:23] and his speech is going to be very soon. [12:24] It'll be on Tuesday. Netanyahu is [12:26] speaking on Thursday. So, what's N [12:28] what's Trump going to speak about? She [12:30] doesn't deal with that in this in this [12:31] clip. But I want to talk about it before [12:33] we go back to the rest of the interview [12:35] because it changes topic. President [12:37] Donald Trump is set to take his message [12:38] to the world stage Tuesday where where [12:40] when he addresses the United Nations [12:42] General Assembly in New York with Iran, [12:45] Gaza, and global security expected to [12:47] dominate his agenda. US ambassador to [12:49] the United Nations Mike Waltz said that [12:51] Trump will focus [12:53] on preventing Iran from obtaining a [12:55] nuclear weapon. The administration said [12:57] Iran will be a key focus of meetings [13:00] during the UN gathering as the US weighs [13:01] next steps in its conflict conflict with [13:03] Thran. Trump is expected to meet with [13:06] leaders of the six gulp cooperation [13:08] council nations. While in New York, US [13:11] officials have not confirmed whether [13:13] Trump or other US representatives will [13:14] meet with Iranian officials. Even as [13:17] senior US as a senior US official said [13:19] an Iranian delegation has been granted [13:21] visas to attend the general assembly. [13:24] Trump is also expected to discuss his [13:26] administration's 20point Gaza peace [13:27] plan. And beyond the high level [13:30] diplomacy, the broader UN agenda is [13:32] expected to include trade, artificial [13:34] intelligence, undersea cables and [13:35] maritime security. Now the UN is [13:37] obviously a hostile environment for u [13:40] you know for Trump. He went after them [13:42] last year. He we can expect him to go [13:44] after them hard this year. The timing is [13:47] interesting because the United Nations [13:48] Human Rights Council just last week came [13:51] out with this whole report basically [13:53] accusing the Americans of uh of war [13:55] crimes. The Americans said we don't care [13:57] about the United Nations Human Rights [13:58] Council. They had already pulled out of [14:00] it. I covered that at the end of last [14:02] week. Um so Trump has this open [14:05] hostility to the UN in 2025. He pulled [14:08] out of a bunch of UN bodies and we can [14:11] expect them to come in here and tell [14:13] them to their faces how morally bankrupt [14:15] they are. the same thing from Prime [14:16] Minister Netanyahu. [14:18] Um, and the Iranians are looking forward [14:21] to it. Bagayi, attending UNGA is a duty, [14:25] not a privilege. Iran will not abandon [14:27] its post. This is Bay. He's the [14:29] spokesman of the of the Ministry of [14:32] Foreign Affairs. And this is a coverage [14:34] of his press conference. So, there's a [14:35] lot of other issues they get to first, [14:37] but they but the headlines down here. UN [14:40] participation is a legal right, not a [14:41] favor. Regarding the high level [14:42] delegation's trip to the UN [14:44] headquarters, Bagayi explained that [14:46] being in New York held absolutely no [14:48] charm for the Iranian representatives, [14:50] but it was a trench that must not be [14:51] abandoned. In other words, don't accuse [14:53] us of going to enjoy New York City and [14:55] have dinner and go shopping. No, no, no. [14:57] Don't accuse us of that. We're not we're [14:59] not going to have fun. You know, it [15:01] holds no charm. He emphasized that [15:02] participating in the UN General Assembly [15:04] was a legal right rather than a favor [15:07] from others as Iran was one of the 50 [15:09] founding member states of the UN. This [15:11] is a really rich line. See, what [15:13] happened here is that the Americans were [15:15] weighing whether or not to allow visas. [15:17] And the Americans very famously now [15:18] said, "We're allow we're granting visas [15:20] to the Iranian delegation." [15:22] Incidentally, they refused visas to the [15:26] Palestinian Authority uh delegation, [15:28] Mahmud Abbas and his gang. And Abbas is [15:30] going to be addressing the UN General [15:32] Assembly by Zoom or video or whatever [15:36] remotely. Um, so he's he's saying like, [15:40] you know, you know, even though the [15:42] because the Americans were like, "Do we [15:43] let them in? Do we not let them in?" And [15:44] he's saying, "Well, it's a right. It's [15:46] not a favor granted to us by America." [15:48] But notice that he points out here that [15:49] that Iran was one of the 50 founding [15:52] member states of the UN. Now, I want to [15:55] explain something here that, you know, [15:57] I've talked a lot about how bankrupt the [15:58] UN is. And if you're watching my [16:00] channel, you probably agree with me that [16:01] the UN is a morally bankrupt [16:03] institution. But I want to drill down on [16:05] that a little bit more. I want you to [16:06] understand [16:08] what [16:10] h how off it is. You see, when the the [16:12] UN was founded [16:15] um [16:16] it was founded by 50 original member [16:19] states, okay? And they're correct. Iran [16:21] was one of them, but Iran was not the [16:23] Islamic Republic. Iran was a pro-western [16:27] free country, more or less. [16:33] You know who wasn't part of the 50 [16:35] member states when it was founded? [16:38] Japan, [16:40] Germany, [16:42] Italy. [16:43] Why not? They're legitimate states. Why [16:45] weren't they members? Because the [16:47] original United Nations was not intended [16:52] to be [16:54] it wasn't conceived of as a universal [16:57] neutral world forum, which is the way [16:59] it's viewed today, right? that it's [17:01] every state is a member. Like North [17:03] Korea is a member, Afghanistan's a [17:05] member, right? Everyone, no matter how [17:07] no matter how evil or messed up you are [17:10] or totalitarian, [17:12] everyone's a member, right? That's not [17:14] what the UN was conceived of. Like we [17:16] think of it as like this kind of again a [17:18] universal neutral world forum. It was a [17:23] the United Nations was a wartime [17:25] military alliance of nations who were [17:28] fighting against the axis. [17:30] The very phrase United Nations was [17:32] coined by FDR, Franklin Delanor [17:34] Roosevelt during the war to describe the [17:37] Allied coalition that was fighting the [17:39] entire axis, Japan, Germany, Italy. [17:44] I mean, to attend the original founding [17:46] conference, a country had to have [17:49] declared war on Germany and Japan by [17:51] March 1st, 1945. [17:54] Okay? Okay. So the aggressor states were [17:57] not part of it like the you know the [18:00] Germany and Japan, Italy, right? They [18:03] weren't they weren't part of it. Now [18:05] what does that tell you about what the [18:06] UN actually is? The United Nations is [18:10] not it has the United Nations today is [18:12] not what it was intended to be is my [18:14] point. [18:16] Now it's just a tool of the evil people [18:20] because most countries are not [18:22] democracies. There's a lot of, you know, [18:24] there's all these Muslim nations. [18:26] There's all these totalitarian states. [18:29] They all have a vote. It's ridiculous. [18:33] So, if you wonder to yourself like, how [18:34] did the why is the UN? So, the UN is is [18:37] is a mess because it it's not what the [18:39] UN originally was intended to be. [18:43] It was intended to be a a bull work [18:45] against evil regimes. And that's why [18:48] they weren't even included. [18:52] Now, the Soviet Union was in there. They [18:54] were an ally of the United States. It [18:55] was meant as it was a it was a World War [18:57] II alliance structure. [19:01] And there's a reason there's a reason [19:03] why the nations that are part of the uh [19:07] that have permanent security council [19:09] membership are China, France, Russia, [19:12] the UK, and the United States because [19:14] they all fought the Axis. These are the [19:16] big nations that led the fight against [19:18] the axis. [19:20] But China wasn't the People's Republic [19:22] of China. It wasn't the Chinese [19:24] Communist Party, [19:28] right? It's a totally different world. [19:30] You understand what I'm saying here? So, [19:33] the bankruptcy of the United Nations is [19:35] because of what it became something that [19:37] was totally different than what it [19:39] originally intended. It was just I I I [19:41] just figured this is a good opportunity [19:42] to share that because I think what [19:45] what's happening here if you pull back [19:46] the camera big time and you really look [19:47] at this whole what what to expect this [19:49] week out of the UN thing with Nathano is [19:51] going to speak [19:53] and uh and there's going to be [19:57] and and and Trump is going to speak and [19:59] they're both going to call out the UN [20:02] for their hypocrisy and for their [20:04] immorality. [20:06] And meanwhile, you're going to have Iran [20:08] there and they're going to be lobbying [20:09] to, you know, to, you know, to get the [20:12] world community on their side and to [20:15] push back against the United States. [20:18] And so what you're really seeing is that [20:20] the evil the evil actors in the world, [20:23] they now love these international [20:25] bodies. They love the United Nations and [20:27] the International Criminal Court and all [20:29] these things. They love those things. [20:30] They love those tools. And it's those [20:32] who believe in freedom that want that [20:35] are looking at these international [20:37] bodies increasingly saying we want no [20:39] part of that anymore because it's just [20:42] become a tool of evil. [20:45] So, you know, Trump talks about the [20:47] bankruptcy of the United Nations all the [20:49] time. The Israelis certainly talk about [20:51] the bankruptcy of the of the United [20:53] Nations all the time. And I think that [20:54] more nationalist [20:56] um you know countries that are moving [20:58] towards more more populist nationalism [21:01] who are also tend to be more pro-Israel [21:06] also going to be increasingly looking at [21:10] extracting themselves from these [21:11] international bodies. It's you know the [21:13] globalists are the are are the bad guys [21:15] these days. I mean they always have been [21:17] but like it's it's I mean it seems that [21:19] that merger is getting stronger and [21:20] stronger. Anyway, highlighting the seven [21:23] months that passed since recent [21:24] conflicts of crimes, he said that it's a [21:27] duty to attend this. [21:29] Um, and he talked about using the tools [21:32] that it's important to use the tools of [21:34] the international community to advance [21:36] Iranian interest. Now, before I go on, [21:38] let me remind you we're having a really [21:39] exciting tour in March, March 7th to [21:41] 14th, Israel behind the headlines tour. [21:44] This is a tour of Israel with none other [21:45] than Dr. David Worms and myself leading [21:48] the tour for the entire eight days. [21:51] And uh it's going to be a high level VIP [21:54] luxury tour. We're going to be limiting [21:56] the number of people. It's going to be [21:57] less than 20 participants. It's going to [21:59] include private meetings at the Knesset [22:01] with Israeli with Israeli elected [22:03] officials, people in uh in important [22:05] positions in the government. We're going [22:07] to be meeting with um with uh military [22:11] experts. We're going to have briefings [22:13] at key locations like the Syrian and [22:15] Lebanese borders, uh the hills of [22:17] Samaria, the Gaza Strip. We're going to [22:20] meet with prominent journalists. It's [22:21] going to be a really exciting, really [22:23] unique trip. Eight days luxury five-star [22:26] hotel accommodations. Check it out at [22:27] the link in the description of the video [22:29] and secure your spot. There are already [22:31] people signing up on a daily basis. Now, [22:35] more on this UN visit. Netanyao heads to [22:37] New York after Mandani pledged to arrest [22:39] him. New York City mayor now told to fix [22:42] potholes instead. New York City Mayor [22:44] Mandani Zoran Mandani is being um is [22:49] being urged to focus on the city's [22:50] potholes as Israeli Prime Minister [22:52] Netanyahu prepares his visit to the [22:53] United Nations General Assembly on the [22:55] 24th of September. That's Thursday, [22:57] months after Mdani pledged to have him [22:59] arrested if he entered the city. Mdani [23:00] later acknowledged that his [23:02] administration lacks independent legal [23:03] authority to enforce the International [23:05] Criminal Court warrant against [23:06] Netanyahu. You see, here's the mayor of [23:08] New York City. He's part of the he's [23:10] part of the bad guys and what he loves [23:11] the international criminal court you [23:13] know like these it's it's it's [23:15] interesting this is the way things have [23:17] lined up during his mayoral campaign [23:19] Mdani promised to have Netanyahu [23:20] arrested if he came to New York in July [23:23] however he acknowledged the limits of [23:24] his authority it's clear that we do not [23:26] have the independent legal authority to [23:28] enforce this warrant he said Danny Danon [23:30] Israel's ambassador to the United [23:31] Nations has criticized the mayor's [23:33] position says he has no mandate uh [23:36] before accusing him of inciting and [23:38] promoting anti-semit matism. The visit [23:39] is expected to bring demonstrations. Pro [23:41] Palestinian groups are planning protests [23:44] against Netanyahu while Jewish [23:46] organizations are preparing a separate [23:48] no more excuses rally focused on [23:50] anti-semitism. That's going to be in [23:52] front of the mayor's house at Gracie [23:53] Mansion. Apparently, this is what I've [23:55] heard. Mani has faced criticism over [23:57] comments made in July that opponents [23:59] interpreted as encouraging protests [24:01] against Netanyahu. They sounded like it. [24:04] This week he clarified his position [24:06] saying New Yorkers have the right to [24:07] protest in the city. Netanyahu has [24:10] dismissed Mamani's previous arrest [24:12] threats and accused him of fermenting [24:13] hate in New York. His Likood party has [24:16] also attacked the mayor while Mandani's [24:18] image has appeared on a billboard in [24:20] Israel alongside images of Iranian [24:22] leaders and leader. So there's this [24:25] billboard that the Li could party's been [24:26] putting up for the election campaign [24:29] that has a picture of it has uh it has [24:33] Manny, it has uh you know the Ayatollah, [24:37] it has uh it has Naim Kasam the head [24:40] ofah [24:43] and it and it basically says they they [24:46] want Netanyahu to lose. So it's a way of [24:49] saying like if you want if you if you [24:51] want to get rid of Netanyahu, you're on [24:52] the side of Israel's enemies. That's the [24:54] billboard. The wider climate around [24:56] anti-semitism is another concern for [24:58] community organizations. New York [25:00] recorded 1,160 [25:03] anti-semitic incidents in 2025, the [25:05] highest total of any US state. That's [25:08] New York State according to the ADL's [25:10] annual audit. [25:12] 860 of those incidents in New York City [25:16] and 90 anti-semitic assaults statewide. [25:19] Andrew Gross of the American Jewish [25:21] Committee's New York regional director, [25:23] oh, Andrew Gross, the new the American [25:25] Jewish Committee's New York Regional [25:26] Director said the figures were [25:27] unacceptable. He argued that Mamdani's [25:30] rhetoric had contributed to what he [25:32] described as a hostile environment for [25:34] Jewish New Yorkers. Mdani's words carry [25:36] consequences and deepened divisions, he [25:38] said. [25:40] Um, okay. Now, let's get to the next [25:42] piece of this interview because now she [25:44] switches topics and this is very [25:46] interesting stuff. [25:48] Oh, wait. Let me let me make this bigger [25:51] on the screen. Sorry, I should have done [25:53] that before I started reading to you. [25:56] All right. Little low tech here. [25:58] >> Also, taking place in the world of [26:00] music. I'm sure you're following the [26:02] controversy with Mmore. Robert Craft uh [26:05] just donated $2 million in humanitarian [26:07] aid to the region in response to Mmore [26:10] making some anti-Israel statements at a [26:13] con a concert concert. I want to get [26:14] your take on that. [26:16] >> Well, first of all, Robert Bluff is a [26:17] great guy. you know, we support so many [26:19] initiatives to to fight hate, to fight [26:22] anti-semitism, [26:24] and we should give credit for for that. [26:26] And I think we should stand up against [26:28] those anti-semites. In most cases, they [26:30] are not educated. They don't know the [26:32] facts. When I engage in a dialogue with [26:34] them, I realize they have no clue about [26:36] the Middle East, about what's happening [26:38] there, but for them, it's they think [26:40] it's cool to attack Israel. So, I give [26:42] credit for Robert Craft for what he did. [26:44] >> Okay. And finally, just on Iran very [26:46] quickly here, we got some new satellite [26:48] images uh this week uh of Iran's Taliban [26:51] nuke facility. This is actually a [26:53] facility that Israel struck uh this [26:56] year. But there's been significant [26:58] activity seen there recently, [26:59] Ambassador, and a concrete apron. You [27:02] see it right there in uh center right, [27:04] that concrete apron constructed over it [27:07] so that um it's protecting it from any [27:10] any bombs. Does Israel have any intel on [27:13] this? Do you know what's going on here? [27:16] >> We have very good intel and they know [27:18] that we are watching them very carefully [27:20] and we can get to the leadership and we [27:21] can get to those sites and unfortunately [27:24] you know it seems that they they haven't [27:26] learned the lessons. They think they won [27:28] the war. They lost the war. And if they [27:30] will continue with building those [27:31] capabilities, we will not sit idly by. [27:34] And and I think either through [27:35] negotiations or through economical or [27:38] military pressure, we will have to force [27:40] them not to continue with these [27:43] ambitions that's threatening the the [27:45] region and the entire world. [27:46] >> Okay. Ambassador Danny Dan. [27:50] >> All right. There we go. That's the end [27:52] of that interview. [27:54] So yeah, Iran's nuclear uh nuclear [27:58] facilities, they're working on [28:00] rebuilding them. Uh we talked about [28:02] Picax Mountain last week and then we see [28:04] this is happening in a number of sites. [28:06] Uh this is the Partin site. There's a [28:08] number of sites that there's been [28:10] satellite imagery coming out in the last [28:11] week or two that they are working to [28:13] rebuild it. It's unbelievable. Their [28:14] economyy's collapsing, the people are [28:15] starving, [28:17] and they're full steam ahead trying to [28:18] rebuild their nuclear facilities. And [28:21] this is from today. MPs push for Iran's [28:24] withdrawal from MPT. This is from Tasnim [28:25] from Iranian state media. Iranian [28:27] lawmakers are pushing for a fasttrack [28:29] motion calling for the country's [28:31] withdrawal from the nuclear [28:32] non-prololiferation treaty with an uh [28:34] with an MP saying the proposal has [28:36] already been submitted to the [28:37] parliament's presiding board and is [28:39] awaiting permission to be debated in an [28:40] open session. Speaking at a Sunday [28:42] session of the parliament today, Hussein [28:46] al-Haji Delelani de Deleani said [28:50] that three urgency motion had been [28:51] submitted to the presiding board some [28:53] time ago and is now ready to be [28:54] introduced if parliament speaker allows [28:56] it to be discussed. Given the [28:58] circumstances facing the country and the [28:59] aggression that the enemy has launched [29:01] against us on two occasions, remaining [29:03] in the NPT brings us nothing but losses. [29:06] He added that Iran has recently seen the [29:09] International Atomic Energy Agency Board [29:11] of Governors refer the country's case to [29:13] the UN Security Council. We should not [29:15] suffer further losses because of this. [29:17] And it seems that perhaps we need to [29:19] withdraw from the NPT so that we can [29:21] manage our own affairs ourselves. And of [29:23] course, when when state media elevates [29:25] something like this, they don't publish [29:27] an article about every single discussion [29:29] in the parliament. They want to elevate [29:31] this idea that the Iran might be leaving [29:34] the NPT. And that goes for this story [29:36] also which is from yesterday. Resa he's [29:39] the he's the supreme national security [29:41] council uh sec leader. He's the head of [29:44] basically the head of the national [29:45] security. Iran's NPT withdrawal depends [29:48] on Washington's conduct threatening to [29:50] withdraw from the NPT. [29:53] He said that uh he's conveyed Iran that [29:56] tan has conveyed their conditions to end [29:58] the war through the Qatari mediators and [30:01] they're uh and uh they're demanding that [30:05] the US end the that the war end on all [30:07] fronts which means Israel uh stopping [30:11] whatever it's doing in Gaza and Lebanon [30:14] in addition to everything America is [30:15] doing the release of Iran's frozen [30:17] assets and end to the naval blockade. He [30:19] said that US and Israeli actions give [30:21] Iran grounds to withdraw from the treaty [30:24] on non-prololiferation, the NPT. He said [30:26] Iran has not yet made a decision to [30:28] withdraw and that the issue depends on [30:30] Washington's conduct. [30:33] Okay. And then he said, well, you know, [30:36] we're still committed to the fatwa of [30:37] the previous Supreme Leader who said not [30:39] to build a weapon, but [30:42] that does not that doesn't uh but we [30:44] don't know what's going to happen in the [30:45] future. Okay, this is so they are [30:48] uh so this is Iran saying hey we might [30:51] be you know [30:54] why should we stay in the nuclear [30:55] relation treaty now if they pull out of [30:57] the MPT [30:59] then uh it's kind of like a dead [31:01] giveaway that they're admitting that [31:03] they're heading for a nuclear weapon um [31:05] and all of their claims to the contrary [31:09] uh are meaningless which is obvious [31:10] anyway. Look at the look at all the all [31:12] the fortifications that they're building [31:14] around these nuclear sites. All these [31:16] ridiculous claims that it's for, you [31:18] know, that it's for civilian purposes [31:20] are are just that ridiculous claims. [31:23] Anyway, there was a lot in this [31:24] interview with Nani Danon. Thought I'd [31:25] share that with you. This is where we [31:27] are. Let me sum up the key point here [31:30] which is that the bad guys the bad guys [31:34] whether it's you know Iran, China, all [31:39] the bad actors in the world have taken [31:41] over the these global institutions and [31:44] they just use them. They weaponize them [31:46] for their benefit. And part of why [31:48] they're successful in weaponizing them [31:50] is that they don't play by the rules of [31:52] those things anyway. And it's free [31:54] democracies that always feel beholden to [31:56] play by the rules. So there there's [31:57] already a built-in disadvantage. And [32:00] there's a lot more of these of [32:01] non-democratic states than there are [32:03] democratic states. And uh we're going to [32:06] see it's going to be really interesting [32:07] at the UN this week. I expect Trump to [32:09] you know uh you know to come hard at [32:11] them and Natao certainly as well. And [32:14] it'll be interesting to see what happens [32:15] in the streets of New York. Thanks for [32:16] watching and uh God bless.
