Transcript [00:00] You know folks, Americans rely on credit [00:01] cards for secure payments and seamless [00:04] transactions, but consumers stand to [00:05] lose it all with the Durban Marshall [00:07] credit card mandate bill. Big government [00:09] mandates favor corporate mega stores and [00:11] allow them to choose how your credit [00:13] card is processed. They might end up [00:14] using untested payment networks that [00:16] could jeopardize your data security and [00:18] rewards. Tell Congress to guard your [00:21] card because Americans lose when [00:22] politicians choose. Visit [00:24] guardyoucard.com to learn more. That's [00:26] guardyoucard.com. [00:28] Paid for by the electronic payments [00:30] coalition. [00:31] >> He's here. He's here. [00:34] Now broadcasting from the underground [00:37] command post deep in the boughels of a [00:39] hidden bunker somewhere under the brick [00:42] and steel of a nondescript building. [00:44] We've once again made contact with our [00:46] leader, Mark. Love them. [01:10] Heat up [01:31] here. [02:04] Hello America, Mark Levin. here. Our [02:06] number 877381-3811 [02:10] 8773813811. [02:12] Look, I really wanted to be with you [02:15] yesterday. I really, really did. [02:19] But here's what happened. [02:22] And we're going to jump into today's [02:24] events with both feet. [02:26] Here's what happened. [02:30] A publisher contacted [02:33] Fox [02:36] maybe six weeks ago, give or take. [02:41] And [02:43] the request was [02:47] that I specifically conduct an interview [02:53] for an author. [02:57] And that author is associate justice of [02:59] the Supreme Court, Sam Alo. [03:05] And so, of course, I jumped at the [03:07] chance and I'm honored that he would ask [03:10] for me. And he and I first met in 1985 [03:16] when I was working at the Department of [03:18] Justice and he was working at the [03:19] Department of Justice. [03:22] We barely knew each other, but we got to [03:24] know each other and we hit it off. [03:30] And so yesterday I was at the Supreme [03:33] Court [03:36] went into the justice's chambers. We had [03:38] a wonderful discussion [03:41] and then we we taped the show [03:46] for Sunday [03:49] in one of the larger [03:52] conference rooms. [03:56] You are going to love this interview [03:58] because I know you in this audience. I [04:00] know how smart you are. I know how this [04:02] interests you [04:04] and I don't believe he's ever sat down [04:06] with anybody [04:08] for an hour. [04:11] certainly to have the kind of discussion [04:13] we had [04:16] and we went into everything from [04:21] originalism, textualism, the Gettsburg [04:24] address and Lincoln, [04:26] the constitutional convention. [04:30] No gotcha stuff, no politics. I don't [04:32] want to put the justice on the spot so [04:34] the Democrats can attack him or that [04:36] sort of thing. It's not appropriate. [04:40] It's his book [04:44] and it is a brilliant book and it is a [04:46] very interesting book. He also talks [04:48] about his love of baseball [04:51] and how there are lessons to learn in [04:52] baseball that apply to everyday life. [04:55] He's he's kind of a baseball fanatic, [04:58] which makes sense. He's a Phillies fan. [05:00] And of course, the fanatic is their [05:02] symbol. And I'm a Phillies fan, too, as [05:04] you can imagine. [05:07] Did they lose, by the way, in the [05:08] playoffs? I've been so busy, Mr. But I [05:10] don't know what the hell's going on in [05:12] baseball. Do you? You don't even follow [05:13] it because the Mets aren't in it, right? [05:16] The Yankees advanced. I'm guessing the [05:18] Phillies didn't, but I don't know. I'll [05:20] check it later. [05:22] And he talks about his heritage. [05:26] Oh, it's tied 1-1. How do you like that? [05:30] Um, and um he's Italian. the only the [05:34] second time Italian ever served in the [05:36] Supreme Court. The first obviously Anton [05:38] and Scalia and I think they were pretty [05:39] tight [05:42] and uh he's absolutely brilliant. He's [05:45] very quiet spoken [05:48] and you're going to learn a lot. I think [05:49] you're going to have a lot of fun. the [05:51] book has like multiple journeys built [05:54] within the book about uh sort of the [05:56] intellectual side as I was talking about [05:58] the constitution and he refers to [06:01] several things that are that are really [06:03] incredible and you're going to learn a [06:06] lot about him [06:08] and you're going to learn why that such [06:10] a soft-spoken brilliant man with a very [06:14] an ordinary common person's background [06:19] his father was born in Italy came to the [06:21] United States as as a baby. His mother [06:23] was born in the United States. [06:26] They both became teachers over time. [06:31] And this had enormous impact on him. He [06:33] was a circuit court judge, an appellet [06:35] judge for 15 years before he was on the [06:37] Supreme Court. And that's 20 years. [06:39] That's 35 years as a judge. He writes [06:42] about and we talk about what does it [06:43] mean to be a judge? What is judging [06:45] about? What is originalism about? And [06:48] you're going to be fascinated by this. [06:50] And what is this textualism? And the [06:53] fact that he writes that Anon Scalia [06:54] rejected strict textualism. He he [06:58] thought it was uh [07:01] well kind of undermine the notion of [07:03] judging. [07:05] That doesn't mean you don't look at the [07:06] text. [07:08] You look at the text of the legislation [07:10] that passed. You do not look at [07:13] hearings. You do not look at committee [07:16] meeting notes because those weren't [07:17] voted on by the House and the Senate. [07:20] And before Scalia got there, the left [07:22] was using that. We talk about so-called [07:25] globalist judicial review, which I kind [07:27] of touched on in [07:30] in my first book, Men in Black, but he [07:33] elaborates on it on judicial review. And [07:36] that the the idea that you would go [07:37] outside the country and look at other [07:39] people's experiences and constitutions [07:41] and laws was [07:43] well, let I'll let him speak for [07:45] himself. [07:48] So, I think you're going to come away [07:49] even more impressed [07:52] with Sam Alto. Even more impressed. [07:56] And um [07:59] it was just a [08:01] a wonderful uh you know experience [08:03] getting to see him again and it's been a [08:05] long time. I don't think I've talked to [08:07] him in 20 years or so. [08:10] Maybe in 20 years or so, you know. Uh so [08:13] that was exciting. It's exciting for a [08:15] nerd like me, you understand? [08:19] And the book is called, and let's go [08:21] ahead and link to it now, Mr. Producer, [08:22] while we're we're at it. It's called So [08:25] Ordered: [08:27] An Originalist View of the Constitution, [08:29] the Court, and Our Country. [08:32] I'm predicting to you now that [08:33] unfortunately the media, which is so [08:35] corrupt, especially the New York Times, [08:38] that they will take completely out of [08:40] context many of the things he has [08:42] written. [08:44] And in context, they make absolute sense [08:46] and they shouldn't even be controversial [08:49] to those of us who believe in our [08:52] our our constitution. [08:55] And it's clear he loves it. He loves the [08:57] country. You know, he had served in the [08:58] military. I had not known that before, [09:00] but we talk about that a little bit. [09:04] And uh so I think you're going to really [09:06] enjoy this interview. It's Sunday. It's [09:08] the full hour. [09:11] Um, and we're going to cover things that [09:13] will not be covered by anybody else just [09:15] because I literally read the book in two [09:18] nights cover to cover, took notes, did [09:21] other things as well. So, I think that's [09:24] uh [09:26] I think that's going to be very [09:28] interesting. It's going to be a lot of [09:29] fun for you. You're going to learn a [09:30] lot. [09:33] He's very preient in many respects, too. [09:35] He's [09:37] one of the greatest justices and yet [09:39] there's not a lot known about him, is [09:40] there? [09:42] And I think we have two of the greatest [09:44] justices in history on the court right [09:46] now. Of course, the great Clarence [09:47] Thomas and Sam Alto. [09:51] And when we had Antinine Scalia [09:55] and Sam Alo [09:57] and Clarence Thomas, those were the [10:00] three three of the greatest ever. [10:04] Ever. [10:06] And so that's what I was doing yesterday [10:09] is I tell you, it's not like I'm out [10:11] just killing time. Monday I had a heart [10:13] cathization. [10:15] Tuesday when I was on the show, I I had [10:18] had two uh root canals. I'm trying to [10:20] get everything taken care of here. And [10:22] then uh and Wednesday was a treat for me [10:25] and I want it to be a treat for you. So [10:28] uh [10:29] that's where I was. We're going to link [10:32] to his book now. It comes out next [10:34] Tuesday. You can order it on Amazon. [10:37] We're going to jump into this show and [10:38] we are going to talk about what took [10:40] place [10:42] with that airline and the Israeli [10:44] passengers and all the heroes that were [10:46] there because uh I once said to Rush [10:49] Limbbo and I've told some of you this [10:50] before. [10:52] I once said uh you know you're up and [10:54] then Sean's up and then I'm up but I'm [10:56] number three so [10:59] that's not great. And you know what he [11:00] said to me? Mark, but nobody's heard [11:02] from Mark Leven. [11:05] And that's a big deal. [11:08] Rush was the best. I'll be right back. [11:11] >> Mark Leven. [11:27] Tell you something, ladies and [11:28] gentlemen. the uh [11:31] the miraculous events that took place in [11:34] the air [11:37] that we woke up to in the morning [11:41] yesterday [11:44] is shockingly [11:47] well it's incredible. [11:50] It's incredible. We're learning now that [11:52] the co-pilot who tried to kill the [11:54] pilot, take down that jet, may well have [11:57] had dual citizenship, including with [11:59] Iran. [12:02] I think the president suspects, as does [12:04] the prime minister, that there are [12:06] links, but they have to prove them, and [12:07] they're busy doing it, and if anybody [12:08] can do it, the Israelis can, especially [12:10] with the assistance of the UAE and so [12:12] forth and the United States. [12:17] I think you see that you have a uh a [12:20] population, a civilization in Israel [12:22] where the vast majority of the people [12:24] there have served in the IDF [12:27] or have had something to do with the [12:29] military intelligence activity. It's [12:31] such a tiny country that everybody's [12:33] pretty much all in. [12:36] I think you could see how they they [12:38] reacted to this. She could see what a [12:39] hero pilot the Indian pilot was and is. [12:45] I mean having fought for his life, [12:48] he still had the [12:51] his sense about him to get that door [12:53] open in order to save the flight and [12:55] save all their lives. [12:59] Incredible. [13:01] And then citizens taking it upon [13:04] themselves [13:08] to take down the co-pilot. [13:12] And it's it is shocking [13:16] the nose dive that that jet was in. The [13:18] fact that [13:21] that civilian Mr. Producer could even [13:23] pull them out of it with eventually the [13:25] help of the crew. I mean, this is stuff [13:27] that movies are made of and movies [13:29] you're never going to believe. [13:33] I mean, can you imagine dropping that [13:36] fast [13:38] from about 34,000 ft in the air to what [13:43] was it? 17,000 or something like that or [13:46] 14,000 whatever it was [13:49] in a 30 to 60sec period. Can you imagine [13:51] being a passenger on the plane? [13:57] Incredible. [14:00] Now, obviously, I don't know if there's [14:02] terrorist connections or not, but if I [14:04] were a betting man, I would bet there [14:05] certainly are, and I would bet on Iran. [14:07] So, I'm sure everybody's looking at [14:09] that, who needs to look at it. [14:13] And they made abundantly clear that [14:14] something was going to happen before the [14:16] Israeli elections. Their goal is to [14:18] defeat Netanyahu, which is the goal of [14:21] the Marxist Islamists in our country, [14:23] the woke right neofascists in our [14:25] country, the Jew haters in our country. [14:27] They don't want a strong Israel. They [14:29] don't want a strong prime minister. They [14:32] want an Israel that'll come begging hat [14:34] in hand, willing to chop up its country [14:38] for peace in their time, which of course [14:40] will never happen, [14:42] or just willing to accommodate the [14:44] Europeans who are destroying themselves, [14:46] the left in our country that we seeks to [14:49] destroy us and turn us into Europe and [14:51] worse. They're not going to do it [14:53] because they won't survive. [14:55] Now, some some of those running might, [14:58] but Netanyahu never. This is why they [15:00] hate them. [15:02] Hamas was supposed to take them out. [15:05] They didn't. Hezbollah, they didn't. [15:08] Iran, they didn't. Now, they're hoping [15:11] the left in Israel and the media in [15:12] Israel will take out Netanyahu. [15:17] There are similarities [15:19] between their situation and our [15:21] situation in this country. [15:24] But let me just point this out because [15:27] there's a lot of people online that are [15:28] busy patting themselves on the head. [15:31] The war against Iran was never about the [15:33] straight horos although the flow of oil [15:36] is a truly great accomplishment right [15:38] now. The economic strangle hold on the [15:41] regime has been enormously successful. [15:43] The nuclear sites have been crippled if [15:45] not destroyed or the enriched weaponized [15:48] uranium buried deep underground from the [15:50] bombing campaign. [15:52] But the only way to prevent Iran from [15:54] ever having a nuclear weapon and [15:56] conducting terrorist activities all [15:58] around the world is to destroy the [16:00] regime. [16:02] And I think everyone who is serious [16:04] about this knows it. [16:07] Um [16:08] I don't think it'll come from the [16:10] economic pressure alone. I don't think [16:12] that'll take out the IRGC or the or [16:16] those actually running what's going on [16:18] in Iran. You don't hear from them. You [16:20] don't see their faces. [16:22] The monsters who are really running that [16:24] regime uh are not at the UN. They're not [16:27] with our envoys. They're not negotiating [16:29] a damn thing. [16:31] Nothing. [16:33] The foreign minister's a puppet. The [16:35] president's a puppet. They're all, [16:38] you know, [16:40] they're all mannequins in a window [16:42] basically. [16:46] And so the regime needs to be taken out. [16:48] And we're sending another [16:50] looks like carrier over there, Mr. [16:52] Producer, with 9,000 troops, 2,000 [16:55] Marines, and so forth and so on. And [16:59] I just think we're going to have to arm [17:01] the people over there. We're going to [17:02] have to do that. More and more people [17:04] are coming to see it my way [17:07] because that's really the only way you [17:09] can take them down. I don't know if the [17:12] CIA is risk averse. I just don't know. [17:14] Something's not right. [17:17] This was a common practice during the [17:19] Reagan administration, the Reagan [17:21] doctrine. [17:22] I'm not saying it's easy, but I'm [17:24] saying, and I agree with General Kaine, [17:26] that some ways people are making it more [17:29] complicated and difficult than it [17:30] actually is. Those people are rising up [17:32] again. They want help. Give it to them. [17:36] It helps them and it helps us. Give it [17:39] to them. [17:43] It's a liberation movement. [17:46] I'll be right back. [17:53] >> Mark Leven, an unapologetic patriot and [17:56] unapologetic constitutionalist. [18:00] You can reach him at 8773813811. [18:07] Here is uh Benjamin Netanyahu, the great [18:10] prime minister of Israel. And he [18:11] certainly is. Israel could not have a [18:13] better prime minister. I don't believe [18:15] Israel ever has. [18:18] Cut one. I believe this is on Hannity. [18:21] Cut one. Go. [18:22] >> The caving in the collapse before the uh [18:25] Islamist uh Marxist alliance is uh is [18:30] very dangerous for the future of the [18:31] West. I think many in America recognize [18:34] it. President Trump recognizes it. [18:36] Israel recognizes it. and who were [18:38] willing to u to act when necessary as [18:41] was done today obviously by a brave uh a [18:45] brave Israeli passenger and his and his [18:47] colleagues. I I have to tell you that um [18:50] I think President Trump's policy on [18:53] slapping these sanctions, the blockade [18:55] on Iran, I think it's very effective in [18:58] crippling the this uh the economic [19:00] capability of this regime to finance [19:03] terrorism globally, worldwide. Terrorism [19:06] that is ultimately directed at you. See, [19:09] we're just in their way. We're in their [19:11] way of conquering the entire Middle [19:13] East. But their real goal is you, [19:16] America. That's why they chant, they [19:18] call us the little Satan and you're the [19:20] big Satan. And they're out to get the [19:23] big Satan. And sooner or later, I think [19:25] the majority of Americans will recognize [19:26] it. [19:29] >> Here is Benjamin Netanyahu. He's get [19:31] where they're getting a little bit more [19:33] information this morning on Fox and [19:35] Friends. Cut to go. [19:36] >> Well, this is being investigated now and [19:39] as you know, the uh the attacker, the [19:41] co-pilot who attacked the captain uh is [19:45] now being interrogated. But here's what [19:47] we do know. First, we know that uh he [19:50] underwent Islamist radical [19:54] indoctrination. Uh that appears to be [19:56] something we're gathering from the [19:58] information, his personal information. [20:01] Uh we also know that after he was [20:03] subdued, you know that this guy was the [20:06] Israeli plumber, this hero who, you [20:10] know, broke into the cockpit and he [20:12] yanks him away from the instruments. He [20:14] wasn't sitting in the pilot seat. He was [20:16] not in his seat or the captain's seat. [20:19] He was in the center trying to jam the [20:21] instruments. So he yanks him away and [20:24] they subdue him. They subdued him. By [20:27] the way, just to understand this, they [20:29] they had to tie his hands. So they used [20:31] the cord of the earphones in the [20:34] cockpit. I mean, talk about [20:36] improvisation. Then they finally got [20:38] these uh these plastic uh uh whatever [20:41] you call, you know, cuffs that they [20:43] have. Uh but and and then he's lying [20:46] there now. He's he's this uh attacker [20:50] and he calls out to the uh to the air [20:54] crew, "Kill me. Kill me." All right. So, [20:57] it's clear he was suicidal. That's not a [21:00] question. It was clear he was going to [21:01] down that plane. It's not clear, but it [21:03] looks very likely that he was going to [21:05] down the plane and with all the [21:07] passengers in there. And if you couple [21:09] that with the what I just told you about [21:11] the Islamist uh um tendencies that [21:16] radicalization that uh were found in his [21:18] background. I think that's that'll give [21:21] us the a pretty good clue. But again, I [21:24] don't uh make final conclusions yet, but [21:28] that's the indications we have now. [21:30] >> Mhm. [21:32] You know, it's interesting. And the [21:33] opposition there is trying to pull all [21:35] the parties together in order to prevent [21:37] Lood and their alliances from winning [21:40] and him from becoming [21:43] the prime minister. [21:46] You would think at this point given the [21:49] way Israel is under attack from the [21:50] entire world except our country but [21:53] elements within our country, the [21:55] Democrat party, the Marxist Islamist, [21:57] the woke right neofascists [22:01] that they would unite around this man. [22:04] But it doesn't work that way. It's [22:05] incredible. It didn't work that way for [22:07] Churchill either. It didn't work that [22:08] way for Thatcher. [22:11] It didn't work that way for Thatcher [22:12] either. [22:15] So, what does the president think? He [22:16] was asked about it outside the White [22:18] House today. Cut three, go. [22:20] >> Has anybody briefed you about whether or [22:22] not the the guy the pilot of the Fly [22:25] Dubai plane is linked to Iran? We're [22:28] working on it right now. They're being [22:30] very open with us. Uh, I would say the [22:33] answer based on what I'm hearing is yes, [22:36] but we're working on it right now. So, [22:38] so this guy might have been either put [22:40] in there by the IRDC or radicalized some [22:43] other way and then he tries to take down [22:44] this plane. [22:45] >> It could have been. Yeah. [22:48] >> Could have been. Yep. Mhm. [22:53] Passenger on the the flight, the Dubai [22:56] flight, TAL [22:58] on Fox News today. Cut four. Go. So the [23:00] pilots it took them some time to and it [23:04] it might be few seconds but for me it [23:06] was it felt like forever. [23:09] I I've noticed that the the cockpit is [23:12] empty. There are there are no no one is [23:14] in the cockpit because one pilot is [23:17] lying on the floor bleeding and the [23:19] other pilot everyone is fighting him and [23:22] trying to uh to handcuff him. Um, and at [23:26] that moment I just quickly ran to the uh [23:29] to the other two pilots and I told them, [23:30] "Guys, you need to go to the cockpit. [23:32] You need to go to the cockpit." Um, I [23:34] think it took them a bit a few probably [23:37] it was seconds uh to understand what's [23:40] going on. And at some point, one of them [23:44] was literally jumping to the to the [23:46] front and jumping above the uh the two [23:50] other pilots that were uh one was [23:53] bleeding and one was uh everyone was [23:55] fighting him and he was jumping above [23:57] them and took the uh the control of the [24:00] aircraft [24:03] >> and yet the initial control was taken by [24:05] a plumber [24:08] who had been watching TV. Mr. reducer [24:10] and had watched a show in which not this [24:13] particular exact thing happened but how [24:16] to pull the plane out of a nose dive. Is [24:19] that not shocking? [24:21] It's incredible folks. I really feel [24:25] like can't the God of the hand of God [24:27] had to be on this flight. I'm not trying [24:30] to be overly dramatic here, [24:33] but for all these things to happen one [24:35] after another. It's just [24:39] I mean it's it's it's [24:41] to me it's like faith. What else can it [24:44] be? Let's all shahar passenger on the [24:48] flight as well. Cut five go. [24:50] >> Well, what can I say? It was a [24:52] horrifying situation. It felt like [24:55] forever. As you said, I was on that [24:58] plane with my four daughters. So, these [25:01] are my 14 and 11 and a half, but I have [25:04] also 7 years old and 5 and a half. [25:07] >> They all were really traumatized from [25:10] what happened. Uh, it all started, I [25:14] mean, we were an hour before we were [25:16] about to land back home, back in Israel. [25:18] That's what we wanted. We went on a trip [25:21] to Singapore. So Dubai was just a [25:24] connection um flight for us. [25:26] >> Mhm. [25:27] >> And we just were waiting to get back [25:28] home and suddenly there was a woman [25:33] uh came out of like the business class [25:36] and started screaming. There is lots of [25:39] blood and he stabbed him. He stabbed [25:43] him. Unfortunately, we as Israelis, we [25:47] are really we are very experienced with [25:49] these situations. So we kind of [25:51] immediately understood that there is a [25:55] terrorist on our flight and that is [25:58] trying to kill us all. That's simple as [26:01] is. Um trying to explain into words what [26:06] we were what we were going through is is [26:09] quite hard. [26:13] you know, a friend of mine, excuse me, [26:16] the former ambassador [26:18] to Israel from the United States, David [26:20] Freeman, he posted, "My thoughts after [26:24] digesting the incredible miracles of [26:26] yesterday that saved the passengers and [26:28] crew of the Fly Dubai flight bound for [26:30] Tel Aviv. [26:32] A murderous co-pilot armed with a weapon [26:35] behind a bulletproof latched cockpit [26:38] door has an overwhelming probability of [26:41] being able to down the aircraft. Here [26:43] are all the things that have to go right [26:46] to avoid that outcome. Number one, the [26:48] latch door must be opened. Number two, [26:51] the M pilot must be saved from his stab [26:54] wounds. [26:56] Number three, the murderous co-pilot [26:57] must be restrained. [27:00] Number four, the aircraft must be [27:02] rapidly stabilized. [27:05] Number five, someone must be on board [27:06] who knows how to fly the plane now that [27:08] both pilots are disabled. [27:11] Six, the pilots must overcome the broken [27:13] rudder that snapped off as a result of [27:16] the accelerated descent. [27:19] Number eight, the new pilots must land [27:21] the damaged aircraft under extreme [27:23] pressure. [27:26] The probability of all this going right [27:30] is infantismal, [27:32] especially when the plane is being [27:34] reclaimed by untrained ordinary [27:37] Israelis. [27:39] This in a nutshell is the miracle of [27:43] Israel and the powerful proof that those [27:45] who seek its destruction physically, [27:47] politically or diplomatically will only [27:49] fail. [27:52] Well, it is unbelievable. It is [27:57] just unbelievable [28:00] the things that had to go right, the [28:02] heroes that had to do what they did, the [28:05] survivability of the pilot who is a true [28:08] hero, an Indian pilot, [28:12] uh the plumber [28:15] who took immediate steps to try and pull [28:17] the plane and did help pull the plane [28:18] out of a nose dive. the the crew that [28:22] happened to be on board who were alerted [28:24] in time. You know, if they had taken 15, [28:27] 20, 25 more seconds, that plane would [28:29] have crashed. It would not have been [28:31] pulled out of a nose dive. [28:34] Now, what do you think the world's [28:36] reaction would have been? I want to [28:38] discuss that with you next when we [28:39] return. I'll be right back. [28:42] Love [28:56] You never know. You wake up one day, [28:57] ladies and gentlemen. You never know [28:59] what's going to face you. But I know [29:00] this. We want to limit [29:04] the possible occasions on which we are [29:06] facing death like this. [29:09] This regime has to go. [29:13] This Iranian regime has attempted [29:15] assassinations on our president, [29:20] on Pompeo, [29:23] on Bolton, [29:26] on Robert O'Neal. [29:29] This Iranian regime has killed thousands [29:32] of American soldiers and civilians. [29:36] If it survives the Trump administration, [29:38] it will survive. [29:41] It will rebuild its nuclear program. [29:45] It will build thousands more ballistic [29:47] missiles and ballistic missiles are [29:49] massive conventional weapons and they [29:51] will reach the United States. [29:54] And if I sit here and tell you I told [29:56] you so orostumously you may say to [29:59] somebody, you know, Levin warned us [30:00] about this. What good does it do us? [30:02] None. [30:05] Some of my friends are online [30:07] celebrating, patting themselves on the [30:09] back. They're saying we've won the war [30:11] of the straight of horm. [30:13] This isn't a war about the straight of [30:14] hormuse. [30:17] I'm really thrilled about the fact that [30:19] 98% of the oil that was shipped pre-war [30:23] is being shipped now. That's very, very [30:25] good for the world economy. I'm all for [30:27] it. It's an amazing accomplishment by [30:29] our president and our our military in [30:32] the middle of a war. [30:35] But we can't keep our navy there [30:37] forever. [30:41] And that's not the point. The regime [30:43] needs to go. [30:46] And I will continue, as I have for [30:48] almost [30:50] nine months, [30:52] to argue that we must arm the Iranian [30:54] people. We know for a matter of fact [30:56] there's a resistance movement there. [30:58] That resistance movement is strong. [31:02] Jack Keane on my show a week or so ago [31:06] made it very clear that there are ways [31:08] to do this that it's not really that [31:10] complicated [31:12] that you hit them in various parts of [31:13] the country. It's a huge country and you [31:15] give them air support and air cover. You [31:17] also give him, I would argue, uh, [31:20] information on the whereabouts of the [31:22] IRGC and he pointed out and when the [31:24] IRGC come tries to come to the rescue of [31:27] the other IRGC elements, [31:30] that's when we and the Israeli Air Force [31:33] take them out. [31:35] Mossad knows what to hit. [31:38] I do not believe [31:41] for some reason that the leadership over [31:43] there at the CIA and elsewhere [31:46] uh is interested in doing this. I [31:48] believe they are risk averse, but I just [31:51] hate to tell them there are no [31:53] off-ramps. There are no great off-ramps [31:57] that the regime has to go. [32:00] And I understand every time I say this, [32:05] the crackpots, the isolationists, the [32:08] Jew haters, the Israel haters, the [32:10] Netanyahu haters, the fake MAGA which [32:14] supports the president in 98% and [32:17] supports this war effort almost as high [32:19] in the '9s. [32:22] I understand who they are and what they [32:24] do, but I also understand how decrepit [32:27] and evil so many of them are. [32:29] They don't dictate my thinking and they [32:31] shouldn't dictate yours. You have [32:33] nothing in common with people who pay [32:34] for hookers. [32:36] You have nothing in common with people [32:38] who plead guilty to fraud against you. [32:40] You have nothing in common with these [32:42] people. Zero. [32:45] Zero. [32:48] That regime needs to be ended. [32:51] This isn't the war of the straight [32:52] hormuz. It's the war against Iran. [32:56] And to be more specific, the regime. [32:59] I want you to look at these these horror [33:00] pictures of what's going on in France [33:02] today. I want you to look at what's been [33:03] going on in Britain and the rest of [33:05] Europe. The Netherlands is disgusting [33:07] disgrace. [33:09] They have been conquered. They have been [33:11] devoured. [33:13] And every one of them has radical [33:14] left-wing governments, [33:18] not conservative governments that are [33:19] desperately trying to take hold of their [33:21] countries in Britain, [33:23] in the Netherlands. [33:26] in France, [33:29] but the cycles haven't come up yet. [33:33] And it takes no time at all to destroy a [33:35] country. Ronald Reagan talked about it [33:37] himself. We're only one generation away. [33:40] That's it. It's not in our bloodstream. [33:42] One generation away. [33:47] Franklin spoke about it. If the people [33:48] lose their virtue, [33:51] doesn't matter where we write, you won't [33:54] keep a country. and he was scared to [33:55] death that we might not. [33:58] James Bernon wrote the original book, [34:00] Suicide of the West. And you know what [34:01] he says in the book, do we have the [34:03] will? Do we have the will to survive? [34:05] These are all serious questions and [34:07] they're on the ballot this November in a [34:09] few weeks away. People can debate a [34:12] dollar more for a gallon of gasoline, [34:14] which is still less than the Biden [34:16] regime. And I hear the woke right, [34:19] neofascists who are also many ways [34:22] socialist, the big government, [34:23] centralized government. I hear the left [34:26] all saying the same thing. Don't [34:28] question what the people are telling [34:29] you. How do they know what the people [34:31] are telling us? You think the people [34:33] want Islamists spreading throughout the [34:36] country? You think the people want [34:38] socialism and Marxism? [34:41] People don't. You think they want open [34:42] borders and illegal aliens pouring into [34:44] Oregon? No. And yet this is what the [34:46] ruling class gives us. But for Trump, [34:49] and I've told you before, when we lose [34:51] him at the end of the presidency, [34:53] we're going to be very, very troubled [34:56] and in very, very tough tough shape. [34:59] We'll be right back. [35:02] This segment of the podcast is [35:04] exclusively sponsored by Pure Talk. [35:25] Now broadcasting from the underground [35:27] command post. Deep in the bowels of a [35:30] hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick [35:32] and steel of a nondescript building. [35:35] We've once again made contact with our [35:37] leader, Mark. love them. [35:43] >> It is a great pleasure to have my [35:45] brother, he is my brother, Sean Hannity [35:47] on the program. Uh, how are you, Sean? [35:51] >> My brother Mark Le, you know, I got the [35:53] sense listening to you, you're in a bad [35:56] mood. And I'm like, I've got to cheer up [35:58] my friend. Um, and I got to I got to [36:01] make [36:01] >> Well, you had a great interview last [36:03] night. You had a great interview. [36:05] >> Uh, [36:06] >> how do you get Hold on. How do you get [36:08] these in, man? You're like at the point [36:10] of the spear. You get one after another. [36:13] How do you do that? [36:14] >> Well, you do the same thing. I mean, [36:15] you're working your talent. [36:16] >> Not like you, though. But you you you're [36:18] like the king of this. [36:20] >> Yeah. Okay. I'm not the king of [36:21] anything. I'm I'm just a humble servant. [36:24] Listen, I I am right now dial the worst [36:28] thing the worst part of my day is I met [36:31] JD on the campaign trail. He was in the [36:34] free state of Florida and couldn't fly [36:37] back because of the weather and I [36:39] couldn't do my radio show. I'm so [36:40] aggravated. [36:41] >> Oh, really? [36:42] >> You know, 33 days out of the election, I [36:45] want to be on the air. [36:46] >> And so, um, I look, you know, I had N. [36:51] Gingrich on yesterday. We both love N. [36:53] He's smart guy. and he said, "I've been [36:56] following elections since 1956, [36:59] and I can make an argument that this [37:01] election can turn out any way you want [37:04] it to turn out. And what I'm saying to [37:07] your fans, your loyal fans, the [37:09] Levvenites out there, as you call them, [37:12] is we need your help. And I don't care [37:15] if you're in South Carolina. I don't [37:16] care if you're in the free state of [37:17] Florida. If you're in Georgia, North [37:19] Carolina, if you're in Michigan, please [37:23] God, we need your help." the same thing [37:24] with Texas and Ohio and Iowa and Alaska [37:28] and New Hampshire. I'm I'm I'm begging [37:31] people at this point, understand the [37:34] urgency of this moment. This moment is [37:36] vital. We've never These are uncharted [37:39] waters. We've never ever had a party [37:42] this radicalized and extreme. Mark, and [37:45] I'm telling you, you're a [37:46] constitutionalist. They're going to take [37:48] that document that you know backwards [37:50] and forwards and love with all your [37:52] heart, mind, and soul and they're going [37:54] to shred it. And they're shred and [37:56] they're saying what they're going to do. [37:57] It's on their website what they're going [37:59] to do. The quote pseudo intellectual [38:03] base of this movement is the democratic [38:07] socialists. And the people that will be [38:09] in charge are going to be AOC, the [38:11] squad, you know, Zoron Marxist Kami [38:14] Mdani. Do you see that crap about his [38:16] wife again? The the woman that approved [38:19] >> Well, she wears the pants in the family [38:21] and the kef in the family obviously. [38:24] >> Yeah. Okay. And then you got Pocahontas [38:26] and you got Grandpa Bernie. Uh and you [38:29] know with the of elected Democrats, [38:32] there's only one in the Senate that'll [38:34] criticize them. That's John Federman. [38:36] Now I'm Why won't they take them on? [38:40] Because they're afraid of them. they [38:42] won't take them on because they know [38:44] that they'll be primar and beaten. You [38:47] know, for for a guy like Chuck Schumer [38:49] to not speak out about Mum Donnie, uh a [38:52] lifelong New Yorker like Schumer and [38:55] Hakee Jeff not to speak out about Mum [38:58] Donnie. Um watching Kathy Hokll, you [39:01] know, bow at his feet and kiss his ass [39:04] is is disgusting. Um but there's there's [39:08] no no elected Democrat will do it. This [39:10] is what frustrates me. And if you think [39:12] that Shared Brown, who voted 100% of the [39:15] time, you know, with Kla Harris and and [39:19] Joe Biden and and Obama, whoever he is [39:21] with, you know, you're you're dreaming [39:25] they will they will go with the the real [39:29] power that now exists, the communists, [39:32] the socialists, the statist, the [39:34] totalitarians. [39:36] You know, you wrote a book years ago, [39:37] Levvin, Mr. live in. It's called Liberty [39:40] and Tyranny is probably your bestselling [39:43] book of all time. One of them if not the [39:45] best. [39:45] >> No million bestsellers. [39:48] >> Yeah. [39:48] >> Okay. That that nobody sells that many [39:51] books today. It just doesn't work like [39:52] like that. And I'm just telling you this [39:55] is it. [39:56] >> This is the choice, Mark. [39:59] >> And I love our country. I love our [40:01] constitution. I love our way of life. [40:05] You know what's frustrating to me is [40:07] people say, "Oh, gas prices, gas [40:08] prices." If you don't see the need to [40:12] prevent our children and grandchildren [40:14] from inheriting a a an a theocracy sworn [40:18] to America and Israel's destruction, not [40:20] having nuclear weapons. Okay, gas [40:22] prices. Let's say you're upset about gas [40:24] prices. I don't like high gas prices [40:26] either. I'm glad by the way that it's [40:28] starting to come down again cuz the free [40:30] flow of oil in the straight of Hormuz is [40:32] working as the president has very [40:34] effectively bankrupted the Iranian [40:37] regime. Okay, you worried about gas [40:39] prices? The totality of the new green [40:42] deal uh as as a recent estimate pointed [40:45] out is $212 trillion. Uh when you're [40:49] paying for everybody else's government [40:50] healthy food, I mean, you used to make [40:53] fun of government cheese for years on [40:54] your radio show. M [40:56] >> okay. If you if you want to pay for [40:58] somebody else's uh babysitting daycare [41:01] that mom Donniey's proposing, if you [41:03] want to pay for child care as if your [41:05] kids aren't indoctrinated early enough [41:08] in government-run schools that are [41:09] atrocious, you know, government doesn't [41:12] do very much very well. Um, and you want [41:15] to pay for a government guarantees [41:17] salary and job and health care and and [41:21] banning private insurance and, you know, [41:23] abolishing prisons, no bail, no police, [41:26] defund the Department of War, abolish [41:29] the Senate, abolish our ability as the [41:31] people to pick our president, uh, pack [41:34] the courts. All this madness, Mark, is [41:37] coming. you know, amnesty, no borders, [41:41] uh, no deportations, all of it. That's [41:44] that's printed on their website. [41:47] >> Now, some of these people are either [41:48] hiding their real views or they're just [41:52] distancing themselves. Oh, that was woke [41:53] 1.0. Califico. Oh, six genders. Oh, I my [41:58] math was off. Uh, God is non-binary. Uh, [42:02] okay. Well, now, you know, and he says, [42:05] I'm saying this on biblical grounds. [42:06] Well, on biblical grounds, uh, that God [42:09] that in the Bible that he's talking [42:11] about, you know, taught us a prayer [42:14] called our father, part of the [42:16] Judeo-Christian ethic that built this [42:18] country. Mark, uh, I'm tired of the [42:20] anti-semitism. I am tired of this woke [42:24] socialism. I'm tired of this new woke [42:27] right that are not conservative at all. [42:30] You know, people with their little [42:32] nitpicky criticisms of Donald Trump. All [42:34] right. He's not perfect, but neither is [42:36] anybody. But there's but he secured our [42:39] borders and he gave us the largest tax [42:42] cut in history. He took the he took the [42:44] nuclear ambitions away from Iran. Um he [42:48] gave us the lowest prescription drug [42:50] prices ever. Not took care of working [42:52] people. We now have the the lowest [42:55] poverty rate for African-Americans, [42:57] Hispanic Americans in history. We now [43:00] have the highest median income in [43:02] history. we've had 80 80 records that he [43:05] set in the stock market. Um, you know, [43:08] you're worried about, okay, a temporary [43:10] rise in oil prices, but he also we [43:13] produced more oil and gas in 2025 and [43:16] we're producing even more in 2026 in the [43:19] history of this country. He's opened up [43:21] millions of acres to exploration. You [43:24] know, I I I don't understand, Mark. I [43:27] don't you know I know what historical [43:29] trends are but if you don't see the [43:32] urgency of this moment I'm not [43:34] understanding you meaning whoever's not [43:37] understanding the urgency you know tell [43:40] me what it is that you're looking for [43:42] and elected officials some people say [43:43] well my Republican senators are rhino my [43:46] Republican representatives a rhino okay [43:48] but they're not supporting the DSA [43:50] agenda open borders um higher taxes [43:54] packing the courts eliminating in the [43:56] Senate, your ability to pick president [43:58] and abolishing prisons and police. [44:00] >> I mean, let's get our act together here. [44:03] >> You know, is you're never going to get [44:04] perfect. And if you [44:05] >> and there's a time and place, by the [44:07] way, if you don't like Republicans, and [44:09] I don't like a lot of them either, to be [44:11] blunt, but you know what? It's called [44:13] the primary. And if you didn't get [44:14] involved in that process this time, [44:16] well, remember to do it next time. [44:20] >> That's why you're as good as you are, [44:21] brother. You're terrific. Who do you [44:23] have on tonight? Tell me quickly. We [44:24] have a hard break. Well, I was on the [44:26] road with JD Vance today. We're going to [44:27] start with that. I know you're [46:35] campaigning very, very hard. These are [46:37] uh turnout elections, these midterm [46:40] elections. Very, very important. Tell us [46:41] what's going on out there. [46:44] >> Yeah, great to be with you. Thank you [46:46] for the invitation. It is an important [46:48] time, not just for the free state of [46:51] Florida, as we like to call ourselves, [46:53] but it is important time for the nation. [46:56] We are facing some [46:58] uh really out there whackadoo [47:01] anti-American candidates that proudly [47:04] claim themselves to be socialists and I [47:07] am actually running against one of those [47:09] right here in Florida shockingly and you [47:12] are right it is going to be a turn [47:14] election and so we have got to make sure [47:16] everyone knows how important each vote [47:18] is on November the 3rd. Now, very [47:21] important. I'm a resident of Florida and [47:22] I will be voting for you and I want to [47:24] encourage all the people listening [47:26] throughout the state of Florida to do [47:28] exactly the same. We cannot afford to [47:30] lose a senator. We cannot afford to lose [47:32] a single seat. I mean, these Democrats, [47:35] Senator, they're not just about tax [47:37] policy here and there or agriculture [47:39] policy here and there. They want to take [47:41] down the whole damn country, don't they? [47:45] >> Absolutely. And you know, it's important [47:47] to note that I think sometimes in [47:50] political rhetoric of now, people think [47:53] that when we say things like that, it's [47:55] embellished or we're overstating [47:58] something, trying to connect with [48:00] people's emotions. You are absolutely [48:03] right. The agenda in black and white and [48:06] and in my situation, my opponent's own [48:08] words, it it it attacks our very [48:12] constitution. They want to do away the [48:14] Senate. They want to do away with the [48:16] Supreme Court as we know it. Uh, in [48:18] fact, interestingly, and I I talk about [48:21] this a lot, when I became a member of [48:24] the Senate, I had to take an oath to [48:25] defend and protect the Constitution. And [48:28] we now have people in Congress that are [48:30] attacking that very document. And that [48:33] is a scary time in our nation's history. [48:36] in in year 250 of USA. That is a scary [48:40] thing to have people out there and [48:42] getting elected that are are very much [48:45] outspoken about wanting to undo the [48:47] ideals on which the country was founded [48:51] >> and Florida is the epitome of the [48:54] excellence of the basis on which the [48:56] country the bases on which the country [48:58] was founded. Right. I mean and that's [49:00] what you stand for. [49:03] Well, I think the last So, I was [49:05] attorney general in Florida. I worked [49:07] with Governor DeSantis very closely [49:09] during one of our nation's most [49:11] challenging times. We were dealing with [49:15] many states, some of them even read that [49:17] were telling Businesses which could stay [49:20] open and which couldn't. Uh who could go [49:23] to school, who couldn't, who could go to [49:25] church, who couldn't. I mean, it was a [49:27] really challenging time. Entire [49:29] industries were shut down. You know, in [49:31] Florida, we did the opposite. We made [49:33] sure we're approaching everything we did [49:35] in the interest of health and safety of [49:37] our people. We made sure that we were [49:39] remembering government's purpose, which [49:41] is clearly set forth in our founding [49:43] documents, that it's to protect people. [49:45] And so, we remain true to that. We also [49:48] remain true to our responsibility of [49:50] protecting communities and keeping them [49:53] safe. And so when the rest of the nation [49:55] kind of went mad and forgot that we [49:57] were, you know, a nation based on [49:59] freedom and that we had a responsibility [50:01] as a government to keep people safe, [50:04] riots, people attacking police officers, [50:06] attacking police stations. You remember [50:09] all of this? We really did the opposite. [50:11] I launched a be a Florida hero program, [50:13] recruited officers from around the [50:15] nation to come here uh that that were [50:17] not that were demoralized, not [50:19] supported. We launched a back the blue [50:21] campaign. We really turned Florida into [50:23] a I would say the most pro law [50:26] enforcement state in the nation. And I [50:28] went as AG and fought back Biden in [50:32] court. Anytime they overreached any [50:34] trying they tried to let the Washington [50:37] swamp tell the Florida swamp what to do. [50:39] I fought back very hard and and pushed [50:42] that kind of nonsense out of the state. [50:44] And as a result, from 19 to 25, we were [50:47] the most successful state economically [50:50] in the nation. Uh we lowered our crime [50:54] rates. We're a safe state. Um and we [50:56] drove up records. We broke tourism [50:58] records, new business formations, number [51:00] one in entrepreneurship. So we really [51:02] showed if you stick to the fundamentals [51:05] on which this great country was built [51:07] and you govern the way people expect you [51:09] to and hold true to those, you will [51:11] thrive, you will prosper as a state. And [51:13] so, yeah, it's insane that we now have [51:15] folks out there pushing the exact [51:18] opposite and expecting [51:21] uh to win on that when people here in [51:22] Florida, they know, I mean, they know [51:25] that we are successful and and it didn't [51:27] come by accident. It came by staying [51:29] true to what the purpose of government [51:31] is. Probably more importantly, what [51:34] government should not be. [51:37] >> What would happen if we lose your seat [51:39] and a couple others and the Democrats [51:42] take over the Senate? What are their [51:43] aims there? The constit excuse me, the [51:46] uh Supreme Court's one of them, right? [51:48] >> Oh, yeah. Um, you know, [51:52] if I'm running against a person by the [51:54] name of Annie Nixon. She was in the [51:57] state house here. [51:59] >> Yeah. She uh owns a owns a bookstore [52:02] called Cafe Resistance. [52:05] >> She routinely quotes Killers and quotes [52:08] the Communist Manifesto when she's given [52:10] a microphone. She would be by far the [52:13] most extreme radical senator ever to [52:16] step foot on the United States Senate [52:19] floor. And I will tell you that the [52:22] Democrats already are [52:26] starting to vote in lock step with the [52:30] DSA agenda. I mean, we just tried to get [52:33] a bipartisan military funding bill [52:36] through and they voted against it. Um, [52:41] last year they shut our government down [52:42] three times over supporting law [52:44] enforcement. I, you know, they're [52:47] already starting to tack radical. And I [52:50] can only imagine if we get more and more [52:53] people in the Senate, and I try to [52:54] describe it to folks, it is almost like [52:58] allowing someone inside your home that's [53:01] going to start destroying it from within [53:05] because it truly the DSA, the socialists [53:08] are cancer on [53:11] the health, the vitality, the success of [53:14] this nation. [53:17] >> Well, you're an excellent senator. [53:19] You're a decent person. You know, you're [53:21] not a typical politician. I've watched [53:24] your career as attorney general now as a [53:25] senator and so forth and so on. You're [53:27] not uh you know, you're not dramatic and [53:30] provocative, but you are a hard worker [53:33] and straight laced and that's very very [53:34] important for the people of Florida as [53:36] far as I'm concerned. If people want to [53:38] help you in Florida, where do they go? [53:42] >> Thank you so much. They can go to [53:44] ashleymoody.com. [53:46] Uh we have numerous opportunities. [53:48] joining coalitions, uh, donating. You [53:51] know, I think this is going to be one of [53:53] the most important elections in [53:54] Florida's history, and it is close. Uh, [53:57] you know, as well as I do, the midterm [53:59] are tough. So, we need people to get [54:01] involved, get engaged, and most [54:03] importantly, make sure that they show up [54:05] and vote. [54:06] >> All right. Well, we thank you and uh, [54:09] give them hell out there. Be well, and [54:11] God bless you. Be safe. [54:13] >> Thank you. [54:14] >> All right. Take care. [54:17] I would say to my fellow Flityians, [54:22] you have a lot more we do, a lot more [54:23] Republicans in the state thanks to the [54:25] great leadership of Dantis and his team. [54:28] But that's not going to [54:30] rule the day. Rule of the day is who [54:32] votes [54:35] and we need to vote. And this is for all [54:37] the entire country, of course. We'll be [54:40] right back. [54:43] You know folks, I've been telling you [54:45] for a long time that Pure Talk is the [54:47] best wireless company out there. I say [54:49] that because I actually use Pure Talk. I [54:52] make calls. I send texts. I watch [54:54] videos. I use the unlimited data. So, I [54:56] can tell you firsthand that coverage is [54:58] phenomenal. But you don't have to take [54:59] my word for it. [55:47] puretalk.com/lavvin. [55:49] And welcome to Pure Talk. [55:51] >> Mark Leavvin, the champion of liberty [55:54] and true conservatism. Call Mark now. [55:59] 8773813811. [56:03] >> Welcome back, America. I want you to [56:04] listen to this. [56:08] I want you to tell me whether you agree [56:09] with this. You constitutional [56:11] conservatives out there, who adored [56:14] Donald Trump, who adored Ronald Reagan, [56:16] who believe in capitalism, [56:19] who think, [56:20] you know, that we are the greatest [56:22] nation on the face of the earth with the [56:23] greatest economy on the face of the [56:25] earth. I want you to listen to this and [56:27] tell me what you think. It is our vice [56:29] president. Go. [56:30] >> Like I just think you have to level with [56:32] people that if you're trying to undo 40 [56:34] years of bad policy of globalization of [56:37] shipping American jobs overseas, it's [56:39] going to take a little bit of time to [56:40] fix that. Now, do I think we've made [56:42] incredible progress? Absolutely. But I [56:44] think we just have to be honest with [56:46] people. Look, we're trying to fix what [56:48] was broken over 40 years. Everything was [56:50] not going to be fixed in 18 months. But [56:52] you can't ignore people's concerns. And [56:54] so, you know, on the one hand, you have [56:56] the president talking about all the [56:57] great building that's happening. You [56:59] have me sort of acknowledging that it's [57:01] going to take a long time to rebuild the [57:03] American middle class. And on the other [57:05] hand, you have a few toned-deaf [57:07] Republicans who say, "Shut up if you're [57:08] pissed off about a $22 burrito." Well, [57:11] my response to those people is, "No, [57:14] listen to people who are upset with the [57:16] state of the economy. If we don't listen [57:18] to people, we will turn into the very [57:20] thing that we hate, the very thing that [57:22] we ran against. [57:26] Does this sound I'm just being honest to [57:28] you. Somebody who [57:32] excites you. [57:36] Does it sound even patriotic? [57:38] We're going to fight over a burrito. [57:44] The last 40 years, globalism, [57:47] the destruction of the middle class. [57:49] Now, clearly the Democrats seek to [57:51] destroy the middle class and they seek [57:53] to export our sovereignty. But he didn't [57:56] say Democrats. He started attacking even [57:58] Republicans. In the middle of a do or [58:01] die midterm election, he's the number [58:04] two in the administration and he's [58:06] effectively trashing our economy. Didn't [58:08] don't you take it that way, Rich? [58:11] I I just find that bizarre. [58:16] Now, 40 years would include 1986. [58:20] Add a few more years, you get back to [58:22] 1981, [58:24] the greatest economic growth [58:27] in American history [58:32] on the back of what Carter had done. [58:37] Two of the most massive Republican [58:40] electoral victories ever. [58:43] So obviously [58:45] Reagan was popular aka populism. [58:48] He was also a super patriot aka [58:51] nationalism. Now we all know those are [58:53] their phrases. It's Americanism. [58:57] Nationalism. No, we have a federalist [58:59] system. [59:02] There is a level of ideological idolatry [59:07] to some kind of a new thinking process [59:10] where these guys even sound like the [59:12] neo-arxists and the socialists. [59:17] When we talk about constitutional [59:19] conservatism and market capitalism that [59:22] is commerce, the whole goal [59:25] the whole goal is to create more [59:26] prosperity, more wealth for more people. [59:32] That is empathetic. [59:35] It also happens to work. [59:39] Our economic system has created more [59:41] wealth for more people than any economic [59:42] system on the face of the earth. [59:44] Shouldn't we be defending our economic [59:46] system against the socialists and the [59:47] Marxists? [59:53] You see, these are government centric [59:55] type of thoughts. What are we going to [59:58] do? Well, what are we going to do? 40 [60:00] trillion in debt. How come they never [60:02] talk about that? They'll talk about [60:03] Doge. And so I got it. This president's [60:06] doing everything he can. His leadership, [60:08] but we can't be fighting a massive debt [60:11] and borrowing and spending and at the [60:13] same time talking about more spending [60:15] and borrowing. [60:18] So what are we supposed to do to reduce [60:20] the price of a burrito? And why is that [60:22] even a focus? Do you guys live and die [60:25] on burritos? Let me tell you about [60:27] capitalism. [60:29] When's the last time you went to Costco? [60:31] For a $1.50, you get a foot long hot dog [60:35] on a fresh roll, put whatever on you [60:38] want with it, and unlimited drink. A [60:41] $150. That's not government. That's in [60:44] spite of government. That's capitalism. [60:50] Do we rely on government to bring down [60:52] prices? No. You want to see government? [60:55] Look at New York City. Rent control. [60:58] That's great if you're 79 years old and [61:01] you've had a rental property for 38 [61:03] years and you're paying next to nothing, [61:06] but it's not great if you're 28 years [61:09] old, you're just starting out. You have [61:11] a job in New York City, let's even say [61:13] Manhattan, and you can't find an [61:14] affordable apartment. You can't find an [61:16] apartment at all. [61:20] That's government. People are leaving as [61:24] fast as they can, if they can, from [61:26] California, the greatest state when it [61:29] comes to weather and all the rest of it. [61:31] But it's unlivable. It's unaffordable. [61:34] It's unsafe. [61:38] Where are they going? [61:40] Tennessee, capitalism. [61:43] Florida, capitalism. Texas, capitalism. [61:49] So we should replace Aristotle. [61:53] We should replace Cicero. We should [61:55] replace Lach and Montescu and Adam Smith [61:59] and Edund Burke I guess [62:02] with what [62:06] a debate over burrito. This is what it's [62:08] become. [62:12] Why doesn't he just say what Obama says, [62:16] which is, "I feel your pain." Isn't that [62:18] what Obama said? Or was it Clinton? [62:19] Rich, I don't remember. Clinton, I feel [62:22] your pain. Fine, if you feel somebody's [62:25] pain, you could be empathetic. I got [62:27] that. [62:30] But ultimately, all these [62:34] weird ideologies result in massive [62:38] spending, massive debt, and it's going [62:40] to collapse the economy. Why don't these [62:42] people, I don't care what party, ever [62:44] talk about how they're going to fix [62:45] Social Security? because they're scared [62:47] to death. They don't want to talk about [62:50] that. They want to talk about a burrito. [62:52] How come they never talk about and [62:54] that's in 6 years, in 7 years, Medicare [62:56] is going to go under. What do they want [62:57] to do about that? No, I want to talk [62:59] about a burrito. [63:01] Well, how about some empathy about this? [63:07] How you going to fix it? [63:09] And what do they mean globalism for the [63:11] last 40 years? [63:15] There have been some stupid trade deals. [63:16] There's no question about that. But they [63:19] don't even understand what globalism [63:21] means. [63:23] International commerce helps us. [63:28] If the playing field is fair, it helps [63:30] us. [63:34] It helps us. [63:38] And you should be able to decide what [63:40] you're going to purchase. [63:44] It's okay. [63:48] It's okay. [63:52] And we will create jobs here. [63:56] Commerce creates jobs here. [64:00] If you want to say to me, well, we [64:01] shouldn't ship all of our jobs to China. [64:04] I don't know who's shipping all of our [64:05] jobs to China, but the reason we [64:08] shouldn't be just open to China is [64:10] because they're a communist regime with [64:12] nuclear missiles aimed at us. That to me [64:14] seems to trump everything. [64:19] I'm not calling Xi a friend. I'm not [64:21] calling them any of that stuff. They're [64:22] the enemy enemy. Which is why you build [64:25] up the military and why you're not an [64:27] isolationist. You have an alliance with [64:30] Japan. You have an alliance with South [64:31] Korea. You have an alliance with [64:33] Australia. You have an alliance with the [64:35] Philippines. These alliances are very, [64:37] very important. We're aligned with them. [64:44] Globalism is when you surrender your [64:46] sovereignty, [64:47] whether it's on quote unquote climate, [64:50] whether it's on judicial review, looking [64:53] at other courts. No, don't do that. [64:56] The IC, the International Criminal [64:59] Court, these are abominations. [65:01] Our sovereignty is here. We the people. [65:06] But that's different [65:08] than if you're purchasing something that [65:10] may have been made in the Philippines or [65:11] wherever. [65:16] These aren't new ideas that we're [65:18] hearing. They're warmed over crap. [65:22] Warmed over crap. [65:24] We'll be right back. [65:34] You know folks, I've been telling you [65:36] for a long time that Pure Talk is the [65:38] best wireless company out there. I say [65:40] that because I actually use Pure Talk. I [65:42] make calls. I send texts. I watch [65:44] videos. I use the unlimited data. So, I [65:47] can tell you firsthand that coverage is [65:49] phenomenal. [66:54] I thought Ferminity was saying kill me [66:56] to kill me. Did you Mr. Producer? [66:59] Sort of the broken English. You know [67:01] what I mean? [67:04] Mr. Producer is very nervous. It's okay. [67:08] It's okay. I promise. [67:11] We'll be here tomorrow. It'll be all [67:12] right. [67:14] Okay. I think AI data centers are [67:16] screwing with my printers. What do you [67:18] think of that, Mr. Producer? It's got to [67:20] be the AI data centers. It's got to be [67:23] them. It's got to be somebody. I got to [67:25] blame somebody, right? Isn't that how it [67:26] works? [67:28] Price of burritos. I burritos. Burritos. [67:31] You want a burrito, go to Taco Bell. It [67:33] costs almost nothing. [67:35] But if that's what you want, that would [67:37] Chipotle has great burritos. I mean, I [67:39] can't name them all. I got a local [67:41] Mexican restaurant here that's [67:42] absolutely fabulous. You get burrito, [67:46] you know, the the beans, you get the [67:48] lettuce, you get the this, you get the [67:49] that. It's all under 20 bucks. [67:52] And it's a lot of food. You get all the [67:54] chips you can eat and the salsa. [67:58] It's incredible. [68:00] It's incredible. [68:03] Very, very good. [68:05] You know, it's a weird dichotomy. We [68:08] have these populist, nationalists, [68:10] Marxist, Islamist, you know, all that [68:12] crowd. those who oppose capitalism and [68:15] and the like. [68:18] People need to have a living wage. [68:20] People need to have, you know, benefits, [68:23] medical care and pensions. [68:25] But I only want to pay two cents for a [68:28] hamburger, Mr. Producer. [68:30] Two cents for a hamburger, but a $20 an [68:33] hour minimum wage. [68:36] Now, you know, I tell you all this all [68:39] the time. The laws of economics, they [68:42] don't change. They're just like the laws [68:43] of physics. They are what they are. [68:46] They just are what they are. If you're [68:48] paying more in property taxes and [68:50] overhead and the government's taxing the [68:53] hell out of you or these slip and fall [68:55] trial lawyers are threatening or they're [68:57] suing you, somebody has to pay for this [69:00] stuff or they're going to go out of [69:02] business. Then nobody gets a minimum [69:04] wage from them and nobody gets a [69:06] burrito. [69:08] I'm just tired of stupid arguments of [69:11] ill logic of irrationality. [69:14] And I'm not going to throw aside, you [69:16] know, the founders and the framers and [69:18] Adam Smith all the way back to Aristotle [69:22] for some schmo on the internet [69:26] who says we really have to show our [69:28] feelings. Our feelings. They sound like [69:30] lefties and so forth. And how about [69:32] using your brain? How about making the [69:34] case for freedom? How about making the [69:36] case for capitalism? How about making [69:38] the case for lower prices and increasing [69:40] prosperity? How about even from time to [69:43] time, telling the adults and those on [69:46] the dole, you got to actually work if [69:47] you want something. We can do this. [69:50] We've done it before. Oh, by the way, [69:51] throw away the 1980s, 40, 50 years ago. [69:55] We had the two of the biggest Republican [69:57] landslides in history and the biggest [69:59] growth in our economy in history. Throw [70:01] it away. [70:06] He's [70:08] here [70:10] now. Broadcasting from the underground [70:12] command post, deep in the bowels of a [70:15] hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick [70:17] and steel of a nondescript building. [70:20] We've once again made contact with our [70:22] leader, Mark Leven. [70:27] Hello America, Mark Levin here. Our [70:29] number 8773813811 [70:33] 877381381 [70:36] when our buddy Chip Roy will be with us [70:40] not too long in about uh 15 minutes. [70:43] Good man. [70:45] Um it's unfortunate what happened for [70:47] that attorney general race in Texas. He [70:49] would have been uh [70:52] just unbelievable in dealing with the [70:53] Islamist threat there and all the rest [70:55] of it. But I predict and I don't [70:59] predict, but I'm predicting this time uh [71:02] he'll be back in some big way. And I [71:04] intend to help anyway [71:07] uh we can here uh because I think that's [71:10] that's important. [71:13] Now, we're learning more about the [71:14] hijacker. This plane accused Fly Dubai [71:17] plane hijacker New York Post here [71:21] is a religious extremist who refused to [71:24] shake women's hands. [71:27] We hired a terrorist, quote unquote. [71:31] The Fly Dubai staffer accused of trying [71:33] to hijack a plane carrying 174 people. [71:36] He's not accused. He did. [71:39] That is, he tried [71:41] to Israel by stabbing the lead pilot was [71:43] known as a religious extremist who [71:45] refused to shake hands with him. And [71:47] according to a colleague, that's like [71:48] most of the imams in our country. [71:50] Certainly many of them, is it not Mr. [71:51] Meducer? [71:55] The co-pilot responsible for what [71:57] Israel's defense minister called a [71:58] jihadist terrorist attack [72:01] has not been named publicly but was an [72:03] Omani national who had worked for the [72:06] airline for less than a year. He's [72:08] apparently a a dual citizen [72:12] including of Iran I believe. [72:15] There's a lot of reporting going out [72:17] there and you do your best to you know [72:18] to uh sift through it. He was someone [72:22] characterized by very strange behavior, [72:24] especially around religious observances [72:27] that were out of step with the [72:28] surroundings. A fellow pilot told [72:30] Israel's channel 16 journalist Ysef [72:32] Yrael. [72:34] For instance, he used to pray a lot and [72:36] would not shake hands with women. Uh [72:39] Israel said of what the pilot told him [72:42] on the condition of anonymity. [72:44] The colleague claimed that Fly Dubai, a [72:47] sister airline of Emiratis, had betrayed [72:50] the Jewish state by hiring the pilot who [72:53] others have said seemed desperate to [72:54] crash the plane in another 9/11. [72:59] There's no other way to put it. We hired [73:01] the services of a terrorist and nearly [73:02] caused the deaths of 180 people, the [73:04] coworker reportedly told the journalist. [73:08] Now, [73:10] usually only Emirati's flight to Israel. [73:12] It is not clear how he got on the [73:14] flight, said this anonymous source. [73:19] It remains unclear how the Omani [73:21] national was able to work the flight. [73:24] You know, they're going to get to the [73:25] bottom of all this. [73:27] There's simply no question about that. [73:29] They will get to the bottom of all this. [73:32] Um, [73:34] let's see here. There's another. [73:38] So, why were there four pilots aboard [73:40] this plane? Why four pilots were aboard [73:42] Fly Dubai flight when the attempted [73:45] hijacking began exclusive Jerusalem [73:47] Post? [73:49] The additional pilots were added to the [73:51] flight because possible regional [73:52] rerouting could extend the journey and [73:54] push the original crew beyond permitted [73:57] duty hours. In other words, thanks to [73:58] the union. I'm just telling you the [74:00] truth. [74:03] because of the hours. [74:06] There were four fly Dubai pilots aboard [74:08] flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv on [74:11] Wednesday when an alleged terror attack. [74:13] It's not alleged. [74:15] I don't know what else you would call [74:16] it. [74:18] Israeli officials said the co-pilot [74:19] stabbed the captain. We know that. [74:22] Now, the Jerusalem Post can confirm why [74:25] two other pilots happen to be aboard. [74:27] The additional pilots have been placed [74:28] on the flight because possible regional [74:31] rerouting could extend the journey and [74:32] push the original crew beyond permitted [74:34] duty hours. A person familiar with the [74:36] matter told the Post. Their presence was [74:39] unrelated to any advanced warning. Well, [74:42] of course, there was no advanced [74:43] warning. We don't care what the cooks [74:46] and the conspiracy theorists have to [74:48] say. [74:50] If something happened over Kuwait and [74:52] they told you to reroute, then you're [74:54] putting one hour, two hours extra on the [74:56] flight, the person said that could leave [74:58] the original crew unable to operate the [74:59] return flight within its permitted [75:01] hours. That's why the additional pilots [75:05] were on board. [75:08] As the attack unfolded, that routine [75:11] staffing decision suddenly became [75:13] critical. [75:16] As you know, an Israeli passenger who [75:17] helped respond to the incident told the [75:19] post that passengers seated near the [75:21] front rushed toward the cockpit after [75:23] the attack began and the aircraft [75:25] started losing altitude. He then [75:26] realized that the two additional pilots [75:28] were sitting farther back. He said, "I [75:31] had to shake them to get them to move to [75:32] the front and take control of the plane [75:34] because it was diving." [75:37] Remember [75:39] the plumber was in there first. [75:43] The passengers said Israeli passengers [75:45] fought the attacker and managed to [75:46] restrain him, eventually using charging [75:48] cables to tie him up. An Israeli dentist [75:51] aboard the flight treated the badly [75:53] wounded pilot. [75:55] Flight tracking data showed the 737 [75:58] Boeing dropping about 14,000 ft in less [76:01] than 30 seconds. I can't even imagine [76:03] that. [76:06] Fly Dubai confirmed that an acceleration [76:08] had taken place on the flight deck and [76:10] so forth. Israeli officials have [76:12] described the incident as deliberate [76:14] terror act and I'm sure that will be the [76:15] case. [76:19] Yeah, that'll be the case. [76:24] You know, [76:27] that could have been any one of us on [76:28] any of these flights. They could be [76:29] attacking us in the United States. And [76:31] that's the damn point people don't get. [76:37] was uh was BB Netanyahu warned about [76:40] October 7 by Egypt or the UAE. [76:45] The Jerusalem Post has been pedalling [76:47] this crap left and right, even though it [76:49] comes from radical news outlets and [76:51] others and because they've never been a [76:54] big BB fan. [76:56] Trump also refused. Oh, here we go. [76:58] Trump says he doesn't believe Netanyahu [77:00] was warned about October 7 by Egypt, the [77:03] UAE. [77:07] He said he doesn't believe reports the [77:09] prime minister was warned in advance by [77:11] Egypt, the UAE of October 7th. Quote, I [77:14] think if he would have known, he would [77:16] have done something about it. Certainly, [77:18] he would have had people at least [77:20] alerting him. You know, he's not going [77:24] to forget about it. That was a terrible [77:25] day. [77:28] Yep. [77:30] That he's not going to do. [77:34] very very good. [77:36] He also said during this interview, I [77:38] think it was this one, that don't count [77:40] Netanyahu out. He's always counted out [77:42] and he always has a way to win. And [77:44] Trump said uh pretty much the same thing [77:47] has happened to him. [77:50] Same thing has happened to him. [77:54] Let's see here. I'm going to cover all [77:56] this now. What about this uh [77:59] Iranianbacked [78:02] attempt at a terror attack on the RAF [78:05] Fairfa US air base, [78:10] a dual Iranian British citizen, yet this [78:13] is what's going to happen. See, we've [78:14] got all these [78:16] unvetted Islamists throughout our [78:18] country now in the United States. [78:22] Anything is now possible. Ladies and [78:23] gentlemen, [78:25] I feel bad for law enforcement. I feel [78:28] terrible for ICE, the way they're being [78:30] treated, because the Democrats are [78:31] hollowing us out from within, [78:35] the way their [78:37] their brother and sister radical [78:39] leftwing parties in Europe have done to [78:41] those countries. [78:43] So there is no assimilation. There is no [78:48] in these these c these cultural areas [78:50] that are controlled by the Democrats [78:52] like the entire field of education. [78:57] So if we don't assimilate people in K [78:59] through 12, then they're not [79:01] assimilated. [79:03] And we are, if I may coin a word, [79:05] deassimilating [79:06] our own children and grandchildren based [79:09] on what [79:11] on what these uh Democrats and their [79:13] ideological brothers and sisters are [79:15] doing in these radicalized teacher [79:17] unions. [79:21] But we're going to have individuals like [79:23] this. You're going to see folks, I'm not [79:25] happy about this. You're going to see a [79:27] rise in violence. Big big rise. You [79:29] already have. You're going to see a rise [79:30] in terrorism. [79:33] The Jew hatred is going to keep [79:34] spreading from the Islamists and the [79:37] Marxist [79:38] to the Bannon and Gates types and so [79:40] forth and so on. It's already there. [79:43] It's all over the internet. [79:46] It's at various meetings. And you know, [79:48] I was uh contacted by somebody. I will [79:50] do this person the respect of not [79:52] revealing them from a conservative [79:53] organization on Capitol Hill. Somebody [79:56] I've known a very long time. [79:59] He reached out to me. He texted me. [80:02] Just said he wanted to chat about the [80:03] election. [80:05] Then I found out I don't track all these [80:08] things, but I found out that they had uh [80:11] Bannon speak there. I think it was last [80:13] year. [80:15] And I cut him off. He said, "I'm not [80:17] interested." [80:20] I mean, if you're tied to an [80:21] organization that promotes something [80:23] like that, the guy's a crook. He's a [80:26] felon. He ripped off maybe many of my [80:29] listeners. [80:31] That's what he's accused of. That's what [80:32] he plead guilty to effectively. [80:35] He's sitting on with his substantial [80:37] ass. He's sitting on uh the Epstein [80:40] videos and so forth and so on. And he's [80:44] he's vetted as some kind of a [80:48] dinner speaker. [80:50] Maybe he went there for the free dinner [80:52] and the extra desserts, but you get my [80:54] point. I'm sorry. You're a lost cause [80:56] and there's nothing I'm going to do [80:57] about it. [81:00] I'll be right back. [81:02] >> Much love. [81:17] I wanted to bring our buddy, [81:18] Representative Chip Roy on the program. [81:20] It's been too long. Chip, how are you, [81:22] my friend? [81:25] >> Uh oh. [81:27] Rich, are you there? [81:30] >> Hey, Mark. Sorry I had you I had it on [81:32] mute. How are you, brother? [81:33] >> That's always tough, you know. I'm good. [81:35] How are you, man? [81:37] >> I'm good. I'm in Texas and uh you know [81:39] my family and going around helping my [81:42] colleagues, doing what I can do and and [81:44] uh you know we got to finish strong [81:45] here. [81:46] >> You know that's the amazing thing about [81:48] you. Unfortunately, you lost that [81:50] primary and you should have won. Uh you [81:52] would have been a great and a very [81:53] important attorney general dealing with [81:55] the massive expansion of Islamism in [81:58] your state and so much more. Uh and yet [82:01] you're not out there trying to sabotage [82:02] the party or anything else like Cornin. [82:04] You know, I just think it's ridiculous. [82:06] We can't lose these positions now. What [82:08] is your take on this? [82:11] >> Well, look, first of all, God is good. [82:13] He's got a bigger plan for me. I'll now [82:15] have a bigger voice and a different [82:16] platform. And uh we've got to fight for [82:18] Texas. We got to fight for this country. [82:20] Titles don't mean anything, right? You [82:22] know, it's footnotes in in 50 years, 100 [82:24] years, we're all pushing up daisies. We [82:26] need to fight for something lasting for [82:28] our kids and our grandkids. You know, [82:30] that's what the founders fought for. [82:32] That's what the people in Normandy and [82:34] and the, you know, foxholes in Baston [82:35] fought for. So look, they got people [82:38] here who do not believe what we believe. [82:40] So we've got to all band together, get [82:42] out there, do our job, and go fight to [82:45] uh save this country. And like I don't [82:48] agree with everything my colleagues do. [82:49] I don't agree with everything the [82:50] president does. You and I don't agree on [82:52] everything. But like we get together, we [82:55] band together because we believe [82:56] >> Wait a minute. Wait, what did you say? [82:58] >> Well, rarely rarely like one in a [83:01] thousand. One in a thousand. But yeah, [83:04] you know, we got to band together on all [83:06] the things we do believe in. We believe [83:07] in God. We believe in the Constitution. [83:09] We believe in limited government. We [83:10] believe in opportunity. We believe [83:12] >> here. May I just say this to you, my [83:14] brother? [83:14] >> Yeah. Yeah. [83:16] >> You love America. I love America. And it [83:19] starts there, doesn't it? We have people [83:20] who hate this country, who are trying to [83:22] destroy it from within. And it would be [83:25] like Scalia and Thomas, originalist. [83:28] They follow their process, but they may [83:30] come up with a different conclusion. [83:31] That's okay from time to time, but we [83:33] have to defeat the enemy [83:36] >> 100%. I mean, and it's a great analogy [83:38] and it's, you know, the the right now we [83:41] have a party that doesn't know the [83:43] difference between, you know, man and [83:45] woman, that is totally fine with the [83:47] Islamification of America, that believes [83:49] in open borders, that doesn't believe in [83:51] the Constitution, that believes they [83:53] should weaponize government against our [83:55] speech. These are all things we know [83:57] because we've seen it before. Like, we [83:59] lived this. We lived it already after [84:01] Trump lost in or you know after the 2020 [84:03] election I should say and and Biden [84:06] administration comes in. We lived it. So [84:08] we don't have to wonder what's coming if [84:11] we don't do our job. So yeah, I don't [84:13] like elections are elections. The people [84:16] they have their voice and we move [84:17] forward and I'm going to move forward [84:18] fighting for this country and this [84:20] state. [84:23] >> But you're not going to give up. In [84:24] other words, you may pursue something [84:26] else one day. Correct. [84:28] Absolutely. Um I'm I'm I'm one of those [84:31] people that's a put me in coach kind of [84:33] guy and and you know there might be an [84:34] opportunity for me to serve in an [84:36] administration elected office. Um maybe [84:38] I'll do media work doing other stuff. [84:40] I'm talking to a lot of people right [84:42] now. I'm concerned between now and [84:43] November 3rd and helping my colleagues [84:45] doing what I can. Um finishing my job. [84:47] We have a lot more work to do between [84:49] now and January 3rd uh when a new [84:51] Congress is sworn in. And whether we're [84:52] in the minority or majority, whatever [84:54] happens, I'm going to be fighting in a [84:56] lame duck. and um and then I'll gear up [84:58] for what's next. And um I'm a firm [85:01] believer that God's got a much bigger [85:02] plan than any of us possibly know. [85:06] You know, I'm not in the prediction [85:08] business, but I will tell you this. If [85:09] you follow the pollsters and and [85:11] commentators and all you're going to [85:12] you're going to need a neck brace cuz [85:14] you know, last week it was we're done. [85:16] This week it's well, I'm looking at the [85:18] Senate, maybe we'll hold the Senate. Now [85:20] I'm watching tonight. It's well maybe [85:23] the Republicans will squeak out a [85:25] victory in the House. mayor of the the [85:26] Democrat majority won't be so big. These [85:30] people are really confusing, I think, [85:32] the public. I I try not to give them too [85:34] much latitude unless they're very [85:37] entertaining, but they're really never [85:38] right, are they? Remember the great red [85:40] wave and all the red that they're [85:42] they're so often wrong, aren't they? [85:45] >> They are. And let's take a look. I'm I'm [85:47] I'll be self-deprecating here, right? A [85:49] week before our runoff election in May, [85:51] we had polling as did we believe my [85:54] opponent that showed me up about three [85:56] points. Um that turned out to be [85:58] demonstrabably false. We think we've [86:00] kind of figured out why. It's tough to [86:02] poll a lot of people today that just [86:04] simply don't answer, right? It's not the [86:06] old landlines. Uh we've got a very [86:08] difficult task of getting good data. We [86:10] got a lot of people who don't answer the [86:12] cell phone calls. So I I don't put a lot [86:15] of stock in them. I view them as [86:16] trajectories. I think there are things [86:18] that you can learn. You can see where [86:20] are people concerned. Like if they're [86:22] concerned about data centers and AI, [86:24] let's go meet the people where they are [86:26] and try to move them to us. And if [86:27] they're concerned about, you know, [86:29] what's going on in Iran, let's explain [86:31] what we need to do to make sure there's [86:32] not a nuclear Iran and that we're a [86:34] stronger nation forward. They're [86:35] concerned about housing prices. Let's [86:37] talk about immigration and how the [86:39] president clamping down on the border [86:42] and removing people will remove people [86:44] that is decrease the demand help with [86:47] respect to what we're dealing with [86:48] supply so that we end up having lower [86:50] prices. Let's talk to the people where [86:52] they are and let's explain that these [86:54] are generational choices we are making [86:56] for our kids and our grandkids. The [86:57] economy is good. Growth is good. Yes, [87:00] people are hurting there in terms of the [87:03] price of goods. But there was a [87:04] consequence to COVID and Biden dumping$4 [87:08] trillion dollars in the economy. Let's [87:09] go meet the people where they are and [87:11] don't get wrapped around polls. Let's [87:13] focus on winning the election. Polls [87:15] don't decide the election. People [87:16] showing up do. [87:20] >> So talk to my audience. Tell them why [87:22] they must show up. [87:25] >> Well, I believe that the that that the [87:27] track record of what we've accomplished [87:29] in a mere 20 months is extraordinary. [87:32] And I don't believe we've done as good [87:33] of a job explaining as we should have. I [87:35] think the big beautiful bill and [87:36] cementing low taxes. Democrats would [87:38] like to undo that. Reducing expenditures [87:40] by a lot. We save 1.7 trillion in [87:43] mandatory spending to try to help the [87:45] deficit. Democrats would reverse that. [87:47] We, you know, pass legislation to help [87:49] secure the border uh and allow states to [87:52] sue the federal government if they don't [87:53] secure the border. Democrats would [87:55] reverse that. Democrats would open the [87:56] borders if they end up getting in the [87:58] White House in 2028. Democrats will go [88:00] after the president and minimize his [88:02] ability to lead by going through and [88:04] impeaching and all of the rest. We've [88:06] got the Senate. You got to hold the [88:08] Senate or you're not going to be able to [88:09] get people confirmed to carry out the [88:11] last two years of what the president's [88:12] been doing. We've been making the [88:14] military strong again. We've been re, [88:16] you know, now enlistments are up greater [88:18] than they've ever been. [88:19] >> Don't go anywhere. Don't go anywhere. We [88:21] have a hard break. That's Chip Roy. We [88:22] want to carry him over to the next [88:24] segment. We'll be right back. [88:29] Mark the [88:31] thunder on the right. Call in now [88:34] 8773813811. [88:38] >> We are back with our friend Chip Roy. [88:42] You know, you get a little time to spend [88:43] with your family. I'm sure you look [88:45] forward to that. What are you planning [88:46] on doing? [88:49] >> Well, you you were right to mention [88:51] that. My my son is a junior. My [88:53] daughter's a sophomore. My wife's been [88:55] carrying the load. You know, eight years [88:56] in Congress. there in Texas. Uh it's [88:59] already been nice over the last few [89:00] months to spend a little bit more time [89:02] with them. But um but you know, look, [89:04] I'm I'm committed to the job and and uh [89:06] you know, forging ahead and finishing [89:07] this out over the next 3 months, but you [89:09] know, next few years finishing out high [89:11] school, um you know, helping my my [89:13] lovely bride. Uh it's going to be good. [89:15] God's got a good plan, but uh but I'm [89:17] going to stay neck deep in the in the [89:19] fight. Um you know, God calls us at [89:22] times like this and and we've got to go [89:24] save it. Um, so I'll get I'll get the [89:27] blessing of being at home with them a [89:28] little bit more and still being able to [89:30] stay in the fight and I've got a number [89:31] of things cooking and um, look, we like [89:34] Mark, we can't we got to stay resolved. [89:36] It's it's this is such a such a great [89:39] country filled with great people and you [89:42] know the president's doing a lot of [89:43] great things and the message I've been [89:46] saying when I go out and talk to people, [89:47] I'll be out campaigning Monday night is [89:49] let let us finish the job. Like give us [89:52] the chance to finish the job. It it has [89:54] been a battle against Democrats. It's [89:55] been a battle against some in our own [89:57] party in the Senate. Um we have got the [90:00] chance now to finish the job. Just give [90:02] us the chance. Like let's let's keep a [90:04] majority in the House and the Senate. [90:06] Let's let's fight alongside the [90:07] president for two more years and we'll [90:09] figure out 2028 later, but let's finish [90:11] the job. That's that's the message I've [90:13] been I've been telling people. [90:15] >> This is not a typical election. The [90:18] Democrat party's been incredibly [90:20] radicalized, hasn't it? and uh it's [90:22] pushing this Marxist Islamist agenda [90:25] and you know um you're you're a big [90:27] believer in uh in the state of Israel [90:30] whether their differences on the edges [90:32] and so forth. What what do you make of [90:34] this? [90:36] >> Well, look at the candidates, right? I [90:38] mean, look right here in Texas at Tal [90:39] Rico and his his just crazy belief [90:41] systems and, you know, believing God is [90:43] non-binary and that there are six [90:45] genders and that, you know, we shouldn't [90:47] be protecting kids from transgender [90:49] surgeries and open borders and all these [90:51] things. And then look at Elsad in [90:52] Michigan, right? I mean, this is a guy [90:54] with deep roots, deep ties to care. You [90:56] know, I'm proud of the intro legislation [90:58] I've introduced to uh, you know, go [91:01] after care to uh, you know, get allow us [91:04] to denaturalize people who are [91:06] Islamists, who are undermining our [91:08] constitution, advancing Sharia law to [91:10] remove imams who falsely came here while [91:13] they carrying out the advancement of [91:14] Sharia law in the United States. And and [91:16] Elsad's neck deep in all of that, right? [91:18] And you know, we've seen what's going on [91:20] with Mam Dani. We see what's happening [91:21] with these imams that are trying to [91:23] advance uh Islam in the United States. [91:25] And we have to be honest about that. We [91:27] have to be truthful about that. They do [91:29] not want Israel to exist. They do not [91:31] want Western civilization to survive. [91:33] They do not want America to be built [91:35] upon and and rely upon our [91:37] Judeo-Christian heritage and principles, [91:40] our Christian values and who we are as a [91:41] nation. They want to undermine all of [91:43] that and and it's purposeful and they [91:46] admit it. And Mark, they admit it. They [91:48] say it. And these candidates, they're [91:50] all for it. These Democratic socialist, [91:52] this is a red green alliance, the [91:55] mixture here of Marxism and Islamism. [91:58] And those two things come together. And [91:59] I promise you, the Islamists, they will [92:01] throw aside the Marxists when they get [92:03] to their agenda to do what they want to [92:06] do. And they'll be laughing about it. [92:08] They're already laughing about it. And [92:10] our job is to stand to thwart that, [92:12] right? To quote William Buckley, right? [92:14] Stand to thwart history yelling stop. [92:16] Our job is to stand up in defense of the [92:18] principles that made this country great. [92:19] And and another thing that I think is [92:21] really important, you and I are free [92:22] enterprise, capitalists, free market [92:25] devotees, right? No question. But one [92:28] thing we have to remember is we are not [92:30] just an economy. We're a nation. A [92:32] nation of people. A people who have [92:34] shared values and belief systems that we [92:36] have to protect and defend or you lose [92:39] it. And you know, and let me say another [92:41] thing real quick. And I'm sure you've [92:42] addressed this, but I haven't heard your [92:43] show addressing it. David Milstein is a [92:46] patriot. [92:47] >> David Milstein is a dear friend. And the [92:50] fact that he was being attacked and [92:51] targeted by this filthy journalist is [92:54] despicable. And I will always have his [92:56] back. And I will always defend him [92:58] because he's a man of the utmost highest [93:00] character and integrity. And how dare [93:03] those people attack him for simply uh [93:06] you know getting married and doing the [93:08] normal things you do when you get [93:09] married. It's just abomination. And uh I [93:12] just we got to stand up for the people [93:13] who [93:14] >> let me just tell the the nation you're [93:16] more than a friend. You were a mentor to [93:18] him [93:20] >> and he looks up to you. you and Senator [93:22] Cruz and Dantis and all the others and [93:25] the attacks on him have been coming out [93:28] of the bureaucracy in the um in the [93:32] Middle East which is all you know [93:35] pro-democrat and so forth and so on. [93:37] It's been coming out of there and um [93:40] then somebody revealed his clearance at [93:43] the CIA. I mean it's been pretty ugly [93:46] and as you as you know he's the most [93:49] decent person you'll ever meet. [93:52] I was proud to work with him. Um, yes, [93:54] he technically worked for me and Senator [93:56] Cruz, but I I was I was proud to work [93:58] with him. I'm still proud to work with [94:00] him. We still do. Uh, we still will. Um, [94:03] again, the cause is greater than the [94:05] positions. [94:07] >> Uh, it's greater than the noise. you [94:09] know, when we were Gail Mark, those [94:11] heroes, as I said, you know, in Baston [94:13] in the in the in the foxholes or or that [94:15] storm Normandy or the Alamo here in [94:18] Texas or or our founding fathers in the [94:20] revolution, we talk about how great they [94:21] were. What are we willing to risk, [94:24] right? I mean, some mean tweets, some [94:26] people yelling at us on social media. [94:28] Like, who gives a damn, right? Like, [94:30] like, we need to put it all on the line [94:32] for what we know is right. And if we do [94:35] that, then there'll be nothing that can [94:37] stop us. that history has borne that [94:38] out. It is the it is the core of the [94:40] American spirit. And so I will not be [94:42] cowed. I will not be defeated. And look, [94:45] one one other really important thing, [94:47] you know, we've got a lot of unonymity [94:48] among Republicans and conservatives [94:50] right now. Obviously, some [94:51] disagreements, but there's a lot of hoax [94:53] organizations out there that are out [94:55] there attacking good conservatives, [94:57] right? There's a li liberal group that [95:00] spent $2 million against me, went after [95:01] Ralph Norman, went against Andy Ogles. [95:03] Now they're going after other good [95:05] conservatives like Scott Perry because [95:07] we got rid of about $500 billion in [95:10] those green new scam subsidies that were [95:13] destroying our grid and driving up the [95:15] price of energy. And these liberals, [95:18] these Marxists are spending money [95:20] against us, but posing as Republicans [95:22] and conservatives. We've got to stand to [95:24] thwart this evil. And it is evil uh for [95:27] those of us who are patriots trying to [95:29] defend the country. [95:30] >> Yeah, you're exactly right. [95:33] And there's a lot of pseudoconservatives [95:35] out there, too. [95:37] And uh they don't represent me and um [95:40] and so forth. So, well, listen, keep in [95:43] touch, my brother. We love hearing from [95:45] you. [95:47] >> Happy to. I'm going nowhere. Let's visit [95:49] soon. Best of your family. Keep it up. [95:51] God bless all the listeners out there. [95:52] We got a country to save. Let's do it. [95:54] >> Amen. And same to you. Same to you. Be [95:57] safe. By the way, how you feeling these [95:58] days? I don't want to get into [95:59] specifics. I'm just curious. [96:02] >> Oh, I'm good. I'm good. Your audience [96:03] knows I'm a cancer survivor and God [96:04] willing I'm good. I'm you know it's in [96:07] it's in God's hands. We just wake up [96:08] every day and you you you live that day [96:10] like it's going to be your last and and [96:12] and you know I hope it's not I'm not [96:14] asking for anything but uh but [96:16] everything's good. We feel good. So God [96:18] bless you. I hope you're feeling good [96:19] too. [96:20] >> Great. All right, brother. Take care of [96:22] yourself. [96:23] He's a genuinely good man.
