Pimi acquires majority stake in MMD Smart for $55 million
Pimi, an investment fund managed by Yishai Davidai, is acquiring a 55% controlling stake in MMD Smart, a communications management software company. The founders Aria Franklich (CEO) and Leonid Rubenov (business development manager) will retain the remaining shares and continue in their roles.
Report: Nice in talks to sell Actimize to Canadian Brookfield fund for about $2 billion

Cognex buys Israel-based RealSense for over $600 million
