Apikoin, controlled by the Shmaltz family, will seek to raise NIS 200 million at a valuation of NIS 800 million for its renewable energy division, less than a year after attempting a lower-valued merger with public company Sunflower. As part of the move, Menora and Migdal will sell their stake in a European partnership in exchange for shares in the company.
