Applying under three [00:06] minutes for same day funding up to [00:08] 500,000 at cardiff.co/noles. [00:12] More details emerge in the federal raid [00:14] of Democrat Congress Lady Ilhan Omar's [00:17] home. And the reason for the raid is [00:21] actually pretty juicy. We will get into [00:23] all the details, but for the first time [00:24] in this whole saga, I am beginning to [00:27] think that there is a semi-realistic [00:29] chance that Ilhan Omar gets booted out [00:32] of the country. Then, liberal undergrads [00:34] officially have a higher opinion of [00:36] Palestine than the United States. And [00:39] President Trump comments on Ohio [00:42] Republican Senate nominee John Husted's [00:44] hot bod. I'm Michael Nolles. This is the [00:46] Michael Nolles show. [01:05] Welcome back to the show. I don't know [01:06] if we're going to have time to get to [01:08] it, but if we do, I Toby Maguire, [01:11] Spider-Man. He just officiated the [01:14] wedding of his wife to another man and [01:18] it's it's causing a lot of confusion for [01:21] people, but really this is par for the [01:24] course in the way that we think about [01:26] marriage today. So, we'll get into all [01:27] the problems. First, I want to tell you [01:28] about Pure Talk. There's a lot more to [01:30] say. First though, go to [01:31] puretalk.com/nollesw. They get stuck in a [02:19] rut. I remember when this plan came out [02:21] last year, I I told some family members, [02:24] I said, "Guys, you have to get it. Pure [02:26] Talk is great. See [02:50] puretalk.com for details. Offer ends [02:52] 11:1526. [02:54] First up, Ilhan Omar. All right, we we I [02:57] we may have broken the story among the [02:59] podcasts. Obviously, the news broke from [03:02] the news agencies, but uh we may have [03:05] broken the story among the podcast [03:06] yesterday because Ilhan Omar's home was [03:10] raided and the news came out about that [03:13] just minutes before we went live. So, [03:14] there wasn't a lot to report. We knew [03:16] that DHS conducted a pre-dawn raid on [03:19] the home of Somali Democrat Congress [03:22] lady Ilhan Omar. We know that for a [03:25] month or two now there has been a [03:26] federal investigation pertaining to [03:28] immigration and Ilhan Omar. We know that [03:31] for years there have been rumors that [03:33] Ilhan Omar helped to commit immigration [03:36] fraud for someone else for her brother [03:38] who became her husband. But it's all [03:41] been rumors and innuendo and [03:43] insinuations. And even the claims that [03:47] Ilhan Omar committed immigration fraud [03:49] have always have been about someone else [03:52] that she would have been an accessory to [03:54] immigration fraud for her brother [03:56] husband and therefore I never got my [03:58] hopes up that Ilhan Omar was going to be [04:00] deported. Would love for her to be [04:02] deported. She giggles about al-Qaeda. [04:04] She doesn't consider herself American. [04:06] She's just awful. But I never got my [04:09] hopes up. I never allowed myself to hope [04:12] until now. The details are coming out. [04:14] So what does Ilhanar say? She says, "I'm [04:16] okay. Make no mistake. This is an [04:18] attempt." Sorry. I'm okay. Make no [04:22] mistake. This is an attempt to target [04:24] political enemies and weaponize federal [04:26] law enforcement. For 10 years, Trump has [04:28] targeted me with baseless lies and smear [04:31] campaigns. Al-Qaeda. I know I added that [04:34] part in, but she said that this is just [04:36] the latest escalation in his campaign of [04:38] political intimidation. [04:40] I will not be silenced. [04:43] Okay. Okay. [04:46] She's keeping a straight face. She's [04:48] standing firm. This is political [04:50] targeting. And you say, "All right, hold [04:52] on. These rumors about Ilhan Omar have [04:54] been going on for years, including when [04:56] Trump was out of office. This was a a [04:59] raid that was signed off on by a judge. [05:02] The judges are not exactly on Trump's [05:03] side, generally speaking. This has been [05:05] a case that has been building from the [05:07] DOJ for a long time. So, I don't think [05:10] you can just blame Trump for this. [05:13] What's this about? So, while we all [05:16] thought that the raid was about Ilhan [05:19] Omar marrying her brother, helping some [05:22] other guy commit immigration fraud, it [05:25] seems that the case is actually about [05:27] Ilhan Omar's immigration status. [05:30] According to the reporting which we're [05:32] getting now from New York Post, uh, Fox [05:34] News, elsewhere, the most likely [05:37] scenario, according to multiple people [05:39] familiar with the investigation, is that [05:40] immigration cops are looking into a long [05:43] floated rumor that Ilhan Omar is [05:46] actually a year older than she says she [05:49] is. So, okay, hold on. Wait, what? This [05:50] is the first a lot of people are hearing [05:52] about this. The issue is that Ilhan Omar [05:55] is a I mean, a lady never tells, but why [05:57] does it matter if she's a year older [05:58] than she says she is? Because Ilhan Omar [06:00] became a US citizen at the age of 17. [06:04] She became a US citizen at the age of 17 [06:06] through a program that allowed the minor [06:09] children brought over by naturalized [06:11] citizens to more easily gain US [06:14] citizenship. [06:16] Had she been 18, she would not have been [06:19] eligible for the program. [06:22] So, if Ilhan Omar is a year older than [06:24] she says she is, all of a sudden her [06:27] naturalization could have been [06:29] illegitimate. But when you think it's [06:31] too good to be true, it usually is. [06:33] There is a statute of limitations on [06:35] committing that kind of fraud. [06:36] Apparently, there's a 10-year statute of [06:38] limitations. Ilhan Omar is older than 27 [06:40] or 28. Therefore, it's not helpful, [06:44] right? Well, except that if Ilhan Omar [06:48] continued to use the fraudulent birth [06:52] date on new documents, on passports, on [06:54] driver's licenses, etc., the statute of [06:58] limitations resets. So, assuming that [07:00] Ilhan Omar has put that fake birth date [07:03] on any documents o in the last 10 years, [07:06] all of a sudden, this could be a live [07:09] issue again. And President Trump has [07:12] responded to the investigation. [07:15] >> I understand they're looking at her very [07:18] carefully. Uh I've always found her to [07:20] be totally crooked personally, but that [07:22] has nothing to do with me. I think she's [07:24] a terrible person, just a complainer. [07:27] She comes from a country that is a a [07:30] non-country and then she comes over here [07:33] and she complains about our [07:34] constitution. I think she's a terrible [07:37] person, but that's really up to the DOJ. [07:39] I have nothing to say. Okay, so Trump [07:41] comes out. He's asked about the Ilhan [07:43] raid, and he just gives general [07:45] criticisms of Ilhan. She's a terrible [07:47] person. She's not really American. She [07:49] doesn't consider herself American, but [07:51] whatever. The investigation's into the [07:52] DOJ. So, he doesn't go into the details. [07:55] I'm not convinced that the President [07:57] Trump is all that involved in this. I [07:58] mean, he is officially not involved at [08:00] all. I'm not sure he's even all that [08:01] briefed on the Ilhan Omar issue because [08:04] this has been building for a long time. [08:07] And if if this were merely political [08:09] reprisal, first of all, Trump has bigger [08:11] enemies to take care of than Ilhan Omar, [08:13] who is largely irrelevant. She's she [08:15] gets a lot of publicity, but she's not [08:17] really all that powerful. Uh, this [08:19] really seems to have been built from the [08:21] DOJ, from DHS, signed off on by a [08:24] federal judge. If she lied about her [08:26] birth date, they might have her dead to [08:28] rights. This is the first time, and for [08:31] years now, you know, I'm the realistic [08:33] one. I'm the one all the podcasters, all [08:35] the influencers, they get all sorts of [08:37] carried away. They get all excited. [08:39] Taller Rico's definitely a in a looney [08:41] bin and the walls are closing in and I [08:44] always say, "Hold on. Hold on. If it [08:46] sounds too good to be true, usually is." [08:49] In this case, [08:51] there is a chance that you could see [08:52] Ilhan Omar booted out of Congress, [08:55] denaturalized, and booted out of the [08:57] country. It is. I'm not saying it's [08:59] likely. I'm saying it is possible. And [09:02] just to get to Trump's criticism here, [09:04] because he's not going into detail on [09:05] the technicalities, forget about the [09:07] technicalities. Let's say she didn't lie [09:08] about her birthday. Listen to how Ilhan [09:10] Omar speaks about her country. I'm going [09:12] to have to translate for you because [09:13] she's not speaking English. [09:18] >> We must fix our roads. [09:21] I am an American migrant [09:24] Congress in the US Congress, [09:28] but I am a Somali girl, [09:31] a girl with your lineage. She's [09:32] obviously speaking to Somali, a girl [09:34] with your language, a girl with your [09:35] religion [09:36] that was a young child taken from her [09:39] country [09:40] that misses her country and wishes to [09:43] live there [09:45] and share with its people. Blah blah [09:47] blah blah blah. taken from her country [09:50] as if the US kidnapped her. As if the US [09:52] went to Somalia and said, "We really [09:53] want all these Somali. You're you're [09:56] coming with us like it's a slave ship or [09:57] something." We didn't ask for the [09:59] Somali. The Somali came. We very [10:01] generously gave them a place to live and [10:04] gave them mortgages and gave them [10:06] welfare and allowed them to defraud us [10:07] and all the rest. And still, Ilhan Omar [10:12] says that she is Somali, not American. [10:14] Ilhan Omar is in no meaningful sense [10:17] American. So why on earth would we [10:20] tolerate her being here? Add on to that [10:22] that she may have actually violated the [10:24] immigration law and it just it just [10:27] throws into stark relief how perverse [10:29] our immigration system is. You have a [10:31] person here who we know with near [10:33] certainty broke immigration law in the [10:35] case of her brother husband. We know [10:38] with that it's increasingly likely that [10:40] she committed immigration fraud herself. [10:43] We know she publicly disses the country, [10:46] says she doesn't identify as an [10:48] American, identifies as a foreigner, [10:49] wants to go live in a foreign country, [10:51] but she likes the goodies that are here. [10:52] So, she wants to bring some of that [10:54] large s to her real constituency, [10:56] Somali. Uh, she is constantly attacking [10:59] the foundations of our country. If we [11:02] can't boot her out, we can't boot [11:05] anybody out. [11:07] shows you the the great obstacles that [11:10] the immigration common sensors, you [11:12] know, the immigration restrictionists, [11:13] the people who want to restore some [11:14] order to our to our demos are facing [11:18] makes you offer a little bit of grace, I [11:20] think, to President Trump that he's he's [11:21] only deported, you know, two and a half [11:23] million people instead of I don't know [11:25] what he's actually actually almost 3 [11:27] million people have left the country [11:28] since the beginning of the second term, [11:29] but about two and a half of them are uh [11:31] illegal aliens. And you say, "Oh, I want [11:33] it to be three and a half. I want it to [11:34] be four and a half." Do you realize what [11:36] Trump is up against? Gives you a little [11:38] grace here and gives you a little hope [11:40] when it comes to Ilhan Omar. Now, we'll [11:42] see what happens first. Are we going to [11:43] deport Ilhan Omar or the Democrats going [11:45] to retake the Senate? Right now, our [11:46] friends over at Khi are not painting a [11:48] great picture. We'll get to that in a [11:49] second. Then, we'll get to President [11:50] Trump commenting on the Ohio Republican [11:53] Senate nominees super hot bod. That is really really [13:36] bad. [13:38] It is it seems now a fatal comple. [13:43] Uh now 59% chance with the Senate means [13:45] you really have to get out there and [13:46] vote. Vote early, perhaps vote often. [13:48] Make sure that your vote counts. Uh [13:50] because the Senate's in play for [13:53] Republicans. It's not a lost cause, but [13:55] but it's in play, but the Senate's in [13:56] play. That's that's brutal. So what's [13:59] going to happen? Let's just say the [14:00] Democrats take the House and the Senate. [14:03] Let's not doom and gloom. Let's not [14:04] black pill. Let's do everything we can. [14:06] Let's raise money. Let's knock on doors. [14:08] Let's go vote. But let's say it happens. [14:10] We have to prepare. [14:12] What are they going to do? [14:15] They're going to do one thing. They're [14:17] going to try to destroy Trump. That's [14:20] what they're actually going to do. For [14:22] better and for worse. For some people, [14:23] that's going to come as a relief. [14:24] They're going to say, "Okay, they're not [14:25] going to implement this policy or that [14:27] policy or this or that. They're they're [14:28] only going to focus on Trump. Well, [14:29] that's better than them focusing on all [14:30] these other policy areas that I care [14:32] about." Okay. Some people are going to [14:33] realize it's a bad thing for them to [14:35] just try to destroy Trump because [14:36] politics is an embodied practice. It [14:39] involves teams and people and Trump is [14:42] the leader of it. And this gets me to a [14:44] point that I was talking about this with [14:46] a buddy the other night. He made an [14:47] excellent observation and it's it should [14:50] really shape how we view 2026 and 2028. [14:53] When the left says that Trump is [14:55] polarizing that is literally true. That [14:58] is true in the most literal sense of [15:00] polarizing. Polarizing referring to like [15:03] polarity like magnets. You know, you get [15:05] get a bunch of little magnet fillings [15:06] whatever and then you introduce a magnet [15:08] and [15:09] All the magnets go to their respective [15:10] sides. A lot has been said about how [15:12] Trump has reshaped the Republican party. [15:14] He comes in in 2016. There were all [15:15] these factions of the Republicans, the [15:17] Tea Party and the Chamber of Commerce [15:19] and the neocons and the Bushies and the [15:22] this and traditionalists, religious [15:24] right, and Trump comes in and he just [15:27] completely reshapes the party in his [15:29] image. [15:30] Less has been said about how Trump did [15:32] the exact same thing to the Democrats. [15:35] with the with the Democrats. When Trump [15:37] entered, there were there were different [15:39] factions. There were the uh identity [15:42] politics Democrats, [15:45] the increasingly woke Democrats, there [15:47] were the economic progressive Democrats, [15:50] there were the neoliber Democrats, there [15:52] were still a handful of the blue dog [15:53] Democrats. Trump comes in [15:57] and he just reshapes the whole thing. [15:59] Now it is all just anti-Trump. So, [16:03] Republican politics for the last 12 [16:05] years has been defined not by policy, [16:08] not by institutions, [16:10] not by It's been defined by whether or [16:13] not you support Trump. That's what it's [16:16] about. Is the Republican party protariff [16:18] or anti-tariff? I don't know. It depends [16:19] how Trump's feeling that day. Is the [16:21] Republican party pro- foreign [16:23] intervention or anti-forign [16:24] intervention? Uh, it depends on how [16:25] Trump's feeling that day. People can [16:27] whine and cry about that. I don't whine [16:29] and cry about that. That's just a [16:30] descriptive matter. It's a fact about [16:32] how politics works now. It the [16:34] Republican party is defined by whether [16:37] or not you support Trump and so is the [16:39] Democrat party. All these different [16:41] people all the way up to including Bill [16:43] Crystal. Bill Crystal who was one of the [16:44] intellectual leaders of the right for [16:45] decades is now a pink hatwearing [16:47] Democrat simply because he opposes [16:50] Trump. Okay. So Trump is is a truly [16:54] polarizing figure which means if Trump [16:59] leaves the political arena and I'm not [17:00] convinced he will. I think he'll [17:01] probably still exert a lot of influence [17:03] on the GOP, which means he'll exert a [17:05] lot of influence on the whole politics, [17:06] which means it will still be about him. [17:08] But if he were to uh remove himself to [17:11] some degree after he leaves office, [17:14] you're going to get chaos. You're going [17:15] to get absolute total chaos. Uh you're [17:19] going to see old factions emerging. [17:21] You're already starting to see that in [17:22] the shadow war for 2028. But what what [17:26] you're also going to get is this [17:27] reaction to Trump. Everything is going [17:29] to have to be about punishing Trump and [17:32] everybody around him. If the Democrats, [17:35] bringing us back to our first point on [17:36] Kelshi, if the Democrats retake the [17:38] House and the Senate, you are certainly [17:41] going to see movements to impeach him. [17:42] What you're mostly going to see though [17:44] is just endless investigations. Endless [17:46] subpoenas, endless investigations of all [17:48] of Trump's associates, all of Trump's [17:50] family, all of Trump's employees, all of [17:53] Trump's employees neighbors, all of [17:56] Trump's employees neighbors, third [17:57] cousins that live in a different state, [17:59] anyone even remotely close to the blast [18:01] radius of Trump, and Trump is a very [18:03] potent figure, you are going to see very [18:05] personal attacks on them. Uh it it kind [18:09] of was ever thus [18:12] because no matter what some of the [18:14] squishier Republicans and whatever the [18:16] Democrats want to say, they say politics [18:17] isn't just about Trump. It isn't about [18:18] one man. It kind of is. It kind of is. [18:21] He's our Napoleon. Okay? And that's what [18:23] it's about. That is what they are going [18:25] to do. And the fallout from that is [18:27] going to be brutal because if the [18:29] Democrats simply had a policy agenda, at [18:32] least you could counter that with [18:33] rational arguments. But they don't. They [18:35] are out for revenge. They are out for [18:37] blood. Some of them tried to murder [18:40] Trump and other Republicans along the [18:41] way and many of the other Democrats have [18:43] encouraged that, have supported that. [18:45] They were like literally out for blood [18:46] in some cases. That's your next two [18:49] years, two and a half years if President [18:51] Trump uh if if the Republicans in the [18:54] House and the Senate lose their power. [18:57] That's what you're looking at. And soon [18:58] enough, they'll come for you. Uh you [19:00] don't need to believe me on this. the [19:02] chief law enforcement officer in the [19:04] state of New York, Leticia James, was [19:05] just in a a midterm election debate with [19:08] her opponent. It's the debate for state [19:10] attorney general. Leticia James [19:13] accidentally let the cat out of the bag [19:15] that facts in the law are not relevant [19:17] to her and the Democrats policy agenda. [19:22] >> Uh, Miss James, should prediction [19:23] markets be regulated by the state [19:25] government or the federal government? [19:26] >> Yes, we've sued two. That [19:28] >> sounds like you mean the state? [19:30] >> Yeah. [19:30] >> Okay. [19:32] Please call me daddy. [19:32] >> That's a pending case then. And it's an [19:34] important one. I have to look at the [19:35] facts in the law when I'm attorney [19:36] general on January 1. I'll do that. [19:38] >> You don't have to look at the facts and [19:39] the law. All you have to do is study [19:40] what they do. It is illegal in the state [19:42] of New York. [19:43] >> Well, there you go. You don't have to [19:44] look at the facts and the law, [19:44] gentlemen. You're attorney general. [19:46] >> Miss, [19:46] >> you don't have to look at the facts and [19:49] the law. Democrats 2026. [19:52] That was a true Freudian slip. You know [19:54] what a Freudian slip is where you say [19:55] one thing but mean your mother. That was [19:57] a true Freudian slip from Leticia James. [20:00] You don't have to look at the facts in [20:02] the law. I'm suing. I'm G. Leticia James [20:05] when she ran for AG the first time, she [20:07] basically ran on that motto. She said, [20:09] "Elect me and I'll get Trump." The exact [20:12] same point we were just talking about [20:14] here. She's talking about prediction [20:15] markets and cowi and what and in fact [20:17] part of the reason they don't like [20:18] prediction markets is because a lot of [20:20] conservative Republicans are involved in [20:21] prediction markets. That's another [20:23] issue. But she says, "No, no, no, forget [20:25] about that. I'm going to get Trump. Vote [20:26] for me. I'm going to get Trump. I [20:28] already know my criminal. I'll come up [20:30] with the crime afterward. Don't worry, [20:32] I've already got my verdict. I'm gonna [20:34] come up with the case before that. I'm [20:36] gonna come up with the the reasoning [20:37] before that. [20:39] Same thing here. This is true with [20:41] everything. I've got my answer. I'll [20:43] I'll fill in the blanks. I know that we [20:46] need a lot of weird sex stuff. I'll fill [20:48] in the blanks of the biological [20:49] arguments for trans or LGBT or whatever. [20:52] I'll fill that in beforehand. I know [20:54] that we're going to kill babies. We have [20:55] to kill babies for for the liberal [20:57] conception of women's freedom. I'll [20:59] backfill the ethical and biological [21:01] arguments afterward. [21:03] I know that we're going to give amnesty [21:05] to all the illegals. I'll backfill the [21:07] arguments afterward. Forget about the [21:09] You don't You don't need facts and the [21:12] law. Democrats 2026. That's what they're [21:16] campaigning on. [21:18] Get ready. Okay. So, let's look at the [21:22] other side. Let's focus in on the [21:23] midterms from the Republican angle. We [21:24] will move from the facts and the law to [21:26] something much more important which is [21:28] of course physique. President Trump goes [21:30] viral yesterday. All the left-wing [21:31] accounts posting this because he seems [21:34] to be commenting on complimenting [21:38] the apparently hot body of the [21:42] Republican nominee for Senate in Ohio. [21:45] >> That means I like Ohio. We have to get [21:47] Vive and we have to get John. [21:51] Got to get them in. And I think they [21:53] will. I think they're going to be in [21:54] good shape. But I'm standing over here [21:56] and I don't do this with men very often. [21:58] I started examining his body because I [22:01] didn't know he was a great athlete. And [22:03] I looked and I watched up and down. I [22:06] looked at his ass and I looked at the [22:08] whole [22:09] and then I looked at his hands. Look at [22:11] his hands. He's got these like claws [22:16] and I got it. You are a great athlete. I [22:18] didn't know [22:20] >> watching Trump do this. This is like [22:24] watching Michelangelo paint the ceiling. [22:26] Okay. And you know, some of you might [22:28] not even be aware that that is what [22:29] you're watching. [22:31] Watching Trump do this, whatever this [22:34] is. [22:35] You are watching Babe Ruth call his [22:38] shot. Okay? You are watching Jordan in [22:40] his prime. [22:42] Why? What is he doing? People look at [22:44] this. Even conservatives look at this [22:45] and say, "This is weird. Why is he [22:47] talking about a guy? Why is he talking [22:49] about anybody's hot body? Why is he [22:50] talking about a guy's hot body? The the [22:52] Senate nominee for the Republicans. And [22:55] what what is he doing? [22:57] One, he knows exactly what he's doing. I [23:01] realized this when I saw I've only been [23:03] to one Trump rally. I've been around the [23:05] president. I've been fortunate enough to [23:06] be in rooms with the president on a [23:08] number of occasions. I've been a huge [23:09] admirer of his for 10 years, more than [23:11] 10 years. I'm a New Yorker. So, as a [23:13] kid, you know, Trump was on every [23:15] newspaper and every uh every tabloid, [23:18] but [23:20] I saw it at MSG at the at the MSG rally. [23:23] When he walked out on stage, I [23:24] appreciate it for the first time, which [23:26] is that Trump is Elvis. He knows how to [23:30] work the audience with a precision that [23:33] you see from Elvis and very few other [23:35] people. He knows exactly the effect that [23:37] his words will have. So he comes out [23:39] here and he makes these comments that [23:41] seem super gay, but nobody thinks that [23:45] Trump is gay, right? Nobody, the [23:46] Democrats are trying to insinuate that [23:48] now. It ties them in a knot because they [23:49] think that gay is a good thing and [23:51] everything Trump does is bad, but [23:52] they're kind of insinuating that he's [23:53] gay is an insult, but nobody thinks [23:55] Trump's gay. Whatever you want to say [23:56] about Trump, he probably ain't gay, [23:58] right? This is a man who is most famous [24:00] for being a little bit of a ladies man, [24:03] billionaire playboy, supermodels on each [24:05] arm. Nobody thinks that he's he's gay. [24:08] So, why is he making these comments? [24:11] Well, in part, the way he's speaking [24:13] here, it's kind of like baseball players [24:15] going out and smacking each other on the [24:16] behind, you know, after that seems kind [24:18] of gay, too, but it's not. It's kind of [24:20] like It's like a big macho guy wearing a [24:22] pink polo shirt for that matter. You [24:24] know, something that is apparently [24:25] effeminite on the outside is just [24:28] containing the verility, the animal [24:30] beast on the inside. What what it really [24:33] is here is having a little bit of fun. I [24:36] don't know. You know, like baseball [24:38] players doing that. No one thinks [24:40] they're gay. Unless it's the Boston Red [24:41] Sox. Nobody thinks they're gay, right? [24:43] It's uh it's having a little bit of fun. [24:46] It's being a little weird. It's being a [24:47] little unexpected. But what is the [24:49] political point of this? The political [24:52] point is, were you talking about John [24:55] Husted yesterday? [24:57] No. Were you talking about John Hustad [25:00] two days ago or three days ago or ever [25:02] in your life? [25:04] No, you weren't. Are you talking about [25:07] John Husted now? Yeah, everybody is [25:09] because that clip is going viral because [25:11] it was so weird. [25:13] And what are you saying about John [25:15] Husted? What are you thinking about him? [25:18] Because Trump could have come out and [25:19] said John Hustad has a very good [25:22] economic agenda and he's going to vote [25:24] to cut taxes and he is going to keep our [25:27] country safe and he is a good upright [25:30] family man and he is [25:35] he goes out what if he's basically doing [25:37] an alpuccino please pardon the slightly [25:40] but he's basically going out there like [25:41] Pacino AND THEN HE'S GOT A GRERS AND YOU [25:44] GOT YOUR HEAD ALL THE WAY YOU HE'S GOING [25:46] out there and calling your attention ion [25:49] to this man who needs a lot of support [25:51] because we could lose Ohio right now and [25:52] that would be very very bad because Ohio [25:54] is a Republican state and all you're [25:56] thinking about him is John Husted. He [25:58] looks good. [26:01] Trump couldn't get you to think about [26:03] John Hustad if he didn't say something [26:04] weird. And he couldn't get you to think [26:06] about John Husted in this way that is [26:07] very visual. Trump is always very [26:08] graphic, very visual. Uh he he kind of [26:11] paints with his poetic diction. He did [26:13] that with all the nicknames in 2016 [26:15] onward. And all you're thinking is John [26:17] Hustad. He's an athlete. He's strong. He [26:20] But instead of saying like John Husted, [26:22] strong for Ohio, strong for America, [26:25] like some stupid political campaign. [26:27] Instead, you're thinking like, "Wow, [26:28] he's got really firm glutes. He's got [26:31] really powerful hands. You It's It's [26:34] just so much more evocative. [26:37] Drives the left crazy. [26:39] It's kind of funny. We're in on the [26:42] joke. Trump is doing He's like saying a [26:44] thing that's kind of gay, but we all [26:46] know he's not gay. We're like in on the [26:48] joke. Drives his enemies crazy. [26:51] And what's the upshot of it? John [26:53] Hustid's name ID goes up. The a positive [26:56] image of him goes up. There's a chance [26:58] that we win Ohio. There's a chance we [26:59] hold the Senate. Love it. Love it, man. [27:02] That's [27:04] We're just watching political [27:05] Michelangelo. Okay, speaking of weird [27:07] sex stuff, I do have to get to Toby [27:09] Maguire officiating the wedding of his [27:10] wife to another man. Uh, first I want to [27:15] tell you about GOP votes. There's a lot [27:17] more to say. First though, go to [27:17] GOPvotes.org. [27:19] The Democratic Socialists of America won [27:21] primaries across the country. Next, [27:23] they're coming for Congress and they're [27:24] coming for you. If they win the [27:26] midterms, they will defund the police, [27:28] reopen our border, and force men into [27:30] women's sports. You are the last line of [27:32] defense. And GOPvotes.org is your [27:34] partner in the fight. Go to GOPvotes.org [27:37] right now. Make a plan to vote early. If [27:39] you live in the critical Senate [27:40] battleground states of Maine, Ohio, or [27:42] Iowa, early voting is already underway. [27:44] This week, Democrats are energized and [27:46] the stakes have never been higher. We [27:48] cannot afford to have people like AOC [27:50] and her communist cronies running the [27:52] show. That is why I need you to make a [27:54] plan to vote early right now. Go to [27:56] gopvotes.org. [27:59] Find your polling location. Vote early. [28:00] Stop the socialist takeover of America. [28:03] Paid for by SLFAC. Not authorized by any [28:05] candidate or candidates committee. [28:08] Toby Maguire has gone viral for [28:12] officiating the wedding of his wife to [28:14] another man. Uh this other man is the [28:18] heir to a Nigerian billionaire. Uh so [28:22] you know I guess I don't know. I guess [28:23] all the kids will probably do well, get [28:26] get a decent inheritance. There are a [28:27] lot of kids here. Uh the the wife and [28:32] Toby Maguire got married decades ago. Uh [28:36] then she and Maguire separated. I think [28:38] they met on the set of Seab Biscuit. [28:41] They were married for a long time, had a [28:42] couple kids. She and Maguire separated [28:44] 10 years ago. They filed for divorce 6 [28:48] years ago. They got divorced last month. [28:53] They got divorced last month. Now Toby [28:54] Magguire is officiating the wedding now. [28:58] Four months ago. So before the divorce [29:00] was finalized, this woman gave birth to [29:03] the new husband, Jeffrey Ogan's [29:06] daughter, [29:08] but she of course has teenage kids with [29:10] Toby Maguire and everybody was at the [29:13] wedding and Tobey Maguire was [29:16] officiating. [29:18] Oh man, everybody's making fun of Tobey [29:20] Maguire for this and they're like [29:23] calling him a cuckled because he's like [29:24] it's not it's not just that his wife, [29:26] you know, is with another man. He's like [29:28] officiating the wedding. So you Okay, [29:31] it's worse than that. It's worse than [29:33] that. I There's no evidence that this [29:35] woman cheated on Toby Maguire. There's [29:37] no evidence that Tobeby Magcguire [29:38] opposes this wedding. Uh there is [29:41] precedent for celebrities doing this [29:44] kind of thing. Don't for Harrison and [29:46] Eric Clapton cheered a wife. Remember [29:47] that one? She was she was George [29:49] Harrison's wife. Then Eric Clapton fell [29:51] in love with her. George Harrison said, [29:52] "Whatever, you can have her." And then [29:53] George Harrison showed up to the [29:54] wedding. So, you know, stars are a [29:57] little weird. [29:59] The the reason this has political import [30:01] though, and the reason I suspect that [30:04] Tobey Magcguire agreed to officiate, [30:06] that the wife asked him to officiate, [30:08] that they say they're best friends, but [30:10] now she's marrying this other guy, is [30:12] because they think it seems nice. They [30:15] think that this is the nice thing to do. [30:16] When couples divorce, it's so often [30:19] acrimonious, and that's really bad for [30:21] the kids. And so, this is the nice thing [30:24] to do. This rests upon an even earlier [30:28] error which is this belief that has [30:30] become popularized in recent decades [30:32] that it is better for kids if parents [30:35] get divorced. [30:37] An idea that no one ever held anywhere [30:40] ever for all of human history until like [30:41] 40 years ago. They said it is better for [30:44] is previously if if mommy and daddy [30:47] didn't like each other very much, they'd [30:48] try to work through their problems and [30:49] they would at least stay together for [30:50] the sake of the kids. But then in the [30:53] wake of the sexual revolution, they [30:54] said, "No, no, no." They came up with [30:55] this this new idea. They said, "It's [30:57] actually what's really good for the kids [30:59] is for mommy and daddy to be happy." And [31:02] the way that mommy and daddy are going [31:04] to be happy is by divorcing and dating [31:06] other people. That'll make them happy. [31:09] So there are two errors there. one uh [31:13] it it is not better for the kids for [31:16] parents to pursue their own happiness [31:18] over the stability and the good of the [31:22] marriage which exists for the [31:25] procreation and education of children [31:26] and when it is dissolved it blows up the [31:28] whole world of the kids. That's the [31:30] first error. The second error is the [31:32] parents aren't even happy. They split up [31:34] and they say they're going to be happier [31:36] and they're not. just practically [31:37] speaking, they're generally more [31:38] miserable because especially when you [31:40] have kids, you can't actually end a [31:42] marriage because you're you still have [31:44] to talk to the person. You still have to [31:45] arrange child visits. You still have to [31:47] figure out holidays. You still have to [31:49] deal with this person for the rest of [31:50] your life. So, it's not that you get you [31:53] end the marriage. It's not that, okay, [31:55] fine, I'm going to have some new [31:55] problems, but I'm going to at least end [31:57] this bad marriage. You just have a worse [31:58] marriage and then maybe you have another [32:00] marriage to somebody else. So, anyway, [32:02] all sorts of errors on top of that. But [32:04] then you have this newer error, which [32:06] is, you know what'll be really good? [32:09] Okay, we we divorced. It's bad. It's [32:11] going to be a little tough for the kids, [32:13] but you know what? We're going to be my [32:15] ex and I we're going to be really really [32:16] good friends. We're going to support [32:17] each other. We're going to go to each [32:18] other's new weddings. Hey, I'll tell you [32:20] what. Let's have my ex-husband officiate [32:23] our wedding. Won't that be really nice? [32:24] But it's not. It's worse. It's much much [32:27] worse than even an acrimonious divorce [32:29] because it it creates the sin of scandal [32:35] or or it exemplifies the sin of scandal. [32:38] Scandal is an obstacle. It's the sort of [32:40] thing that causes one to stumble, to [32:42] lose one's faith, to lose lose one's [32:44] understanding of the world. And then [32:46] what is the lesson that a kid is [32:48] supposed to take from this? Whether [32:50] we're talking about these people's kids [32:52] or other people's kids, what is the [32:54] lesson that we're supposed to take? The [32:56] lesson we're supposed to take is that [32:57] marriage is not permanent. The lesson [32:59] we're supposed to take is that the uh [33:02] individual autonomy of individuals uh [33:04] trumps any responsibility they may have, [33:06] including the responsibility to their [33:08] kids. It makes it much more likely that [33:10] people are going to that the kids are [33:11] going to get divorced later on down the [33:12] road. This is borne out statistically, [33:14] but it makes it more likely even just [33:17] out of common sense because you have an [33:19] understanding of marriage which is no [33:20] longer permanent, which is no longer [33:22] monogamous, which is no longer anything [33:24] even resembling marriage. So, I'm not [33:26] going to beat up on Toby Magcguire. I [33:27] think it's kind of mean and or even this [33:29] wife or the or the billionaire heir or [33:33] any of these people. This is the natural [33:35] outgrowth of our radical [33:38] misunderstanding of marriage today. I [33:40] mean, in a world where Anthony Kennedy [33:42] can say that marriage isn't even limited [33:44] to a man and a woman, that marriage is [33:47] just uh derived from the right to [33:50] intimacy that is written in invisible [33:52] ink in the constitution and that two [33:53] fellas or two ladies or three guys in a [33:55] billy goat can get married. In that [33:57] world, [33:58] whatever Toby Magcguire is doing here is [34:00] is relatively normal. You know, at least [34:02] the the the multiple marriages involved [34:05] one man and one woman. [34:08] But [34:10] this is the fruit of misunderstanding [34:13] marriage and of of trying to change the [34:14] reality of marriage. This is the [34:16] inevitable fruit of that and began long [34:17] before so-called gay marriage. And it [34:19] began many many decades ago. But does [34:22] anyone think this is good? No. Everyone [34:24] thinks this is shameful. Everyone thinks [34:25] this is wrong. Everyone thinks this is [34:26] embarrassing. Everyone thinks this is [34:28] bad for the kids and everybody else. So, [34:30] are we going to have the courage to say, [34:32] "Okay, [34:34] if this is too far, if this is bad, if [34:36] this is obviously wrong, [34:38] how how far do we have to unwind to get [34:43] back to something good and right and [34:45] normal?" Cuz I we don't just have to [34:48] unwind to husbands, don't officiate the [34:51] marriage of your wife to another man. [34:53] We're going to have to unwind a little [34:54] further than that. We're going to [34:56] definitely have to unwind back to the [34:58] time when we realized marriage is the [35:00] union of a man and a woman. We're going [35:02] to have to unwind a little further than [35:03] that. We're going to have to get to [35:04] marriage is the union of a man and a [35:06] woman ordered toward procreation and the [35:09] education of children. We're going to [35:10] have to unwind a little earlier than [35:11] that, I think, though, to marriage is [35:14] the union of one man and one woman [35:16] ordered toward the procreation and [35:17] education of children for life, [35:21] which is what marriage was understood to [35:23] be, certainly in our civilization, but [35:24] basically everywhere in the world [35:26] forever until we screwed it all up. [35:28] Okay. [35:30] Okay. Beyond that scandal, I want to get [35:32] I want to get to other perverse [35:34] behaviors on campus. Speaking of [35:35] children, because liberal college [35:37] students across the country now have a [35:40] more favorable view of Palestine than [35:42] they do of the United States. [37:00] My favorite comment yesterday is from [37:02] Daniel Wis 8 who says Terarico spent 10 [37:06] days talking to his constituents. [37:09] Very well-written comment. It's got a [37:12] little subtlety to it. There's a little [37:14] dryness. Telerico just spent 10 days [37:16] talking to his constituents. Yes. Make [37:18] of that what you will. [37:20] According to a new survey released by [37:23] the Buckley Institute, my old stomping [37:25] grounds, uh, this is the 2026 National [37:29] Undergraduate Student Survey. Liberal [37:31] students now have a higher favorable [37:33] opinion of Palestine than they do of the [37:36] United States. [37:38] 59% of under the good news is 59% of [37:41] liberal undergraduates have a favorable [37:43] view of the United States. I actually [37:44] thought it would be lower. I actually [37:46] thought it would be lower. Isn't that [37:47] crazy? The vast majority of [37:49] undergraduate students are liberal. And [37:52] I thought most of them would hate the [37:54] United States. But no, it's only almost [37:56] half of them. 59% say that they [38:00] basically like the United States. 64% [38:03] have a favorable view of Palestine. [38:06] Palestine, which is not a state, which [38:08] is not a nation. It's a it's a [38:10] territory. It's in it's a geographical [38:13] area, disputed area, but [38:16] that's that's considered more favorable [38:18] than uh the US by American students. [38:21] Okay. Uh conservatives, no surprise, [38:23] have the highest favorable opinion of [38:24] the US. Um 22% of undergrads say that [38:28] America deserved 9/11. More than one in [38:31] five say America deserve 911. Uh a lot [38:35] of them, 40% say that offensive speech [38:37] should be subject to criminal [38:38] prosecution. You know, on and on and on. [38:39] Okay. I want to focus though on th on [38:42] those two numbers. The uh Palestine [38:45] favorability and the 22% who say America [38:48] deserve 911. There are lots of different [38:50] purposes to uh education. The chief [38:53] purpose of liberal education is to help [38:54] us make sense of our freedom. As I've [38:56] said many times, and I'm in the minority [38:59] of conservatives who say this because [39:01] most conservatives say either don't go [39:02] to college or if you do go to college, [39:04] study something practical like business [39:05] or you know become an electrician or [39:07] something. And I don't think that's [39:08] true. I think if you go to college, you [39:10] should study something that is uh [39:14] not all that practical. I think you [39:15] should get a liberal education. In other [39:18] words, you should be able to read dusty [39:19] old books written by long deadad authors [39:22] and uh help make sense of your own [39:25] freedom because that's the purpose. It's [39:27] liberal education is the freedom b [39:28] befitting a free man and benefiting a [39:31] free man for that matter. Okay? And you [39:32] can go go to trade school afterward if [39:34] you want to become a doctor or a lawyer [39:35] or an electrician or anything. You can [39:37] go do that afterward, but that's not the [39:38] purpose of liberal education. [39:40] That is basically impossible in the US [39:42] today. At at most schools, that is [39:47] almost impossible. [39:49] Most schools don't even pretend to offer [39:51] that anymore. There are a handful of [39:52] great institutions. Places like [39:54] Hillsdale, A Maria, uh, a handful of [39:56] others. I don't want to just pick [39:57] favorites, but but those are the two [39:59] that have offered me honorary degrees, [40:00] so I'll give them I'll give them a [40:02] little shout out. And they do they do a [40:04] very good job. But a few others do, you [40:05] know, Franciscan, uh, Thomas Aquinus [40:08] College at some of the [40:11] older, you know, kind of more liberal [40:13] schools. You, it's still possible. I [40:15] think it's still possible to get that at [40:17] Yale maybe, but like five students a [40:19] year get that. The vast majority do not. [40:21] Okay. So, if you, if you're not going to [40:22] get that, the second purpose of [40:24] education is to form good citizens. [40:27] It's at least to inculcate a a a sense [40:31] of civic responsibility and pride such [40:33] that you we're we are investing public [40:36] resources in you and you are going to [40:37] become a good citizen of the United [40:39] States. It's obviously not doing that. [40:40] 22% say that America deserve 911. So if [40:43] it's if we're not getting the liberal [40:45] education, we're not getting the civic [40:47] education, okay, at the very least, are [40:48] we getting a practical education or are [40:49] we at least learning some useful skills [40:51] so people can go ahead and make money? [40:53] No, we're not getting that either. [40:55] you're not getting anything out of it. [40:57] So, at this point, it it becomes a a [41:00] political priority. We have to [41:04] defund these schools. We need to bring [41:06] the weight of the state and the alumni [41:10] and the trustees and whatever [41:12] institutions we can to reform these [41:14] schools. They're very very [41:17] perverse. They're they're doing the [41:18] opposite of what they're supposed to do. [41:20] Uh, now the Palestine number, [41:23] Palestine is Wakanda. If you didn't know [41:26] that before, you should know that now. [41:28] Palestine is not a real place. I mean, [41:31] it's not a real state. Like, it's [41:32] literally not a state, but I mean, the [41:35] Palestine that the liberal activists [41:37] talk about is not a real place. [41:40] I am concerned about the legitimate [41:43] rights of Palestinian Arabs. I that's [41:46] that's another kind of unpopular view on [41:49] the American right. You either have to, [41:51] you know, essentially cheer on uh the [41:54] indiscriminate destruction of the [41:56] Palestinian people or you have to put on [41:59] the keia and, you know, detest the state [42:02] of Israel and, you know, start marching [42:04] for free Palestine. And I don't agree [42:07] with either of those. Uh, I I am [42:10] concerned about the legitimate rights of [42:12] the Palestinian people, but I recognize [42:14] that the Palestinian people have not [42:16] demonstrated any capacity for [42:18] self-government, that it would probably [42:20] not serve the interests of the United [42:22] States or the interests of the [42:22] Palestinian people, certainly not the [42:24] interests of the state of Israel. if the [42:25] if the Palestinians got more political [42:27] autonomy and that this is a problem that [42:30] goes back a long time, not just 1400 [42:32] years since the beginning of Islam, but [42:35] the the the problem of this troublesome [42:37] province has gone back many millennia at [42:39] this point. Okay? So, I take that issue [42:42] seriously. I am not just dismissing the [42:44] issue of Palestine. [42:46] The students marching for free [42:48] Palestine, they do not take that issue [42:50] seriously. They don't know anything [42:52] about Palestine. They don't care to know [42:53] anything about Palestine. Palestine is [42:56] Wakanda for them. Palestine is utopia [42:59] for them. Palestine is just a symbol. [43:02] It's a symbol of not America. It's the [43:05] symbol of not colonialism. It's a symbol [43:07] of not white. It's a symbol of not [43:09] Christian. Even though Palestine one of [43:11] the earliest Christian communities, [43:13] though the Christians have largely been [43:14] run out of there, uh, nevertheless, [43:16] it's, you know, we we have in the Holy [43:18] Land, the Holy Sephilic, so many of the [43:20] important holy sites. There are still [43:22] some Palestin some Christian communities [43:25] within the Palestinian territories. [43:27] Obviously, a bunch within the state of [43:28] Israel. Uh it doesn't matter. It's it's [43:31] kind of like the point we were talking [43:32] about with uh with Trump that Trump is [43:34] polarizing. [43:36] So, it just everything becomes about [43:37] Trump. The Republican party is all about [43:39] Trump, but the Democrat party is all [43:40] about Trump, too. It's the same thing [43:43] here. Palest had if these kids been [43:45] around in the 80s, they would be [43:46] marching for South Africa. South Africa [43:49] which is worse off today than it was in [43:51] the 1980s. South Africa which now has [43:53] like open calls for genocide of the [43:55] white people there. South Africa whose [43:57] political and economic situation has [43:59] really plummeted over the last decade, [44:01] two decades. South Africa was never [44:03] about South Africa when you had the [44:04] anti-apartid protests. [44:07] All the anti-apartid protests were about [44:09] was [44:10] not America, not colonialism, not [44:13] imperialism, not white people, not this, [44:15] not that. Uh so that's really what [44:17] they're talking about here. Uh it's it's [44:18] concerning, but the uh 22% say America [44:22] deserved 9/11 and 64% have a more [44:25] favorable view of of Palestine. Th those [44:28] are basically the same numbers. It's [44:31] reflecting the same underlying fact [44:33] which is uh not about any particular [44:35] place or other. It's about uh liberal [44:37] students hating that which is their own. [44:40] And it is because they hate themselves. [44:42] And who knows, maybe some of them were [44:43] scandalized by the uh improper ways that [44:47] they were raised. Another story I [44:48] really, really want to get to, I know [44:50] I'm running late. The DOJ is going [44:52] after, not just Ilhanomar, but DOJ is [44:54] going after the major news networks over [44:57] antirust violations because they cut [45:00] coverage of the White House because [45:03] President Trump kicked CNN out. It's a [45:04] little bit of a convoluted story, but [45:06] what it comes down to is a lot of [45:08] conservatives who talk a big game. They [45:10] talk a big big game. They're the second [45:12] coming of Charlemagne. A lot of those [45:14] conservatives will clutch their pearls. [45:16] They will flinch. They will blink at the [45:18] slightest sign of push back. Uh so we'll [45:20] get into that. I don't have time right [45:21] now. We get Tiki Tuesday. We have to get [45:23] to that.
