UK decision to sanction Israeli settlers ‘not enough’ but an ‘important first step’: Ben Jamal

In an interview with Middle East Eye, British Palestinian activist and former director of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign Ben Jamal says the UK’s announcement to sanction Israeli settlers was “not enough” but was “an important first step”.  “When I met people in Parliament, including parliamentary allies, what they used to say to me is: ‘You must be aware you could never use the word sanctions in relation to Israel’”, he says.
